In my 6 years of being a student I have never had a professor genuinely care about me, my success in the class, and my future goals. Professor A makes a difficult subject understandable. She gives you so many resources. Despite having taught for many years she is always looking to make herself better and asks for feedback. She is truly amazing

I respect Professor, Agarwal. She is super caring and nice. if you don't understand a lecture or homework topic, she will break it down for you and give amazing feedback. She wants everyone in her class to succeed. She was reliable and always had encouraging motivational messages. She is a wonderful person, professor, and friend. I learned a lot.

SO KIND!! She genuinely cares for her students and wants them to do well. She constantly asks questions if you are doing okay and is so approachable for help! The course is very hard itself but as long as you ask for help you will be fine! She is very gracious on grading and preps you very well for the exams. Wonderful professor!

She truly gives you all the material you need to succeed. Such a caring and understanding professor. I find chemistry really challenging but I'm glad I had her as a professor. A really good environment but make sure you ask questions and study. I also suggest trying to find a seat in the front during lectures.

Lots of work that gets boring and no extra credit, but getting an A is obtainable and you can tell that she wants you to succeed. Allows unlimited attempts for homework.

Professor Agarwal is sincerely and genuinely a caring Professor for the success of every student. The patience, understanding, dedication, and passion she has for CHEM-24A is sincerely one of a kind. Show up for class and do NOT miss any labs! Do the assignments! And prepare yourself for quizzes and exams. Hard to find a professor like this.

Professor Agarwal truly does care about your success and will do everything in her power to make sure you receive the proper resources you need to do good in her class. Her teaching makes concepts easier to understand and practicing the given resources rlly helps you do good on exams and quizzes.

I've never rated a professor before but had to rate Agarwal just because she is the best. She has zoom recordings for each chapter and splits them up by section and goes over everything you need to know to be successful in the class and really cares about her students and loves to see them do well, easy to reach if you have questions. Take her!

I took this class over the summer in a 6 week timespan. It is a lot of work and some concepts I found hard to grasp. Ms. Agarwal is very caring about her students; she loves teaching and the topic of chemistry. She is one of those teachers that will go out of their way to help you if you want or need help.

Professor Agarwal was one of the best professors I have had so far, she does genuinely care about her student's success in her class. she is very understanding and truly gives you all the tools needed to succeed in her class. Make sure you manage your time properly and give yourself enough time to study!!

Best professor to take with this course.

I will admit, first coming into this class, I was really worried about taking Chemistry. However Professor Agarwal was AMAZING throughout the whole semester, and that was with me taking the summer-accelerated course. It is a lot of work, but it's not things that are necessarily difficult as we have resources provided for extra help. Take the class!

Professor Agarwal is one of the BEST professors I have ever had. Expect this class to be difficult bc the lecture and lab material itself are not easy. Labs are twice a week so it gets very intense. Just stay on top of your homework and make sure to read the textbook chapters in addition to taking good notes and you'll easily pass with an A

Mamta Agarwal is a caring professor who truly wants her students to succeed. While the course is challenging, she provides great resources and support. I found Unstuck study and practice questions very helpful for exam prep.

This class is very fast paced and difficult in general, and it is a heavy workload. She really does her best to do everything she can to help you succeed. Her lectures are very helpful. She explains things in a way that makes it easier to understand. I would not choose to take chem ever again, but if I had to, I would absolutely choose her again.

Uses online textbook and lab. Professor is always open to hearing feedback from students and does her best to fix any mistakes. The professor offers opportunities to improve grades but there is a late penalty for assignments submitted late. Assignments for her class are usually homework, chapter quiz, pre-lab quiz, labs, and some discussion posts.

Professor Agarwal is by far ONE OF THE BEST professors I've ever had. Not only are her lectures amazing, but she supports her students in every possible manner. She is helpful and accessible during office hours. I was going through a hard time personally and was met with kindness, compassion, and and consideration. If you try, she is beyond fair.

