Probably one of my favorite Chemistry professors ever and this is my third time taking chem. Dr. Reni cares about your grade! He gives many opportunities to boost your grade. Skip class and you won't pass I made an A. He will teach you chemistry and it's fun! He's very funny and he breaks down the hard parts and makes them easy. Take in the Summer!

Dr. Reni, as we called him was a GREAT instructor - I had reached a point where I was going to drop his class because I just wasn't getting it. Dr. Reni. convinced me to keep trying. I soon caught on . Dr. Reni makes himself available to all of his students. This is one professor that actually cares about his students

Dr. Reni is one of the best teachers I have had. I'd highly recommend taking a class from him. He gives quite a bit of homework and quizzes (mostly take home). This is all graded and it is very possible to get 100%. It is all part of his plan to help you do well on the tests.

Dr. Reni is amazing at what he does! He really enjoys science & teaching, making class fun and active. He will tell you what to study, highlight in the book, along with handouts. How he does his quizzes really prepares you for the tests. The actual tests are all multiple choice and scantron with same day grading. I will be taking him again!

I hated chemistry in high school and I just knew that I was going to have a hard time in Fun Chem but Dr.R makes it really easy to understand the material. The homework and quizzes really prepare you for the tests.

Dr.R is my favorite teacher I have ever had in all of my years of college, through the different colleges I have attended. He WANTS you to get an A. He is helpful, understanding, gives opportunities for extra credit, makes expectations very clear, allows you to make up tests/quizzes, his labs are even great! I have recommended him to everyone.

I loved this class he helped me understand everything and made sure that I understood before he finished teaching. I would highly suggest taking him. One of the best teachers I have ever had.

This professor is amazing, he cares about you learning and does everything to help you pass. If you have a question he will go into detail to answer it. If you fail this class it is solely your fault because he gives you ample opportunities to pass. I would take him again if given the chance.

He is willing to do anything to help you if you are willing to help yourself. For example I wasnt understanding the lesson one day and he stayed after class 2 hours late to help me. Gives you many chances to raise your grade and will work with you on making up assignments. Test are also every similar to the study guides.

If you have been fearful of chemistry, you can put your mind at ease! Dr. Reni is a great instructor. He LOVES CHEMISTRY, so expect to be in class until the last min, but you actually learn and take something with you. He will help in any way he can. If you don't understand, ASK. Dr. Reni, actually cares, but you have to care too. You got this!

Dr. Reni wants you to participate in Lab. He is very helpful and wants you to succeed. Extra credit at the end can make the difference in a letter grade, so do your homework, and try to do extra if you can. He is awesome and will help you in any way possible, but you have to ASK. If you choose Dr. Reni, you will not be disappointed. He is awesome!

Dr. Reni will make you work for your grade but he wants you to learn! He will help you wherever he can but you have to ask! He gives plenty of extra credit opportunities. Book is a must. If you put the work into it you can make an A. Would definitely take him again.

Dr Reni is an amazing professor, very caring and ensure's students understand material before proceeding to the next topic. I've emailed him around 11 pm because I didn't understand a certain problem and he immediately logged into class and explained the problem in depth! He makes science fun! He goes above and beyond for all of his students.

This Professor is one of the best to actually teach this course... it was very challenging for me which is why i took him during the summer but i was actually okay he is very specific and even though throughout this Coronavirus he tried his best to make us actually understand this subject.

Dr. Reni, is the best chemistry instructor. I have attempted chemistry more than once. He helps all students to understand by giving examples using thing we deal with on a day to day basis. He lectured our online class daily to cover the materials face to face during this Pandemic. All teachers should be required to do so. He is a caring educator.

I loved this class with Dr. Reni! He was kind, super funny and if you did not understand the content, he was more than willing to help, inside and out of the class. I am sad he does not teach the other classes I need. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Reni!

I love him as a professor, He is very nice and actually cares just communicate. He is very clear on his assignment or grading. one quiz each chapter. Gives multiple attempt on assignment and quizzes. The final exam was easy he let us have two attempt which is the best thing. I made a 96 on the final.

