very opinionated, yet contradictory, don't argue with her, just sit silently
Put too much emphasis on her own ideas and did not accept others

Asks for class interaction, but seems anoyed at questions?!
GET OUT OF CLASS IF U CAN! hard prof, not helpful at all, don't know what answers she's looking for, contribute at least once in class discussion to get your participation marks, otherwise, be silent, and memorize her notes word for word for the tests
Horrible Class...very difficult marker, claims she does not give A's...COME ON its a first year course... Get off your high horse...think like a sociologist we are all people...no more no less. CLASS DICTATORSHIP!
classes are booorrringgg!! group projects are monotonous, and tests are basically all her class notes that need to be memorized word for word. Plus she never gives out A's, rarely B's
I took the contemporary first nations course with Luanne, and YES she is a hard teacher, but I DID know my stuff when I got out of there. You have to be willing to WORK, and not loaf in her class.
She gives out clear notes which she goes over in class-memorize them word for word for tests! She's tough on test answers, so try to do this well. I took problems in Can. Society. She did the best she could with a depressing subject.
Incredibly hard exams. Assigns way too much readings, and doesn't talk about them in class. Also gives endless notes that MUST be memorized if you want to get a decent mark. Avoid at all costs!!

If you can memorize all her notes you'll do great on the exam, she gives a handout of what she expects on the exams. Soc groups, well they're kinda dumb and it is said that her average grade for a person is C+.Be prepared!
She was one of the best teachers I've ever had! She was very clear as to what she wanted (most people don't LISTEN to what she wants, which is why they don't her). Exams were easy to write because of the study guides. Groups projects were tough, but cool.
You must memorize her notes word for word in order to get a good grade. It is possible to get an A, I did.
I find the class long and quite boring. The group journals are okay, but having one at the end of the semester really sucks b/c it's hard to find time to meet according to everyone's schedule. And she marks really hard.
Very hard testest requiring that you memorize class notes. You can go through the whole course without learning anything as long as you have a good memory- and you're toast if you don't!
look out, this class is very hard and the teacher doesn't make it any easier on you. She's the toughest instructor I've encountered at this school.
Worst teacher I have ever had!!! Learning is not about memorizing word for word.....its about understanding.
On her examinations, marks were awarded, not by displaying comprehension, but retention by rote, assignments were stupid, she often misread/misunderstood her own reading assignments, she's proof that special intelligence isn't required for a grad. degree.
Very nice person, but hard to understand, wants everything to be memorized in HER words. Dont recommend her class. Is very Unclear in what she wants. Its not so much learning anything as it is just memorizing everything.
I've had her for 3 courses, excellent teacher, very hard marker. Memorize the study guide and you'll nail it. I learnt an enormous amount, good discussions. Groups can be good, pick carefully. She seeks understanding and insight from you.
If you can parrot you'll do fine. However, I don't agree with her testing style as I beleive we are here to understand the issues and topics not just mimic her arrogant and sometimes unprofessional view. I paid to be 'educated' in her class.
I find her very unclear on in the assignments that she gives out. I really wanted to get into Soc. now i just cant wait till it ends.
Luanne does not have a very good command of the English language, for a university professor. Group assignments are very time-consuming, and it's hard to figure out what she is looking for. Exams involve memorization word for word of class notes.
I really liked this class. Luanne is a little narrow minded when it comes to certain issues and I think she exaggerates alot of her stories. But she is a really nice person. Exams are hard and ALL MEMORIZATION. You don't really need to buy the textbook as everything is based on her notes
She is the worst prof I have ever had, to do well in her class you do not need to think, just memorize everything and then write her notes word for word on the exam. She has is narrow minded and see's everything from a native point of view, which means she will insult you if you are non-native.
I have never had an instructor who uses "irregardless"...although it is not an English course, I assume once you receive your Masters, you are familiar with the English language.

Worst class I have ever taken. To do well on her tests memorize your class notes WORD FOR WORD. She doesn't like it when you have an opinion different from hers. I would never want her as a teacher again. The class was a waste of money, I learnt more reading my textbook.
Avoid this Prof like the Black Plague. I hope she gets the chance to read these comments. If your a computer who can just memorize things this is for you. But there is ALOT to memmorize for her class so beaware. I really wsih i didn't take her course.
Whatever Luanne was hired for it doesn't have anything to do with her ability to teach. Her vocabulary is on a par with an eight year old and lectures about things that are wholly irrelevant. We don't care about how hard things were for you when you were a girl, alright?
