We did not use the text at all but her notes were extensive and crystal clear. Her tests are hard but very fair. She is an excellent teacher and I will take her again for 110

Entertaining lectures but tests are extremely hard, tricky questions on all of them. She is always available to answer any questions but the work is on you.If you want to learn, take her she prepares you for remaining bio classes.

Best teacher I've had in a long time. Makes the work interesting. Available for help before and after class as well as via phone/email. Would recommend to anyone, even non-majors. Hoping to take her again in 109 and 110.

Prof.Littman is not an easy ride if that is what you are looking for.You need to work hard for your grade.Lectures/labs are very interesting and you got to study hard for her very tricky test.I will highly recommend her for Majors and plp that are in college to study.She is very helpful!!

Yes, you must study all the material she gives you. Her notes are clear and simple but her tests are tricky. But she gives you extra credit. I recorded her lectures and then read the chapter and then listen it over and it made more sense. She writes her notes on the board. VERY NICE TEACHER. TAKE HER!

Why is that when a teacher actually wants you to study and know the material that they are given a bad rating? No Prof. Littman is not easy,but she prepares you for the rest of your Bio classes. She is very understanding and helpful. I would take her again.

She is not as bad as everyone makes her out to be, it is just like any college coarse, you get what you put into it. If you read the chapter before class everything will make sense... The tests were hard if you didn't do the work but if you read the chapter and studied the notes, you will do just fine

Ms. Littman is not as bad as everyone said she is. She is a very smart woman and teaches the subject very good. Her tests are very difficult, but if you read over her notes and read the book you will be okay. Her only fault is that she favors people, if she does not like you she will make you feel stupid.

Ms. Littman is extremely smart. She is a hard teacher and expects the student to give it their all...Her notes are clear and she makes sure you understand everything. Tests are difficult even if you study but there is always extra credit problems. I would recommend her. I worked hard and got an A. Attending class is an absolute must!

Lynn Littman is one of the best professors I have had at CCP! Her class is hard, but worth it. She prepares you for Bio 109 and 110 which is a must! She is always willing to give extra help and offers extra credit on tests! If you want to learn and enjoy biology...take littman!

The best teacher I have ever had but don't take her if you don't have half a brain and are not serious about your education! She is very strict about distractions and lateness. If you pay attention, particate (she gives brownie points) study and do your labs, you can get an A. She is always willing to help in any way she can. Loved her! -Zega

Professor Littman is a great teacher. She made Biology interesting and even though her tests were hard, she gave you everything you needed to pass. She was always available to help you if you needed it. Some people say she is a hard teacher but this is college people, you only get out of it what you are willing to put in.

Hard teacher, difficult tests, labs are somewhat easy, however; she expects lab answers to be as accurate as possible or else you lose points. If you want an easy A or B or even a C, give this teacher a miss because she will make you work behind off to get even the passing grade. Picks favors too!

Ms. Littman is the best. She is not a hard teacher, the only way it is hard is if you don't study, don't ask questions, and don't attend every class. She is always there to lend a helping hand-just don't be afraid to ask! She really prepares you for 109.Littman=Learning!

I took Prof. Littman for a summer course, and to my surprise she was wonderful. Littman is an extremly organized teacher who gives wonderful notes that all correspond to the upcoming test.She even stayed late after class for additional learning support.Her class can be considered easy if you attend, and utilize her notes,and study! Record her lecture if possible, and listen to it over and over, use the online material, do the exercises and you?ll be fine. Most of all, respect her class the way you want your class to be respected if you were the teacher. She he has a mission in life, she prepares you for the future, can you blame her? She provides excellent notes on each chapter. Study the notes and you should at least get a B.

Although she demonstrates excellent subject knowledge and teaches the material effortlessly, I was disappointed with her lack of professionalism in the class. She was very degrading,belittling, and intrusive of students conversations. She eaves-drops and will try to confront you about what she overheard. Not COOL! Tests thwart ur study efforts!!!!

Professor Littman is a great teacher. She challenges you, but if you study it will pay off. She is very helpful and is willing to make you understand the material.

she was an okay teacher... her test were mad hard... the test had me ready to change my major.. but in the end she was a challenge but i got a B at the end of the semester.. thank god..lol

Awesome... Outlines chapters for you, but you still need to read to keep up with details on her exama. Will stay after or come early for those who need extra help. I'm hoping to have her for Bio 110. ; )

I had her for summer session. She was hard on students, belittling, and had this 'I kmow everything" attitude. She is very picky, about when you can turn in assignments, tardiness and phone use. She will drop you a full letter grade for phone use. I got an A but I'm pretty sure I was the only one in my class. You really have to study. Never used bk

The notes were excellent. The test were pretty easy, but I prepared by reading chapters and studying many hours. Loved her lectures, but found her rude, belittling and offensive. She made herself available for students she liked. I loved learning the material and geeting an A, but found her unpleasant.

Excellent professor. Encourages active learning. Great study sheets. A bit left of center in personality, but very fair. Allow her to get to know you, dont wait to the last-minute to study, do the quizzes online at the A&P site & await your "A" grade. Easy-peasy.

