hard for a start off, gen ed etc.. gives u a lotta stress.. but.. if you're not lazy and u do the work, you'll get by.. all i have to say is "wassup?!"

Class was pretty good. You really have to stay on task though. If you fall behind you will never catch up. She makes you work to your potential and takes nothing less, which is a good thing, right?

Very good teacher. New college students could learn to make their college life successful. Have to be motivated to learn. If you want to do well in college TAKE THE TEACHER for English 56 even you don't have to take English 56.

Hard grader, but learned a lot from taking her course. Expects the best from her students. I took her class in 2003; her style of teaching and material covered will be beneficial with college career.

very overwhelming. the first week of class we had to underline everything we read! she checked it to-u get marked down if u dont. u have to go to the lab to get TONS of hours done =X dont procrastinate!!!! & study vocab words!

This teacher taught me how to write. I still use her template for all the writting I do. She is a very devoted teacher and there is a lot to be learned from her. Going to the plays is fun as well.

Knows her stuff and loves to teach it to others. You'll get a lot from her class if you're willing to do the work. Great class.

Get ready to work your butt off for a B. She's a good teacher but gives u too much hw, her excuse is its the rule watever, cut us some slack HELLO we have OTHER classes. the hw is easy but she is a hard grader.

You'll be overwhelmed in the beginning of the semester, but she has the passion to teach this class. Learned alot taking it. Lots of homework, especially her learning guides, but its worth getting an A.

This teacher is very detailed orient. She explains things step-by-step. She's very helpful, whether it's class related or not! She does expect a lot from her students (i.e. homework), but its well worth taking her class, because you will learn diff. techniques that you will make you succeed in life.

She cares about people. Even though stupid people may not understand why she does what she does, I know that she does. She gives her time, effort, and heart to the student and wants them to take something amazing away. If you want to be a better student take her. Thank you linda.

she means well, but the work is A LOT. definitely have to go in during office hours in order to get a good grade. do all extra credit! easy materials, but the way she grades is hard. it's a lot of work, but if you dedicate the time (like it's your ONLY class) then you should have no problem. very very helpful when you need help.

she is a great teacher. she is hard but you just have to study and lesson to her in class and take lots of notes. you will pass the class with a great grate. i got an A in this class so can you.

If you are willing to study and learn from basic, she is not too bad. well planed for her class and keep up her schedule.Good for foriegn students.

Although Dr. Lee is a strict and Demaning teacher, she cared very much about her students. She taught to the best of knowledge to try to get every student to try and work hard. Just do the homework and listen to the lectures and I garuntee that you will pass every test!

she speaks very FAST!!! ask her at the beginning of class if you can use a tape recorder! dont just show up with one. she might get pissed off! shes good so far..

Good teacher, willing to work with students if you put in effort. You can redo essays as many times as you want. She offers lots of extra credit. She genuinely cares about students.

Ms. Lee needs to work for a bootcamp as a drill officer. She is not friendly and treats her students like mere children. She needs to readjust her attitude towards her teaching style because it's terrible. Take another teacher!!!

I believe Linda does all she can to help her students. It may be alot of work, but it's worth it. Point blank, if you are really lazy, dont be in her class. Dr. Lee at first seems like someone who just there to teach. She has a strong system to MAKE you learn as long as you try. If you try you will get points and it will help your grade. Those who just want an easy teacher good luck, its impossible. Dr Lee is a great teacher and hope to get her again in the future

Dr Lee assigns LOTS of hmwk & is really pushy about class participation. I'll admit that at times I was over her & energy, but in the end realized that there is reason for her madness and ended up w/an A. She truly cares about her students & wants to help them succeed. Not recommended for students that don't do homework & never show up to class.

Professor Lee is a great teacher, but you MUST put the effort into her class. Don't expect the be able to get by on slacking, not doing reading, and not doing the homework. As long as you do you work and try she is very willing to work with you and help you out in any way possible.

Linda's class is extreamly stressful. The amount of work you get is basically like your taking two classes. Oh, and plan to listen because your not allowed to speak unless she tells you to. "ALL EYES ON HER" kind of a class. Shes not a bad teacher its just too much work, but I did learn a lot though.

Yes, professor Lee is probably not the best teacher, but she definitely is easy and kind. I believe if you show up to class everyday and have the best attitude towards her, she will respect you the same way you respect her. Easy A and learned a lot. And you must participate, she likes students that participate.

Linda is a great professor, don't get me wrong but she is selfish with her time. Expects particulation from everyone and You have to work SUPER HARD to get that A. She teaches that college is not like high school, yet treats her students like they're still in high school. Don't take this class unless you want to spend hours on homework everyday.

She is a good teacher. She wants us to give feedback to her, and you have to prepare your homework before class meeting. However, she is very helpful, and she is a good teacher for students who want to learn in an active way. You will have a good reading skill and techniques to read and to learn in a smart way if you take her class.

This Professor will change your life! The only people who don't like her are the ones that haven't given her method of learning a chance. She gives Crystal clear instructions .The course is a lot of work but well worth the outcome. She will meet with you to help you with any issues in life. She gives out so much extra credit.

Professor was pretty easy to talk to. She made the lectures as fun as it could. Participation matters because it will help your grade and will give you a chance to earn extra credit.

I took Dr. Lee a while ago, and I now understand what she is trying to accomplish with her teaching style. She is really preparing everyone for graduate degrees. When you get into upper classes, you will find yourself running out of time. She is trying to set you up for more than a Bachelor's degree, helping you learn the material immediately

I took this professor before and most students found this class to be quite difficult. However, before enrolling I really didnt know how to write a proper paper, now i do. This class is not for someone who thinks they'll do well by just somewhat trying. You really need to put in the effort. Overall a difficult but educational class.
