Wonderful semester and enjoyed the Final Project as it did take us out of the box (Class-room) into the real world to interact and work with a small business in the city of San Antonio, Texas.

Professor Yusuf is awesome! An exceptional professor at San Antonio College. I highly recommend him to all who needs a good foundation about learning. Professor Yusuf was the best professor of my spring semester. I learned far more than i expect to and this information is useful in my everyday life as well as in my professional career. If you read the material requested, you'll have no problem. The work isn't overwhelming at all, very informational.

ONLY 2 TESTS ALL SEMESTER THE MIDTERM, AND THE FINAL. He gives a study guide for those. No multiple choice questions, all open ended. One HW assignment every week. Shows lots of videos. But, I would take again. Awesome Professor. I wish more were like him.

I took Business Ethics online with Prof Yusef. He was an easy grader and gave enough feedback. He never went above and beyond the basic professor requirements but I am passing with an A while still learning a lot so I am happy.

Professor Yusuf is one of the two best Professors I've had in my college career, out of probably somewhere above 20 at this point. He wants you to get an A in his class, and will actively take steps to help you do so. The work is very straight-forward as well, with no arbitrary rules that screw you. Would take again, and definitely recommend.

Professor Yusuf's class was very good. Lecture type class where we would read the chapter and then converse in class in more detail. He offered different perspectives where it made you think outside of your comfort zone and create new perspectives for yourself, which to me is what learning truly is. Really enjoyed this class. I really enjoyed taking an Ethics class last summer so this class was more specific with business. I learned a lot from this class: laws regulating businesses or lack thereof, cases that we were tested on in mid-term and final tests that were interesting, and articles from newspapers that covered real cases in the world.

I chose this professor because he was teaching the materials I needed for my major, and his class did not disappoint. He is a great man who has taught us about marketing from his experience and from the marketing around the world. I am upset that my time in that class is over, however, I am happy to have taken his class rather than anyone else.

I did have some difficulty understanding what the grading criteria were, but if you want to do well, don't just do the bare minimum. Show him you're invested in the assignments and the ideas being taught. Dr. Yusuf is personable even online, and he maintained a positive, friendly tone despite dealing with a family emergency.

Hands down the best professor i've met at SAC. The work is difficult sometimes but you can always talk to Dr. Yusuf if you need any assistance, also if something comes up and you can't come into class or turn in an assignment on time as long as you talk to Dr. Yusuf he is really understanding and will work with you.

This professor is awesome! He is a very understanding instructor. He paces the work out and its not stressful. I would take this class again and would recommend others to take it. It's a great class and he is an outstanding teacher.

This Professor gave good feedback on the assignments. It was a little a fast pace but it was a Summer class. He does real life examples which I am sure a lot of people can relate to it because I was able too. I would recommend to take Dr. Yusuf for any business class.

If you have the opportunity to take a class with Dr. Yusuf do it. He is open, respectful and interactive with students. He allows students to express themselves and is always available to answer questions. He gives a fair amount of homework and is a fair grader. The business ethics classes were very thought provoking and the professors ability to make a connection with each student allowed us the class to feel confident in expressing our views. The discussion in class helped the entire class better understand ethics. If you ever had and issue with the class or personal he was always there. Great prof.

Professor Yusuf was an absolute pleasure to have as a teacher for the semester I would take him again in a heartbeat. He not only teaches important things about running an actual business (he once owned a clothing store chain) during class but will also help with advice on your personal business ventures.

I've taken professor Yusuf twice already, and I absolutely enjoy his lectures! I get so off task when doing some work in his class because of how interesting the discussions are. He's a very understanding professor when dealing with personal issues. I feel that I understood more with his lectures than so the textbooks.

I had a tough semester because of the amount of work involved with this class and a new promotion at work but the encouraging words and stories left under feedback after the assignment was graded really encouraged me to keep pushing through. Dr. Yusuf was great! I took this course just for an extra certificate didn't need it for my degree. I fell behind on a couple of assignments due to the whole pandemic things going on and other craziness and Dr. Yusuf was more than helpful and unlocked the assignments again for me with no late penalty. Easiest class ever. Completely online. One chapter (<20 pages) at a time, two chapters total a week. Assignment opens Monday, due Thursday; opens Friday, due Sunday. No discussion boards, no group projects. Read the text, answer some questions. I expand the answers with real life experience, not sure if it helps, but my average is 100%, so probably

I took this class as a flex 1 course and was very surprised how relaxed it was. I didn't have to kill myself to complete the assignments and the professor responds to emails promptly. There is a lot of reading involved but the questions are all multiple choice and fairly given. Easy A for the person who likes to read a bit.