She was a really good teacher. Anyone who was really paying attention would have gotten a lot out of that class. I'm really glad I had her as a teacher!

Luanne is awesome! Great teacher and cool to talk to after class. Hands out study sheets of exam questions before the midterms and final - expects students to memorize her notes pretty much word for word. Great if you have a good memory, could be REALLY tough if you don't! Hard but good!
horrible...dont take her classes
Not a very good teacher. Mid terms are very easy, just remember her definitions word for word or else she takes marks off for ANYTHING different from what she said. Her journal group assignments are a **** to get anything over a C+ with no matter how hard you try. HARD ASS MARKER!!! would never take her again.
I have taken five classes with her and plan on taking one more. She is tough but so is the real world! If you want to prepare yourself for the real world this is the instructor to do it with. She is fair and tells you exactly what will be on her exams. Must do group work and I know for a fact that it is possible to get 100% on the assignments!
Tough teacher.
She is VERY clear about her instructions, you just have to follow them! It's just that easy... she makes discussion fun and interesting. I have used information from her class many times in other classes. I'm very glad I had her as a teacher!
She is the most down to earth prof out there. She is clear and if you like being treated like an adult, you'll like her. She does encorporate group work in her courses, but if someone can't handle group work then they aren't going to make it in the real world. Overall she's great and will inspire new ways of thinking.
horrible prof cant teach cant spell useless info learned in class useless prof...we DONT learn real world stuff as other ppl hav said...
This class was suppose to be about indigenous people of the "world" but instead this course is all about First nations people. I was looking foward to a well rounded and eclectic course on different people's of the world. Furthermore, Luanne's spelling and punctuation is rather unappealing for someone of her caliber.
Luanne, Luanne this teacher takes it upon herself to deal with her difficulties in life by trying to make you re-live her days of trying to get work. She avoids her position as a proff by leaving everything to the students, group work..you have somone who doesn't contribute...don't expect help from her, you will go down with them!
BE WARNED, SHE LIVES IN A HYPOTHETICAL WORLD! A WORLD ABOUT ATTEMPTING TO GET WORK, WHEN THIS IS UNIVERSITY. GIVE ME A BREAK, SHE IS COWARD TO TAKE A STANCE IN HER ROLL AS PROFESSOR. SHE DOESNT TEACH WHAT IS SUPPOESD TO BE TAUGHT, TO MUCH INFO ON HER EXPERIENCE AND LACKS KNOWLEGE ON OTHER INDIGENOUS TRIBES ELLECTICALLY. AVOID ANY CLASS WITH HER!
A couple of years ago I took soc 101 with her, and now, I'm coming back for 210. I'm amazed at how many people want free marks??? Luanne will not grill you, she'll go out of her way to assist if you are sincere and ask her for it. Also, her teachings are VERY applicable. I'm still using things she taught us in my 300-400 level courses. Funny too :)
Worst class! Taught like grade 10 but you copy an overhead for 4 hours. Nothing makes sense nothing is explained. The test are overwhelmingly hard, expects you to memorize minor details of each author. The group work is marked ridiculously hard, the project is torn apart. It's group work and this is a drive-in university. Get real, learn to teach!
Worst class ever. If you want to copy an overhead for 2.5 hours, this class is meant for you. The tests are overwhelmingly hard, she expects you to memorize minor details of each author, word for word. I was very disappointed.
DO NOT TAKE THIS CLASS!!! Your GPA will nose dive. I think the better reviews were written by her. Free marks!!! WE WORKED 40 hours on a group project that she tore apart!! She is lazy and does not explain anything!! It is done like a 1st year course overheads and DAMN hard tests. She wants to fail all her students I think because their is white!!
lots of good stuff with Luanne
No Comments
People might not like her if they like getting treated like children. She's expects you to read and work in groups... big deal! Her perspectives are interesting and she's easy to get along with .
Very disappointed! I was really eager to take this course. She is a unreasonable marker. She uses harsh comments on group work projects. Tests are very hard. You need to memorize notes in her words or you don't get full marks. Treats a 100 level course as if it is a 300 level course.
Well, she is a hard marker, but thats if your just out of highschool. She is a "university" teacher with "university" standards, and that is completely acceptable, that is, if you are a "university" student. You see, some people just dont want to work hard, if your one of them, dont take her class. She is very realistic and loves her job.
whatever you do, DO NOT! take this proff. She teaches like a 2 but her tests are like a -2000000. Oh and her group work is insane...its like she is punishing you for all of the people that were mean to her when she actually did research. Seriosley DO NOT TAKE HER. Also, i think she maybe ****.
