i wanted to be interested in this class, but her teaching style is lacking. most of the class is taught right out of the book, which makes it hard to stay interested. she's there for the extra help, but class should be the extra help, you should be able to read out of the book yourself....ugh

She is an extemely easy teacher. She teaches straight from the book, so class can be a little boring at times. she makes up for it through her personality. She is very funny and appreciates others opinions, questions, and comments.

She is a very good teacher. She is very helpful. She gives tons of bonus points and she will help you any way that she can!! If you need to take this class, take her!!!!!!

Not only is she extremely nice, but she makes this class pretty easy. Also she is a christian (important to me) so she is respectful and not vulgar.

Great personality. Her tests are pretty hard but she is very understanding if you go to her for help.Classes are interesting and the majority of the material covered is on the test. Sooo, go to class and study and you'll do fine.

She is a great teacher. She does a fine job presenting the material,she makes references to the book for futher reading, she gives a pretty detailed review, and she is extremely helpful.I would take her any day.

Very easy, gives lots of extra points, never made over an 87 on her test, but got an A in the class. go to her reviews she will reward you with points.

Class is kind of rigorous and challanging, but she is very helpful teacher and easy to speak with.Requires good bit of studying and reading book, and covers lot of material.On personal note, don't see why PSYC falls in liberal arts dept instead of science dept.

TAKE THIS TEACHER! Extremely easy! She says read the book but I never did. Gives bonus points for going to class on review days & days after the test, even a couple for notecards. Bring your book and highlight what she says in class! About a week in advance will give a study guide-I made notecards off of it and made an 85 or higher on every test.

EASY A! Stayed in class for the entire period TWICE! Loves the subject and students-makes class fun and interesting, and I'm a business major! Talks kinda fast but just highlight. BONUS POINTS EVERYWHERE= notecards, subject pool, day before test and day after text! Take her, no question about it!

Mrs. Lori was a great teacher. If you want a teacher who makes the subject fun to learn, take her. Her lectures are very fun to listen to and are very interesting. She enjoys class discussions and also encourages them. There are many chances for bonus points also. She also posts very helpful study guides and gives a great review before each test.

She is cool. She talks about her kids alot but her class is extremely easy. At the test review she basically tells you everything thats gonna be on it. I went to class skipped a few, studied the night before every test and still made an A in the class.

Mrs. Lori is THE BEST!Seriously. TAKE HER! Never keeps the class the entire time. Gives lots of bonus points(do the subject pool!) Any problem at all, TALK TO HER! She lets you know everything that will be on the test. The cool thing about Mrs. Lori is you are learning without even realizing it, because she lectures like a conversation.

Mrs. Lori is an awesome teacher! Relates everything to everyday experience, most questions come straight from the book, and she drops your lowest test grade! She definitely keeps it interesting.

MRS. LORI IS AN AWESOME TEACHER, ANY DOUBTS U CAN'T DO IT READ THE BOOK. TEST ARE MOSTLY APPLICATION, SO IF U ARE WILLING TO THINK A LITTLE BEHAVIOR MODIFICATION WILL NOT BE A PROBLEM.

Ms. Romero is an excellent teacher! Her tests are somewhat difficult and will be your only grades for this class, you HAVE TO STUDY if you want an A. Make sure you are in class for her reviews, she tells you everything that's on the test. Takes roll everyday.

She is an awesome teacher! It is kind of hard to keep up with her if you highlight in the book, but it doesnt matter because its best to just read the book for her test. She gives very helpful reviews!! GO TO CLASS. READ THE BOOK. One test I didnt read the book i got a B. I then started to read and got an A on every test and overall. RECOMMEND.

This is one of my favorite classes I've ever taken (and I'm a senior). She is really interesting and uses many examples to explain the lectures. It was nice to have a professor who knows life happens and won't penalize for missing one time. Make sure you know how to apply the material you know on the test. Overall, I would reccommend this class!!

By far one of my favorite classes this semester. She's really an amazing professor and uses great examples to get her points across. You'll actually want to go to this class. Her tests are not hard, just study what is gone over in class and you'll get an A or B. Take her and you won't regret it!

Mrs. Lori is awesome. Go to class, highlight the sections she goes over, and PAY ATTENTION. She gives a study guide for all 4 tests. DO IT. That's an easy 100 points. She's funny too.

She talks really fast to take notes and won't let you record. I definitely recommend highlighting. Unfortunately, this semester we only had online books, so you have to print out the book, and only one page at a time. Honestly if you pay attention and read over the book, you'll be fine. She is really nice and helpful. Would take her again.

Do the study guides provided by the online text book and you will do great! Lectures have nothing to do with the test material.

Overall I found this class to be really easy. Paying attention helps, but sometimes she talks really fast. With a little effort you should do great!

By far the best pysc teacher I've had (I'm a senior).Class is enjoyable.Sheuses lots of real world examples, has a good sense of humor and is very helpful. Attendance is taken randomly for points so I do reccommend going to class. This class should be a requirement. It's well worth taking, espcially if you have children.

My favorite college professor so far! Attendance is mandatory & gives extra points on random days for being there. Great class especially if you have kids. Test were not bad at all..just high light what she says in class & she goes over in order from the test what's on it! Def take her!!

She is a fantastic teacher who holds command of the classroom, is extremely organized and knows what she is doing.She teaches but also leaves lectures open for questions and discussions. She gives tons of extra point opportunities.She tells you exactly what to study for and she really wants you to pass. She is also funny. Take her!

