This teacher was great. It was fun to come to class. He enjoys what he does and it shows. Don't expect to show up and skate by. You will need to actively participate in discussions. Majority of class is working in groups on large projects.

Lon is a great professor, one of my favorites. He really takes the time to make sure each student gets the best experience out of his class. He is the type of professor that actually wants his students to pass therefore he gives plenty of resources. He is also down to earth and talks about his personal experiences in the business world.

I really liked this class. At first I thought I wasn't going to like him or the class because it seemed like a lot but he made it fun. I really enjoyed going to class. He was very helpful. The class does seem like a lot at first but don't worry it really isn't bad as long as you listen and do the work.

This Professionalism in Business class was a hybrid class, half in class half was done online. Professor made the subject totally interesting, I enjoyed going to every class, attendance matters so does participation, but if you stick with the class schedule it is very easy to get an A. The teacher knows a lot about the subject he makes it fun!

Professor Schiffbauer provides great feedback. He was accessible for any questions that you have. He responds quickly to emails. He is a very understanding and down to Earth Professor. You do have to participate in group projects, but it is well worth the time and effort put in.

He did an amazing job teaching and getting me interested. his tests are open book and encourages you to find the answers. covers everything quite well and looks out for his students. no late work however. he gives you every chance to do good, and therefore there is no excuse you can give.

Lon is awesome! I took his BUS 2200 class online. He always responds quickly with feedback. The only down side to his class is that he accepts absolutely 0 late work, but grades fairly. The majority of the class, you will work on group projects. As long as you stay on top of your work, it is potentially an easy "A". I would take his class again!

He was an easy A. if you want to learn the stuff its great. But, if you are just looking for an A you can do it with no problem. lots of group work that is worth 90% of the grade.

If you are confused about something or have a question, he will help and make sure you understand. Everything is outlined and by the 2nd or 3rd week, you know what to do and how to keep up the grade!

I couldnt get my hands on the textbook and it was causing more stress so I ended up dropping the class. He ended up reaching out to me and convincing me to try again so I did and he ended up helping me get the text book and helped me get started after I dropped the class and got me back in. There is a lot of reading, about 2 readings per week with one Module assignment each week. The final is easy if you take notes (you are given a study guide at the beginning of the year that makes life so easy). Take him!

It is definitely an easy A, as long as you show up and participate. The class is mostly focused on 2 group projects, but do not be afraid, he makes it as painless as humanly possible. I actually had his class for MGT 1060, by far the most enjoyable teachers I've had makes lectures easy to understand, and helps students pass by helping them as much as he can. Attendance isn't super important but it helps with the big project the end.

All of his online lessons/lectures are given through video. He uploads his YouTube video as lessons. He is super funny and kept my interest the whole time. He gives great feedback and I learned a lot. I just registered for another class of his because I loved him so much.

I absolutely loved taking his class. The readings were really informative, you have a discussion with the class about the readings and a quiz. If you read you should be able to pass. He was communicative and funny. If he was doing all my business courses he would be the one I would take them from.
