Dr. Martin del Campo's class Cross-cultural Perspectives on Gender and Sexuality was a pretty basic intro course. When reached out to regarding the lack of representation of gender queer identity and voices, rather than taking the constructive criticism, she centered herself, did not apologize, and continued to misrepresent trans identity.

Professor Luz Martin Del Campo, is one of the best professors I've ever had. She was very understanding throughout the whole semester and was very lenient with due dates and grading. She doesn't give too many assignments and the assignments she does give are very thought provoking and interesting. I would definitely recommend her class to anybody.

Professor Luz Martin Del Campo was seriously one of the best professors I have had. She always made the class interesting by encouraging us to talk about our own experiences and opinions! She cares about her students and wants to see everyone doing well. If given the opportunity I would take another class with her. Made my last semester GREAT!

I took HUM102 with professor martin del campo since it was offered as a substitute in lieu of a pharmacy elective. She really was a caring and fair professor that knew how to keep the class engaged and interested. Whether its for an elective, or a requirement, this professor is a great choice to go with and a nice, caring person!

Dr. Martin Del Campo is a shining light in the world. She is kind, resourceful, INTELLIGENT, and just wants to help you. The class is typically offered once a week for 2.5 hours, and she sometimes runs long, but it will change your perspective on things. Her class consists of a weekly reading and summary, and then one final presentation.

Her insight and knowledge she amazing. I graduated, but if ever I was given a chance to take her courses in the future I will. She is a great mentor and I am lucky to have met her.

All the other positive tags like amazing lectures, accessible, savvy, Get ready to read, amazing lectures etc. I was blessed to have her twice. Do your work as student, she never disappoints as the instructor. She is fair, understanding. You will learn, laugh, interact, reflect. Its an adult, mature space and instructors like her are hard to find.
