Great teacher, well organized and very eager to help anyone who has a question. Always pleasant, seems to really like her job. Not much waiting for grades, sometimes get them the same day. She is one of the best math teachers! Excellent!

Unintentional humor aside, she is very helpful, keeps you updated on your grades, and grades tests/quizes/homework fast so you know how your doing. Easy A if you study!

Absolutely the BEST math teacher a student can have. I was dreading having to take College Algebra. Stupid me, I took the course online - but even with that, I passed the course with a B. She was always willing to meet me after class (in person) and help me understand anything I needed help with. HIGHLY recommend her to everyone!!!

I loathe math. However, Noble makes things easy to understand and for once I understand what I need to do. She gives you study guides that are very helpful. The only bad thing is that tests account for a whopping 70% of your grade.

Ms Noble is the best Algebra teacher. It has been over 10 years since I have done algebra, but she explains it so clear that it came right back. She gives copies of her lectures and tells you exactly what is on the test. I recommend her for any math you have to take. Come to class & do the work & you will get a good grade.

Mrs. Noble is awesome! My past experiences with math has been average, but in her class, it was excellent! I got an A!! She gives you online quizzes (extra points on tests!) and review sheets before each test. These really help! Her lectures are easy to understand and there are numerous group quizzes (easy A!). Take her if math is not your subject!

Professor Noble is a fantastic instructor. She will respond to your messages in a timely manner, and really knows how to think outside the box. I would take another of her classes in a heartbeat.

Noble is the best teacher to take for math. Shes easy to understand, and very helpful. She gives guizes online and if you do bad on it you can take them over again. She also gives handouts for each chapter and section in the book. Im taking her for STA 2023 in the fall. VERY GOOD MATH TEACHER!!!!

Mrs noble was a very helpful teacher. She moved at a steady pace and is really ogranized. Each section is outlined in a packet. She is willing to work with any one who needs help. A little advice: do the homework and online quizzes, it helps your grade a lot!

If you are going to take an online Algebra course, Professor Noble's is the class to take. She is the most helpful instructor I have ever taken, and though the coursework can be difficult, she will bend over backwards to get you through the course. Thank you Professor Noble!!! A++

Professor Noble is a great pofessor! She is very clear on your requirements, and she is very responsive! As long as you do your homework, you should get a good grasp on the concepts. If you do all of your work, you should get an A or B for the course.

This is an excellent professor. There is no way you can fail her class. She is very helpful. Just make sure you do your homework, attend class and study. This is an easy A. Lyn is very knowledgable.

I had a terrible teacher for mat1033 and was worried about taking the next math. Noble was awesome! She is very clear and helpful. She gives powerpoint handouts, so there aren't many notes to take. You will get a review sheet before each test and quizes are online and can be taken as many times as you would like. Easy A!

This was my second attempt at taking Stats and what a great prof. She really makes a difference. If you have any worries about taking this class this is the teacher you need to have. She is there for you in so many ways & wants you to pass I will be have an A, which I thought was close to impossible. You should take her regardless-shes great! =)

I took the class online. Ms. Noble was an amazing math teacher! She is incredibly helpful and you can tell she really wants her students to succeed. Her exam reviews are amazing. She definitely provides more than enough review material to ensure you feel confident going in. I only wish she were teaching stats next semester!!!

This lady is great. Her class is very easy if you do the homework. She doesn't require it, but if you want an A, you better hit the books. Make sure you take the class during the mid afternoon b/c she can be monotone, but if you can stay awake enough to listen to lectures, u'll do fine.

Professor Noble is an excellent choice for Stats. The way she organizes the class works. She provides invaluable tools on Blackboard to ensure success if you utilize them. The trick is to do all the homework immediately after learning the lesson and don't get behind. Take all the practice quizzes (more than once) and practice exams.

She keeps it simple. Very clear and helpful, which is important because statistics is a weird math. Easy A but she teaches off a powerpoint and it gets kinda boring.

Noble is great. She goes over everything you need to know and makes sure you understand it. She provides study guides that are the same as tests. You do take little 5-10 question EASY quizzes online about what you last covered in class. I highly recommend her, very helpful!!!

