Very unhelpful and very hard.
Could not understand a word he said . This teacher sucks, very unhelpful. Do not take his class
He is good professor. If you come to his office hours and talk to him, he is always willing to help.I got C in his class. But that was my fault, because I would go to class only once every 2 weeks.I you do homework and go to class every day, you will get an A. That is what the rest of our class got.
Difficult to understand but interested in the material. Open to help; energetic

Great teacher! Semester starts out hard, but by the end he basically gives you the answers. He's helpful and funny. He weeds out the students who don't do their work the first month or so, but after they're gone he loosens up a lot.

Well balanced professor. Expresses his interest in the topic, clarifies it for individual understanding, bit difficult to understand what he's saying at first, and he isn't one of those monotone drones from HS who seem to only put in the minimum effort into teaching the class. Cool guy.

For anyone considering this professor - DON'T! He will make your life hell.
He is reasonable, well balanced, tests are hard, but... he makes good curves & extra points. If you do put efford-take with confidence !!!
ah this class was very hard for me! i took it over the summer with only one other class and it was still very hard. i probably didn't study as much as i should have. his accent make him very hard to understand the first week or two. take it with a friend if you can so you can help each other out. STUDY STUDY STUDY
his quizes are super easy. just memorize the key terms and formulas. hard tests. you read the chapter, take the quiz and then he gives you notes on the chapter. hard to understand. brilliant man. not so good teacher. not recommended.
He is a great professor. Very helpful with any confusion you may have. Explain everything in a such a way that is hard for you not to like that class.
I took both Macro and Micro with him. He's tough, no doubt about it-don't take him if you're not serious. He made the material very interesting and enjoys teaching. Helpful but will NOT give you the answers-expects you to do your part. Go to class, read the book, work the study guide. Nice guy, great sense of humor,& yes, hard to understand
Hard tests (1/2 mutliple choice 1/2 open answer), hard to understand his accent but he's fun. Scan the chapter, read all definitions and the end-of-chapter summary, attend lectures and you'll be fine.
Does not focus on the students needs
Unless you like teaching yourself - DO NOT TAKE THIS TEACHER - Horrible!
Livingstone was a great teacher. Helped students after class and was always in office during hours. He does require that you apply yourself and do the work. I suggest not missing class and buying study guide. Take Econ with Kummassah if you are truly interested in understanding Economics.
Good teacher; he breaks everything down. His accent is a bit hard to get used to at first but you get used to it pretty quick. You will have to take a good amount notes but the tests are based directly on the notes so they have a point.
I reviewed him on this site at the beginning of the semester and gave him a really good review. I take it all back now. He is almost impossible to understand (his accent is VERY thick). His notes on the board are nothing but acronyms. I will not be taking him again for my second ECON class. I've had worse, but I've also had much better.
He is a nice teacher but and extremely hard grader. I tried until the third exam but there was no way I could pass his class. He is hard to understand and About 70% of the class dropped when I did.
Hard teacher and hard to understand.
Do not take this professor. He has absolutely no patience for his students. He grades hard but everything is curved. His intentions are well but he has no shame calling you out in front of everyone if you didn't do the homework. If you are absent and show up the next day unprepared, forget it, he has no sympathy whatsoever.
Good Professor. His background and life skills add to his teaching. He expects the best out of his students but if you choose to learn he has so much to teach you. He certainly fits the category of a College professor as he will change your mindset on your own typical daily activities, including practical money-making advice.
very hard to understand. I took his maco class. we started with 36 and ended with 6 students for the final.enough said
Great teacher! Hard to understand at times but one of the best teachers I have ever had. Know your terms and study your notes and READ. You will get an A and he grades on a curve but you must know your terms for the QUIZES and the study guide is extremely helpful for tests.
Difficult class. Hard to understand professor. I do not recommend taking it. I had to drop halfway through semester because I didn't understand the material, and got no help with it.
Attendance is mandatory for this class. There are 3 homeworks during he semester which do take a while if you want to make an A on them. He also gives quizzes on selected chapters. For the tests you have to study VERY WELL to make a good grade. It is a difficult class, but everything is curved. Hard work = extra points!!!!! He does have an accent.
The most frustrating class I have ever taken at ACC. Spent half of my semester pissed off at this class bc everything was so confusing. He's not clear and its hard to understand him. The only up-side is i stuck with it(even tho i was making like 40's on his tests) and he passed me with a C. Stick with it and u'll pass
Unclear, unhelpful, very difficult to understand. May as well have been learning out of the textbook. Uses far too many abbreviations, and just assumes you understand their meanings. Do not recommend, especially with no prior economics classes.