TAKE THIS PROFESSOR I SWEAR BY HER. I had her for bio 109 & 110. She is always there for her students when they need her. She teaches by giving handouts of each chapter you will study, you must read the text though, each test she offers a small curve sometimes its a large curve. She will even tutor you on her office hours. Littman Rocks!

good instructor,material is very hard, teacher is very anal and has no life. Lab exams you have to be a perfect speller or she'll take points off,dont get caught textn she'll take points off. Has favorites and belittles students at times.Only take this professor if there is no one esle available.

One of the best teachers I have EVER had. As far as her personality, but she only has to lay down the law if you do annoying things like come in late or talk during class. She's there to teach and expects you to be serious about learning. If you're ready and willing to do the work, you'll do fine. Anatomy was not meant to be easy. Loved this class!

Professor Littman is an excellent teacher probably one of the best I ever had. She does a great job breaking down the material so that it is easy to understand it. She has rules though and I advise you to follow them or she will deduct points. Her test can be difficult but I would definitely take her again.

I had Ms. Littman for AandP 109. She is a very nice teacher who cares about her job and has a HUGE interest in what she is teaching. She wants students to learn! The material isn't hard. Its just A LOT of material. Take her class in a 15 week semester and you'll be fine. Its a tough class but she'll prepare you for 110(even if bio isn't your major)

I had Prof. Littman for Bio 109 and 110. She is a very passionate teacher, and really wants you to learn something before leaving her class. The subject itself was very challenging. Study with Pearson, Pearson and Pearson along with her notes and you should be fine. She is a wonderful teacher, but the course itself is not easy by any means.

Amazing teacher. If serious about a job in the healthcare industry, you should take A&P with Littman. You have to study and put the time in. You will leave her class with an understanding of the human body that will prepare you for your clinical classes. Don't be an idiot, turn your phone off, come in on time and don't talk in class.

Only listen to those who claim she is demeaning if you're a spoiled brat & don't care to learn/make money for your future career. She teaches a tough subject matter that requires lots of studying, and teaches it VERY WELL. She wants you to learn & pass! But BIO isn't cake..it isn't easy breezy ENG 101..remember that. Thumbs up 4 this broad! ;-)

Professor Littman is the best teacher I have EVER had. She explains the materials thoroughly but you still need to put the time and effort in to understand the subject. I wish all teachers were as clear and caring as Professor Lynn Littman.

Ms. Littman is the best! It is clear that she cares about the students and loves her job. She can be challenging at times but she makes sure you're well prepared for her exams. The only hw she gives is labs which aren't too difficult. It is possible to pass this class, you just have to be willing to do the work.

Awesome teacher!! I highly recommend her! She is always willing to help in any way possible. Her class will really prepare you if you are looking into an allied health program//nursing program or anything in the medical field!

Professor Littman is a GREAT teacher. She will make sure you are well prepared for the next course. She is ALWAYS willing to help before or after class; and via E-mail. If you show dedication and put in the effort;you can pass the course. Get to know her and her teaching style from your own experience, and your end result will be well worth in it.

Best teacher i had so far...gives alot of work thought but she is a great teacher. Study her handouts for the tests and take good notes, write down everything she write on the board .

The best teacher I ever had. She thoroughly teaches a hard subject and explains it well. Gives handouts of the important items (mainly test materials) and is happily helpful to anyone that puts forth the effort to learn. I still keep in touch and even though I am not taking 110 with her, she strongly urges me to come with her for help if I need it!

Excellent teacher. Knows subject matter well, loves teaching, is clear & explains things well. Great outlines. Odd sense of humor & personality. Wastes class time making stupid jokes. Treats students like children (yells at people about cell phones, gum chewing, appropriate lab attire) Very Strict. Teases/Picks on people, unless she likes you.

Shes helpful and knows her subject perfectly.Be ready to study a lot and memorize all the stuff,especially her handouts.Its A LOT of material, but she explains it clearly. If you want a good grade, make sure you study from the very beginning and dont leave it till the very last moment because it's A LOT.

Professor Littman is one of my favorite professors at CCP. Her courses are a lot of work, and her exams can be very hard, but if you need or want extra help she is always available. She does go out of her way to offer help to students, so don't hesitate if you're having trouble!

Good teacher who I would take again. Pros: Explains well, wants you to learn, covers the material, and provides detailed lecture notes. Cons: no ppt (but the lecture notes work), really strict about being there on time and cell phone use. The subject is a lot so you have to study but she is good.

Took her for both A&P I and II. She's one of the best teachers I've ever had. The class is tough and confusing but she will ALWAYS do her best to explain it to you. I like her teaching style. She's strict about attendance/being on time. Utilize office hours, mastering A&P, and open lab and you will be fine.

prof Littman loves her job but teaches as if you ONLY have her class i would not Ever take her class endless i take it by itself. she rarely gives out extra credit and does not believe in giving out points for effort. your grade is based on test alone and she makes sure she covers all material

She is a great teacher! no matter the teacher, this class will be hard regardless. Studying is a must and hard work will only get you an A. The material is very hard. I had this class prior and failed miserably. She is the best teacher I had so far. I will be taking her again

I took her for bio 109, 110. She is the best! Knows her material and how to explain it to students. It is not an easy class, but she is very helpful. Gives chances to get an extra credit. If you want to learn, then take her. Her lectures are amazing. Though, she has a problem with time management. I would take her class again and again.

