She is very helpful and friendly. There is a bit confusing and she teach a little too fast, but she tried to answer any question you may have during class or after, fast response e-mail and give a lots extra credit to help student pass the class. Highly recommended.

At first I felt there was a language barrier due to her english not being so great, however she was extremely helpful and she actualy cares about her students.

It was an 8-week class. She makes it so you can understand. It's helpful to know Excel. Didn't have to do the last project and still got an A. Took her for ACCT124 as well since I liked her so much.

Basically put in some effort, show up to class, take the midterm and final exams, hand in all HW assignments (I think there were 4?) and you pass with an A. This isn't a course I would have taken if it wasn't required for the accounting certification, but professor Sung makes it relatively painless. It is also nice that she prints all handouts.

Professor Sung has to be the best professor at SAC. Since she works in the field teaching is just a passion for her. She makes you understand the core concepts of accounting since now a days computers do the work for us. Attendance is a must and she will work with you to get a good grade. HW is moderate. the only way to fail her class is to try.

I took ACCT 101 last semester. She is great. I learned a lot. Read the chapter before class and do all homework and you will be fine. She made ACCT so easy.

Prof. Sung is amazing! Before taking this class, everybody I know said that Accounting is one of the tough classes in the Business major. However, Prof. Sung makes the class easy and understandable. If you do all the Learn Smart, which is extra credits, group projects, you will definitely not fail the class. Highly recommended.

Professor Sung is amazing! At first I was scared to take accounting, due to the fact that everyone told me that it's such a hard course, but Prof. Sung made accounting fun & easy to understand. Acct101 is neither hard or boring with her! I switched majors from psych to business and she inspired me to try out accounting. She straight out lays you the work and deadlines. Read before class so you can participate and understand her lectures. Do it for yourself. She is beyond helpful than many others! Do your hw to do well. Easy A!

Great professor! Wish I could've had her my first round of accounting classes. Conveys material well but if you take the night class she does run through it all fairly quickly due to time so be sure to do the pre-class reading and all homework. That will help a lot. More group work than I'd like to have. Grading is clear and lots of extra credit.

As long as you do the read and understand the material you'll be fine. Professor Sung will also work with you as long as you ask. Overall very good class.

Great Professor, very knowledgeable of the subject and is very helpful. The class was a very fast-paced 4 week class, but the professor worked with the students to make sure we are meeting all of the required due dates. The class was very informative and she was open to answering all of our tax related questions.

Attend the online exam reviews!! They will help you with the exams. They are also extra credit if you attend them. Make sure you get started early on the projects because they are very time consuming

I took ACCT101 for Fall20 and my class study via zoom meeting. Prof Linda is really cares to every student in her class. We could see the zoom lecture a thousand time if we do not understand, because Professor will record the lecture. Anyway, just do homework and review her lecture, you could pass the class.

ACCT 124 - Computerized Income Tax Preparation. Online class with recorded lectures. She posted videos on how to use TaxSlayer to do 1040, Schedule A, C, E, and Education Credits. She updated most videos, which is great! There are still Some videos need to be updated.

Very caring professor, just be prepared to do a lot of homework. She provides a lot of extra credit so there should be no chance that you could fail. Attendance is also mandatory as she has in class group quizzes for those that show up. A ton of assignments and very time consuming but overall a very great professor.

Professor Sung is a perfect mix of organization, instruction, and lenience. The material covered will naturally be challenging to some, as Accounting is subject with lots of nuiance. Getting an A is easy so long as you dedicate time to the material (Extra Credit!) My favorite thing about Professor Sung is how responsive to emails she is.

Professor Linda is very caring, she provides videos on how to file certain documents and explains and is very detailed. There is a lot of extra credit provided, this class is easy just a lot of reading. Most of the hw is quizzes, the final tests are all based on the chapters.

This class was easy, she provides some lecture videos in some topics. Just make sure to do the work on time, and try not to get behind so you can understand this course as it goes on. I definitely recommend her, if you need help reach out to her and she'll help you out.

Class is long, I did not expect to understand accounting, it is difficult, but she lets you collaborate alot so it helps, she knows accounting isnt for everyone so isnt hard on it.There is some work to do though. Very kind as well always making jokes, but also very good at teaching the material. Pretests do help alot, easy to get in contact with.

The course is difficult. But the professor is what makes the difference. Clearly cares about students and will help if you talk to her very funny and helpful. Overall great professor. She was really sweet and her class was very straightforward. Classwork/ homework was easy to access since she only used McGraw-Hill Connect. However, when it came to testing for exams you had to have Proctorio on since it is a uc/csu transfer class. Other than that, class was clear and straightforward.

I actually took ACCT108 and got a C in the class. I took the accelerated class with her and she gave just the right amount of work not too much or too little. A lot of the work is on a website that you'll need to buy mostly pop quizzes but very straightforward. She is a very nice professor and she is very helpful. She truly cares about you.

I love Miss Sung best professor ever.The class was fun and did not feel like work. did absolutely everything to make sure we succeed in this class without babying us while still making this class engaging and challenging.Perks: Lots and I mean TONS of Extra Credit, 1 page Cheat sheets for Exams, All Test and Quizzes are group and graded separately.

Professor Sung is a great teacher - her class is straightforward and she's very helpful. The material can be challenging, but using resources like Unstuck AI alongside the textbook really helps. Overall, a solid class if you're willing to put in the work.

Linda sung was a good professor but this class is 100% self taught. With out her extra credit opportunities, I wouldn't have gotten an A+. Assignments are VERY tedious. Be prepared to spend 5+ hours a week on assignments alone. Tests take about 3 hours unfortunately.
