If you are taking this class, take Linda. She is a great instructor.
I took 1100 with her and then 1150 with her, it is unfortunate that she is not teaching any more advance level class, otherwise I wouldn't go to any other ionstructor. She is the BEST
Great teacher!
A lot of work. Doesn't know how to use a computer.
IF MATH IS NOT YOUR STRONGEST SUBJECT, TAKE MS. BRIITEN. SHE IS A GREAT TEACHER.
Very Good teacher. Super helpfull. Takes time to review before quizs. All questions on the quiz are homework question. That makes it easy! Not a ton of homework and gaves us extra points for attendence and dropped 3 of the lowest quiz scores!
i attended her algebra and trig 1450 class at macmob community college. she was horable, worst teacher ever. not recamended for anyone. she never puts notes on the board and never reviews before a test. i dont know how she got the job cause she openly addmitted to the hole class that she does not know how to teach trig. so i would not taketheclass.
I'm in the 1450 class with Linda at Macomb Community and she is a good teacher, but 1450 is a class that "factors" out the unmotivated students because coming to class unprepared will guarantee you an F. The work load is huge, and the demand is high as it would be in any college course. This class establish the foundation for Calculus.
There is no teaching or instruction. Very disappointed. Ambiguity in test questions. Lots of confusion in class.
Linda is one of the nicest teachers I've ever had. She is very compassionate and will try anything to help you suceed. She goes through problems step by step and will give partial credit on many things if you show your work. She definitely tries her best to really make everyone understand math. Best teacher ever!
Shes very hard
Great Teacher! She is very helpful. She confirms that you understand before she proceeds, and will spend extra time and effort if needed after class to help. I had her for elementary and intermediate algebra and would recommend her for anyone, especially those who need some extra help.
Prf. Britton teaches with constant focus and goal oriented. She is always willing to go out of her way to help students so that for them to pass. Complete attendence is helpful to understand the class. She goes fast, reveiwing the lessons prior is best.
Mrs.Britton is an amazing teacher! She goes out of her way to make sure her students understand the material. gives out extra credit once in a while. I would recommend her for other courses!!!
I had Linda for my first math class and learned so much from her I scrambled to get her again for the next math class :o)! If I needed to take another math class, I would beg, plead and cry for Linda to teach it! I was a horrid math student all through junior high and high school, never got higher than a D... I aced the first class with Linda and g
i took her class and everyone said she would b great but she was not at all she will sit and explain the easiest problem but then zip through a tough one and doesnt change any way of her teaching even though half the class dropped out. she is a very nice person but a horrible teacher.
Nice person horrible teacher
Good teacher always willing to help and answer questions. She does not teach towards the final therefore, cramming us with info we did not need to know. The homework load was overbearing for a summer course. She skims through hard problems and expects you to be very good at mental math, if u don't want to be called on do not make eye contact.
She was always willing to help with any questions or concerns.Excellent teacher.
linda is a very nice person but overall as a teacher she sucks...as she writes notes shell constantly make mistakes after explaining the whole thing to you then start over and she goes into detail about the easy parts of an equation but then rushes through the difficult parts..also if the class averages low on a test she blames us and not herself
Linda is by far the best math teacher I have had. She is intelligent, patient, not condescending when answering students questions, lenient in her grading, and understanding of circumstances that may prevent you from attending each class. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Absolutely wonderful Instructor! I'm so glad I got her. She really cares about your success in her class and is very supportive in many ways. You will not go wrong choosing Mrs. Britton:)
I love Mrs. Britton! I've had her for two math classes, and she's always been super helpful to me! She really makes sure that you understand what she's teaching, and she is very understanding when it comes to absences. I'll always try to get her as my teacher if I can!
Mrs. Britton is a great person but, not the best calc teacher. First time ever teaching a calculus class, seemed like she was learning at the same time as us. Very unorganized, mistake prone, tests are much harder than assigned homework. In my past math classes I've received all 4.0's. I suggest looking for another professor.
She is a nice person. But honestly one of the worst math teachers I have ever had. She gets messed up on her notes all the time. So then it confuses the class. If you dont understand homework problem you will get marked down for it. Take it with another teacher. SHe will just make you mad every day you go to class.