Learn your definition, get outline for every chapter. grade on curve, half test multiple choice, half is open-answer. I've taken both of his class and get A for both Micro and Macro. I recommend him if you are in business major. His material will be useful.
Very fast paced teaching. Takes time to adjust to his accent. Focus on definitions. Read before the class. Studying hard equals curve on test. 111% is max test grade. only 3 tests. Class started with 25-30 ppl now has 7-9 ppl every class. I Recommend you never miss a class. No reviews for final. Good Luck study hard and he will take care of you.
Pretty tough class. Attendence is mandatory but if you study enough and do well on the quiz's ittl be worth it in the end. All in all I'd say I reccomend him but only if your ready to study and read your book.
If you want a challenge then take this teacher. I could hardly understand anything he said. You take quizzes over problems that he hasn't gone over before with you. There are only three tests in the semester. I used my book for all of it because he really is hard to understand.
Accent is difficult at first, but you get used to it. Sit in front. He is a very kind man and his jokes are pretty funny. Not the best professor as far as relating or explaining concepts but his tests are easy. If you know anything above basic level economics and are looking to fill an elective you'll do fine. He doesn't reinvent the wheel.
Everyone laughed when I said I was taking a six weeks Econ. class. Professor Kumassah made it interesting and easy to learn. Have to read and study but I recommend him to anyone who wants to take an Econ. class and understand the concepts afterwards
I got an A in this class, as did perhaps three others. This has to be due to the fact the I excel, regardless of the teacher--and their methods. Many of my friends that took this class did poorly, and claimed he was not helpful when they had questions. I noticed he wasn't the best at answering economic-related questions and he talked in circles.
I took both of my economics class with Mr.Kumassah.I scored a B on my first class and an A in my second. Mr. Kumassah was a great teacher.
Difficult accent at first, must sit up front to hear everything he says. "Active Reading Quizzes" are mini-tests over the chapter, don't be fooled. Tests: [ShortAnswer] graphs and math, definitions, [Lists]-list determinants of...[multiple choice] definitions, general understanding. Making an A because I bought a study guide, BUY THE STUDY GUIDE.
Kumassah is an extremely smart man. His accent is difficult at first, but you get used to it. UNDERSTAND INTERMEDIATE ALGEBRA before taking his class. He loves the math. He is a very friendly and very approachable professor. He was my 1st B, because I thought I didn't need much math knowledge. I was wrong :) Overall, good professor!
I really enjoyed his teaching style. Originally, his accent was r strng, but that was adjusting. He has alot of knowledge about economics and can tell you anything you want to know. The key thing is...YOU have queons you don't understand. I found him very wanting to have students succeed in his class, but it is entirely up to you. I loved him.
Kumassah is a fantastic professor! I loved his class. You do have to study and go to class but ti totally pays off. I would definitely take him again! I can not say enough that I loved his class!
Restated anything that was not understood. Very professional and excited about his subject. I was worried because Macroeconomics is not something that I was very interested in but he made the class fun and exciting.
I took Mr.Kumassah for both Micro and Macro Economics. I received an A and a B, respectively. Professor Kumassah goes through the information thoroughly and he makes sure that the information sticks by giving his students quizzes. I cannot stress out how much Mr.Kumassah has taught me about economics. Easily the best professor that I have taken.
I really liked this professor. It is true that he has a strong accent, but you get used to it. He doesn't use PowerPoints or Blackboard, and he writes all notes on the board. Attending class is important or you'll get behind. I will be taking him for Microeconomics as well.
His class is extremely hard. He is from Africa. I didn't understand his accent at all. we ended up having only 5 students end of this semester.
Awesome professor. Very clear in his lectures. If you study the notes hard you will do well on his exams. The quizzes are very challenging so make sure you read the chapter and know the terms and graphs. Always glad to help when you ask. I could not recommend him more.
His accent IS strong, but you get used to it when you hear it all the time. He really tries to help his students. His quizzes are difficult, but his tests are easier and he reviews at least two classes before. Really passionate also and shares important information about real world circumstances.
terrible professor. Does not help you. makes you feel inferior. One day a student taught the class instead of him because everyone was so frustrated.
Awful Class ever! This teacher was the hardest ever. Yes, he is passionate and knows his stuff, I will give him that. But, he doesn't follow the book. he goes back and forth, repeats, repeats, and each time it is different. Note taking is a must and sit in front. His accents gets easier to understand in time. I am retaking with a different teacher.