He makes sure you learn, you have to earn it. He is very caring and a little comical. I hated science my whole life but I got an A because he will break it down until you understand. Answers all questions and makes himself available to students. Very understanding but will put his foot down if need be.

Dr. Reni makes difficult concepts understandable by giving examples of the concepts that we experience in every day life. He is passionate about what he teaches and you can tell he loves teaching. He takes the time to make sure you understand what he is teaching. He is an all around great teacher. he also adds a twist of humor.

Dr. Reni is an amazing professor. He knows Chemistry, and it shows in his performance as a teacher. He is always on time to class, and does a wonderful job addressing questions related to chemistry. I feel that he goes out of the way to insure that you understand the content being taught. He always encourages you to ask any questions you may have.

Dr. Madhu shaw is a great professor. I had his class for chem Lecture and lab. Others that were in my class wish they had him for lectures because he breaks down chemistry to easy. I love the way he gives you several video explaining the topic giving you the choice of learning his short way and their long way. Do not miss class you wont get credit

If you are looking for a sign HERE IT IS. He is very thorough and is willing to stay behind to help you understand the content if you didn't get it. He is very passionate about the content and wants to make sure you are learning. He may be the best chemistry instructor in my opinion.

Dr. Reni's lecture's are spectacular! He teaches chemistry in a way that is well understood. I had him for lecture, and lab. He has to be one of the most encouraging professors that I have had. He want you to understand chemistry. I feel this professor cares for the success of his students.

I loved having Dr. Reni! If you go to class and participate you will get the grade you want, he makes sure you understand the criteria.

I had Dr. Reni for my physical science lab and I really enjoyed the class. He was always friendly and available to answer questions (even if they were about the lecture - which I was taking with another professor) I would definitely take another class with Dr. Reni!

I attend the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and Dr.R is a really good teacher. I took general chemistry 1 with him this past summer and it was really good. He makes sure everyone understands and will explain multiple times if you don't. He is a really good teacher. I will say for the summer course miss one day and you will feel behind.

He's an amazing teacher!!! Definitely taking him again for Gen Chem II

He is a great teacher. It is a tough class but he gives you the understanding and tools you need to pass. His lectures are clear and he teaches what will be on the exams and homework.

Dr. Reni has a smile that would light up any room. His passion for teaching is unrecognizable. I enjoyed Dr. Reni this fall. Initially I thought, Chemistry would take me out. After being under the guidance of Dr. Reni's studies, I'm certain I will do well. Dr. Reni is an awesome professor. I'm so glad I chose him to instruct me through Chemistry.

All the work was available to take twice, so if you bombed a test, you could take it again and he'd take the average.

I love Dr. Reni! We had 1 assignment due a week in his lab. He is very funny and even ends class early if the lab is finished. Show up to class because the assignment that is due that week is what is done in class. He is very caring and loves to laugh! There aren't any quizzes or tests in his class. He explains things multiple times if you need it.

Mr.R was a great professor. I took his Earth Science course and I can honestly say he is one of the coolest and understanding professor I have had. He makes sure to give you all the information you need, but is still fun. His class is not difficult at all. As long as you show up and pay attention, you are sure to pass his class.

This class was neat! I enjoyed Dr. Reni, however, he does drag out his lectures.

I took this lecture class along with the lab, and while the lab was interesting, the lecture class was not. Dr. Reni drags his lectures. He spends hours reading the textbook and his slideshows to the class, while both are accessible at home. Lecture was very frustrating and long.

Dr. Reni is a great professor. He encourages participation because it helps him gage where you dont understand. Then he will simplify the concept or give a real life example.

He was the BEST!! Take him, you will not regret it. He want his students to pass so he will do whatever needed to make that happen. Attend class, take notes and you will do fine.

Dr. Reni is a phenomenal teacher. He teaches very well and makes sure that everyone in his class understands this course. Hands down the best teacher I have ever had. He is hilarious and makes learning chemistry fun. Class work is very easy as long as you attend all his classes.