Awful. Dropped class after only a few weeks. She wasn't helpful at all in teaching the material and moved so fast that not catching one thing can set you back. Not to mention, she had a meltdown in class and had a legitimate panic attack when students pointed out that what she was teaching blatantly contradicted itself. Incomprehensible
Very good professor. anyone who complains probably didnt study or do the work. the homework she assigns gets u ready for the tests. shes knows her stuff
Amazing teacher! Everything that's on the chapter review, practice tests is on the exams. Her notes are 100% dead-on as far as your homework is concerned. As long as you complete both your online/book homework you will do great. Taking her again for Intermediate Algebra!
I can honestly say that Mrs. Britton is one of the best math teachers I've ever had. I took an 8 week Summer course and I got a B. She is always willing to help you when you need it and wants nothing more than for her class to succeed.
She is not helpful outside of the classroom what so ever and barely has time to meet with you. Clearly has favorites and will grade you more harshly if she doesn't like you. She seems nice until you try to debate or reason with her or question her. Very frazzled in class. makes simple mistakes on the board that can throw you off.
Great teacher! I have always had a hard time understanding math, but the way she literally writes the notes down as she teaches was really helpful. That way I could do it as well. She also went over any problem we had on HW which helped a lot. Will be taking any class I have to with her from now on!
Mrs. Britton literally made me angry every time I stepped in her class. She blows through the material so fast, and doesnt help outside of class. Over half our class failed the first exam and she took no responsibility. Instead of giving us motivation to try harder she put us down, compared us to her day class, and told us how disappointed she was.
Not a bad teacher. She can be unclear and blow through the material quickly, then gets frustrated when people don't catch on. She will briefly touch on topics then they will be a majority of the test. TONS of bookwork... be prepared to put a ton of time into homework. Overall very nice lady though.
Linda Britton is a horrible math teacher. I can tell that she's passionate about math, just not passionate about teaching it. She goes through material so fast, no one knows what the hell is going on. She never checks on students one-on-one, and she just assumes everyone understands. Horrible math class. One of the worst i've ever taken.
Britton is a great math teacher who takes her time to explain everything. She takes notes while she lectures for everyone to see which is very helpful. She goes out of her way to help you. Will definitely take her for my other math courses.
Algebra never made sense before this class. I failed it once before with another professor, but Britton makes the class so comprehensive it's hard not to get it if you ask questions and attend class. Also tells exactly what will be expected on the tests. T.A. Justin is amazing as well. Really nice lady would definitely recommend :)
My one complaint with this class was that she dedicated more time to reviewing homework assignments than she did to new material. This forced us to speed through notes at pace that one can barely the copy information much less absorb it. She also ignored examples imperative to upcoming HW. Prepare to spend a lot of time in the resource center
Linda is an amazing math teacher! Super nice, doesn't mind repeating herself, and always willing to help. She does whatever she can to get you the grade you feel you've deserved!!
Math is one of my hardest subjects and she made it no easier. She blows through the material like crazy. She gives you super easy examples in class, but then on the test gives super hard questions and claims we all went over it a month ago. Be prepared to teach yourself the material before a test day.
She looks for reasons to mark you down instead of finding the parts of the problem that you understand. I was marked down for writing my answer next to my set-up for a word problem, even though I had the correct answer and showed all my work. I was also marked down for not adding the way she wanted me too. She is just ridiculous. Do NOT take her!
Rushed through material and would miss sections that you would have to teach yourself on homework but still would let you out of class up to an hour early, which didn't make sense. Would seem very frazzled in class. Nice, but would guilt you for missing class for any reason, no matter how serious the personal reason was.
I got a C, but it was only me who didnt put enough effort and my math knowledge from previously was rough. HOWEVER SHE IS A GOOD TEACHER. she will do everything for you to succeed. She is positive, and patient, and answers EVERYONES questions. I took accelerated class with her and it was great. however, for that class you need good math foundation
Britton is very helpful and sincerely cares about her students. She explained the material very thoroughly and answered any and all questions. I like her grading system because she grades on homework and quizzes (in additional to exams)- which was helful to me because I am a poor test taker. If I could, I would take her again.
Her class made me enjoy math. She's great at explaining, very helpful and will come to class early to answer questions. Very clear with what she expects from you, and what you need to know for exams. Just make sure you understand the concepts before a test and you'll pass. If you do your homework, you won't have to study that much.
#1 more than half of the students in my class failed the first time with her, and are failing again (she made that clear to us which is rude to those students). #2 while i watched her move step-by-step through problems on the tests, she would not even give me a hint on the one problem i needed. Told a student her question wasn't important enough.