Couldn't stand attending the class after the very first one... Painfully boring to sit through.... such a hard marker. Tests are ridiculous
DO NOT RECCOMEND HER LETS JUST LEAVE IT AT THAT!!!!
She tells you exactly what she expects of her students, to put forth a genuine effort. Some students don't care for her because they don't want to have to work hard and she makes you work for your mark! I have learned alot from her class.
She is a HORRIBLE teacher. What she makes you read is boring, she thinks that you have no other classes but hers so there is always homework. The worst is, she makes you memorize word for word with the notes she gives you for exams. If you don't memorize, you are screwed.
This prof knows her stuff!!! Work your @#%&$ off and you will get good marks!!! Group work is challenging, but you learn about yourself in the process. I recommend taking her class if you aren't afraid of hard work. She sets the bar high and her expectations are clear. Thanks Luanne!
Luanne's notes are more important than any other information, including the text. Fortunately she does put her notes on the over-head. On her tests you must be precise: fine. But precise means in her exact words. The group work is effective for you are forced to learn to work with others, but it's over such ridiculous projects.. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Go in with an open mind! PLEASE! Take if you have a good work ethic, note taking ability, open-mindness and memory. In my opinion group work isn't fair which is why not many receive A's. People are way too hard on her. I think she's great despite the poor reviews! Knows what she is talking about and puts lectures in lamemans terms. Would reccomend!
Luanne's course is very challenging, but very educational. Be prepared to study and attend all classes.
Fairly difficult class, especially the group assignments, but very interesting and informative. Exams easy if you study (she hands out all the questions before the exams). A little biased in her views, but so is everyone.
Very hard marker. You have to memorize her notes word for word or you can't pass exams. The exams themselves are ridiculously hard as are the group projects. We asked her why we kept getting such low marks but she never made it clear what she was looking for. Overly hard marker. Do not recommend at all.
Group assignments: always unpleasently surprized with our marks, very time consuming. Negative comments she made on the assignments were unclear and absolutely not specified in the assignment outlines. Must be able to remember notes word for word to pass exams. However lectures were made interesting and at times fun. She has a good sense of humor.
extremely hard exams! however my group had a huge problem with one member and luanne let her be marked seperatly which was extremely nice of her, she didn't have to do that. and anyone who can pull off the clothes she wears is wicked in my books. funny and nice but difficult
Nice teacher but instructions are unclear on group assignments. Lectures are fun but must study the study guide as soon as you get it. overall good teacher.
She was nice enough, but I think she expects a lot more than she should. Study hard is all I can say..
Very enjoyable class but very difficult. She was very interactive with the class and the information learned was very interesting. Tests were amazingly hard if you didn't start memorizing as soon as you got the study guide. I would recommend buying the workbook because the questions she used on tests for multiple choice were right out of it.
HARD marker. She lays everything out for you, though - it really is your own fault if you don't do well (and not many do). very time consuming course. Despite that - GREAT lectures, as is said. She's happy and available to help - spent about an hour helping me with test taking skills - totally not her job. Don't take if your gpa is in trouble.
Very hard marker. Test are based on your memorization skills and ability to answer word for word from class notes. *Do not take classes with Luanne if your GPA is in danger*
VERY HARD MARKER, expects you to read the text book and memorize it for multiple choice, her group assignment is rediculus, she is actually being sued from past students because of how she marked them...do not take classes with her, is a total waste of time, unless you like the smell of b.o. and writting notes from an overhead, worst teacher at UFV
She makes stuff up! She has traveled no where! Come on! Her Tests are hard but she gives a study guide so study it hard and you can get through. Just take everything she says with a grain of salt.
this professor is the worst teacher i've ever had. her lectures all consist of copying her notes on the overhead. her tests are rediculously difficult and require you to memorize the text book, which she NEVER discusses. She isn't able to answer ANY questions about dates and the history of CANADA and she has no world experience at all. worst prof.
Group assignments, not sure what she expects. Hard marker. She hands out study guides, if you complete them and memorize it ALL, you will do ok, otherwise it's almost impossible! Her classes are pretty boring, copying notes for 3 hours. She never let the class out before 3 hrs even went over once in a while. I wouldn't take a class with her again.
