This course was offered asynchronous, so I decided to take it. It was a LOT of work. Every week, you have a homework assignment, stimulation, and quiz. The homework assignment take way too long and the quizzes too. The lectures are also super long, and you have to watch them to do the hw. The stimulations were okay. A lot of hwk required excel too

Professor Cook is detailed and breaks down all the info you need to keep up with the class. She is easy to communicate. She is very responsive to emails. She is very helpful when running into challenges with the coursework. The coursework is a bit heavy, but it's expected from mgt 301. She keeps you updated on your grade thru the quarter.

Super accommodating and understanding. I took this class as a three week intermission course. Overwhelming amounts of work in that time(as to be expected) but she makes the effort to extend due dates and be flexible. I would take her again in-person.

She is a great professor. The class has assignments, quizzes, and simulations online. Just pay attention and you will clear all of them with 100 points. No midterm or final. Pretty chill class, attendance is a must as it carries 90 points.

Her lectures are long but she does a really good job of making the calculations very simple to understand. There is a lot of work (maybe 6-7 hours per week) but it is easy if you watched the lectures, and having some stats and Excel knowledge is a plus. Due dates and grading criteria are abundantly clear.

I took this course async. The Pearson mylab is easy to use and you get unlimited attempts on homework and simulations with access to a video lesson or written explanations. Prof does a great job of sending out due date reminders and even made a final grade calculator spreadsheet so you always know what your grade is. I definitely recommend!

She is really kind and understanding. However, as an asynchronous class, it was very strange that we had to work in groups and create fundraisers/service projects. It was a bit of an inconvenience considering I chose async for the purpose of my busy schedule. But the work was easy and straightforward, and no exams!

Professor Cook is amazing and I learned so much in this class. The whole class is essentially working with a team and working on a project where you raise awareness or money for a non-profit of your choice. As long as you find a good and dedicated team you will be fine. No midterm or final, mainly graded on project deliverables and weekly quiz.

Professor Cook deftly lectures (teaches) complex and important financial concepts. Professor Cook's syllabus is comprehensive, precisely detailing what's necessary to grasp the information and reach an ideal grade outcome. The information is not simple; fortunately, she is an able guide through the challenge. The ideal Masters program professor.

This class was a great, hands-on way to explore leadership. The charity project was fun, helpful for my resume, and gave me clarity on my career goals. The teacher's genuine desire for us to understand made the class what it was. She is incredibly supportive of anyone who puts in effort, asks questions, and cares about anything. Don't be a zombie