Best teacher ever! Easiest class this semester. She keeps her students interested in lectures with real-life examples. She gives in class reviews, the day before the test. Study whatever she says during the review and you will get an A. She grades on a curve. She gives a lot of bonus points also. Didn't do any bonus assignments and got an A+

Awesome instructor!! I wish I could have her for every class!!! She cares so much about her job and her students!! Recommend her!! I've taken her for both 110 and now 370!!! Love love love her!!

Good Teacher. Gives lots of extra points and tells you exactly what is on the test. She also curves the tests and that's pretty nice. Also, do not buy the book from the book store, it's a crime. Search amazon for "psychology core concepts zimbardo" used for FA12, and it's the exact same book that you can get for cheaper and sell back for more.

Very easy class! Attendance is important. She takes roll every class and you can be penalized after so many absences. Taking notes is helpful but not necessary, the review before each test will tell you exactly what is on it. She'll tell you what the question is about, find it in the book- easy A! Also gives bonus point opportunities.

Best teacher I've had yet; very personal & funny. Makes complicated material easily understood by real life examples. RENT book, do not buy; it is written by ULL so it is over $100; without the book you will fail. Lots of extra credit; easy A if you try

She is a great professor! She is very lenient on grades and gives curves on tests! Would highly recommend her! Just make sure you study the book, because some things on the test aren't covered in class.

I love her class! she is an actual psychologist who works at a clinic so she really knows her stuff! she is very friendly and funny and the class isn't all serious and boring, she makes it fun. she gives a review before the test that tells you exactly what will be on it. I didn't make lower than a B a test the whole semester.

Very easy teacher. Almost too easy. Went to every class, didn't listen much, and still made an A+. Class is mandatory, but listening is not. Gives reviews of exactly what's going to be on the tests. Go to class (especially review days), find review info in book, do homework, and take the tests. It'll be the easiest A of your life.

Ms Lori is a very lively and vivid instructor. She is also really good at bringing real world examples into the classroom and making it interesting. However, I felt the lectures did not prepare you well enough for the difficulty of the tests. I think she should use more alternative teaching methods like in class group work to reinforce lectures.

Mrs. Lori has a wonderful personality & loves her job. Negatives: Test are HARD! Even though she gives a review the day before, but you must read your chapters to do well. POSITIVES: There is a project and it can help raise your grade a lot should you do bad on exams. She also drops the lowest exam score. Overall, great class you will learn a lot!!

Super easy teacher. I doubt class is mandatory because she gives the questions to the test. I studied a day before each exam and managed to make 87-94's. She reviews the test and gives the correct order in which they go in. Make sure you get 100's on the homework. They really do help. Plus, the final exam is OPTIONAL! Otherwise, this class is easy.

She makes lectures interesting and is willing to help students. I read reviews prior to taking her class and she did not go over tests as clear as I thought and asks questions in different ways. So its not as easy as many make it seem. Still a pretty easy class but she's not going to just give you the grade.

It is very important that you don't skip class, because she goes over a lot of material each class. Sometimes she cant get off topic, but she tries to make sure that everyone understands the material. doing online homework helps your grade a lot. To pass this class you just have to take lots of notes and read the book.

Ms. Lori is great. Definitely attend class because she gives random bonus points. For us, the final exam was optional and if you took it and did well she replaces your lowest test grade. She has lots of stories but some of the stuff in the beginning is really boring.

Take this class. It's awesome and very interesting. She is super funny and makes everything worth listening too. It isn't really hard just make sure you go to class.

Pretty easy class. All she does is talk and doesnt explain too much. she just reads the book basically and will might tell you things you need to know for the test. theres only 4 test multiple choice. study and you will pass!

Take this class! Super easy and laid back. She gives good lectures that are interesting but she does go off topic quite a bit. When she does, it's funny though. Class discussions are lit. You could honestly pass without going to every class but it's an easy A for sure if you do go. I love her and this class, would 10/10 recommend!

Take her. she is very laid back and makes the lectures interesting and fun to listen to. for some test, she uploads study guides on her moodle to help. her test aren't bad as long as you study. and she doesn't check attendance ever. I just show up for the test(we have only had 3) and I have an A in the class.

She is an awesome person, and an okay teacher. She gets distracted easily and talks about random things. She has test reviews where she goes over whats on the test. The final project (BIP) is pretty difficult because she gives no rubric, outline, or any form of guidelines for it. She notices if you aren't in class, so show up!

Ms. Lori is very sweet and you can tell shes informed on the topic of psychology. She definitely goes out of her way to make sure her students do well in her class, if you have a problem just go talk to her. Her class is easy if you study 1-2 hours for the test. She also lets you drop or opt out of a test and gives bonus.

She's very laid back which means that a lot of times lectures got off topic. She always gave out an outline of what would be on the test though so tests were not too difficult. She gives lots of bonus opportunities.

You can tell that she knows her information on the topics that she is teaching. She reads straight from the powerpoint and writes down a review for the test the class before the test on what it is on. She has good discussion with the class if they give feedback or their personal experience. She just seems very unorganized and all over the place.

She's very funny and very nice. Participate in her lectures and she'll love you. You'll get on her good side if you pay attention in the class and possibly boost your grade at the end of the semester if you need it. One of the sweetest ladies ever. Easy class with easy material to learn. She's very specific of what she wants you to know for exams. She has powerpoints that are easy to follow and her lectures are interesting to listen to.

She's really passionate about psych and you can tell in her lectures. Very straight forward, make sure you stay on top of SONA research credits bc those can be easily forgotten about. Usually hands out a study guide with everything she wants you to know on it. Also all hw and exams are on connect and are taken at home so that's a plus.

All tests and assignments were online, including the final exam. I went to class maybe 2x all semester. She sometimes gives bonus for attendance, so go when you can. Easy A class!
