I had her a long time ago but she was HARDDD, I did very good on both take home exams and she gave me a grade i did not deserve, i should have received an A compared to how much kids failed, TRUST ME. there are other professors, take them instead!!!

She dosen't know what the hell she is doing. She gave us back our midterm grades on the day of the final. She walked into the final five minutes late and then she didn't start it until another 20 minutes because she had to keep talking about crap. I haven't learned one thing from her.

She expects you to read the text book at least 3 times. She reads it once in class page by page but does not explain it. You will understand the mathematics but will bot be able to conceptualize the ecinomics that you will need for 213, 214, 370, 350 and 323. Don't bother doing E.C it doesn't help.

The class isn't really that hard if you study but going to her classes confused me. While she is putting up examples on the board, she would say that she's tired and just write the answers on the board w/o an explanation. I even called her twice to ask her if I should just drop the class or continue and she didn't even call me back.

out of 40 20 people dropped after the first test and 10 more people dropped after the second test and got a W. and there was 10 people left in the class and i got the highest grade B-. she is crazy . it's like she's likes failing people. crazyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

I got the impression that she really enjoyed all the mayhem and confusion her approach created. Often went out of her way to makes things more difficult than they needed to be. No surprise that the textbook she assigned was often unclear and incomplete in its explanations. Avoid!

Very depressing, short tempered and dry. Almost laughed at the failure of students and has a terrible outlook on life. She gave me a grade I most definatley did not deserve. She also came in to class once claming she had drank glasses of sangria just moments before! Also, she was always late for class. In short, this women is a poor teacher.

Absolute worst professor for any class I've ever taken in my entire life. Miserable lady, literally the most confusing teacher you will ever have. I have a 3.4GPA and got an A in microeconomics, and I have not gotten over a C on any test I've had so far (3). Highly recommend to stay away unless you want your GPA to significantly drop!!!

I don't believe she's knowledgeable in the subject area. She spoke more about her personal views and less about the material. What she understands I learned in eco 101. She spends a lot of time on. She cannot answer questions adequately, relies heavily on the textbook. Did pass her class but wasn't prepared for Eco 212. Not knowledgeable in Eco.

Lets just say the first day of class there were 40 students, and only about 10 passed. EXTREMELY hard grader. Her tests are all long answers, no multiple choice. Her notes are all over the place. I wouldn't wish her on my worst enemy.

HAHA!! Hardest class at CSI. The Test are no joke they are super long. Class started with 35 students only 13 were there for the midterm. She is super mean! Please stay away.

This woman does the opposite of what a professor should do. She tears down the class and tells us were all not going to succeed and tortures you with ridiculously long exams. Stay away, she makes a 100 level class difficult and likes to see students fail/drop/

Her tests are absolutely ridiculous, riddled with horrible formats that includes short answer questions. As for notes, it is inconsistent and disorganized, talking all over the place, making it hard to understand. Avoid this professor if you can and look for someone else that is better.

Amazingly bad. She gives the college a bad name and is not qualified to teach. Discourages students because of her own personal inadequacies and shortcomings.

DO NOT TAKE HER, she makes up her own grading, I got a 51/50 and its a c because someone got 77/50, she grades however she wants and bases letter grades off the grades of the highest score on each test, so if someone gets an 80/50 a person with 50/50 will get a c- don't take her

This teacher is horrible. Her grading system is horrible. She does not reply to emails. She is so rude towards the students for no reason. DO NOT TAKE HER!!! Talks about absolutely nothing

Every review on this page is incredibly accurate I would not recommend taking this class. Not only is every test incredibly difficult due to the fact you must write two detailed paragraphs for every answer she also lectures you on her political beliefs all class. She seems to forget that professors arent there to tell you how to vote.

Firstly, she is rude, if you ask a question in class she will mock you. Secondly, she claimed that her discussion board questions were optional only to pull a 180 and grade them last minute. Her grading is laughable her test was out of 50, but one kid got a 76/50 so he was the only A, while kids getting 50/50 were getting Bs. She curves down.

