Amazing teacher and very helpful

This is the best professor you will ever get. Unlike many, he doesn't teach for the money. He is passionate about his job and crystal clear on his explanations. He constantly gives us challenges in class for bonus marks. Class participation is really fun and very competitive since everyone is trying to please him. He reviews questions before quiz

Maksim is one of my favorite professor and he got the real understanding he make sure everyone is clear , he teaches not because of money but he actually cares about his students. he provides real life examples from his experiences to make concepts clear to us.

This prof is by far the best thin anybody can have as far as Seneca is concern. His caringness is outstandin,his funniness is top of the line,his teaching style is heavenly,his marking style is 101 percent excellent,his inspirational words are so profound. Very intellectual and articulating. Definitely the greatest professor to ever walk this earth

One of the best professors at Seneca College. Takes time to explain all areas step by step, followed with examples. Helps you to look outside the box first, so you can better understand the concepts of how and why. If you are shy and need extra help, this professor is more than willing to to skip his lunch to help you. Two thumbs up!

Best math professor I've had. Takes his time to clarify everything he teaches and makes sure everyone understands the material. Willing to constantly go out of his way to help us improve. Breaks things down so that they're extremely easy to understand. Gives several different ways to solve problems, chose which one is easiest for you.

Incredible proffesor, he does not care teaching how to use a calculator like others we really cares about you understading the concept behind it and how the math represents thoses concepts, I will for sure take others classes with him in the future

Awesome teaching style and tempo. I can't recall a time when I left his class unclear and confused. He makes sure that the entire class is on board before he moves on to another topic. Really quick in responding to student emails and inquiries. Nothing but positive things to say about him. Wish I have him as a professor again.

Great professor with strong Russian accent that people loved! He is a true expert in Accounting! What class loved the most was the way he laughed. He is also very talented in screaming. Even though attendance was not mandatory, we always went to class to try to make him laugh and enjoy his screaming! A+

He is a really nice professor, and his lecture is so inspirational for me. If I take a class for math again, I will choose his class definitely! When I was in high school, I didn't like math class. However, I am crazy about solving math problems due to him. I appreciate him!!!!

Im a second courser and hes by far the best professor I ever had! If given a chance, Ill choose his class again in a heartbeat. Im not a fan of mathematics but, because of him, I enjoyed it very much!

Best professor, hands down. Makes this classes fun, engaging, and exciting. Listen in class, do the work and you're guaranteed to do well - it is math at the end of the day.

Statistics is some convoluted stuff, but somehow I ended up with an A in his class. He teaches a good mix between what you need to know, why you need to know it, and how to do it.

I loved this professor. I do not usually like math but he made it interesting. He explains very well formulas, concepts, and questions. Adds real life examples as well. Lots of homework, but if you do them you will get a good grade. He clarifies questions and is very clear on his subject. He was amazing! Will recommend to choose him!

Speaks too nicely. Shares his experiences for career development. Grading is not at all a problem, if you done your work properly.

Professor Maksim is a very professional teacher. He takes his course very seriously, and he prepared some additional videos in addition to live Q&A sessions. Always there to answer questions and clear doubts.

Absolutely great professor with good lectures to teach you exactly what you need to do. Make sure to do the online homework every week, though it's quite easy. This course is easy for the most part as long as you study the course material and understand it and do some questions.

Great professor. Weekly homework that allows you to practice topics learned in class. The lectures are well presented and in the end there are useful practice sessions. Test are fair and if you practice will be fairly easy. Makes sure everyone understands and is available for clarification outside of class.

good prof. had a bit of trouble following along what was being taught in class but the textbook, and weekly labs was a huge help in understanding concepts.

Amazing Professor. He made the contents of the learning materials easier to understand. His lectures are great and very useful. He always listens to the students and answers questions. Patient and would explain the problems again until you understand. (Plus sometimes he tells hilarious Math jokes)

One of my favourite professors for my 1st semester. He teaches with his own lecture materials which is a hard mode of this course, he will push you to the limit to understand so when you do Lab exercises and Tests 1,2 and 3 it will be pretty much easier. He also talks about a lot of "interesting" stuff.

He is one of the best professors I had. His lectures are awesome he gives difficult in-class exercises but that is ok because it helps you understand the lesson and when it comes to the tests you might it much more easier. If you have problems or do not understand the lesson you are free to approach him he is easy to talk to and very helpful.

He's a great professor. During the lecture, he sometimes gives some valuable and useful questions that the interviewers may ask you in the future since he used to be one of the employers. The tests are not the difficult, just keep doing the practise homeworks and you will ace his course.

He is a teacher who proves that math is not hard if you have a good teacher. If you see him on your timetable, you have nothing to worry about.

Great professor, very patient and good at explaining. It takes some time to complete the assignments, but it's worth it because they help you understand the knowledge thoroughly and apply it well. He replies to emails very quickly and never mind answering questions on non-working days. I appreciate him and will choose his classes again.

The professor allows you to study on your own and access lectures. The lectures are easy to understand and there are always practice tests to help you master the types of questions in the exam.

He makes complicated topics (financial math, statistics) easy to understand and applies them to real life situations. His lectures are just as good online as in person. I can't imagine a better professor for this subject.

Dude! This professor is so amazing, I took professor Maksim for Business Statistics "QNM223" and I really enjoyed having class with him and having him as the professor for the lecture. He always cares for his students and I found his class very inspirational and liked the way how he taught the course.

It's the second time I took his class, always very patient in answering questions and timely in responding to emails!

Honestly My favorite professor at Seneca he genuinely cares about his students and is willing to go out of his way to help his students pass honestly 100/10.
