Wicked teacher, but youve got to go to class. She doesn't just teach from the textbook. Theres tons of stuff she talks about in class that you can't miss if you want to score a good mark on the test. Lots of work, but really good. Totally worth it.

Lisa is the greatest teacher ever! She is my boy! She is funny, and relates the topic to real life situations. Make sure you go to all her classes cause its all testable stuff. Who else could make Occupational Health and Safety interesting and fun! Lisa if you're reading this,you are the greatest!

OMG - she's simply the greatest teacher! She really prepares her students well for exams and cuts out the BS. She uses real life examples when she explains things and it really helps you remember the concepts. She's great! Take her and go to all her classes and you'll get an A.

Awesome teacher - relates course material to real life well with some interesting stories and examples. Very approachable if help is needed and has a kool sense of humour. My fav. teacher throughout the whole program.

Other then BUS, I had her for H&S as well too and yes, 8:00 am Monday morining's a killer especially that's the only class there is. But Lisa's very good at making new chapters easy. She's one of the best teachers I've had in my 3 years at Seneca taking HR.

OHS ROCKS! Take the class. Very orgranized teacher who can explain things in great detail. She will actually sit down with you if you need help understanding. Lisa knows what she's talking about so class isn't boring. Only thing is theres lots of work in this class so be ready.

I find this course very interstign because the Professor involves the students and there are lots of opportunities to ask questions. Professor constantly checks ti ensure everyone is comfortable with the material. Lots of feedback and overall the class is excellent!

Very approachable and cares for her students. Easy to get over 80%, just attend classes and listen to hints. If you can't get a great mark with her maybe you should reconsider a career in Human Resources. Exams and quizzes are no brainers.

Completely clear and really organized. Go to class and definately listen to hints! I studied a lot for the material, but Lisa made it pretty clear what was the important material to focus on. Would like to take another course with her!

I graduated many years past and I have to say Lisa's the reason I'm in OHS. She is a great Prof and a real inspiration. She always pointed me in the right direction. She went above and beyond to make classes engaging and relevant and she always made the class laugh along the way. She knows her stuff. The course is absolutely amazing!

If u want an "A" or even better, then make sure u take this professor. She sincerely want u to succeed. At first the class will look like it's difficult; just sit tight & cling on because it gets easier. Lisa give u a lot of information in the quiz, midterm,& exam reviews just to help u get a high grade. Also, she's a very easy marker. Recommended

At first her class will seem very difficult but with time and practice it gets easier. She really wants you to take that textbook knowledge and be able to apply it to reality and her classes will give you lots of time for just that. Don't stress yourself out over this course and take it in small digestable pieces and apply to life to help remember!

This instructor is extremely helpful. She explains thoroughly to make sure you understand the material and lets the entire class participate if they wish to. She give out a lot of additional material to prepare well. She was always available over email and office hours if class time was not enough time. This teacher is an A+++!

I enjoyed this class a lot. The professor taught me a lot that I'll use in the real world. Some topics were hard but she's willing to explain and help. The final exam was long but Lisa gave out a really good review that helped. You have to study if you want to do well. There is a lot to study. I learned a fair deal.

Ms Gugliemi is very passionate about this subject which is what I love, she is very kind and funny. There is so much reading which is what I don't love. I found it hard because I couldn't use a dictionary during test but she is very patient. I sincerely hope I can take another course with her.

Really intense tests. Some questions are really random. She cares a lot. It shows. She makes what could be a very boring subject into a fairly interesting one. You will have to work for your grade. I know for a lot of people in my program, this was their lowest mark.

Nice person, student advocate. Had her during the strike and she made sure she heard all our concerns and offered to write the School or President on our behalf. Very knowledgeable about HR and some interesting stories. Used a variation of teaching techniques.

Very organized, incredibly intelligent and caring prof. She teaches everything you need to know for the exams/quizzes in class, so textbook is not needed. She gives great hints, but she expects you to know A LOT of content for her exams, so procrastination is a big no no. Overall great quality lectures, and an easy marker.

I really like this professor's style. She is genuine and interesting and so class flies by. The material was a lot to cover but manageable chunks were presented.

Can't say enough good things about her. She is a great lecturer and you can tell that she is passionate about the subject. I have never seen anyone as passionate as Lisa! her lectures are great and very engaging I don't even check out for a second. She gives A LOT of hints during her lectures so please go to her class. Be prepared to memorize a lot of information. She is very fair and doesn't pick favorites. JUST TAKE HER!

When I hear the word Passionate, Lisa comes to mind. She enjoys teaching and it shows in the level of care she has for her students development. She stresses the importance of reading because this is a heavy course. Also, she gives hints during class which prepares us for her exams and final. Wish I had her from the start of the course- A real gem

She makes the lecture fun, she is caring and gives assignments that are helpful for midterm and finals. Gives out hints for exams however will not give marks easily if you do not explain well. Participate and pay attention to her lectures.

Overall a good course online. Prof makes everything clear about what to do and is super responsive... when I message her sometimes I get a response in minutes. I like the lectures. Exams are worth a lot so they can stress you but good course overall.

I like the way this class is structured. I prefer bigger assignments and exams because I work outside of school and my time to study is limited. If I study I want it to count for more than 5%. The exams are fair if you read and go to lectures. Good prof. I hope I get an A but marks aren't seen yet.

This class was my lowest grade but my favorite. Professor Lisa encouraged me never to give up and is always there to help me. I want to get into h and s and she is supportive about this. 6 courses is so hectic but Seneca HR is very good.

The workload is reasonable. 4 tests and no final. Assignment 2 is a lot but clear about what's to be expected. This class is online but still engaging. Take the class.. My friends take it in person. All good. All seem to run the same.

I go to class every week. It's online & convenient. Professor Lisa makes it fun & informative. The case studies we focus on relate to the weekly reading. I'm learning a lot and am interested in HR now more than I used to be!

Hands down, one of the best educators I've ever had.

theres nothing bad to say about her shes literally so nice and so helpful on assisting throughout the course and shes a grey's anatomy fan which is so cute she incorporates scenarios into tests. I had her for occupational health and safety and it was a great course. i'd definitely take another class shes teaching.

She is a caring and helpful prof who keeps you updated with notifications about upcoming quizzes and assignments. Her lectures are very modest and don't cover everything; most of the learning is done on your own from the textbook and PowerPoints. She is a hard marker on assignments.