Prof Britton is great. She gives clear explanations in class, and answers any questions you bring up to her. Her grading system makes it easy to do well - so long as you do the homework. She puts all of her notes up online, so missing a day doesn't screw you over. She genuinely cares that you understand what you're doing- not many math teachers do.
Professor Britton is one of the best math teachers I've ever had. She's always positive and upbeat, yet somewhat traditional, so expect to take notes if you want to pass. She's extremely clear and precise in her lectures, and will stop frequently to make sure the class is with her. Her tests can be tough, but fair. I would absolutely take again.
Sometimes she covers 2 to 3 sections in 15 minutes. Crams last minute info before the test and doesn't quiz on it(like she does all of the other sections.) don't expect your grade to get curved even if you have perfect attendance. Can be very confusing. Have to do lots of hmw.
She gives a quiz everyday. To much homework. Goes to fast over the material. Not very encouraging to students as far as making you feel adequate.
Britton is a great teacher. I would not have passed algebra with out her help is very willing to help; but expect quizzes every day and the tests are over the material so if you understand the material you will pass and she will give you the most help you can ask for.
Is amazing at explaining the material and is able to explain it in multiple ways if you don't understand one way. Her quizzes make it worth it to work on the homework. Gives extra credit opportunities on every test and outside of class. She'll give examples of the questions that you really need to know for the quizzes and tests.
Britton is amazing. Hands down the best math professor I ever had. I have always done very poorly in math but it all turned around. She made math so fun that she inspired me to tutor! I can't believe it! She's a very sweet lady and a lenient professor. She's even nice to students that skip lectures. I'm trying to take her classes for all my maths!
Hands down best math teacher I have ever had. She took the time explaining everything and even put class notes online in case you missed a class. "Quizzes" were questions taken from the homework, and you were allowed to copy them from your homework. First A I have recieved in a math class.
One of the most dedicated professors I've had. She makes sure she knows the material thoroughly so she can find the best way to teach students. Curves tests and grades quickly.
Britton is awesome. She never makes you feel like you're dumb in math if you don't know something. She's always willing to help anyone who comes to her office hours and gives excellent notes. I was doing so bad in her stats class and close to the semester ending I pulled off a C grade by getting a 92 on the final.
Her biggest downfall is that she is a slave to her schedule. If the class is behind schedule, she will do anything to get your class up to date- including hastily going over a difficult section right BEFORE a test. Granted, the section isn't on said test but there is nothing more confusing and annoying than learning something new before tests.
She gets very disorganized with her notes and falls very behind quickly. She never really pushes test dates so will cram information into a short time span and expect you to know it well for the test. She is a very nice professor and also flexible but her lecture style did not suite me.
Buy the book, its her bible. What started as a full class ended with maybe 1/3 of her students left. She hardly ever talks about concepts and just uses examples. She gives quizzes every class, and no chance to make it up. Shes very kind, smart, and interested in her work but had a very hard time meeting the class needs. AND I like math!
Linda Britton is an amazing professor who cares about her students tremendously. She will slow down her lectures whenever necessary, allowing her students to fully grasp the material. The most important aspect of her teaching is that Mrs. Britton can accuratly communicate to both left and right dominant learners. 10 out of 10!
Linda is the best professor I've ever had. She teaches the info accurately & cares about her students. I've always HATED math. She turned things around & this subject has become the easiest one. Completely recommend taking her courses. Kind soul, great professor!
pretty hard class. she grades pretty tough on tests and does not give any type of partial credit. gives a quiz at the end of each class to test if you know the material you just learned, so if you usually take a little more time to understand the material, these quizzes won't be great. if you miss class you can't make up tests or quizzes
Hardest class I ever took. The professor put in a lot of effort and organization to make this beast of a class more manageable. Mrs. Britton was good to work with however, other students frustration towards stats were redirected towards the professor. Don't blame the messenger! This class will take every bit of energy you have and ask for more.
Hands down she's got the stuff highly recommend her big time.
Great teacher! She gets quizzes and exams back really fast and she goes over them with the class the day she hands them back. Explains notes if you get confused. All graded homework is online.
