Very Fun Class. She makes it easy if you want to learn. You have the potential to learn a lot out of this class. Overall it is a fun and easy class.

she is nice and easy to talk with, but didn't get most of the stuff she was teaching. she allows students to talk and we seem to get to know everyones personal life. I see some points that pertain to the subject but just didn't get it. Good Luck to those who take her class.

This class is totally worth it to boost your GPA, also is fun. Helps you learn public speaking skills as well. Took it over the summer, the only class in college I've gotten an A in so far. Just listen, not too much work 2 projects that's all.

Fantastic teacher. I took the class for an easy A but I really enjoyed the subject because of her. I kept the book to look up info for reference. She can change your life if you let her!

THE ONLINE CLASS WAS SOOOOOO EASY! It was interesting, too! It was the easiest class I've EVER TAKEN! I spent an average half hour every two weeks on work and got an A on everything! It was so unbelievably easy! I learned a lot, it was easy, it was great! Don't buy the $40 e-textbook, just the e-workbook, you'll never read the e-textbook.

Cuts straight to the point which is great. She will only tell you about things you need to know. A bit repetitive sometimes... Your grade will mainly consist of two papers and two fairly easy tests. With a little effort and paying attention in class you'll get a good grade. Cares more about the delivery and structure of your paper then the content.

Gave you exactly what you needed to do good in the class. The comment about morals was wrong, I know she didn't like my topic politically (spoke bad about Israel) but she gave me a very fair grade and still gave me motivation for my future.Bad:not too fond of middle east; good:She is a good looking and fun teacher, not many of those around.

This is actually a professor who reads comments in here and gets them deleted if she doesn't like them. I said she was prejudiced against middle-easterners and its gone. Wow!

Prof Stefani is one of the most fun, articulate, & caring profs I ever had. She's very concise on telling you what you need to do to succeed in her class. (She literally gives you the grade sheet with a list of things she's going to grade you on beforehand.) Also, you learn only what is relevant. I highly recommend her!

I learned so much from this class. It was hard and her expectations were high, but she gives you everything you need to pass if you are willing to work. No freeloading here. The e-book was inexpensive and made all my asssignments clear. I will definitely use the material again. If you don't pass this class it's your own fault. Truth.

Very cool teacher. You will have to work to get a good grade and procrastination has the potential to kill you and your grade. Her textbook is cheap and extremely useful, lays out exactly what you need to know and how to do it. Information learned in this class will be useful and relevant to other courses as well.

I would definitley reccommend Stefani.Its a hard class, but if you put alot of effort into it you can get a good grade.Do not skip out on class!She will drop you after 3 absences.Follow her outlines or you will look stupid in front of all of your classmates.I worked my butt off for an A but it is possible! Stefani! I love her. ebook was really helpful and went well with her lectures. She keeps you engaged through out class period. At times I wish it was longer because we would get so into lectures. 4 hw assignments, 1 presentation about yourself, and a final. Easy stuff. Just make sure you read and understand what she's talking about.

I took comm128 online and had no idea what to expect. It turned out to be one of the best classes I have taken. Her textbook was interesting as well. She is extremely understanding and fair when grading. Stereotype assignment was unexpectedly fun. I would highly recommend her class.

Love her. She absolutely changed my life, and I'm not even half way through the semester! YES, she's tough, but realize that we ARE in COLLEGE people. For the people who say she "gives" bad grades, you obviously didn't work ENOUGH. She is there to help you succeed, if you let her! She will see how much you care about your future! Amazing professor.

Prof Stefani is AWESOME!!! I love her style of teaching and her course is very structured and clear. For people who got bad grades, please be aware it must be your inability to read and write. There is no surprise in what is expected. Just read what is required, the work is actually educational and brings lots of insight to communication. Easy "A"

she is very clear on homework but quizzes on the other hand she is not. the final had nothing to do with the entire class.

Live professor Stefani. She does take awhile to respond to emails. But she is an online teacher so she has a lot of emails to check. Be patient and follow the schedule, and you will learn a lot. I loved the intercultural exchanges in the class and how understanding professor Stefani was. Great professor great content, and very helpful!

I thoroughly enjoyed learning the content in this class. Prof Stefani's impeccable instructions were without fail. I was able to follow her detailed instructions without hesitation. You will not be disappointed. Lots of research but you will not be bored and only grow in knowledge.

Stefani doesn't mess around. If you really want that A, you got to follow the criteria and practice your speech. Overall though, I would recommend her for communications. She's pretty knowledgable and definitely helped me with public speaking. She's also open to creative topics- but wants you think them through. Good professor. Good class.

She is a really funny teacher and is great at incorporating good examples into her lecture. I couldn't public speak at all before I took this class but she really helped me succeed and enjoy it. Very clear on what she wants, do not be lazy.

Very funny teacher but it can be border-line offensive. Doesn't do "Political correct crap". The outlines she gives are very very very specific and take forever. Long speeches, one informative one persuasive; however, she really helped out with my public speaking, but if your thinking of doing this class for intersession, plan for no life.

