This is the only math class that I have gotten an A in. She really knows how to break it down so you can understand. If you need a good foundation in math take her.

Great instructor! She cured me of my algebra phobia. She's extremely thorough and patient. If you do all the homework and ask questions you'll have no problem.

She takes everything nice and slow so if you do not catch it s very useful to you. If you are someone who is quick to catch on this class will be extremely boring.

She's a great teacher!! I hate math with such a passion and don't understand it very well, but i did really good in her class and actually got something out of it! I highly recommend her if you're not that great at math like me...

Wow, she is the best math teacher I've ever had! She gives multiple examples of how to do problems instead of just one and goes really slow so it's easy to understand. If you pay attention in class you don't even have to use the book except to do homework - I never once read any section of the book and I got an A.

She sometimes tends to talk to us like we are retarded but it all good. I love her anyway she is a sweetie pie:)

Mrs. D is an AMAZING teacher... I'm really really bad at math and I got an A in the class... she explains things nice and slow and she doesn't move on until she makes sure you understand.. I reccomend her!!

I've never learned so much in a math class, very clear, helps you understand, takes things slow, shows you exactly whats on tests. I hate math and got an A. Get her if you can!!

Take this professor's class!!! If you are mathematically challenged, no matter how bad, you will leave her class understanding it all!!! Don't skip or get behind, and an A is easy to get! She is wonderful!!

A great teacher. She was very helpful and always available. She is very understanding to problems and helps in any way possible. I think she did a great job explaining things and allows you notes on some tests and final. She teachs so well you don't really need your notes but for support.

She is the best. I forget every thing about math, so I kind learned it all over again with her. She is very helpful, made the material really easy and understandable, and she let us use a one paper to put all of our notes that we will need in the final.

She acts like shes teaching first graders. Shes helpful, but likes things done her way. She makes tests unbelieveably easy. Passed the class with 104%, if you know a decent amount about algebra, dont take this class try to test out. Shes nice though.

Go to class do the homework and ask questions when you don't understand and you will have no problem with this class. Mrs D is awesome she explains things and does not make you feel dumb when you ask a question. If your have questions she will take time to help you and make sure you understand before she moves on.work hard and she will work with yo

Prof. Disselkoen was a great teacher. I hate math in general, but I got an A in her class. She goes over everything until every student gets it, and is willing to help no matter what. If you need a helping hand in math, definitely take her class.

Mrs. D is such a sweet lady and a great teacher. I often have trouble with math but I did fine in this class. She goes really slow (sometimes too slow) but its all really helpful and she is not very strict when grading test or assignments. I didn't even do the homework and got an 93%

Professor D. is AWESOME! She is really funny, without trying to be. She is very helpful to her students, and tests were easy. She is down to business about things, but most of the time has a smile on her face while going about this business. Take her, you will not regret it!

BEST MATH PROF EVER! She is SO nice and so helpful. You get to work with a partner most of the time for quizzes, and get to use a note card on major tests. She makes math fun and easy to understand. I highly recommend.

I loathe math, and professor D actually allowed me to enjoy it for once because she helped me understand it. I feel as though math professors should follow her ways more because math is not an easy subject for some students and she clearly cares about helping you understand the mateiral.

I looooooooooooove Mrs. D! She teaches things very clearly & is just an absolute doll! I recommend her to anyone & the mistakes that she does make are minor, she's human, SHEESH!

Great teacher! Taught with great clarity and made sure you understood the material. While attendance wasn't mandatory, she did assign in-class work, so if you missed that, that pretty much just sucks for you. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TEACHER!

She was one of the best teachers I've ever had. I needed a refresher on math from having a year off from taking it after graduation. She explained everything well and almost always let us leave class early. We didn't fall behind schedule and it was always clear what was expected from us. I would have this professor again!

Was never good at math in high school. Wasn't interested in it either but i had to take this class. BEST. MATH. CLASS. EVER. I had it at 8 AM and still enjoyed it. Best professor ever. Makes everything so easy. Not too boring either. Very nice lady. TAKE THIS CLASS WITH HER. SHES AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Awesome professor! Very clear what is on tests and willing to help. Be sure to do the homework it helps. There is a quiz every week most of the time you can work with your table on them. If you miss class she'll work with you to fill you in but try to not miss so you don't fall behind. Wish I could take her for 122! Very clear what was on finale.

Great prof. She helped me understand things I haven't in the past. She does give lots of little quizzes and assignments but it is helpful. Her tests are very straight-forward and easy. Take her for sure!

Professor Disselkoen was a wonderful professor. She made me love math and want to come to class! She was always willing to stay late after class to help students understand the material better. She gives extra credit opportunities and tests are easy if you do the homework and practice. I definitely would take her again!

Disselkoen is the best professor that I have had at GV. She takes time to answer all questions to make sure that each student understands what is being taught. She knows the material and structures the material well to be taught in full capacity. 12/10 would suggest her !

Such a sweetheart! Usually lets you out about 20 minutes early. 3 tests, and they weren't that bad. In class assignments almost every class, or a pop quiz. She calls on people randomly in class which is annoying, but i would take her over and over again!

She is awesome! Very nice, caring, and tries to make sure everyone understands. She assigns a lot of homework but practicing the methods helps. You have a quiz or small assignment once a week and they're not that bad cause usually you can work with others. Also, she usually lets you out early .

Professor Disselkoen is the best math professor I have ever taken! She is super understanding if you miss class and she is willing to help you inside and outside of class. She loves what she does and wants you to pass. She also makes a lot of jokes during class which is always a bonus.

She takes each section slow and makes sure you understand. There are 3 regular exams and then your final. If you show up and do the homework you will do pass the class.

I absolutely love her! She teaches the material really well and answers any questions you have. There is a homework assignment for each section that helps with understanding the material but she does not collect it. There are 3 main exams and a final which she gives you review problems for. She is also very clear about what will be on tests.

Super nice lady! Not a lot of homework but a good amount. She grades things really fast and gets them back to you right away! She takes a lot of time reviewing material every class period, which can be a bit of a drag if you know the material but helpful if you missed a class.

Such a good prof! Especially if you struggle with math. She really cares about her students success and explains things so they are easy to understand. She does randomly call on people, but it's never a big deal if you don't know the answer. She is always at office hours too if you need extra help. She grades things really quickly too!

Professor Disselkoen is a god-sent. She has helped me become some much better at math, especially because I had withdrawn from 2 previous math classes taught by other math professors. She really goes in depth and explains things so it is easy to understand what to do. I have nothing but good things to say about her.