Linda gives you everything you need to earn a good grade. She provides daily class notes and posts them online, gives take-home quizzes and MML hw for practice, many chances for extra credit, and her exams are fair. Get a physical copy of the book and READ it while you do the online homework, it will help a lot, plus all exam questions come from it
Math wasn't my strongest subject, however, she is a great teacher and very good at explaining things. The online homework she assigns is a lot, so be prepared to spend time on it outside of class. Although the hw was on the heavy side, it helped tremendously on exams. She offered plenty of extra credit opportunities. Would take her class again.
I really struggled with her. Really rushed through lectures, didnt want to teach things in a different way if students werent getting it, embarrassed the class for doing poorly & blamed us for it. Wasted a lot of time going over stuff she says we need for next level math classes & makes tons of mistakes. If u struggle like me take someone else.
She is a good professor with clear grading criteria, and multiple opportunities for extra credit. Although, this class was very difficult, and sometimes she would go too in depth during lectures on things she didn't really need to. I also found that her timeline during the summer course wasn't planned out the best which made it even more difficult.
She gets very confused during class and often asks the class for help. I feel like if you are the teacher, you should be able to teach. I took her for stats. she said shes only been teaching it for 2 years.
I am terrible when it comes to math, yet I passed every test with a 90% or higher! She tells you the key things you need to study before the tests and gives out great reviews. Her tests are not hard but make sure you show your work. You won't touch your book and the online homework is always harder than anything you'll do on a test.
Worst professor I've ever had. I love math and would consider math to be my best subject, but she made it so complicated. she was very confusing. on exam days she would go over next chapter stuff verses going over what we need to know for the exam we were about to take. she was very disrespectful. wouldn't recommend her to my worst enemy.
Best Teacher
Gives multiple opportunities for extra credit. Try your best not to skip class, but when you do, she will scan the papers from class onto d2l for review
I took College Algebra. I tested into this class, and she would often refer to MAT1150 like every student had taken it the prior semester. She was constantly trying to cram much information into a short period of time and would tell us to learn stuff ourselves. The tests are much lengthier and more extensive than the reviews. Homework every class
Professor Britton is tough and she doesnt grade easy. She gives a lot of take home quizzes that count, online homework isnt too bad, but she teaches a lot and thinks we know everything when there are students who struggle in math.
The best instructor ever. She gives you what you should do ,and she has very clear grading system. If you study you will get an easy A. Yes there are quizzes every other day, but they are home quizzes. Also, all the tests are similar to to the quizzes. She offers many extra credit Opportunities. Defiantly recommended!!
She can be a bit hard to follow at times, but has no problem taking plenty of time to answer a single question. Is also great if you meet up with her in the office. Continues to make sure her previous students are also doing alright. Gives chances for extra credit.
I liked Mrs. Britton as a person, but shes not a great professor. She glosses over major components of chapters, spends too much time on the simpler components, and expects us to be able to fill in the blanks when she leaves things out. Shes scattered sometimes which doesnt help. I wouldnt recommend her class for these reasons.
She sometimes wastes too much time on one section, and that makes it hard for her to teach the rest. She grades tough on tests and quizzes, and sometimes calls out people who are doing bad in the class. She is nice and all but I dont recommend her. Too many tests and doesnt teach it enough.
SHE HAS NO CLUE WHAT SHE IS DOING IN STATS. The whole class is like blind leading the blind. She was visibly frustrated when I went to her office hours. She messes up all the time during class and it's clear she had no understanding of her own material. She is strict on things that don't matter. If your looking to pass don't take her.
Terrible teacher... dont take her. She doesnt teach good. The homework and test have nothing to do with what she teaches. She speeds through the lessons and you will get lost. Save yourself!
She teaches way to fast. She goes through the lectures and its hard for anyone to keep up. I would not recommend taking her class due to that. Many failed the class due to not having time to understand the content.
Prof Britton gives a lot of online homework and take home quizzes. She grades real tough on tests and doesnt give any partial credit. She sometimes seems confused on what shes teaching. Sometimes asks class for help and tries to show she does know it but doesnt. Dont take her unless youre good at math. 60% of grade is based on tests.
Is a great professor there is a good amount of homework but it's all online and easy to complete throughout the week. If you show up and listen and are active in the classroom you will do great. She answers any questions asked as quickly as she can, in class or via email. Don't really need the book, HW is enough practice. Tests are easier than HW.
Honestly, she is the worse professor Ive ever taken. First of all, she goes through the easiest problems in her class and when it comes to the test she gives the hardest problems. She doesnt give you partial credit. She must be so miserable in life. The whole class failed her first exam and told everyone to drop. Warning: worse prof at OCC.
