He is very cheerful and genuine. His lectures can be boring, however, you will want to be there, because you can tell he is very dedicated to his students. test - a breeze!

He is by far the BEST teacher i have EVER had! His teaching style is amazing, there is no way you will not understand the material. The exams are perfect reflections of the lectures, and they are VERY reasonable. He is very genuine, and truely cares about the students and their grade!

I was able to have this guy for two years in a row. One of the best profs I've had at Gmac. He would be hilarious, and would call me captain all the time. Exam wise, VERY easy to follow; he would use questions from text and study guide on the exams, so attendance wans't a big deal. Textbook is a MUST HAVE though.

Great prof. Only thing is you must attend class or else you will be lost on the midterms. Lots of questions he asks are from his lectures and can not be found in the text. However, if you go to class he tells you EXACTLY what will be on the test. So if your prepared to go to class, he is probably the easiest psych prof at GMAC.

i love his teaching style, he doesn't say "oh you have a midterm coming up thats worth 20%" he says " are you ready for you little quiz" which makes my anxiety go down a lot! he's super funny and knows his stuff. i can easily say he is one of the best psychology professors at macEwan. I look forward to going to his lectures!

Extremely easy prof. All you have to do is attend class write down whatever he says as he does the lecture and you will be fine. He reviews extensively before you write the exam the day of the exam and they are all mc. Very easy A

Although his explanations are a bit confusing & conflicts with the textbook, just go by what he says and you'll do fine on the exams. Loved him!!!

Lectures are sometimes dry, and its hard to understand him sometimes. His listening is really weak. However, exams are very easy and are completely based on class work. Makes you read the book. Don't use cell phone or lap in his class or he will insult you. Don't skip classes and take his notes and you will be fine in his class.

Mahmoud is the best psych prof. His midterms are extremely easy. He tells you the exact questions that will be on the midterm and finals. Has a bit of an accent but understandable. There are 4 midterms and a final which is good because it gives you a chance to boost up your mark if you do bad in one.

Mahmous was a great professor, especially for an introductory course. He tells you exactly what you need to know on exams and reminds you constantly of what's important to take down during his lectures. He doesn't have powerpoint notes or anything like that so you might find his accent a little hard to understand. Other than that, highly recommend!

I took both psych 104 and psych 105 with Mahmoud Adas and he is the easiest psych prof ever. Attend lectures and you won't have to read the textbook. It is impossible to do bad in his class. He pretty much tells you what will show up on the exam, so write down everything he says. BEST PROF EVER!!!!

Great caring prof. Attendance is mandatory as it is not powerpoint driven. He tells you exactly what will be on the test. If he lists 6 concepts and tells you to focus on 2, it means that those 2 will be the answers to the questions he will put. Would take again.

Attendance is very important if you want an easy A because you only need to study whatever he writes on the board or asks you to read about. Gave us 40 MC question tests for all midterms and the final. If you're not paying attention in class he will call you out in front of everyone, so try to avoid your phone. Made a 3 hour 8am class so enjoyable.

Fantastic Professor! He was one of my favorites. He is passionate about the topics and it comes through in his lecture. He also has a great sense of humor that helps to remember concepts. I also liked his no nonsense in class or you can leave attitude as sometimes it is very distracting when people are talking during class.

Dr Adas was a great grandfatherly professor. He really cares that all of his students succeed through his constant encouraging demeanor. The textbook for the most part was not necessary his notes were ample enough and he drops hints along the way. An A is easily achievable. Test were MC so not a big stressor. His weakness is that he rambles on.

His tests are very simple because he doesn't really teach indepth theories but it's easy to receive a good mark if you're an auditory learner or if you can read the textbook. He teaches really slow so if it takes you a while to understand concepts, you will do well in his class.

i had a 100 in his class because he is amazing! i never used the textbook because he gives so much information during lecture. it was an 8 am class so i understand why some people almost never show up but that is the only way you will get a 4.0 because he is basically giving out test answers while he talks during his lecture.

Everything is straight out of the textbook and very easy to follow. Don't have to go to class but would recommend it anyway, he's very good at explaining things. don't worry about tests cause he prepares you, and will even go over questions during the test. also very accommodating if you can't be at a midterm. I had him in my first semester and he made this the easiest class ever. Anything he writes on the board will be what you will be tested on regardless of what is in the chapter in the book. If you have trouble understanding accents, he has a semi strong one but you should be fine.