To make an A in this class, you HAVE to read the chapters he will go over and write down ALL of the notes. He fails at giving examples that will help you get ready for the test on the review. If you ask a question he will put you on the spot and make it very uncomfortable. He grades on a curve when a majority of the class does poorly on a test.
I loved Livingston's class. It Was My First Class Right Out Of High School And I Made An A, not an easy one, but that's what "College" is all about hard work. If you are serious about working had then this is the class for you. But if you're one of those students that never show up or are not prepared this class will be hard for YOU to comprehend.
Professor Kumassah is fantastic!! He's by far my favorite professor. His class is easy if you show up and pay attention. You have to do the work and study hard for the tests, but that's what you're supposed to do in college. His lectures are fun and he is absolutely hilarious without even realizing it. I love this class!!
This professor is amazing, he's a warm and loving guy as well as a good spirit. He's very passionate about teaching, and you'll have a better grasp of Economics whether you take Micro or Macro. Quizzes and Exams are a walk in the park if you read, attend lectures, and do homework. Getting an A in his class takes hard work, but he's willing to help.
Great teacher overall! Has a thick accent so it's difficult to understand him for a few days, but it gets better. He grades tests with on the least number missed as 100 and down from there, and then gives extra credit after that. There's homework and quizzes a few times and these have stricter grading policies, but not as much weight as the tests.
Such a great teacher! His accent wasn't an issue for me and I really enjoyed his lectures. He is very helpful and wants students to succeed. I felt like this class could have been boring but he found a way to keep students engaged.
A little hard to understand, but very fair. You get what you out in.
He really makes you learn the material by showing how the concepts are related to the definitions, graphs, and to each other.
Take this professor he is tough but you will learn and can make an A. 3 Tests 6 quizzes and 3 homework assignments. Test are like homework and he does review homework.
professor kumassah is great. his tests are tough but economics is a tough class. he assigns 3 hw assigments, all that cover the material learned in class. his test review outline is really helpful. as long as you know the material on the test review outline, you should make an A or B on the 3 tests. quizzes are mainly over graphs, formulas, vocab
He doesn't like to answer questions. Often times we'd ask a question and he'd ask us to remember what he previously said. We ask for him to expand on his topic and he asks us to stay after class. First exam the highest grade he told us the class had was 70 and second exam the highest grade the class had was 67. Your mileage may vary.
He is a very kind man and always throws in an inspirational quote every class. The issue is that he is not very good at explaining things even though he tries his very best and he doesn't really answer students questions a lot of the time. The tests are pretty hard because there are a lot of short answer questions and so much to remember.
He is okay.
Professor Livingston is AMAZING. He's so good that I took him twice! for macro and then micro. If you pay attention to his lectures and read the chapters you are golden. Many students complained it was too hard but I bet they weren't putting in the effort and time. I walked away with 2 A's. BTW I took his class for fun, I'm in Nursing.
Be prepared to take notes and read. Exams are tough but if you study notes and read and you'll be fine. College level course, so college level work/ time investment is normal... nothing over the top. Always open to discuss grades/assignments outside of or after class
Hard to understand at first (accent) but that passes. Outlines daily agenda before beginning. Read your book & study lecture notes for tests. Review given. Do your homework or he will ask where it is in front of the class. Always available during office hours. Wants to help you. Hints- Show up to class, ask questions, go to office hours. Loved him!
Great teacher. I definitely learned a lot in this class. There were some instances where the class could not understand him or he didn't understand a question being asked, but he would not give up until he answered it. Take good notes and use his test study guide. Wonderful, honest professor. Always eager to help, just ask!
Amazing teacher. I learned a lot in this class. At first it was a little difficult to understand his accent, but it gets better. Other than that he is a very good teacher, he wants you to actually learn in his class and he's willing to help. In order to pass his class pay attention during homework review, that really helps on tests.
Good teacher, but extremely difficult class. The subject is not too hard, but Professor Kumassah makes it extremely hard with all the quizes and homework. If you do good on your 1st test, you'll be set because his other two test are extremely difficult. I had to drop because this class was taking more time than my Calculus class.
He's a little hard to understand but genuinely wants you to succeed. Most of the questions from the tests are found in the study guide; if you want to ace every test, just review the study guide. Listen during homework reviews because they are very helpful and relevant to the test. He lets you know exactly what you need to know to pass.
