Mark seems to be right on some days and leaves me guessing others. He is a nice guy that will always talk to you after class and is genuinely into the subject. I'd recommend him only if you are seriously interested in philosophy, my class was filled with freshman girls that were only trying to get credits, and, it being a discussion based class, made it miserable on more than one occasion.
Love him. Literally. He is a great teacher and conducts a great class.
Great teacher and a great class. Overqualified to be teaching at city college. Expert on Leibniz, so anyone interested in him should definitely take this class. Only complaint: tests are phrased in a way that makes you wonder if you're getting everything, so studying for them is a bit difficult.
Good teacher, keeps the class interesting. Very helpful and informative, especially if you talk to him after class or during breaks. Highly recommend him to non-philosophy majors even though he's completely over qualified to teach beginning philosophy at the CC level. He doesn't overload you with homework but he does make you think.
such a cool guy...really nice..really open to everyone's opinions...very open to debates...very smart.....IF U TAKE THIS CLASS, DO NOT TAKE THE NIGHT CLASS...OR U'LL FALL ASLEEP b/c it's too much information for a 3 hr class, plus ur head literally hurts afterwards...but do take him for a regular class tho, he's awesome!
marc bobro is a really good teacher and he is adorable. i found is class to be kind of hard. i studied pretty hard for the midterm and final and got a C in his class. you should take 101 just to hear him be philosophical. its very hott.
Pretty good teacher. Sometimes it is hard to stay awake during class, but that's probably just because of my schedule. Only had to do 3 papers, 1 midterm, and 1 final, nothing to tricky.
i won't lie, i have a crush on him. and it is a wonderful class.
Bobro is a nice guy. He's passionate about philosophy. If I was more interested in the subject I probably would have loved the class. He gives three exams and one final. Also one big research paper and a few one page responses to the reading. He posts lecture notes with the test material so you could probably get by without doing much reading.
Mr. Bobro is a really cool guy. He's funny and very knowledgable about the field. I get really bored in his class because it's all lecture, and he side tracks A LOT. The papers he assigns are really easy, and the midterm and final aren't so bad either. He posts lecture notes online!
What a great teacher! The classes were very interesting and he is a very good speaker. I learnt so much in this class!
he was very cute, but oh whoa his tests were not cute at all! hes not very good at explaining the material thats helpful for the test and he gets his questions from the website for the book so do the practice quizes for the text. dont take him i heard Joe White is a much better teacher
had to drop the class because he rambles so badly in this horrible voice like a cow or something that i ended up being deaf to for survival...his tests are t/f and multiple choice ALL about dates and names (its impossible) and his explanations in class are ridiculously uninteresting/lame, talks about religion for way too long but never in depth
he explains everything clearly... he even posts his notes on the web, so you don't need to take many in class.
I never went to this class and got an A. Just read the notes. His arguments were impossible to tolerate and sooooo boring. Useless class for learning anything. I feel bad for saying this but it's true.
bobro is awesome. he is so intelligent and helpful, he makes everything seem very easy. His tests and assignments are easy and interesting:) plus.... he is sooo cute;)
Challengin class, attendence imperative but def. a great professor. Understanding, and passionate about Philosophy
Ethics: 3 Essays, 2 tests - essay/short answer format. The class is interesting and so are the readings. He puts notes up that will save you. You need to study. Modern: 3 essays, 2 tests. The material requires some actual devotion to gain an adequate understanding, but bobro helps you get there less painfully. tests are pretty comprehensive. good guy
He discusses all assigned reading in detail + posts online notes. no homework besides the reading. 3 short 1page essays, 1 midterm (short answer & essay) & the final (not cumulative) all graded pretty hard. funny, smart & experienced. great professor. sometimes seemed annoyed when i asked questions outside of class, but that's my only complaint.
He's a great teacher who knows exactly what he's talking about. He really makes the subject interesting. The work in the class is straight forword and if you study you'll do very well.