DO NOT BUY THE BOOK! If you are the type to learn from looking at notes and not having to do homework that is not mandatory, do not buy the book. I wasted 150 dollars but I got 80 back for buybacks. Just buy her packet and study the techniques and methods of how a problem is solved. ATTENDANCE is slightly mandatory. She is real helpful.

You don't need the book unless you WANT to do HW which isn't necessary. Noble is very clear & her note system is awesome. I failed this class the first time with Flax and got a 98 this time. If you miss days she'll e-mail you the notes upon request, it's boring but she makes it SO easy. Group & take-home quizzes, tests come from the quizzes!

I was SO afraid of college algebra. I had to take elementary and intermediate before taking this class, I've hated math all my life and I was never good at it. After taking this class with her I've discovered I'm not only good at math but I love it! I'm actually EXCITED about taking more math classes! Do the HW and show up, you'll do great!

This teacher was awesome! The first day of class I thought I was going to fail, but she made it so easy and fun! Don't get the book because you can buy a packet of lecture notes that she requires and her note system is awesome! Pay attention and you will get an A!!! EASY CLASS

If you want to take Statistics and get an A you must take her. She makes it so easy. You do not need to purchase the book. You can understand everything from the Lecture Notes and the problems that she solves with you in class. She is an awesome teachers. Other professor should learn from her style.

Lyn Noble is AWESOME... I wish there were more like her out there... She is a very low key Professor and has plenty of patients... she tells you upfront that you don't have to do anything in her class, but she grades, 85% exams and 15% quiz. I loved this class! Big fat "A"! Also plenty of extra credit work, if you need it!

Great teacher! Very helpful as long as you ask. Need to do the homework to get a better concept of Statistics. Does not check homework but does ask if anyone has questions or needs to go over any problems. I would recommend her for Statistics.

Noble is a great teacher. I would have made a better grade in the class, but i missed several classes. Attendance is a must if you want to do well in the class...otherwise you won't understand what is going on. She is a little monotone, but not difficult to understand at all and really nice. I hate anything that deals with math. I was very nervous that i was going to drop it in the end, but with a great teacher like her I made it till the end with an A. Take her she is highly recommended.

I'm not good at math but I made a B in the class because Prof Noble explains everything so well. Using My Math Lab helped a ton too. You can redo your HW over and over until the deadline. I learned alot and I actually really enjoyed her class. A bit monotone at times, but don't let that stop you from taking her class. I recommend her to everyone.

I wasnt thrilled about taking STA, but Prof Noble presented it clear enough to do well on quiz,exam and mini proj. She will drop the lwst quiz, and if you have good attn, she will let you retake ur lwst exam. Alwys avail and posts grades,bb quickly. She goes slow for evryon to udrstnd. Great Teachr!

Great professor!! Uses the book only for homework. She's very helpful and will do everything to make sure that you understand the material! If math is not your strong suit, definitely take her class!! Every test has extra credit questions. A few projects that a extremely easy and even some take home and in-class (open note/book) quizzes.

She is a great professor for someone was is not good with math. She explains stuff very detailed & slow (so if you a great at math & don't need much instruction you might get bored). For those of us that want to do we & need a teacher to explain & take time, she is wonderful. Very patient, always there if you need her. I ended up with an A!

Best math teacher I have ever had. Professor Noble does an amazing job at presenting the material and makes sure you and everyone else understands completely. She has study notes that she prints out for the whole semester ( DONT buy book). There are 4 tests and no final. 11 quizzes throughout the semester and 3 mini projects. Take this class! Easy!

This is NOT an Easy Class! But the professor is OUTSTANDING and has an excellent way of explaining and teaching the material. Highly recommend you take her for your calculus classes!!!

This class does take work, you are not going to fly by without a bit of studying, and you CANNOT miss any classes or you will definitely fall behind. Regardless, She is a great teacher. She goes over the materials so clearly, best math teacher I have had ever! I would recommend her to anyone!