Unclear on grading, disrespectful lowkey, unclear while teaching, very very confusing when it comes to grades, I feel as if I was cheated of my grades on test because I did exactly what she asked and even read the textbook and created my own review sheets. Just a headache.

She's the craziest i've had so far. The way she teaches is very poor and she acts like she's good in what she does. Not recommendable to any students. I'd advice you not to go for her or else you gonna regret it

She was by far the worst professor I have ever taken, and i need her credit to graduate. She gives tests with only 5-8 questions all long response and with every test only 5-7 people pass and she curves the rest. She blames the students for not being able to learn yet her whole class has failed ALL THREE test, cant stress it enough do not take her.

DO NOT TAKE THIS PROFESSOR UNLESS YOU WANT TO FAIL!! Gives tests with only 5 long -short answer questions that take the whole two hours and you can barely finish in time. She is a very tough grader and barely anyone passes. I think she said the average was like a 55. She curves the tests by like 2 points. I do not recommend

3 exams worth 30% each, and weekly discussion boards worth 10pts. She really doesn't know how to teach, and her notes are useless. If you want to get a good grade, you'll be reading the book and teaching yourself. She has a curve that hurts students because it locks most of the class into a C/C+. If I could rate lower, I would.

She was all over the place in her teaching. Lectures weren’t helpful when it came time for the test because the tests were so hard for no reason.

Before our first test she said things like "most students wont be returning after this test" or " you will only pass because of my curve". So besides all of this halfway through the semester after the last day you can drop the course she changes all her rules saying there are no make up tests and you cant go to the bathroom or anything like that.

DO NOT take this course it is a total nightmare. Classes get very political for no reason, she talks about her political views all class long and shames you if you vote differently. Be prepared to learn this class on your own with the textbook, lessons are all over the place and changed the grading policy mid semester the day after we can drop it.

You might fall asleep during her lecture, what people say is true, don't pick this class, the topics are too broad, she tends to speak outside the textbook, and SHE DOESN"T DO REVIEW FOR THE TEST, you are on your own with the textbook, and the midterm + Final will be your nightmare. Half the class gets below 40.

Never take this Professor she cannot teach, and she complains about everything she will get off topic 90% of the time. Exams are very hard and the whole class averages a 40% and she does not do any reviews for exams.

She tends to go off topic and rant nearly every class for 80% of the lecture. Doesn't do any reviews and uses a curve relative to the average grade of the class in order to grade exams. The average of the last exam was a 40%. She assigns little to no homework and even altered her grading policy halfway through the semester???

Don't take this professor. 95% of the time she doesn't even know what she's talking about. STUDENTS HAVE TO CORRECT HER ON THE WHITE BOARD! There should be an age limit for professors to work in colleges because she goes over the limit. She doesn't go over previous questions that were assigned and her handwriting is terrible. AVOID HER AVOID HER..

Professor is genuinely a bit too old to be teaching here at CSI often times will go of topic and start talking about politics. Her tests are honestly easy and straightforward except for the fact that she cant grade at all. Will commonly circle and mark correct answers wrong just because she didn't "like" the answer even though its correct. NO GOOD!

Confusing lectures, doesn't use brightspace and no exam reviews making this class very study heavy and you had to teach yourself. Your only getting graded on exams. No homework I don't know what she's talking about and she gets off topic and talks about politics. She also speaks very monotoned and it hard to pay attention. You NEED the textbook

legit sucks. we only get graded based on tests and trust me you WILL fall asleep during a lesson. textbook dependent, and barely. does not teach whats on the tests.

she is so obsessed with Adam smith and non top rides him, always talking about Adam smith as if it was her father or boyfriend. Wouldnt be surprised since she is super super old.she talks very slow and wastes so much time.i wouldn't take again but its also not the hardest class.

Very nice woman but her class was just terrible. The lectures are long and boring. Your grade is only your test and the questions on the test are completely different than what you learned. Highly recommend you do not take.

Exams in this class are really unfair. The professor doesn't really monitor the room, students keep taking photos of the test and use AI or other help. Meanwhile, honest students end up at the bottom of the curve. The testing environment needs a lot more oversight.