She grades so hard and gives us very very hard problems on the test. She doesnt even know what shes doing. Linda if you are going to grade your students hard. AT LEAST KNOW WHAT YOUR DOING.... stay away everyone. She just wants you fail because shes miserable in life. No matter how hard you try on the test she will NOT give any partial credit.
Worst teacher Ive ever taken in my life
AWFUL. HORRIBLE. She mumbles when she teaches. She told the entire class to drop who didn't get an A on first exam (only 2 people got A's, majority got less than 50%). She grades everything so hard its really not fair. Never gives partial credit. Exams are SO HARD, she gives questions we've never seen in class. STAY FAR AWAY!!
She should have never gone into teaching. I had to drop out of school because of her. I worked so hard and went to office hours every day, + had a tutor. She failed me. When I questioned her, she cussed me out and acted like she did me a favor by giving me a D instead of an F. I wasn't allowed to return to MSU because of her. Avoid her at all costs
I am a all A student. I love math and did very well in all my math courses. This professor is horrible. I gave her a chance even though she had the worse ratings. But you know what, everyone is right. She tries so hard to fail you but she encourages you to drop so it doesn't make her look bad. Also, she sucks at teaching. Always makes mistake.
WARNING: STAY AWAY. Do yourself a huge favor and DO NOT take any course with her. Worst professor at OCC. Inconsiderate and unknowledgeable. She doesn't know how to teach according to her students preferences. Its all about her and her preferences. Unfair grader. Blindsides you with test questions you have never seen similar in class.
I personally would not take this class again. She is a nice person but is easily flustered. She will spend a lot of time covering simple material but blows through the hard stuff. First day of class, she says a lot of people fail and have to take it again but it's due to her teaching. Choose another professor because you will be frustrated.
This professor is extremely scattered. She is all over the place when she teaches. She will spend 10 minutes doing a problem only to realize that she cant finish it because its on a topic we havent covered yet. She will not round up your final grade at all.
Professor Britton is really tough. She is an extremely tough grader, does not give any partial credit. Tests are really hard and she puts questions we've never even learned about on the test. She goes over a new section right before an Exam instead of reviewing for the test. Goes over easy concepts of a section, then tells us to learn the rest.
Professor Britton is a great professor! She is a fair grader and sincerely wants all of her students to pass the class. Be ready to participate in lecture and complete a good amount of homework.
Be aware, she might be rating herself just to get new students to take her class. She is not a fair grader at all... she is selfish and just wants the money, and doesn't care if we pass or not. POP QUIZZES every class and she doesn't even word them properly. Tests are nothing like the study guides she gives. DO NOT TAKE HER!!
Goes through lectures way too fast, Terrible time management. Specifically said I only go over things one time, it may be quick but I went over it Says that but sometimes does not finish the lecture that class day. Homework is easy, exam is not like the homework. Nice lady, bad teacher. Would not recommend if you cant learn on your own.
Taking this class was a big mistake. My theory is that she makes it just hard enough that you'll have to drop it or risk lowering your GPA. Then you won't get to do your evaluation at the end, and the only those who passed will. Total grade is no joke 85% tests. If you're not a good test taker, beware. I sure wasn't. Had to drop and lost $600.
This class isn't impossible,it takes. work though Most students in my class dropped, ended with 12 students. If you really study and rewatch lectures (rewatching lectures got me the A) , it's not as hard. She tends to make things slightly confusing, but doing practice problems and S.I. helps. Also a very nice teacher. Its not hard if you do the wor
I liked Mrs. Britton more than most. She was a little tough when it came to grading, but its a math course so what do you except. Daily quizzes make learning the material easier, and help pad your grade a bit if you mess up a test. She drops your lowest test which helped a lot. Dont take a math class and expect to pass without putting in work.
Professor Britton is great. She is a lovely person. MATH-1150 is very fast pace class and if you snooze you lose! Don't get behind or you will regret it. Take advantage of every extra credit opportunity.
Grade is mostly tests. Daily pop quizzes are a lot to handle and her questions arent even written nearly. Very tough grader too. Makes students drop before the deadline so that it doesnt make her look bad.
I just finished my degree and was reflecting upon professors I had taken in the past. Linda Britton is by far the worst professor I have had in my entire educational career. She gives up on her students, she is rude, and is terrible at explaining material. All professors teach, this one just teaches what kind of person not to be.