Do not take him!!! He's literally the worst. Extremely arrogant and to go with that extremely unhelpful too. It's difficult to understand him sometimes and he doesn't explain why a certain thing happens, expects you to mug it up. I highly recommend Prof Slivinske instead.
i took professor kumassah for both ECON 2301 + 2302 and made an A in both. his accent is thick but it isnt too bad. his quizzes are straightforward if you read the chapter and study the vocab terms. his review outlines are pretty vague but it usually has everything you need to know for the tests. hw and tests are curved to 110. overall great prof
Professor Kummassah is always willing to help you understand. He is very patient as long as you show your interest and improve. Economics is hard because of many factors to take into account when analyzing a question. His tests are quite tricky, but he goes over the homework questions in class. Be ready to read a lot and go to his office hours.
Professor is knowledgeable on the subject of economics but has a hard time translating it in a manner that is easily understood by his students. I took him for macroeconomics and had already taken micro through the honor's program so I had a good foundation of the terminology and subject. Would not recommend if your new to economics. Easy exams tho
Cadence/accent + his pretty eyes can be distracting - but good class if you can focus past that. Sometimes gets quiet, but usually easy to hear. Clear lectures, clear expectations. He gives you the handouts for the homework, so 'newest' text book isn't 100% needed. Will spend class time answering even basic questions, doesn't make you feel foolish.
hard to understand his lecture, bad handwriting , disorganize board
Good professor that wants his students to succeed. He is lecture heavy but he breaks everything down so everyone will understand what he is teaching. Strives to make sure that everyone in class understands the meaning behind things. 3 tests, 3 homework assignments, and 6 quizzes. As long as you try you will pass. Grades pretty easily.
Mr. Livingstone is a wonderful teacher! He's extremely lecture heavy (lecture every day, usually takes up majority of class), and is willing to stop and answer questions if there are confusion. He curves homework and tests on a 110 scale, and if you want to do well, you must be willing to read intensively. There are 6 quizzes, 3 hws, and 3 tests.
Professor Kumassah expects his students to pass a quiz before going over the content of the quiz before hand. Students learn a chapter from the textbook and then take a quiz over said chapter before the chapter is covered in class. If any of the material is not understood on a chapter, one will not pass the quiz. He mumbles and scribbled everything
Really sweet and understanding professor, the only thing is he has an accent so for those who have trouble with hearing or understanding I would just be prepared for that. Other than that just the usual, read the book, and study and you'll be fine.
He's a very generous and wonderful person! He let me borrow his own personal textbook from when he was in college to help me with some of my questions. He's truly a caring person. If you put forth the effort, he will put forth even more effort to ensure your success. Sit toward the front of the class if you have trouble understanding him. :)
He is a wonderful teacher, not from here so he has an accent but I only found it hard to understand a few words. Don't use your phone or talk while he is talking, he doesn't like disrespect but he isn't asking too much. Put in the work and you'll get a good grade. Ask questions if you don't understand and he'll help you out.
he was an amazing professor who is passionate about what he teaches but he talks way to fast and if you ask him a question he will make you feel like an idiot but his heart is in the right place and he cares about every one of his students
An amazing person. He truly cares about his students and wants to see them succeed. He will take the time to talk to you about any topic that you're interested in, and will go the extra mile to ensure your success. He's the best economics professor at ACC.
Professor Kumassah is a pretty good professor, although he is very strict. He has quite a strong accent, but I adjusted to it within the first couple of classes. The class itself was difficult, but Professor Kumassah sincerely wanted everyone to succeed. There is a lot of reading, and the quizzes are reading comprehension quizzes, so read the book.
The final grade of the class is based on 3 homework, 3 tests, and 5 quizzes. He tells you the date of a reading quiz and the chapters are long, but the quizzes are pretty easy. He drops a quiz grade as well. He assigns a few homework problems from the textbook to do, but goes over the answers before the test. The tests are similar to the lecture.
He enjoys failing students. Stay away at all cost.
please do not waste your time with him!!!!!. you will regret it. if you have to take this class online then do it.
lecture material and homework are completely different from exams. just trying to warn you. look at the course schedule and think about why soo many students drop the class.
he does not help students and will not acknowledge anyone in class. he controls the class as a dictator.
He is very challenging, you have to try so you can pass, he can be rough when it comes to homework & quizzes, but all he wants you to do is to use your brain. If you have not looked at your notes or the book then try to ask him a question he will tell you to re-look at everything. The bad reviews arent how everyone feels about his class. Just try.
