Dr. Caya should not be a professor. She does not teach at all, the power points are produced by the same company as the book. Her grading on the presentation and case study is completely arbitriary. However, the class is easy if you read the book and go to class to get the in-class points.

Lisa is very caring and willing to help if students need it. The class isn't very organized so you don't really know what you're going to get until you come to class. The topic is very interesting and she's very knowledgeable. There are a few guest speakers who she brings in throughout the semester.

Prof. Caya is the most disorganized professor I have ever had. She talks about her daughter for half the lecture and then wonders why no one understands the material. She was behind the entire semester and made us take an exam on two lectures. Some of her notes are from previous years so you have to show up or you won't get them.

Prof Caya is an interesting teacher to say the least. She's very passionate about the topic of development and has lots of stories to share to help you remember. She can be pretty quirky and disorganized in what we're learning about, but her tests weren't overly difficult as long as you studied and remembered general concepts.

Honestly so disappointed in Lisa Caya. The class was all online, a huge adjustment for everyone, but it feels like she has put in no effort. Her powerpoints are clearly posted from years prior with no elaboration on terms, and links so many other websites and videos to watch. She is completely absent and I am teaching myself. Also SO slow @ grading