Holds a Doctorate, specialty is Leibniz, published widely esp SEP. Good Teacher!
He is not a lover of wisdom. Very hard to take seriously, especially when discussing religion, as he apparently believes in god simply because it cannot be disproved. If you have any interest in philosophy and want a teacher who will make you think, don't take this guy, take Phil 101 with Joe White.
Very picky
He knows exactly what he's talking about when it comes to philosophy. He's open-minded and gives everyone a chance to argue any point. He really sets it up so you can do well in the class. 3 essays 2 exams. Just do the reading before class so you understand the discussion. Definitely one of the top professors at CC
His teaching would be much more tollerable if he wasnt so full of himself. I did like that he was willing to debate anything so long as you had a solid argument, but he had a tendency to make people feel stupid.
Bobro is a cool teacher but he does tend to make people feel stupid. if you try to argue against him, he always tries to find ways to argue against you or he just ignores your argument. other than that the class is fairly easy. come to class, pay attention..easy A
His work is amazing! Go onto his website and read His recent work and it will open your eyes to his way of thinking. Thanks Joe White for the suggestion to take Bobros' 101 class.
Took him for Intro to Logic, and really enjoyed the class. He encourages student participation and tries to ensure that each student understands. Understanding. I would definitely recommend him.
Took him for Intro to Logic. I thought the class was really fun and I recommend it. Bobro is rather strict about some things but not in an unreasonable way. Really smart guy, also, he is cute!
Professor Bobro is such a fun teacher!! His intro to ethics class is very thought provoking and exciting. He managed to engage the entire class in the debates and the books needed for the class are so interesting that I kept them for leisurely reading.
Took his logic class for my major prere and marc was a great teacher. really makes tough material understandable once you come to the final. take his class he's a boss and a smart dude.
Great prof. Makes material very interesting, and adds humor to his lectures. I took logic with him - not too much work. Homework every 2-3 weeks, each assignment takes 30-60 minutes. 3 midterms, easy as HW. Final was a breeze. Loved this class. Would recommended! Might be hard for ESL students: uses nuances of English language as examples of logic.
Good teacher, knows the material well and welcomes questions after class. Definitely a good professor to take, class is engaging and goes by pretty fast. If you do the readings, study the notes/practice quizzes online and attend class regularly you will pass no problem. Plus he's a cutie!
Great teacher. Very clear. Funny. Mellow. He treats every student very respectfully. The texts he picks are very interesting if you like Ethics. I strongly recommend this class!
Outstanding. Making sure that students understand is his top priority. He is also very fair and has a great sense of humor. Highly recommend.
He is very knowledgable about philosophy! He is also not biased at all which helps a lot. He is pretty funny and is good at keeping the class interested.
Interesting class/subject matter and Bobro is a good teacher. Pretty funny guy too.The class isn't hard as long as you keep up on the reading.
Had Honors Colloquium with Bobro, and I really enjoyed his sense of humor and easygoing personality! For this class, make sure you attend and with the ending project, simply follow the instructions (vague, but don't be scared.. go with your instinct!). Enjoy a pleasant lecture series with this requirement for the Honors Program.
Very helpful and knowledgable. He kept interesting and motivating eye contact. Very handsome
He is probably the BEST professor I have ever had. He is very clear and knowledgable on what he knows and is super lenient on tests. He curves them a lot to where your able to pass the class. I barely tried and ended with a B. Great professor I highly recommend him to everyone!
He is BY FAR the BEST professor I've ever had! He makes class fun/exciting to go to! He has a witty sense of humor and makes topics/discussions very interesting. He's very good at teaching the material and making sure everyone understands what he's talking about. I don't know what I will do after I take all his classes.. re-take them ? :)
Soft spoken but funny in his own kind of way and a very nice teacher. You definitely have to get used to his essay grading style. Extremely knowledgeable about his subject and can answer almost any question. Not too much work in the class only a few essays that only have to be one page, a very interesting subject for the most part.