In order to get a good grade in the class you have to know the book inside and out. After lectures I left feeling slightly confused. Reading the book and taking notes on my own I honestly learned more that way. He is very lecture heavy and writes everything down on the white board. He's very knowledgeable but the way he teaches isn't for everybody.
As said before. Know the book inside and out, the lectures won't help you. Left confused after every class and the book would not help. Also got told while I had the flu that I would need a doctor's note for every day I was absent. Word of warning for this professor.
I have taken both his 2301 and 2302 Econ and long story short he was not good. The quizzes are taken before you have a lecture over the section. He has an accent and leaves many (in my class) confused about what he is saying. I found youtube videos by ACDC Econ 100 Times better! My advice is to not take his class because most to all is selftaught
I took this professor only due to the reviews given on this website. I wasn't prepared to literally fail every assignment with a 40 or lower. I read the book, even went in for help and I was never able to produce anything he liked. Its hard to read the book if he skips over parts he doesn't feel are necessary, yet it's stated in the note outlines.
please stay away from him if you value and cherrish your gpa
Professor Kumassah wants his students to succeed. He is available during office hours and will spend extra time to help you understand the material. He gives many opportunities for extra credit. Finish your work on time and ask questions. I learned a great amount in this class and will be taking him again next semester.
Took him back in 2017. Initially I didn't sign up for him; he was switched in at the last minute when the other teacher bailed. Despite doing all the homework, I still failed every exam. Very lecture heavy. His thick accent made it hard to understand him. I tried to stick it out in his class, but ended up dropping it. His class had me so depressed.
Hard but not impossible. You just got to work for it.
He is a great professor. He really cares. If you just do your homework and read the chapters, then there is no way you'll be getting anything less than an A+. The only negative thing I have to say about professor Kumassah is his board writing, he writes really fast and it can be hard to keep up sometimes.
I took the class for dual credit in summer and it was a lot, to be honest. Expect to read 2 chapters a week thoroughly. The tests require a lot of studying. The professor's accent is quite thick but understandable though he speaks softly so definitely sit in the front. Handwriting is messy, but funny teacher, oh and he calls on you to answer.
I took this class as a requirement. Wow, I want to hear more! I am majoring in architecture, but I would seriously consider Econ if all professors were this good. This class really prepares you for what is next in the economics degree. I would definitely recommend that you take this professor's lectures. Excellent Professor!!
Professor Kumassah is one of those professors that cares about his job and his students. If you are there to learn and do your best then he will do his best to make sure you get a good grade and understand the concepts. He is inspirational, and wants his students to succeed, but those who do not want to put in the effort often end up dropping out.
Hes a good Professor just make sure to study for test and Quizzes he goes based on the text
Livingston is awesome! he really cares about his students and he wants everyone to understand. Just ask questions! read your textbook and take good notes in class and you'll do fine. he cares about your understanding of the knowledge he's providing. so if you show effort he rewards that. tests are a little tricky but just write what you know.
Real world knowledge of subject. Expects you to be involved in your learning. Test Material was reviewed. Don't be afraid to ask questions, he wants you to understand.
This class is hard!! I took it online and procrastinated so much. There are a lot of HEAVY chapters to read and he doesn't explain them in his lecture notes, so you really have to make sure you understand what's happening. We had 3 tests, 3 quizzes, and 3 hw, multiple-choice, the questions were all from the textbook. Good luck if you choose him :/
Best professor ever.
Professor Kumassa leaves the students to teach themselves entirely from the textbook. His online lectures consist of about 6-10 slides per chapter with maybe 3-4 sentences of text on each, which he tapes himself reading aloud word for word. If you do not understand the phrasing of the text book, good luck. He does not offer tutoring/assistance.
He does not live lecture or communicate with the students at all and he offered extra credit then put it in as an assignment grade. With such a limited amount of assignments you have to give 100% on each one or you risk failing. You must get the textbook even though it was not very clear in the syllbus.
This class was great for my schedule. I really appreciated how well organized the class was.
You have three homework assignments and three exams, and although this doesn't leave much room for error, your grade is dependent on your quality of understanding the textbook. He responds to emails fine but other than that he's not very involved in the class, so as long as you just take good notes of the assigned chapters you should be fine.
Professor K pretty much just used a few PPT slide decks with audio recording of himself reading the texts vertbatim for his lessons. Class was pretty straightfoward with no surprises. Just follow instructions, read the guides, and you should have a good grade. Exams are open book and not proctored.
