This is the greatest algebra teacher I have ever experienced in college because her lectures are clear and there is no way to get behind. A complete review of each test is done the class prior to the date of the test so as long as you study before the test it is impossible to fail it. I HIGHLY recommend this Professor because she is awesome!!!

Prof Komleva is excellent. She is polite, funny, her penmanship is amazing. We had 4 exams and a final. She drops the lowest exam grade and there is a review before each exam. She even gives chances for extra credit. I would definitely recommend her. I am going on to take Trig with her as well.

Out of all the math professor ive had, shes by far the best one, no doubt about that. Her handwriting on the board is amazing, and the reviews are just like the tests. Gives review one week before test. Test is exactly like review with different values. Expects you to memorize all formulas. Very clear when explaining. But not too patient, if you ask a question, she will be frustrated that you have not learned yet and she will not re-explain it thoroughly. Nonetheless, one of the best and clear teachers.

Ms. Komleva was a good teacher. However, if you know anything about math at all, don't take her. If you suck at math, she'll help you get an A because her lectures are long and she goes step by step (40 mins for each problem). I wouldn't take her again, but to each his own.

Not only does she teach the material very well, she provides extra credit opportunities and a review worksheet for each test (the review is almost identical to the test). Purchasing the textbook and completing the homework are completely optional.

Pass all tests with a 100 final is waived and class grade is an automatic A. Extra credit opportunities throughout the course.

She was amazing, gave out extra credit and if you got 100's on all the tests you were exempt from the final. I had her for 3 semesters and honestly was the best math class I have ever taken with her. Phenomenal professor!

She always takes pics of her textbook for us to use as practice. Her notes are very understanding and organized she explains everything great! She is amazing! I had her for all my maths.

Took her in the summer and she was so kind and helpful! if you email her a question from the homework she responds relatively soon and is very understanding. She also explains all her lectures steps by steps and doesn't leave any room for confusion. I am not that good at math but passed with an A, that should say something of her teaching ability!

Prof. Komleva was nothing short of AMAZING!! If you're struggling with math she is the one to take. I took her class in person at the start of the pandemic and when we all had to switch to remote I was worried that I would struggle but she breaks down every single problem, step-by-step. Also, she stays after class in case you have any questions.

This prof is great! For the remote version of this class there are no live sessions. She pre records detailed videos on how to do assignments. You only have 7 asngmts which you hand write and scan or take a pic, no quizzes no tests and just the proctored final. I got a C because final was hard without notes. I only wish she gave feedback on assnmt

She is a great professor. Algebra is hard so practice every chance you can. She does take the time to explain things again when you don't understand and doesn't make you feel bad. Pretty easy class.

This professor should be nominated in BC. what she teaches in her lectures, thats what you are tested on. you are lucky if you find a seat in her class!!!!. Best stress free class ever. dONT waste time reading reviews, Activate the notifications of BC and hope for you get a spot in it.

There are assignments throughout the semester and a final exam on everything learned. This is the most amazing math professor I have ever had. She explains everything thoroughly and wants to see her students succeed. She truly is the best !

Took this class fall of 2020 during covid .Best math professor !!! She breaks it all the way down so you can understand each problem. She understands that people have jobs & families & cant always make it to class, so lectures are recorded so you can watch and do your hw at anytime . You wont regret taking her class

This is the best professor anyone can ever be blessed with. She is HEAVEN sent! She will teach you how to use formulas, give you reviews to practice the formulas and then her tests are exactly the review questions with different numbers. Math is hard but with Ms. Komleva you WILL PASS! Thank you professor for making my math experienc the BEST ONE!!

I am the worst in math I failed all my life. I have passed and got a B thanks to the amazing teacher. she is soo organized amazing notes, make her don't hesitate. she is the best Math teacher I have ever had. absolutely an amazing human.

Took her years ago for pre-calc, trig, now physics I with lab. I'm an FIU student and paid out of pocket to take her. Physics is hard at uni level, but she explained concepts very well! She's the reason why I didn't give up on my STEM degree. TAKE HER! The MOST amazing prof I've ever had! FIU profs cannot compare!

She is a gem, her patience is awesome, and her love of teaching shows as she break down each example. If you fail her class, it is because you wanted to fail. Only negative she doesn't teach Cal 1, 2,or 3. If she did i would drop any professor in a heart beat, even if they were my parents.

This is what a math teacher should be! Tests are ten questions long, drops the lowest, GIVES TEST REVIEWS WHICH IS THE TEST, and MAKES MATH SIMPLE. This was my second time taking this course because I failed the first time she is AWESOME! Such a BLESSING! GOD IS GOOD!

Physics is a pretty tough subject but she made it extremely easy to understand. She explains every step to her labs and will help out students with patience. TAKE HER CLASS you will not regret it and your GPA will thank you.

Incredible professor! Komleva made physics engaging and easy to understand. Her lectures were clear, and she genuinely cared about each student. I highly recommend using unstuck ai alongside the free textbook for exam prep - it was a game-changer.

A pretty easy class was required, but her science class about space was exciting for most of the students, asking questions. Just do the super easy homework and attend class to get the points and literally, that is it. Easy A and if you fail, it's because you didn't go to class nor did the homework. Plus very understanding professor.

Komleva is a true gem (former Astrophysicist). She walks you through all the problems step by step with easy to understand real life examples. Allows you to use formula sheet on exams. She does grade attendance and homework. So don't fall behind and give up an easy A.

Prof. Komleva was a great professor who made an easy science credit quite enjoyable. Homework was easy and quick and lectures always ended early. Ask her about her cats!

Shes the best professors giving lectures I have ever seen. She poses her material in a way thats very easy to understand. Her lectures go at a very nice speed, writing on the board what needs to be written in notebooks. She has a nice sense of humor and is approachable. She gives study guides for exams that are extremely similar to the actual test.

Ngl I didn't have her as a professor, I don't even go to BC. But I had her as a teacher in high school and she was the best teacher I've ever had. She deserves all of these good reviews.