This class was extremely difficult for me. I am an A student and barely passed this class. The group assignment was unclear, and clarification was not provided when needed. Also, her exams are nearly impossible. I felt lost the entire class, and she was not able to clarify anything because we spent the entire time writing notes that were not explai
Awful, awful, awful. Boring classes that ALWAYS go over the end time. The exams are impossibly - she expects you to remember the notes word for word. Group assignments are completely unclear and expectations are not laid out. Really tough marker and very unavailable - forget about asking for help!! Find a better professor!!
Awesome Teacher if you want this course for more than just a notch on your resume
Only take her classes if you wish to memorize regurgitated information. Her exams/tests/projects do NOT allow for engagement of material. I dislike the use of her group assignments (the outlines are unclear, and when asked to clarify, she gives you a repeat of the unclear outline, and her grading allows for slackers to ride upon the work of others)
Study exam guideline and wording from notes *study handout material particularly bolded and underlined, and keep up with text reading. comment on group work - think outside the box and make sure to hand in ALL material asked for. I liked the class, although it requires to separate from personal opinion, that was the toughest part.
She loves Sociology, there's no doubt about that. Her teaching style is to give notes all class, every class. The exams are given out the week before you write it so that you know exactly what to study. The big negative is that she expects your exam answers to be LITERALLY word for word from the notes. That is the toughest part of this class.
Exams are impossible, everything has to be word for word exactly as she wants it or its marked wrong. Cant use textbook stuff for the short answer questions unless you want it to be marked wrong or incomplete.
Luanne is a down to Earth, easy going person;as a prof. Luanne is extremely difficult. In class= notes, notes, notes...Assignments= groups... Tests= Word for word answers to pass... Good Luck!
I never rate profs on here - but I am rating this one. Avoid her as a prof! You will regret taking any class with her! Difficult and all she talks about it herself!
Really engaging and fun. She so good at teaching! Our class had so much discussion and there was a constant wave of humor :) tests are easy as she gives you the whole test to study with and asked about who concepts not nit pickey specifics! There is a group project though, that can be bad if it's not your thing!
she is craaaaazy!!!!!! and so rude all the time, everyone warned me not to take the class with her and i really wish i had listened. i advice everyone not to take a class with her..
This was the worst class I've ever taken. It made me want to kill myself. I have never had a worse prof ever. I would NEVER take another class with her. If someone likes her class, they are delusional and should seek medical attention. Luanne makes it impossible to pass the class. Half my class failed the midterm. Run away as fast as you can.
If your taking SOC 101 with her, dont buy the text book, its a complete waste of $130. I didn't use mine once. I really liked her as a person but found her class difficult to achieve a high grade in. The information is super interesting but if i could have audited this class i would have.
My group and I caught her lying about other fields of study throughout the course. I went in the course eager to learn about Sociology but all I got was her personal ideology. If you call her on something forget about getting past a C+. None of my group did.
She is a good teacher. Yellowfly can get caught off track easily and talks a fair too much about her personal life. If you can get past that however, she makes sure that you really understand the material when you are done her class, tests are given to you before hand (still can be hard). Must work for your grade in her class. But worth taking.
The worst teacher I have ever had. Very often corrected by students and she puts to much of her own opinion in class discussion. Notes all class long, and no computers allowed. Tests are very unreasonable, even though she gives you a study guide. You are required to answer questions word for word without deviating away from notes. Never again.
Do not take her class's she does not know how to teach. she claims to know things that she doesn't or are obviously wrong. uses books that are poorly written. textbook not necessary for class only 30% of tests. tests well organized very poorly executed. want a recital of her notes in tests. if to far off notes get it wrong, even if answer is right.
1)she is passionate about animals. 2)this makes her very, very, very bias on every.single.topic. 3)does not know how to teach. recites off an oldschool projector. when deviates from that format she rambles about nonsensical or personal matters(4)textbook is only useful for %30 of each midterm(5)bad at teaching, good at thinking. don't take her
Avoid her! Luanne's expectations are incredibly unfair and she is a horrible marker. She is looking for an exact regurgitation of her notes in an exam, otherwise you are marked wrong. The class entails taking notes for the full 3 hours (without a laptop, as she does not allow them). Seems like an interesting person, but HORRIBLE professor.
I agree with the negative comments here. But she gives you the exam questions, if you memorize them word for word you will get an A. If you speak out a bit in class and participate you will get an A. A great mark is possible if you put in the time.
