Great teacher. She rarely gives A's on big papers but it's still not hard to get an A in the class. You have writing due every class but it's usually not hard and personal opinion stuff

Wow! I dreaded English until I met Paoletti. I don't feel the same any more. She is enthusiastic and will get you enthusiastic as well. Gives plenty of work to keep you in gear. Is not looking to trip you up. Always is available for help via office/email/phone. Great.

Loved her so much from Eng 111 I took her again for Eng 217!!! She was even better the second time around. Awesome teacher from the start. I recomend her to anyone!!!

taught me more about english than any other teacher, what you learn in her class is of great help in wirting paers for all classes, she lets students have their own opinions and is pretty fun

Awesome professor, can take a joke.

Had professor P for both Eng 112 and Film... she has a quirky sense of humor and a real love for what she's doing. She always keeps things interesting and takes a real interest in her students. I still talk to her even though I don't have any of her classes right now.

Very energetic and bubbly, you have to do all her essays if you want to pass the class so if you miss one drop asap. If you have questions she is more than happy to answer them and will reconfigure the schedual if need be. Wonderful professor, take if you can!!!

She is very helpful and interesting....She gives extra credit on the papers so if you are not good at writing papers than you will have a chance to get a better grade

Professor Paoletti is great, take her classes. As long as you participate and do your assignments, you will do just fine.

She is absolutely amazing.. so helpful and interesting and lively and just wonderful. I think she's the best teach I've ever had... I learned sooo much in her class.

She doesn't use the traditional English 112 book but instead chose to choose her own books for the class to use, which would be fine if it wasn't really tedious reading like Hecuba and Shakespeare. She doesn't take late papers EVER and will automatically fail the paper if it's not the minimum amount of words. I'd take an easier teacher.

Prof P is awesome. I learned a lot from her and she was very helpful. She assigned 4 essays, 1 of them in class, and a research paper. If you don't hand 1 in, you fail. She also teaches a film course, so sometimes we watched movie clips from books we were reading. I enjoyed her class a lot and recommend her.

Mrs. Paoletti is the most helpful teacher i have EVER had. She is so into her job and keeps her enthusiasm every class. This was my second time taking the class because i got a D with another teacher. Came to Mrs.Paoletti and left with an A! just be there and you will get an A

Prof. Paoletti's enthusiasm for film and excellent taste in movies, music, and literature put her as the most down to earth, relatable, and enjoyable professor I've ever had. I'd especially recommend taking American Film with her.

Excellent Professor, She has a wonderful and humerous personality, while her teaching style will entertain you and hold your interest. Her assighnments are essays, which she grades farily, and shes always looking for that oppurtunity to help you out. Very enjoyable class, I recommend her!

As a summer class course, there isn't a whole lot of stuff to get graded on so if a essay due date is missed, you will get screwed over and fail. Though she doesn't actually give the total score you need for an A, she gives out plenty of extra credit and you could make your own (if she approves it). Overall, it's a good class to take.

Professor Paoletti was by far the greatest English teacher I have ever heard. She is very enthusiastic about her teachings, and is a ball to watch. As long as you read all of the materials and use the templates she gives, it is definitely an easy A.

Great, make her a pillow doll and you will get tons of extra credit. This professor is very difficult however if you miss multiple days or are late on a paper.

At first I thought the lady was nuts! I took this over the summer as a 6 week course. I wouldn't suggest that to anyone!! It was hard and a lot of work but worth it in the end.

GREAT PROFESSOR ! Took her online class. Directions were very clear for assignments and she was very willing to help. I would definitely recommend her to other students. I was worried about taking an online class, but it was so easy. As long as you do your reading and assignments youll do great! Hope to take another one of her classes in the future

the professor was very helpful and she keeps the lectures interesting. The early semester was dull and started with a research paper, but the readings were interesting and fun to write about. The esssays require some time to proofread, but i got no lower tahn an 80. Still waiting on the overall grade, but she supplies extra credit as well.

Never been to college before, so I was a little scared. However, she is a great teacher, very helpful. I am great at analyzing but did terribly on my first essay. Followed her instructions after that and I got an A for the class. There is a lot of work assigned but if you stay on top of it, you will do great.

Prof Paoletti is great. She's fun and interesting and gets your interested in whatever the class is about. I took American Film and loved it. I did not care for one project, but her exams and tests on the films were easy. She loves talking to students after class about movies and her love for film shows in her teaching.

I used to dread writing until this class. I appreciated her commentary on forum posts and writing assignments, they boosted my confidence! You will spend a lot of time reading and analyzing your texts, so be prepared. She might ask you to present an unconventional analysis, so you have to think a little more, but that's a good thing for college!

Great teacher! I am currently enrolled in her summer online class and I would say she gives a fair amount of work but it is not impossible. She also gives a lot of opportunities for extra credit which is always nice. I enjoy her class very much and her assigned readings are also enjoyable and not boring.

I enjoyed Professor Paoletti's online English class, she was responsive and gave very great feedback! She also engaged with the class (at least me personally as it was an online class) and shared her opinions with me on some of the subjects. Prof P's film class has been my favorite of the semester. I learned a great deal about film. If you already consider yourself a film expert, you might not learn anything new but the course and Prof P have been great. Expect a quiz everyone in a while and a few projects, though nothing major.

I did this online. Online is not easy and I wouldn't recommend anyone doing English online. That being said, I certainly learnt what is expected in a college essay and have come out of this class with a lot more confidence in how to write, what to write and how to write with a purpose. Highly recommend Prof Paoletti!

Professor Paoletti is a great professor, in general, to have in the early stages in college. She prepares you well not only with reading and literature, but also to improve essay writing and establish well thought out points for more difficult assignments such as argumentive papers and research essays. I've learned a lot in her class! Great class!

Best teacher ever. I went through a lot of hard things throughout the semester, one of them including a death in my family. She was very generous to let me turn in ALL my assignments extremely late for full credit. Her readings are easy and they are all short stories. All assignments are discussion posts. She is very caring and not a hard grader!

Had a very bad experience with this teacher, very helpful in terms of feedback and grading, but very uncaring to the point I felt I could not provide my best work because of the triggering content. Received a zero for my final paper dropping my 82 to a 71 because I told her I received help from my mom and she wanted me start the paper over.

Look for an elective or higher English class take this womans class. Theres a lot of reading and essay writing within short period like 2-3dqys but if you can stay on top and do the readings a week ahead you should be good. She gives awesome feedback and grades easily.

I took her accelerated english class over the summer and I can't say enough good things about her. She gives amazing feedback and my writing improved SO much because of her in just a span of a few weeks. You can tell she really cares about her students and their success.
