Easiest teacher ever. No homework or classwork, everything is open book and open note. She is really funny and laid back. The class is very inteesting. Their is a lot of Extra Credit. You learn a lot of things in this class. The FINAL is only on one chapter and it's open book and open note. It's a guaranteed A.

This class is extremely easy. Quizzes are open note and open book (you don't really need to buy it). You can also write a paper if you failed or didn't attend. She is really funny. She also gives a lot of unnecessary extra credit making it even easier to get an A.

Great, the instructor does not want you to stess, she understands that you have pleanty of other classes to worry about, so she provides ease with this class, why make something hard that does not have to be, what your not going to be a psychologist in one quarter. No complaints.

Mrs Gayton is a great professor. This class is very easy (open note/book tests), yet also very interesting. She makes the info easy to comprehend and also makes the class enjoyable. She trys to make the class lighthearted by cracking jokes and she is pretty funny. Attending class and taking weekly quiz is easier than makeup work. Highly recommend!!

i took her for psych 10 and 12. wonderful. she is easy to understand, gave mutiple opportunity to pass the class. hardly used the book only her notes. just dont come to class late or leave early. it annoys her. over all take this class!!!

Mrs. Gayton is really funny. If you have a fun audience for her, she can really get into her lectures. All tests are open book, open notes. The midterm and the final were as well.

Ms. Gayton's class is geared towards success. All you have to do is come to class, take the notes, take the open note/book quiz, if you missed a class there is an opportunity to make up for it. There is no reason for anyone to get less than an A in this class.

She's a soft spoken, very funny lady who knows her stuff. Class attendance is mandatory for note taking, quizzes on each chapter, and the Final is not comprehensive. Wish she taught more classes, she's an interesting person to talk to.

The easiest class I've ever taken in college. I took Indiv/social processes with her. It's the lowest stress class you can imagine. You take an open book quiz at the end of the lecture that's 10 questions, with no time limit. She is super understanding and loves her dogs. Super clear, knows her stuff, but also very relaxed.

Professor Gayton is the best professor at LMC. Just about done taking her Sociology 12 Marriage and Family class, and I will be taking another class with her in the Fall. She is very clear, you take notes, then take a quiz. Open book open notes everything. highly recommended.

Great teacher

This is the easiest class I have taken in college. There are weekly quizzes but they are open book, and open note. No midterm, no projects or presentations. Easy final, plus a few extra credit opportunities. That's it. Show up and pay attention. There's no reason not to get an A. Professor Gayton is clear and easy to follow.

You literally gotta try to fail. She's an amazing professor who keeps things simple. Just show up and pay attention. If you fail, just drop college all together

Only have class with her once a week. Its a 3 hour class- for about an hour and half she lectures and we take notes. After that you take an open note quiz and then leave. Almost get out really early and the quizzes are only 10 questions and the answers are straight from the notes. No midterms. Final is based on 1 chapter.

If you dislike speaking up in class and hate doing presentations THIS IS THE CLASS FOR YOU. Make sure to show up and take notes and youll pass. The lectures are interesting and you get to use notes on every quiz including the final. Teacher is funny and very chill. WISH I COULD TAKE ANOTHER CLASS WITH HER WISH EVERY TEACHER WAS LIKE HER

She teaches in a simple way easy enough for anyone to understand. Open book and open note tests, however, you'll still learn so much from her class. Take good notes during her lectures and you won't fail. It's hard to get anything less than a C in her class. Definitely recommend. She's hilarious as well, I really liked her personality.

The whole class is based on the weekly quizzes, which are SUPER easy! It's 10 multiply choice questions and they are open note, open book, she lectures straight from the book so if you show up you'll pass the quizzes. She also offers plenty of extra credit in case you miss a quiz day, most days you'll get out early too.

Every class you take notes, then she gives a quiz at the end of the class, you can use the notes on the quiz. Really easy but no make up quizzes so you have to show up to class. On the exam & final you can use your notes to. She gives out extra credit so you can pass with over a 100% shes really easy take her!! And don't buy the book!!

She lets you use your notes from the lectures and books on her weekly quizzes and the final. Only way you fail is if you don't do the quizzes or fail to make them up.