Professor Agarwal is one of the best professors I've had. She genuinely cares about each student's mastery of material and success in the course, staying after class to help struggling students. There are weekly homework assignments, labs and quizzes, and exams are balanced, however if you study consistently and put in the work you'll do fine.

If you're pre-health, Please do yourself a favor and take her class. This is not an easy A class but its not impossible to do well. GO TO OFFICE HOURS and try to read the chapter before or after class, most of her lectures aren't as detailed as the book. Ask ?'s, complete her practice exams(they're similar to the exams). And never give up.

I highly recommend this professor. She delivers excellent lectures, and the Zoom videos make everything easy to understand. I really appreciate her teaching style and the way she interacts with students. If you follow the materials she provides, you'll be well on your way to achieving a great grade.

Professor A. was amazing; she is incredibly organized and it is clear she is knowledgeable about her field. Though chemistry is a difficult course, she made it feel conquerable and provided us all the materials to succeed. She is also so caring and was flexible for me when I was facing personal challenges this semester, and for that I am grateful.

initially I was intimidated by the amount of material the course covered. but Prof A made herself so accessible over office hours and was always so willing to help me succeed. she was caring and patient, and so committed to her students' success. she made this online class more engaging than most in-person classes I've had.

Professor Agarwal is very organized with a clear syllabus and grading criteria. The online course is easy to navigate. Her office hours are incredibly helpful, so be sure to attend those. She makes herself available when students need them and is really caring. Professor A is Awesome. If you're pre-health, her class is the way to go.

I remember being so scared to take chemistry because I struggled in highschool with the topic but she is amazing professor. She is super sweet and caring and always encourages students to just try their best. As long as you work hard you will get a good grade in the class. I recommend to take her for chemistry.

At the beginning of the summer course, it was overwhelming with how much work there was, but once you get into a groove, it's not too bad. In the 4th and 5th weeks, you have 3 chapters to cover. The 4th week is a bit longer since you are covering organic chemistry. From there, it's all downhill and goes by super fast.

Late work is not accepted.

Professor Agarwal is so nice and cares about your success, do her lectures and the class will be very doable. It is a science class so there is a good amount of work that comes with that but she is very clear about her expectations. The class is well organized and assignments are clear so as long as you put in the work in the class you will succeed

Before having taken Professor Agarwal's Chem-9 course, I had tried taking it twice and didn't find nearly the same results I found when taking her class. My other professors were informulable as well; however, Mrs. Agarwal did a great job at explaining the material and giving feedback which was the confidence boosts I needed during the semester.

Professor Agarwal is fantastic! Her explanations are clear and I most appreciate her patience and accessibility in office hours. I had a hard time understanding a concept and she explained it to me in multiple ways until it finally clicked. I don't think I would have gotten through chemistry without her and appreciate her. This class material was difficult, but Professor A made it a doable experience. She spent a lot of time outside of class to give me additional help as I was personally struggling with the material. I am grateful for her attentiveness to her students and have not had other professors care the way that she does

I would recommend professor A to anyone, she's very kind and explains the topics very clearly. Goes over multiple examples and very accessible outside of class. She genuinely wants all her students to pass chemistry and you can really tell she cares about her students success.

If you put in the work, your grade will show it. She's great in office hours and very accessible.

A lot of work through textbook & online lab! But honestly doable. Professor is really accessible. Video recordings of how to do lab + unlimited homework tries which really boosts your grade. I would recommend her!

TAKE HER! Professor Agarwal is amazing. I honestly felt like the material was not hard at all she explains it well and she truly cares for you to pass! As long as you show up to lecture and you repeatedly study at home mainly focussing on the homework, you will pass this class.

Professor Agarwal was such an amazing chemistry professor. Although the course itself was difficult, she offered much guidance and I could tell that she cares about her students and their grades. She is caring, accommodating, and also gives many opportunities to improve our grade. I wish I could have her as a professor for all future chem courses.

She is a really good professor, all the materials provided were super helpful to not only pass the class, but understand the concepts. Her study materials that she gives before tests really help with the tests too! 100% would take her for Chem24B if she offered it.