YOU CANNOT MISS CLASS UNLESS YOU ARE RAIN MAN. I missed about three classes the whole semester and studied a good amount to get an A exam average. But it is incredibly easy if you go to class, pay attention, and do the homework.

She is amazing! She is probably the best teacher at FSCJ. I hate math, but this class was great. All the HW is in MML(easy A). Theres 1-2 assignments/week. In the class theres 4 mini projects(easy), 4 Tests, & 10 quizzes (short/some you can work in groups). All lectures are in pp, and as long as you show up, pay attention, do the HW,youll be great.

Prof. Noble is an excellent teacher and very knowledgeable. I took her 6-week class and loved it. She did tell me I should have taken calculus before statistics. We had 3 exams 60%, 3 mini-project&11 quizzes (take home/group) 15%,homework (mystatlab)10% of grade. There was no final exam. She only allows 1 re-take and dropped the lowest grade.

Prof. Noble is great at what she does and her students actually learn a lot from her class. She 3 exams plus the final, which is optional at the end of the semester. Also, she drops the lowest quiztest grade and only allows 1 make-upre-take. She is very helpful and will answer any and all question on homework or tests in class or in her office.

Great experience with this class. Fair grader, open to questions, and helpful. Perfect attendanceextra credit for each test. Would definitely recommend.

If you aren't that good at math, you should take her because she breaks down the problems and teaches them to you. Homework is pretty okay if you look over the notes, but some problems have like 10 parts to them so it is time consuming but it does help a lot for the test.

Professor Noble is very clear in her lectures. You will not be lost as long as you pay attention. STAY AHEAD IN ONLINE ASSIGNMENTS! It helps with the all the tests she will give you! We had three mini projects and it helps to DO IT EARLY because she is willing to look at it and correct you.

She's a really good Professor. Tests aren't that hard, but you should study because they are a bit tricky.

She gives you take home quizzes. You have homework but it is due a couple days after so you have plenty of time. She does the paper powerpoint notes which i personally love. The test are clear-cut so you just need to study. She also gives 3 points extra credit for a test if you show up to all the classes prior to each test period. She is awesome!

Professor Noble was a huge help in understanding statistics this semester. She will work with you and explain things if you need help. Get familiar with my stat lab because you will be using it every night. I would definitely recommend taking this course.

This was one of the hardest classes I've ever taken, but I honestly can't imagine taking the class with anyone else other than Noble. She grades tough, but she's fair and won't hesitate to work things out with you and explain what's going on--something that is so important in a math teacher. You don't need the book, just a set of notes for $5.

She taught the class very well, and will explain the problems differently if you have trouble with them. Very easy class if you do all the work and pay attention in class. Take good notes! They help you heavily for the homework. She does take home quizzes and sometimes you do them in class but you can work with your peers and ask the professor to.

The homework is a big chunk of your grade so don't skip it. Also the lectures in class help with the notes that you will need on the homework so if you skip class you probably won't get a great grade on the homework. The study guide for the quizzes are very similar to the actual tests. No textbook, but there is an access code.

A very good teacher who did not use a textbook, more of creates her own videos with very clear instructions and uses MyStatLab for homework. You watch the videos before hand then do the HW in class, receiving feedback as you go. BTW, Short 4 question video quiz at beginning of each class. Excellent if you don't have much time to read on your own!

Absolutely loved having her as my professor. If I needed more math credits, I would sign up for one of her classes in a heartbeat. I took the shortened 12 week course and it was not bad at all. Her expectations are very clear and you know what you're in for. As long as you watch the videos for homework, you'll be fine. I finished with a 98!

Listen yall, if you CANNOT do math, she is the prof for you! She goes in DETAIL, it's amazing. She will walk you through everything and gives you note packets in which you fill in blanks for the lectures: lots of practice problems help! MyMathLab is the HW and you have unlimited tries! Tests arn't bad if you ask ?'s before and clairfy!

Great professor. Video lectures instead of in-class lectures. MyMathLab homework is done in class. Weekly homework (if you don't finish in class), take home quizzes & a short quiz on the video lecture every class. 4 exams & a final, 3 extra points on exams for attendance. Explains hard problems well. People who dont like her just dont study.