She is a good teacher. only 2 speeches, but they are a lot of work. 1 midterm and 1 final. Hw on the first day so BUY THE BOOK!! No procrastination or you will regret it. Sit in front row :)

Buy the book, and follow the outlines exactly and you will pass with an A no problem. She is very specific about what you need to do, and as long as you don't wait until the night before to do your entire speech you should be golden. A little intimidating at first, but she is such a sweet lady, really willing to help.

Professor Stefani is awesome! I really enjoyed her class because she is funny and really passionate about her subject. Expect to have a lot of long assignments. They are not hard just long. Everything is clear cut in the syllabus. Knock out your assignments and show up and you're good to go. I really enjoyed this class and what I learned!

Stefani's book will be your guide to success in this class. Make sure you follow the outlines in the book, practice your speeches as much as possible, and don't be afraid to ask Stefani questions. She's really helpful and she wants you to do well. This class definitely helped me with my fear of public speaking, & everyone in class was just awesome!

I took Comm 122 during the intercession; it was the typical 3 hour class on Monday through Friday with MLK Day off. There is an expression where the students get what they put into the class. This is true. There are 2 tests and 2 speeches which, if you follow the outline, should not be a problem. If you get "shredded" you did something wrong.

I'm really shy so I was really worried going into this class. After taking it, though, I feel much better at giving presentations. I took this as an intersession course so it was a bit fast-paced but definitely manageable. Stefani gave clear step-by-step instructions on the speeches & graded fairly. As long as you do good research you'll be fine.

I took COMM122 over intersession, very worried because I'm not a public speaker at all but I thought the short time will help. This was one of the easiest and funniest classes I've ever taken. She made going to class fun and it wasn't an intense environment. I feel more confident in my public speaking as well. TAKE HER! I suggest for intersession

Professor Stefani is one of the best professors I've ever had. She is so funny, inspiring, and FAIR!!! Expect to do a very well research. If you come in and follow directions like an adult, you will pass. If you expect to goof off and not work for your grade then sorry. You get what you earned! Ask for extra credit and you might get it!!! ;)

I took the accelerated COMM 122 class over summer. Follow her instructions, be kind to her and do good research on your speech topics and you will get an A. Her "Textbook" Is an E-book that is pretty much just instructions for your speeches and samples. Most of my class hated her but that is because they didn't take the class very seriously.

She's a good teacher, lectures a couple of times in the beginning of the year but then let's you go off on your own for the 2 speeches she gives. Do exactly what her textbooks tells you to do, and don't do her speeches overnight. 3 speeches (Introductory, Informative, Persuasive) 2 tests (about her book) 1 extra credit I liked her overall

Professor Stefani was an amazing teacher, one of my favorites. You will give 3 speeches in her class. One Introductory speech that is assigned on the first day of class, one Informative Speech, and a Persuasive speech. You will use her textbook A LOT. Read her textbook carefully and do EXACTLY what it tells you to do. Don't do your speech overnight

Great class to take, especially if you are just starting college. Will set you in the right path. Attendance is a must. She's a hard teacher but very educational. She loves her Big Gulps lol. She makes class fun.

Prof. Stefani is great. She definitely practices what she teaches and she sets up the class so that each student can easily pass. The textbook has everything you need to know and it gives you insight to everything you will learn and do in the class. She is an amazing lecturer and she encourages all of her students to be the best they can be.

Professor Stefani was very helpful and easy to reach. Her lectures were entertaining and gave me a strong sense that she really knew what she was talking about. If you do everything she asks you to do, this class will be should be an easy A.

My online class consisted of 4 homework assignments that were fairly easy but require you do to some deep reflecting on your life. There were 2 video projects that were also required but were fairly easy because they are just you explaining things about yourself. Her tests/exams were super easy if you keep up with the lecture/PowerPoints.

Professor Stefani was very nice, I wish I could have her as a teacher for all my classes. Assignments are straight forward and self explanatory, make sure to be detailed in your responses for full points! I recommend this class to anyone, making the collage presentation was very fun and easy to do. I also found this class very interesting as well.

This class was super fun and useful! While Professor Stefani doesn't use Canvas and has her own way of doing things, it was very simple to use. This class is easy as long as you do the homework assignments/projects and take good notes on lectures. She also is very accessible with office hours, and consistently emails updates. Amazing experience!

The course is not hard as long as you are following the instructions given. Professor Stefani is very upfront, honest and pretty funny. The content of the class is really useful for everyday application and I wish I had taken the course year ago.

I took her comm 120 class over the summer, and it was a breeze. Prof. Stefani is very sweet/considerate in her work, and ready to answer questions. Lectures were half-online, half zoom classes, and pretty straightforward. There is also a book, but the chapters were very short, so homework was very quick. All-around easy yes!

Took her class online, amazing teacher. Really nice to talk to and is very understandable/supportive. Her assignments are easy literally just do them and apply effort and she will make sure you are taken care of. This is what every teacher should model after. Honestly wish there were more like her, but she is definitely a gem.

She is an excellent professor. I found that she was available during her office hours and via email. I learned a lot and was able to get a stay focused.