Loved her class. Wants to see you succeed. She is always willing and meet and help in any way possible. Give 4 lecture tests and 2 lab tests. Explains the information very well. A lot of information so it is necessary that you study. Use office hours, mastering A&P, and open lab and you will do fine. Would definitely take her again.

Loved Professor Littman! I would take her 1,000 times over. Go to class, be on time, pay attention and use her lecture outline as a guide during your reading of the textbook. Encourages utilizing office hours & open lab. The grade is based solely on test which is not a problem as long as you do not dwell on the topics not covered in class. Study!!!

She is such as great teacher. Biology 109 is no easy course but she breaks it down and enjoys teaching. All You have to do is read pay attention to her lectures as well as going over the notes she gives as you read I definitely look forward with taking 110 with her.

currently taking her for bio 110 and i must say if you are not prepared to work your butt off than don't take her, but if you are ready and willing to learn everything about please do yourself a favor and take her. she is tough but by the end of the semester u gain so much. she is extremely helpful and answer all questions. great teacher, just hard

She is awesome. If you listen to her lectures you will barely need to open a book. People who complain about her just simply don't pay attention during class. Her explanations are clear and to the point. So upset I could't take her for BIOL110.

Miss Littman is great. She enjoys the material. The only thing I will say is that it is ALOT of material in just 3 months. Too much.... but i believe that is not her fault. She is very helpful and very understanding. Overall the course is difficult, make sure you study and attend class!

If you are an adult and are not extremely sensitive or entitled this teacher will be a good fit for you. you need to pay attention but if you are willing to learn and put in hard-work you will do great in this class. 10/10 I would take her again. Brilliant teacher and very passionate about what she does.

Professor Littman is the smartest person I have ever met. I enjoyed attending every single lecture. She broke everything down to make the material easier to understand and was a very visual teacher. Just take the time to study. I have gained so much from this class and am looking forward to taking her for BIO 110.

The subject matter is hard but endlessly fascinating. It's easy to see Prof. Littman is passionate about what she does. If you want to truly learn and challenge yourself, I strongly recommend taking A&P with her.

Professor Littman is an amazing lecturer, lectures are very engaging (helps to stay focused). Use your handouts as a study guide. The most important information presented in handouts in a very compact manner. Start from the very first day of the class; print your handout, take it with you everywhere and study it every day whenever you have a chance

Studying material last day/night before the test would not work. Textbook will provide more detailed and profound information about the subject, but choose carefully what to read; choose paragraphs, related to handouts and lectures. Core from handouts plus more details from textbook probably will give a better grade on a test.

A lot of people saying Prof. Littman makes fun of others; No she doesn't. She has a very short amount of time to cram A LOT of information & people ask questions that she is getting to, or that have nothing to do with the subject. If you have questions in the end, she would love for you to ask. Just be patient, she really makes EVERYTHING clear!

Love the professor! Her lectures are clear and very helpful. Make sure not to take out your phone or electronics during class or lab if you don't want to lose points on your grade. The lecture goes through a lot of the materials in the chapters. Make sure to read the textbook before class. Grades are only exams based. So don't at the last minute.

She is exceptional at explaining the material & makes sure that it is understood. She is tough, but fair. You WILL leave the class with a great understanding of the material. You will have to put the work in. She is, by far one of the better professors Ive had. She is ALWAYS available to help outside of the classroom. A+

Professor Littman gets a bad reputation from students who don't take the course seriously. If you put the time and effort into the class and reach out for help when you need it she is amazing. Helped me figure out my learning style and how to study effectively. She is super smart. Just show her respect and act like an adult. You will do well

Prof Littman definitely gets a bad rep bc of the difficulty of this class, not her teaching style. Yes, you are only graded on tests but her reasoning is valid. She gives ample extra credit on tests and provides open labs often if you need the practice, she genuinely wants to see her students succeed. You get out of the class what you put into it.

In the beginning I wasnt a fan, but as the semester went on I really began to like her. She does a good job explaining the material and clearly loves her job. She really wants to see her students succeed. As a student who doesnt know how to study, I did surprisingly well. She gives extra credit opportunities on lab exams and always offers to help

Professor Littmans class was tough, but that wasnt her fault. There is A LOT of material to cover and she explained it well. She truly wanted everyone to succeed. We were only graded on tests, so its not ideal for a bad test taker, but you can pass if you take it seriously and ask for help if you need it.

I loved professor Littman!! I hadn't taken science in college before and there really is no stupid question with her. She will discuss it until you fully understand. During lectures she doesn't just talk at you it's interactive. No assigned hw so leaves extra time for studying. Taking her again for 110 !

If you want to really learn the material please take her. You will never forget what you have learned in her class and it will help you later if you want to pursue a career in health care.