Have taken this professor twice now and i can confidently say, that she is good at what she does. she gives you oppurtunites to get extra points on your exams, she will clearly explain and help you with any math problems you have. If you're not good at math, then I absolutely recommend this professor, I would write more, but there is no space.

Her class was the best math class I have ever taken. Just study for the tests and take home quizzes, complete all your notes for the video quizzes, do the homework on time and you're in the clear! She's also very helpful whenever you're doing homework during class.

She made Algebra so much easier to understand. She uses online videos and makes you fill out notes. It only takes about 30 minutes a night though. Very simple. Video quizzes are basically a free 4 points if you did the notes. She's very interactive with homework in class. Only 4 exams including the final with around 25 questions each. Great Profess

I would not be a physics major without Prof. Noble. I HATED math until I finally got a good teacher. She was patient and found news ways to help me understand, and made me love math. She gave me the confidence I needed to continue with the more difficult classes I would need to follow my passion for astronomy. It all started with College Algebra!

I had professor noble for MAC1105, she was a great professor. She always answered any questions I had. She gave an average of two assignments per week with a test. Three proctored exams. Each chapter of notes you submitted was extra credit for exams. Easy A if you watch the lectures and take notes. Highly recommend.

Professor Noble is a true GEM. If you're not good at math you're going to struggle taking this class online naturally. The professor was patient, responded quickly, and made her own videos to understand the topic at hand. I was a difficult student and she still took care of me. Thank you professor!

If you take the tame do to the homework assignments (on Math XL) and study for the three proctored exams, you will do great. Prof Lyn Noble provides you will everything you need to pass her exams. She even posts a study practice test on Math XL with the exact questions are the test but with different numbers. She posts great informative videos!

I can't give her enough praise. She makes it pretty impossible to fail to course. Watch her videos which are not long. Submit the video notes for xtra credit. Take the test, which she gives practice exams with super close questions to exam. She is prompt with emails, understanding, and easy to talk to. Unlimited attempts at quizzes! bwe

Assignment load was very heavy for me. Two assignments and a quiz weekly. The assignments consisted of watching the very helpful how to videos (several mins each). MathWay allows you to keep working the problem until you get it correct so it can take a very long time for each. Pract exam before tests. Tests are no notes or any help at all.

If ur taking it in person, SHES AMAZING! Very chill and if ur quiet like me, youll love it bc she doesnt make you speak or anything. She teaches in a very understanding way and everything on the notes and mymathlab is on the tests. Like, same questions, different numbers. About two hws a week, at home quiz after every chapter, 4 tests, one final.

The class is very easy. She gives u everything u need to pass. You just need to spend a little bit of time studying. She really does set up everything in a way thats almost impossible to fail unless you fr blow off everything. This the kind of class that makes you realize math is actually fun when you know what youre doing

She is one of the best professors I have ever taken. Make sure we understand the class by providing excellent video lectures. Do the work and you will pass. She gives you extra credits, but you have to watch the videos to complete it. I think it is really smart because she wants we to understand the material clearly. Really interesting class.

I cannot recommend Professor Noble enough. I used to hate math, and hadn't earned an A in a math class since '05, no exaggeration. Her impeccable explanations make it impossible to misunderstand the concepts or fail this class if you do the assignments. Professor Noble not only lead me to that elusive A, but taught me to love math along the way.

Professor Noble is really organized and kind. She will give a paper on the first day of class with all the due dates of tests, quizzes, and assignments on it. She also gives study guides for the tests. The tests and quizzes are not hard if you study and do your daily homework. She walks around in class to help with homework. 100% recommended!

Lots of notes, quizzes, and homework, however, it is very easy to complete and you have unlimited tries! The tests/final can be difficult but as long as you study, you'll be okay.

She was quite literally my favorite professor of all time. Her entire course is very well organized and structured as it should be. After her mini-lectures she allows time to work on homework, she walks around to help those struggling and extends the due date if not finished. She also offers extra credit for just showing the week of an exam.