Dr. Yusuf is great, he makes the assignments interesting and always leaves good feedback. The book will be required for all the assignments.

Dr. Mahmud's online BUSG-2307 course was not difficult at all; you have unlimited attempts for every question on assignments and there should be no problem getting an A++. If you are interested in BUS law, read the chapters and you will learn quite a bit, with no stress, whatsoever. He also reopens assignments if you miss a deadline. Real nice guy.

Everything is due within 2 weeks of him opening up the assignment. It is better to do one chapter a week. There are moments I felt it was a lot of work but if you read you will pass. Its mainly read articles sometimes really lengthy ones and read the chapters. I wish he opened things sooner to work ahead.

Dr. Yusuf has definitely been the best teacher I have had since joining SAC. He is the kindest and most respectful teacher I have ever met. Moreover, all the experience that Dr. Yusuf has in the business world helps make all the classes really interest. If you are in business, you need a minimum to take a class with Dr. Yusuf.

Dr. Yusuf has been the best professor that I have encountered in my academic career. While the assignments are writing heavy, he took time to read my responses and actually replied to them in depth. He provided amazing feedback and helped me grow as a person.

I had professor Yusuf this fall semester for Business Ethics, and he was an amazing professor. His lectures were extremely fun and homework was very informational and you actually learned from the assignment. He's extremely understanding and will accomodate for you If need be. Being in his class physically you learn a lot! I Would take him again!!

Dr. Mahmud Yusuf had a lot of assignments based off The New York Times articles. Unfortunately some students had to purchase a subscription and share with others in the class. Overall the class wasnt bad. Accepted my late work.

I truly enjoyed this course. Dr Yusuf is both kind and helpful and delivers the material in an inspiring way. I recommend this course to anyone. The material itself is not difficult, it only requires some internal reflection. The assignments and exam questions are not difficult, again, if you've read the material, you will pass the course.

Dr. Yusuf is a great professor! From day one he was clear about what he expects from you and what you need to do to pass the class. You get plenty of time for each assignment, the lecture part of class was very much based on peoples opinions. Still a great class, easy A if you dont get behind on the readings! This was one of the easiest classes i've taken for marketing! You have to be on top of your work/readings which can be a lot but you have to pace yourself and u will pass, I 10/10 recommend :) He also replies to canvas messages quick and everything is on cengage which makes it easy!

Easy course as long as you do the reading. Classes are not always straight out of the book but it always relates back to what we are reading at the moment. He tries to give you real life examples.

Take Dr. Yusuf! He is super laid back and is understanding if you miss class (just let him know). He really cares about your success. No in-class work and all the homework/tests are straight from the textbook. Due dates are only every other week. Pay attention to what you read, because the questions on the midterm/final are very "nitty-gritty"

All assignments are done on Cengage, MindTap. Super easy, it is a lot, but doable. The professor hardly ever reached out, which was fine by me.

During my semester, Professor Yusuf was an incredible instructor. He was very motivating when it came to business, finances, and personal experiences. One more great aspect of the class was that he brought in industry experts to provide us with real-world examples of how business is conducted in the real world. you should take this class.

This professor's class was really easy to follow and keep up with. I took his online marketing class during the 4 week summer 1 semester, and I honestly had no issues. If you don't get an A, then you just didn't do the homework, which honestly wasn't bad at all.

Professor is determined that everyone passes his class. very understanding just read the chapters and follow the assignments. he works with you and allows late work if you communicate with him easy class if you read and study. This is my second time taking this professor but for a different course.

Professor Mahmud Yusuf takes his time to be able to communicate with you. He has an easy grading rate with excellent feedback. I was able to speak with him a few times, and every time he listen to me without making me feel that I was not in the right. The professor is humble, and has so much to teach. A fairly simple online Marketing course that was done through MindTap so the work was medium to light. The reading was somewhat lengthy, but the homework and exams were easy. Plus, he's a good professor who has very clear grading criteria and expectations. Overall, would take a course from him again.

You won't really go over the material from the course textbook in class but Dr. Yusef will use documentaries, movies, and sometimes short paper handouts to further elaborate on what ethics means in real life situations along with its importance. He's very inspirational, truly cares for all his students, and is very understanding with course work.

Professor Yusuf is a caring and understanding instructor. The class is manageable with reasonable deadlines, and the textbook is useful. I found unstuck study to be a helpful study tool alongside the course materials.
