i took this course before and the teacher didn't help me. linsey takes the time to sit with me. she tried to understand my problems and she spends so long until i understand.

she shows every mistake, very thoroh marking, very helpful, she sits down and explains until I understand.

She is full of energy. You will enjoy her class. The assignments are easy, and she is an easy marker. I should have been in 150 though!

very energetic (jumping around inside classroom), nice looking (slim n tall), clarity is almost 100%. very caring. she even let us to redo one of the quiz in class at the same day after the whole class fail and she have explained everything. All the written work are in class, no writing work at home, safe me a lot of my time. You will love her too.

One of my favourite classes of my first semester of my first year in Seneca...only have to read short stories consisting only of a couple of pages each week...and we are quizzed about these stories...some of the quizzes are actually quite hard...so you have to read the story in detail...but overall it is a great class with a great teacher...

Lynsay is a superiour quality teacher who challenges you to reach your full potential. Her classes are not a walk in the park, however she challenges you to work and think outside the box, so that your accomplishments are well earned/deserved.

I enjoy Lynsay a great deal. She is easy to work with and super helpful. This was also a really fun class that is well thought out. She does a lot of work before class and always seems ready to teach.

She's a nice teacher. Helpful and co-operative. Take her, I assure U will have a nice class.

Hard marker on essays, but she is simple on lessons

She is one of the best teachers, very through and teaches you everything you need to know. Very straightforward and loves to crack a few jokes. I definitely recommend her. If you are not amazing at english, she definitely helps improve your skills!

Lynsay is a great professor. Clear, very helpful, and thoroughly explains the stories in the textbook. I actually enjoyed English class for once.

She is extremely friendly and knows her material but she is very tough in grading.

Pretty friendly, approachable, sometimes makes funny jokes in class. Quizzes are easy if you read the story. This course is a mandatory course and a lot of the class were immigrants that didn't understand English too well so she could ease up on the marking but then again she also has a curriculum to follow.

She is clear, funny, and explains everything that you need to know. She teaches very well and you will learn a lot in her class. She is specific with what she wants and is a very tough grader.

Don't be late for class.

She is awesome. Just make sure don't miss her classes. She teaches whatever you need to be a good writer.

She's amazing. Best English teacher there is out there. She really brings the class to life and makes it enjoyable with her unique personality. Love her jokes she cracks. I definitely recommend her.

One of the best professors I've had at Seneca College. The lectures are amazing and interactive. She gives amazing feedback for all assignments that were submitted. She is a tough grader but if you show up to class for all lectures you'll do well. She is prompted with grading your assignments. I highly recommend Lynsay as your English Professor.

I registered for the content of the class (Rock and Roll: A Cultural History) but I will be re-registering for another class from Lynsay because of the quality of her work. She's someone who knows the content, applies it to every day life, shares applicable stories, and helps those who need it. Among the top Seneca profs hands down.

Wonderful Professor. Very friendly professor and great in presenting the topics and the lecture from COM101. I had a great time being Lynsay's student I look forward in taking CUL255 with Lynsay as my professor in another Semester for Gen ED.

Everything we need in the course was online. We had lots of time to do assignments and tests. She was very detailed with how to do assignments and how theyll be marked. Everything was clear and straightforward.

If you stay on track and have a good understanding of how to write essays, you'll get a good mark. This is a movie/text-heavy course with a strong emphasis on self-study. Don't take this course if this isn't your learning style. Professor was responsive and thorough about what she expects and gave us plenty of time to do assignments.

She posted lessons every week and clearly explained everything. We never had to be online at a specific time to accommodate for work schedules and different time zones and we had freedom to do the work anytime thats good for us during the week. She was always available through email or video chat for extra help. I always knew when how & what to do

This course was super organized with lots of information and help. It was asynchronous which was nice because I didnt have to be on my computer at an exact time. Because we didnt have a scheduled day, the prof was always available. She emailed me back fast and even had online video meetings with me when I wanted to talk about stuff.

Literally just buy the textbook as an ebook instead of physical copy, Makes the course WAY easier than the rest of these reviews are making it out to be. Although I can understand the annoyance of paying money for a textbook for an elective, I personally found it to be not that bad in terms of difficulty.

Very good. Shes puts a lot of effort into the courses and takes offline tests only. But she is very helpful and nice, and encourages you to do better and work hard.