I struggle with math, but she made the class super easy to understand. There was a lot of homework, but it really helped to do it for the tests. If I ever had to take another math class, I would definitely choose her class.
Linda Britton is the worst teacher ever. She is terrible at explaining material, and doesnt care about any of her students except for the really smart ones. She skips around material and makes it hard to learn. There is also like a student teacher or something in her class who is also very rude. I would not recommend anyone to take her class.
Worst teacher ever. She goes through material so fast and cares too much about the classroom next to us. If they are ahead she wont even go over a part of a chapter. She says with her own words "I only explain things once." Terrible DO NOT TAKE HER... STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS TEACHER. She will try and get you to drop her class so she doesnt look bad
Best teacher ever, best math teacher ever! I have taken a total of seven college level math classes and Mrs. Britton is leagues ahead of her peers. She teaches in a clear and logical manner. Her lectures, handouts, and exercises set you up for success. Go to every class, participate, do the homework and book problems, and you will do well.
Professor Britton made sure everyone understood the material thoroughly, even if that meant pushing back an exam so she can fit in an extra review day. You can tell she wants her students to succeed.
do not take
Not a good teacher at all. Speeds through lectures and tries to get you to drop if you struggle to avoid making her look bad.
Professor Britton is a really great professor. She provides many handout packets which are very useful. Always provides feedback on exams and quizzes to students can find their mistakes and make improvements. Super nice and always easy to reach outside of class, even on weekends!
I took MAT 1150 and truly have never enjoyed math before, Mrs. Britton is great at giving a clear understanding of upcoming tests and gives great answers to questions that are asked. I would absolutely take it again.
I hate math and math hates me. Without Professor Britton, I would have never made it through. She WANTS her students to pass. She makes time for her students and is very receptive. She gives lots of opportunities to gain points in raising your grade, even tho it means "she (I) will be grading papers til (I) she dies".
I love Professor Britton. By far THE BEST math professor at OCC. She is very kind to her students and offers extra credit, drops an exam, and had an SI. She also provided hand written feedback on paper quizzes at least once a week!
Difficult class but you can pass! She teaches fast so be prepared and focused during the lectures. Willing to answer questions and help you after class, and a lot of online homework. You want to make sure to stay consistent with the problems, ask questions and stay as engaged as possible. It is not an easy A, put the time in and you will pass.
Super kind professor and wants to see her students succeed. I'm not a math person and I appreciated the way she explained concepts. You need to stay on top of class assignment to pass.
Mrs.Britton is the THE BEST teacher I have ever had. Even after my k-12 education. She teaches fast and her courses are difficult but she wants you to succeed and she is the sweetest woman ever. I would love to have her for all my math course because she knows what she is doing and she loves it.
Professor Britton is hands down one of the best professors! I took her stats enhanced class which was 6 credits in total. She uses tactile, auditory, and visual methods of teaching. There is a lot to learn but she does a great job. There are a lot of handouts all are useful! Attendance is not mandatory, she does encourage good attendance.
a very on brand stats teacher. while i had personal problems with how she addressed the due dates of the weekly assignments, such as not making the due dates available on the Pule app or in D2L, she is a good teacher that is able to explain concepts well and puts all her notes up on after her lectures
I am a terrible math student and I worked harder for a C in this class than I have for any A I've ever received. Professor Britton is one of the best teachers I've had and genuinely cares about the success of her students. I could not think of enough great things to say about her. I took her for three different classes and she was great every time
Professor Britton is a tough grader and is very picky when it comes to tests/quizzes. However, she offers many chances for extra credit. We had an SI who would be in an hour before class and it was beneficial before big tests. There are a LOT of handouts so be sure to have a binder or multiple folders. Attendance is strict for a good enhanced grade
Ms. Britton is a very fast teacher & a tough grader. The speed she teaches is a lot to keep up with but she offers a lot of help. She is a VERY picky grader on quizzes and tests so make sure to check your work. If you miss a day, you'll lose points you can't make up no matter the reason. She does not accept late work. Around 80 hw questions/chapter
Professor Britton is a tough but fair grader. Her classes require diligence, but she provides ample resources like handouts and an SI to help you succeed. Consider using unstuck study alongside the textbook for extra practice and review.
a tough grader, also very picky. will not care to fail you. do not take her!! her lettuces are also very long and boring
Would Not take this professor. She gives out so much homework and quizzes and is a very picky grader.