Professor Noble was one of the best professors I've had so far. If you attend all the classes before a test you automatically get 3 extra credit points on your test. She teaches so well and the course is super understandable! There is a good amount of homework, but it never feels like busywork.

I'm awful at math, but Professor Noble made for a wonderful statistics experience. Decent amount of homework, but it mocked the exams exactly. Answered questions clearly and was super easy to talk to! Make sure you fill out all your notes for extra credit and if you attend every class you get three extra points on exams.

took professor noble for intermediate algebra and she made math make sense for the first time in years. She gives you the lecture vides beforehand, you can work on the homework in class for help, only a few tests, and so many materials provided to study for them, perfect attendance can be used for extra credit. overall a really good teacher.

Professor Noble is amazing! She provides so many resources and gives amazing lectures that are easy to understand. There is a substantial amount of homework, but the practice it provides makes it worthwhile. As long as you do all the work and study for every test, you should be able to ace the class. I would 100% take her class again if I could.

She uses Pearson MyMathLab and her video lectures, which will be used for your notes (she provides an outline). Professor Noble is caring, promptly responds to messages and questions, and is very organized. Quizzes each week with multiple times to improve your score and three assessment center proctored exams. She's helpful and dedicated.

Very organized and is always eager to help with any questions. Tests and quizzes were a little hard, but she provided lots of resources that make it easy to study and prepare. Lots of homework but It was relevant stuff that would help on the tests. Definitely would recommend her to anyone!!

This prof was pretty great overall, allows extra credit and late work. Class is really easy as long as you show up and follow the videos.

This is by far the most amazing professor I have taken. I have only good things to say about this woman she is an amazing teacher, extremely caring and as long as you have the motivation to learn she will guide you along the way.

Great professor. Makes the class super easy. The only reason I got a C is my fault for not studying enough but she gives you all the resources needed. She does her class backward where you watch the lectures at home then in class you do a mini-lecture then the homework. Seems weird but is great.

Class was MAC1105C. She was a great teacher. Very patient. Explained things very well. Took the time to help when you ran into a problem. Was available during office hours or was willing to make other appointments if you needed it or via email. Took class in person and was glad I did. Did most of our work in class where she was there to help.

Professor Noble was great! She explained the material very well. As long as you watch her video notes and pay attention and complete everything on time you should be good!

I struggle in math and this was my 3rd attempt in this class and professor Noble was just so amazing. Thanks to her class I passed and finally done with this class. She had all the resources available for us to learn and was a great teacher.

Professor Noble is an excellent math instructor. The class has a lot of work, but her clear explanations and available resources, like Unstuck ai, make it manageable. As long as you stay engaged, you'll do well. Definitely recommended!

I had a lot of trouble in math until taking Professor Noble, i got an A on all of the tests and excelled in this class. If you pay attention and do all of her homework(which is like an online lecture in different videos, she gives you an outline of notes to take) you will pass easy. Great instruction

Math can be hard but Professor Noble is great at breaking everything down and making it make sense! I took intermediate algebra last semester and her teaching style/notes answered questions that I still had from lower level class.

Amazing woman very inspirational teaches well and will help you through even the simplest questions. Never makes you feel dumb for needing help and won't let you move forward unless you comprehend it fully.

I am so glad I took Professor Noble. Every week is easy and straight forward. She palns out online video lectures, homework, and quizzes. She gives you every available resource. The video notes are the easiest grade. She actually prepares you fully for the exams (3 in total). Extra credit opportunities (3). She made college algebra feel easy

Mrs.noble is a very good teacher, honestly I barely had to go to class because her online guided notes taught you the material. but for future students, attend class. She gives out take home quizzes help your grade and she gives you additional grade points for test based on your attendance. Also gives partial credit. Good luck

She was very clear and organized. you will definitely learn a lot, but she will walk you through everything. I failed college algebra one time before and I felt like I knew nothing. Professor Noble changed my mind about that. She is always available for question and guidance when you need it. I would take her again if I need more math.
