Before Greenberg, I really didn't know how to construct essays using the intro, thesis statement, body & conclusion. BUT NOW I DO! In fact, when I took ENC 1102 with Prof. Salinas, at the end of the semester I not only had an A but had the highest score in all of his classes!!! Thanks to Greenberg!!! (Hint: I'm hard of hearing... Two guesses!) ;-)

I strongly recommend her for English. Her class is an easy A. All of the papers and final are in class, so she's easy on the grading. There is a semester project, but it's really easy. And she is very understanding.

She will teach you how to write an essay. class is easy as long as you do all your HW and do good on essays. The class can be boring at times. The stories and essay topic can be hard to relate. She really tries to help students. Good teacher.

She is a great professor, knows what she is teaching and makes the class interesting. The book is recomended for this class. Not to much homeworks but you have to read a lot. It not a difficult class, you just need to go every single class and study for the exams. I strongly recommend her to those who want to learn an have fun at the same time.

One of the best teachers I ever had. Her classes are motivating. She does give a lot of homework and check it, but she is very fair. She allows you improve your grade. I will take any of her classes again.

I expected this teacher to be easy. Don't get me wrong the lady knows what she is teaching but she is really strict on grading. We used the book every class.Tests, don't even let me go there. The test are IN CLASS ESSAYS. This means that depending on how long your class is the amount of time you have. If you want an easy A get someone else.

I recommend this teacher. Miss Greenberg is very good. homeworks are easy, but you have to study or you can't participate on the next meeting. the class is about the homework she had assigned so be active and check your homework before going to her next class.

She based the entire class in Science-Fiction, I had no idea whatsoever about this genre but after taking this class, I LOVE IT. Liza is great.. She is extremely nice and helpful. She is always available, and she expects the students to come up wth questions so she can help. She fights for her students, when they need tutoring. I recommend her, she can surprise you. I love that she speaks Japanese.

Really, her homeworks are super long, the essays you have to read from the book are hard and the questios are super tricky. Watch out for her hw..It is not easy. Looks more of a reading class, than a writing class. A lot of reading and presenting.

I took her on a six week mini term. If you do what she says and get at least 85 on both essays you got an A, it is not hard at all. looooong HW and mandatory assistance. As I said it was an easy A for me.

The homework comes out of the book so either you buy it or get it from someone else. Class is made up of homework, midterm/final, and extra credit.

Expects too much but does not teach a thing. Yeah , it is an easy A but the famous C land will be all you hear . Really great personality out of class, but once the class begins if you dont participate she will hate you. Good luck in her annoying lectures, have her as a friend, that is helpful.

In my opinion if you're not that good of a writer she loves to write and will give you feedback on all the papers you turn in, The whole class was based on critical analysis papers and she is an amazing writer so she models her paper as an example. She was very helpful and kind just don't absent and do ALL of the homework, extra credit too !

If you follow her instructions and do all of the homework, you'll definitely pass. Tells funny stories in class, and sometimes lets the class go early. Pay attention and take notes because she has no sympathy for people doing poorly.

She's very sweet & flexible. Always email her if you're gonna be out and go to class everyday. Not necessary to buy the textbook just take photos of the passages from someone else. Only wrote three essays the whole semester. Assigns hw almost everyday which is just read a passage and answer a few questions. Would take her for enc1102 if possible

You don't have to buy the book. She only used two chapters which is great. Her tutor is aware of the assignments and is always available to help. listen to her carefully and you will pass. She cares that you actually learn from your mistakes and is very down to earth.

WOW, JUST WOW. In my 19 years of life have I ever had such a great teacher that honestly cares about her students. I wish I had to take ENC again just to be this teacher's student again. Awesome professor, she will give you amazing feedback on your essays and she gave us an assignment to make sure we learned from her feedback. I had a ton of fun with her final bumper sticker assignment, and the hardest assignment we had to do was analyze a poem. Tough grader but with her feedback you'll have no problem catching up.

She's great! For each writing assignment, she gave us a clear template of what she wanted. Don't fight it, simply follow the template, it'll actually make your life way easier. Her feedback is very thorough so, if you do mess up, you'll be able to catch up. She's also very willing to offer help for all major essays.

Liza is an amazing teacher, however, she can be strict with her work assignments. I had her for a six- week course and every week we had three assignments do the following class. She makes all her students participate and share their assignments with the rest of the class. As long as you do the assignments you will pass.

Her writing class was relatively easy. She does give assignments every week but she gives you a week to complete them and they arent very difficult, you just have to find the answers in the book. For harder assignments she gives you about two weeks to complete them. Dont buy the book. She uploads the only chapters you will use on blackboard.

AMAZING professor. I took her for 1101 and I had to take her for 1102 bc she's great. she send homework every week which are kinda long but easy. the only "hard" assignment was a research paper which it was 3 pages but for me it was easy. I'll totally recommend her.

The best teacher you can take for ENC 110!!! Leave one or two assignments per week but they are very easy. Her lectures are exciting since we can discuss our opinions freely on the topic we are studying. It also offers really good feedback. I would definitely take her again.

Professor Greenberg makes the class fun and engaging. The work is manageable, just stay on top of the weekly assignments. Unstuck AI was super helpful for test prep too.