Mrs. Gayton is a wonderful teacher, she is very understanding. be ready to take a quiz at the end of the class, but you're allowed to use your notes you took in class and textbook. Prof. Gayton is a great teacher. She is lecture heavy and doesn't require her students to buy the book. She is extremely flexible with her students. Just as it is easy to pass her class it is easy to fail it as well. Show up to class and take her tests. You won't regret taking her class.

I loved Professor Gayton! She was probably my favorite professor at LMC. Even though her classes where long I actually looked forward to them and she never kept us till the end, we'd usually get out a half hour to an hour early. Great class and great teacher.

She is by far the best and easiest professor I have ever taken. She has a clear grading criteria show up, take notes use those notes on the quiz at the end of class. Very simple an her lectures are relatable and funny. Easy A and we never stayed until the end of class, always got out out early. ! I wish I could take her for more psych classes.

I took Tues/Thurs classes. Tues were lectures, write down everything she writes on the board and you'll pass the quiz on Thurs. She gives you up to 15 points extra credit, attendance not taken. Just show up and pass. The final is open note, last chpt only. DO NOT BUY THE TEXTBOOK, she lectures straight out of it and she has a copy in the office.

Pretty straight-forward class. You go to class, take notes, take an open note quiz. Prof. Gayton is pretty funny as well so it wasn't a boring class as well. The class usually ended early as long as we got through the lectures.

I took her online socio12 class and oh my god. First of all, the sweetest lady. Secondly, the easiest class I think I'v ever taken. She post a chapter each week and you respond the the one question with it and that's it. Each week. Even the final was the same thing. Took about 10 minutes of my week. If you need credits and and easy class. TAKE IT!

Lynne is such an amazing prof, Id recommend ANY of her classes in a heartbeat. You learn a lot of interesting material that you take with you into the world and she is very understanding of her students. Her classes are super easy too participate and youll get an A for sure! sometimes I think that this class is TOO EASY, she gives you texts to read and you have one quiz per week that I can guarantee you that the only way you can fail is if you don't do it.

Extremely easy class. Only thing in the grade book is 2 paragraph quizzes per week based on the assigned chapter. Do not buy the textbook! Free online version got me through the class

Professor Gayton is very easy. Gives nice feedback after every quiz. You need to do the quizzes if not then you fail the class.

This class only had a quiz each week that was two paragraphs on my thoughts on the content. It was straightforward and she always left comments on my quizzes. Professor Gayton is not the most tech savvy person and you can tell with the way her class is structured. Overall, she makes it work and is easily accessible through email.

The best professor in entire LMC. I learned alot about psychology in this class. She gives good feedback. Take her class you will love it. Just do the assignments and you should be fine. You are awesome Prof. Gayton.

This professor is really great! She made my life really easy, but I still learned a lot. Every week we have to read a chapter and submit a "quiz" which was basically just summarizing what you learned. She also offers extra credit and gives good feedback for questions you ask. Good lectures.I recommend her text book, but you'll be fine without it.

The contents are interesting and inspirational. Something we don't usually pay attention to can actually mean a lot. Each week we read the class notes (don't buy the textbook) and had a test that asked us to summarize what we've learned and try to make a connection to what had happened in our lives, and that's all.

every week was the same all semester. read a chapter and then do a summary type of test. this class was easy as long as you have time to do the reading. there weren't any assignments besides the reading and the test. the final exam was also the same format as the weekly tests but was about the entire semester rather than the weekly reading.

This class was very easy! there are only Quizzes once a week no homework or anything else. The quizzes are super easy they just ask what you learned in the assigned chapter and you just type your thoughts. The book is online as well. Take this class if you do not want to stress or need credit. She responds quickly and grades fairly.

Straight forward class! I learned a lot and enjoyed this class. Super easy as well! never once was I stressed while taking this course. She grades quickly and puts her input on the quizzes. No homework or extra work to do. Simply just once a week quizzes.

Professor Gayton was very straightforward with the assignments. She allows you to balance your school and work life very well. She only gives about 1-2 assignments per week. I would 100000% recommend her!

She was always reasonable with grading and deadlines and made herself available for her students even over the summer.

Great class. Weekly quiz on the chapter assigned just a paragraph on what you learned and how you're doing or a joke just making some type of connection. Extra credit available, late quizzes get 50% but are accepted, and the material is interesting!