If you love horses, you will get an A. She forgets that soc 101 is a 100 level introductory course talks about how her son every class. Need to know answers word for word, otherwise your wrong. Group work, is a complete waste of students valuable time. To bad i didnt come here before i picked her class. Be warned your GPA is on thin ice with her.
Avoid her at all costs. Completely unfair exams with ridiculous expectations, unless you have a photographic memory & can memorize her notes word for word. Talks about herself for half the lecture, prob b/c she doesn't actually know anything, the class has to help her pronounce words in her own notes and proves her wrong constantly. Terrible prof.
Talks about horses and her son for most of the class. Some things she states in her lectures I have found to be untrue. She thrives to argue with people. She seems to say things just to try and start an argument. Which would be fine if she would suspend her frame of reference and listen to what the other students were saying.
she gives you all the questions on the exam plus she breaks up the semester into 3 exams that do not incl info from each other. They are super easy if you memorize the answers she gives you in class. I recommend not buying the textbook for this class you'll never use it & beware of group work she can tell if you put no effort or last min meetings.
Basis her lecture on literature that she is unfamiliar with. Requires class help to pronounce/define words. Is obviously passionate about the environment but on her own terms- students feelings on the environment are wrong. Multiple choice on exam are written so that they cannot be answered unless you have memorized the readings word for word.
I really liked her. Her exams are so easy if you study the study guides she hands out. Talks about her horses and her son alot, but class is enjoyable. She's really not as bad as everyone says here.
Avoid this teacher! She teaches based on her own assumptions, and anecdotal stories. Any information she doesn't provide a source for is WRONG, don't believe it. She teaches Anth/Soc but claims she's never liked people. We had to buy three texts which we never discussed but she bases her obscure multiple choice questions on them. Don't waste your $
A fairly easy professor but totally useless. Barely uses the $100 text book we had to buy and doesn't let you take notes on a pc, only pen-and-paper. Lot of notes. And is TERRIBLE with time-keeping! There was barely a class she didn't go overtime, wasted time waffling and always turned up late - she was even late to our final! Très unprofessional.
One of the best profs I have ever had at UFV. She had her own textbook made for SOC101 and constantly refers to it - esp during test time. Tests are SUPER easy, she gives all the questions in advance. I highly recommend taking a class with her. She knows her stuff and explains a lot from personal experiences which makes things more understandable
Luanne is a good teacher. I have no trouble staying interested, she has strong views but she backs them up with solid reasoning. DO NOT use the textbook to study for tests. Take good notes and use her words. Also she is openly non-religious. If you have a problem with that you may want to skip on this class.
She is very nice and and i do get a good laugh in her lectures. However she does go to much into personal stories and trie to cram the rest of the lecture into the last few mins. She is biased and you must put her words in the journals (lots of depth needed). Speaking one on one is better then in lectures. Test answers are word for word from notes.
I enjoyed the course content a lot! But Luanne is a blockhead! She took 7 years to develop her master's thesis; meaning she struggles to acknowledge different approaches. You must regurgitate all of her notes onto her tests word for word to pass. She goes off on tangents, & always went overtime. But if you can get past this, you'll do great.
Luanne's lectures were the most interesting but the assignments were ridiculous!
If you have a hard time memorizing (as I do) DO NOT take this class. She bases EVERYTHING for the exams off notes taken in class, and you rarely if ever use the textbook (only for multiple choice answers). However, she does break up the semester into 3 'mid-terms' which was helpful. Goes off on tangents and never kept within her time limit.
It takes a while to get used to her personality but she is funny and straight forward. She hates surprises so she will give you the questions to the midterms a week early. The projects are a little strange but are funny to read.
I got an A+. Here's how, write down everything in class. She gives you the essay questions for each exam ahead of time. MEMORIZE them word for word exactly as written!! Her group projects are impossible cuz she doesn't know what she wants so email her about it alot and show interest. Speak up and have on opinion in each class. Do not buy the book.
She has some VERY interesting theories (she told us walmart literally has a army. Constantly makes up stories. Fights with students all of class. Does not help at all if lost. Journal assignments so confusing. Tests are easy cause she gives you the questions before hand
Take this course with someone alot easier, just runaway from this class and don't look back, im dead serious..
Not a good teacher. Memorizing how she views sociology word-for-word made me finish the class feeling that I had learned nothing.