The best thing is that he makes sure that his students understand the lesson before moving on. He gives many examples that relate to his students so that they will better understand the concepts. There are many chances to improve your grade and very little time spent outside of class working on assignments compared to other classes.

Dr. Reni is an excellent professor! He cares, and wants you pass his class. He expects you to try, and he willing to collaborate with you to insure you understand the content before moving to the next part. Show up to class, do the work, ask question when you do not understand, and you should have no problem passing this class.

The Professor was knowledgeable on the content taught. The labs were interesting, and the class was not extremely difficult. You are expected to complete the work involved, but the professor will work with you until you understand the content. I feel the instructor presents fairness and wants his students to succeed.

Dr. Reni covers a lot of course material in one class period (usually 1 chapter per class). He genuinely cares if his students understand the course material and will not move on if he senses confusion. He encourages participation and wants to make sure he is being understood. He is a kind professor who is always upbeat and loves teaching!

Dr. Reni was great! He wants you to pass the class and hes understanding! Remember to ask questions! He also very funny you do need to study the class itself is not an easy A but he definitely helps you understand the concepts and gives countless examples of yours labs and assignments. If I could take him again I would my favorite professor!

He will take the time to go over everything with you; if you have a question, don't be afraid to ask. Dr. Reni wants you to pass.He is a fair grader and will allow you to fix your mistake in labs. He gives you at least 2 times to take the quizzes and tests. Lab class 1103 in person was good the downer was that the lab room was being worked.

I was really worried about taking a Chemistry class and I must say Professor Reniguntala is an excellent teacher he makes sure you understand the material and another thing I really liked about this professor is your work isn't due every week you have months to complete material!! That was awesome!

Dr. Reni is very upbeat, knowledgeable, and wants you to succeed. This course is heavy on math. Half of the course materials due at midterm and the other half due at finals. Do not wait until the last week to start! He takes time to go over everything, and makes sure you understand the material before moving on. Highly recommend it

He is an amazing teacher and very knowledgeable. He will answer every question. Most teachers act as if your are bothering them when you don't understand a concept and need clarification. Not Dr. Reni. The whole class felt comfortable to ask and get a better understanding. Dr. Reni makes learning fun.

Dr. Reni is an all-around great professor!! He encourages asking questions when you are not clear about something and always extends the courtesy of emailing him if we are confused outside of class meetings. I would definitely take his class again if I had to do so. Great job Dr. Reni!!!!

Come to class, pay attention to lecture, be prepared to be called upon & do your homework and quizzes ON TIME. He does give plenty of time to turn in work!!

Dr. Reni is a very fair and understanding professor. He is very passionate about teaching even though his knowledge far exceeds that of the classroom. He has the ability to present course material in a manner understandable to the most experienced student as well as newcomers to the university. His enthusiasm and energy are a classroom pleasure.

This was my second semester having Dr. Reni and I highly recommend; He goes above and beyond! His lectures are thorough, he has very clear expectations, he will take your shortcomings into consideration, and he can answer any. question you have. I was told by several people that Chemistry is difficult but his is course was worth taking. He make sure everyone is involved with answering questions. I was nervous but he made the class great. If he taught another course I would definitely make sure to get him. If you fail his class it was not him it was you not putting forth an effort.

Great class! The hw was never too hard. I do recommend watching the lecture recordings (for online class) or supplementing your reading with youtube.

I had a great experience with an excellent teacher in my General Chemistry I course. He was good at explaining difficult ideas and making hard topics easier to understand. The videos he made gave clear instructions on how to solve problems, and his way of teaching got me interested in chemistry again. I was impressed I took him in the summer

Best science professor I have ever had.

Dr. Reni is one of the most precious people I have ever met!! He was so kind and patient and left no student behind. He was extremely fair. I had not had a science course in over 17 years and I made an A+ in his class. He made it so much fun and has a beautiful gift of teaching. He cares deeply about the success of his students.
