Magic Majed is the greatest prof of all time. It's a calc class so u still gotta attend class and pay attention, but he's so good at explaining things and doesn't get frustrated like other profs that don't like to help students. Our Zoom classes would sometimes fill up cuz kids from other sections would join Majed so much. Study hall is key

Total W. Professor Majed made this year's calculus extremely easy, and all that was needed was to pay attention. He explained every step of every problem, and even has his own YouTube channel if you need more of an understanding. The study hall's were also key, as they helped a lot, and gave good examples of what is going to be on the midterms.

Dr. Majed is perhaps the greatest Math instructor I have ever had. I was very fortunate to have him for both MTH140 and MTH141. His lectures are organized, entertaining and easy to follow. The professor was outstanding. I totally disagree with the rating of the two classmates as the professor sent an announcement telling us that formula sheet is allowed and should contain formulas only. My friend filled the formula sheet with examples and solved problems that didn't suite the invigilator. Professor Majed is the best prof. ever.

Rumours are very true - incredible prof. Lecture slides condense and clarify the confusing and error riddled textbook. Shows good examples and shortcuts for each topic. Just show up to his lectures, pay attention, and do your homework. The course itself will just get a little tricky when it comes to remembering theorems.

The only teacher that can actually make you want to wake up at 6 am to go to his lecture to learn Math. Don't take any other professor for your Calculus or Linear Algebra lectures and if you do get a different one, just go to his lectures. You will not be disappointed.

Amazing professor. Generous with grading. You can easily get a high mark in this course if you do all the practice textbook homework assigned (it was optional and had no consequence on your grades). Review your lecture notes daily and make sure you understand every single concept.

He can teach, and he sounds very passionate when teaching so it's very easy to pay attention during his lectures.

This guy is the literal GOAT of TMU's Mathematics Department. One of the best professors you can get. Clear, concise notes with good explanations, cracks jokes at times and is an easy marker. Linear was a bit tougher since the coordinator Kunquan Lan made the textbook and its filled with mistakes, but Majed made it much easier. Attend class!

To begin this grade was not achieved only by this proof, we had an amazing coordinator [Duah] that wanted everyone to do well. One of the best math profs in the entire university. All engineering students know his name and everyone tries to get into his classes. His teaching method is simple but effective, he goes over the theory briefly, doesn't waste time doing useless overcomplicated proofs, and does practise problems without skipping over steps in the algebra.

Professor Majed is by far the best professor I've had this semester. He was the course coordinator for MTH141 and made the course a reasonable difficulty only focusing on the core concepts. There are many reasons for this, some of which are that he explains everything clearly, he is easy to understand, his notes are the greatest, he uploads annotated notes, and he is a nice person overall. The reviews don't lie, amazing professor. Always loud, energetic and funny during lectures which really keeps you awake especially during those 8am's. One of the few teachers where I actually understand their process as I am watching and if I ever feel left behind he always goes back on his solutions to make sure every student understands.

I mean everyone glazes him and I will too, he is so good at being a prof, literally if every prof was like him, anyone could do any major cause he epxplains so well.

GOAT. Very passionate prof. Cares about his students. He teaches in a way where even if you haven't been paying attention you can easily pick up where he is. Always go this midterm review or the lecture he has before a midterm where he gives hints. Also makes a very easy midterm.

Incredible professor. You can tell he is knowledgeable in mathematics, when he is able to take such a complex concept and explain it in a very simple way. Students from all sections of this course skip their lecture to attend his class (8am) and went as far as sitting on the stairs and the floor of the theatre because of how full the room got.

hands down majed is the best prof here at tmu. u can tell he genuinely has an interest for teaching and cares about his students. hes a funny and chill guy and his exams are completely fair. i dont even have him as a prof but i go to his lectures and lit have never left class without knowing what the lecture was about. if u can, take him for calc 3

He's great

This prof is an absolute LEGEND. Not only has he saved me in Calc 2 and Calc 1 hes done it again in Calc 3. This prof is the goat. I was lucky to have him as my prof and if I didn't have him I would've either shown up to his lectures or watched his online YouTube lectures he has for all the calcs.

I really enjoyed linear algebra because of majed. He has a very captivating personality and is good at explaining the content, which is why everyone goes to his lectures.

Really good prof for Linear Algebra! His lectures are very clear, engaging, and easy to understand. Not that much homework either. His midterm was pretty fair and clearly stated before hand. Would recommend him!

honesty best prof in tmu he teaches from his heart and explains everything throughly. He does a lot of examples and prepare you fully for evaluations.

makes content really engaging and goes into detail so you understand everything. only weird thing was that during the midterm he said no questions allowed and left the room lol. but really good prof overall! switched from my 10-1 class just to take his 6-9 class

probably the best prof at TMU. always caring. actually loves his job. his 8am lecs will make you feel awake and engaged. for any evaluations he does, he clearly tells his students whats gonna be on it. literally the GOAT of TMU, dont go to any other prof other than him