Luanne is very funny but her lectures were very unclear. She was also very unorganized. She also expects group projects and she gives a review for the exams except you literally have to memorize the thing in order to get a decent grade.
Luanne is a very tough marker. Her lectures often go over class time, because she can easily get off topic. Most of the information you actually retrieve should stick to you (at least it did for me, the more interesting parts). She can help with clarity if you ask her on her own time. She includes group participation in her material and activities.
Her lectures are amazing. Very interesting and tangents about her personal life actually make the material more interesting and easier to understand. However her journal assignements are ridiculous. When asked to clarify she rarely gives helpful advice, and since they count for 20% of your grade your better hope you get a good group.
Since we didn't get to evaluate her I'll do mine here: - Answered questions clearly: 1 - Ability to use class time efficiently: 1 - Demonstrates knowledge and expertise within field: 1 - Clarity of assignments and objectives: 1 - Maintain enjoyable and educational environment: 1 - Overall satisfaction with professor: 1
VERY tough marker, takes points off for words misspelled, wants almost word for word. Lectures are very off topic, doesn't explain group journals of assignments at all. She's a good person though, but I thought about driving my car into a ditch after each class. Makes first years out to be inadequate and undeserving of A's. Very opinionated.
She is knowledgeable about the content but she gets off track easily. Almost every class she would go over the time & sometimes not cover all the content in our packages. Her tests are tough. Extremely tough marker on written responses. Make sure you really read and understand her textbook.
Has a tendency to get off topic during her discussions, and waste precious class time. Even if you put down the exact words she used to describe something, she will not necessarily accept your answer for full marks.
Avoid taking this prof if you can. She goes off topic every class and goes over the time limit as well. Her class is heavily based on group projects and the projects are not clearly explained so you have to wing it. You have to come to each class and grab the notes otherwise you won't pass
Hated her class with a passion. She'd always go off topic and over the time limit of the class. She expects 5-6 university students to get together like all the time and do group projects, I would never take her again.
Luanne is awesome! She is a tough marker, but if you study your notes word for word you'll do fine, I really enjoyed her class!
Luanne was a very tough prof for a FIRST YEAR COURSE! On her midterms she would only give marks if your answer was word-for-word from the notes. Her group projects were absolutely terrible. Her classes always went well over 3 hours and her lectures would typically end up about her talking about her horses or son. 0/10 do not recommend!
Luanne was unrealistic in her expectations for assignments, unorganized during lectures, regularly taking longer than the allotted class time. In general Luanne was a terrible professor and I would not recommend anyone take her classes. Especially not as an introduction to sociology. Don't buy the textbook, she doesn't use it.
She is rude and inappropriate. Text is mandatory as she takes multiple choice questions from a question bank for the text. Her lectures don't' follow any of the information in the text so be prepared to memorize the text word for word. You have group assignments you have to correlate a schedule with 5-6 other people. Good luck and beware!
SAVE YOURSELF AND DO NOT TAKE HER. She goes off topic (talks about her son and horses). She goes over the class time limit (3hrs). She expects word from word on her tests from the notes. just do not do it.
Luanne can ramble on about some topics, and gives long powerpoints and doesn't always touch base on the slides within them. She gives the questions to her exams ahead of time, but there are four group assignments that involve meeting with the group outside of class, and generally take a lot of time to do. Bad group bad grade.
save yourself and NEVER take her for sociology. :) you will hate your life. worst teacher
Worst professor ive ever had. Her projects are all group based, and expects you to make time to get together every week. Each project my group got the same mark every time : 62%. even when we asked her how to make our grade better, and took that into consideration, nothing ever changed. Good luck passing this class. Absolutely impossible
this by far was my least favourite class of the semester (1st year). Luanne WILL rush at the end of her lecture because she spent the first hour and a half on the first 3 slides!!! She will mark your exam answers wrong if they are not word for word answers and exactly what is in the lecture. read the textbook for mc answers and questions.
Yellowfly gives you the questions to her tests, but she expects the answers to be word for word. If you miss a class you best believe you won't be getting the notes packages you missed, she doesn't care.. AND group assignments are impossible to get a good mark on. good luck getting more than 65%.
Very hard to get an A. Expects too much of students new to the field. Note heavy. Fun material, interesting subject. Group work heavy and exclusive. Do not miss class. Gets you to play multiclass monopoly which is fun. Scatterbrained. Provides study guide; USE IT. Do not study last minute. No that's not a challenge. Trust me.
