Sweet lady. Her lectures are a bit boring but you will learn so much. Nothing in her class is too hard just come to class everyday. She is extremely helpful. And everything that is on the test she went over it in class so there's nothing surprising, however, don't forget what you learn on the first test cause it will be on the second. TAKE HER!!!!!

Easy teacher, I took her on Saturday. She gave the reviews before test. 2 papers really easy, plus points for attendance.

I would reccommend this professor to everyone! I took her summer '13 and I have to say she is really good and knows her stuff. We only had two assignments and a test every week but the test was over what you had discusse; she gives you the powerpoints and extra credit. She drops the lowest grade. She wants everyone to pass, you will enjoy.

Usually indirectly goes over the quizzes before the test. She doesn't go through chapters consecutively. Thorough review packets. Very experienced. Take notes, brisk through textbook you shouldnt have any issues.

I truly enjoyed her class. She is laid back and very clear of what she expects from day one. I took her 8 week class during the summer and it was SUPER EASY! The tests are multiple choice and there are 2 projects but they were fun to do and different (individual - not group projects). AWESOME TEACHER!!!

Mrs. Adkinson is really sweet and down to earth!! She gives you plenty of handouts and its better to read those instead of the textbook since it gives too much info. She is there to help you succeed in class and if you don't pass its because you are lazy. 4 exams, 1 research paper, 1 obituary and plenty of time to complete the assignments.

The Saturday class was awesome. I learned a lot about kids and just development in general. No homework. Just tests that you need to study for and 2 projects.

She's laid back with her lectures. Usually gives you a print out of notes for each lesson. Majority of the tests are based off the notes but is very helpful to read the book.

Professor Adkinson is an excellent professor. She reviews the syllabus on the 1st day of class which provides a clear outline of the course. She presents the information in an effective manner and prepares the students for the exams. Her class is enjoyable and the subject matter is very interesting.

She hands out packets that go along with the textbook. Fairly easy professor and has activities that help but you have to read. Attendance counts and she is for the most part an easy grader. She will go over the review!

I took her Personality Psychology class and have to say that she is the best professor I have ever had. If you're taking psychology, take one of her courses. She's an amazing professor! You don't need to buy a textbook because she'll give you handouts. We had test once a week but they were all easy and she usually gave us lots of bonus points. I remember I actually got 70 on one test but somehow she boosted it up to 95!!!! Its an easy A class if you show up and do what u're supposed to do.

Attendance isn't mandatory, but strongly encouraged. You get an extra % of bonus points added to your grade if you have perfect attendance which can help your grade if it's not doing so hot. Prof. Adkinson is really chill and funny but she is very clear in the syllabus what you will need to do to pass. Pay attention and study w/ your classmates.

Attendance is super important but the lectures are very informative and honestly go by in a flash very enjoyable.

Professor Adkinson is a good professor and answers any questions that we have but also provides good examples to go with her lectures and on board examples. Overall she is a good teacher to learn from.

Just study her review, and you will pass. Research paper and assigments are extremely easy. One more thing, her questions are repeated through every exams.