The class was pretty easy, the only negative was his PowerPoint/lectures he talks very slowly and that alone is time-consuming and caused me to get bored quickly. In all, the exams were easy, and if you take notes so you don't have to go back and re-listen to the recordings you will be fine.
everything in tests or quizzes is based on the textbook or can be easily found online, no lockdown browser unlimited time, only downside is he doesnt release the quizzes and tests all at once and you have to wait for the date to complete them, otherwise really easy A
Loved Professor Livingston! I did the 5-week online course and this is one of the easiest classes I've taken. I have a greater understanding of macroeconomics. I'm a HS student who was taking this class for credit and I'd recommend this course. Your grades are determined by 3 HW, quizzes, and tests. Easy and understandable, worth taking!!
Trust this rating and this rating only, take this class if you want an easy grade. He is pretty straight forward, I took both his in-person class and his online class. your grade determines how much you try.
If you're really committed to learning, I wouldn't recommend his online classes. The exams are not proctored, so you can easily find answers online without putting in much effort. I ended up with a decent grade, but I didn't gain any real knowledge. It feels like a waste of money. I'm seriously considering asking for a refund!
Please, before you take this class, know that the Prof has a very thick accent. I struggle to understand accents, and if that is something you also struggle with, please choose a different prof. That being said, prof kumassah is a good teacher, he gives you ample time and resources to learn and pass his class. Read the textbook.
Took his 8 week micro in the spring 2024. 4 exams that you can retake up to three times each, couples of quizes. Be aware do not blow off attempts. They are open book but very hard. They are different questions every time. Pay attention in class and read the book and you should get a low A-. Caring professor though that will answer your questions
3 open note exams, 3 HW worth 10 pts, and 3 quizzes worth 20. 410 points total, 369 points get you an A. Do the work get an A
The exams are open note so you can search the answers in google but the exams are pretty difficult itself.
Best professor!
One of the best professor. He replies very fast to emails.
What a chill professor.
If you read the textbook and take notes for this class, you'll be fine. There are 3 quizzes, homeworks, and tests. The homework assignments are more calculation based (more math), while the tests and quizzes are more concept based. The tests are 50 questions each, so they are time consuming. However, they are open book, so do as you will.
Took this as a 5 week summer course and it seriously was amazing because there are only 3 quizzes and hw assignments along with 3 tests. Everything is straight foward, all information to the assignments can be found right in the textbook. No lockdown browser so you can do assignments and tests at your own pace. Choose this professor!!!
Best professor at ACC. Took this course to transfer as a credit, it was simple and easy.
Professor K's ECO2301 is a straightforward class. Do the readings, take notes, and you'll do well. The exams are open-book, but still time-consuming. Unstuck ai was super helpful for preparing. Overall, an easy A if you stay on top of it.
Great professor. You can tell he wants his students to succeed. Takes time to explain and help you; very nice, but not a pushover. The material is boring to me, but he still managed to get me to listen and learn. He gives out a lot of premade notes and textbook pages which is very helpful and considerate.
Great Professor answers emails quick if you have any questions. You will be doing a lot of reading but its not too bad.
3 homework assignments, 3 quizzes, and 3 exams, so try to get good grades on everything since you are being graded on only a few things. There is a lot of reading since it's an online course. He provided PowerPoints, but I didn't find them helpful. The exams were challenging, but they are open book, no time limit, and you have three attempts.
Good professor, pretty straight forward has good communication. If you're a visual learner then take her class her lectures are videos, a bit of homework and a quiz then exam. I had no issues I definitely recommend taking her ECON 2302 as well.
Macroeconomics was overall fine, professor is helpful with homework whenever you are confused. The tests are brutally difficult and very long, if you get a bad score you have 3 attempts, but it's 50 questions per attempt and they're different each time. If you read the textbook and know what you're doing, you'll get an A. If you don't, you won't.
The tests in this class are genuinely brutal. They are difficult, but they drain you. It's 50 questions of mostly math stuff, and if you do bad you have to do another 50 questions. Tests are extremely draining. Otherwise, it's an okay course. The professor is helpful and responsive. If you read the textbook and take time on tests, you'll get an A.
Marco is generally a challenging class on its own, so prep for this course. Kumassah is great at explaining and is a visual learner for people who need it. The workload is not much, so you need to get a good grade for her course in general. You do have more attempts on the exams, so study them and do well on the exams. Textbooks will help you too.
Take micro over the summer with Professor Kumassah for an easy A.