Hands down, one of the best professors at SBCC. Witty sense of humor, super helpful and clear with the material. Plus he's adorable.
He is insightful, helpful and willing to spend his own time making you understand the subject matter. I never read the book often though when i did it was very interesting so from that, you can pass with a strong B if you attend every class and take awesome notes.
The most interasting G.E. class that I have taken overall at City College. It makes you open up your mind about different controvertial topics. He is by far one of the best professor I have had at CC. I wish he taught at UCSB too. I am definatly going to take more ethics classes at USCB, just because of his class.
He has a quirky type of humor, which I appreciate, but I found his approach was otherwise timid and tideous. He lingers, digresses and entertains even the most basic of questions for a long time. He's challenging; fire at him, and he'll fire right back. I liked the material, except I would've preferred he'd picked a couple other chapters different.
His set of skills are not best suited to teach philosophy. While he has a ample supply of knowledge, I feel that he lacks the ability to convey the implications of the material. He is afraid to represent material as offensive
The subject matter was excellent, but Bobro is just too boring. As nice as they come, but not suited for teaching. He moves so painfully slow. Read the textbook and you'll pull an A
Marc is an awesome and easy going teacher. His class is entertaining and keeps its fun and light. The only downside is that there is no way of getting a good grade on his tests without actually reading the book. But if you do the readings and come to class its an insanely easy A.
This class is so frustrating. Whenever someone asks a question Marc rudely answers them, like 9 times out of 10 he'll say something like, "no, not at all." even if he asks a question and someone answers it correctly he'll never say "yes, that's correct" he'll find a way to nit-pick their answer, it's so annoying. He's just rude.
Loved this class, really interesting material. The man definitely knows his stuff, very clear and concise, and can argue from any point without getting aggressive or offensive. Great teacher. 4 essays to write total, 2 as HW and 2 during each exam. Nothing too hard though, as long as you understand the material you'll be fine. Got an A
Bobro is probably the most clear, thorough, and witty professor I've ever had. He presents the material in a completely unbiased way so that the student can see all sides of an argument. Lots of reading, and the book is required. Overall I'd recommend any class of his.
Took Ethics class and it totally changed the way I think about things and made me question my values and assumptions about things in a good way. Great class and the kind you're really glad you took long after college. Also really funny and always willing to help students. DO IT! But be ready to question your assumptions.
Into to logic is a great class. If youre a freshmen and aren't a math, left brain person take it P/NP and also take Phil 101 or a comparable UC transfer course. The course will help u understand math, law and programming but it can hurt a mathadverse freshmens gpa. Wouldn't have dropped it for the world though. Must for law, linguistics, phil or CS
Very good teacher, made me think a lot. I like the way he speaks, I don't get bored.
The class is university level....He uses a lot of stimulating techniques within his lecture
His ethics class is so interesting! I love philosophy, so this class was right up my alley. If you attend class regularly you'll do just fine. He assigns three or four papers and you only have to write two of them. Bobro is really engaging, and cute.
I took Marc Bobro for ethics, ancient philosophy, medievel philosophy, and formal logic. Excellent teacher. He is a liucid yet stimulating speaker. Grades fairly and classes are pretty easy if you pay attention and write the papers.
Seriously such a cool teacher, you will love his logic class! He is very humorous and the entire class seems to plug in when he's teaching. The beginning of the class may seem confusing but stick with it because after about two or three weeks everything starts to make sense. Attendance based grade with maybe 9 homework assignments, 2 exams/ 1 final
He is awesome. Loved this class so much! every class was humorous, and I learned a lot! A few tests, and homeworks.
He gives out quizzes at the beginning of the class but if you pay attention during the previous lecture you will do fine, they are 5 points. His papers are a bit more difficult, he really requires you to know the material and demonstrate. He is pragmatic, open to discussion and counter ideas. He is also an awesome bassist in a punk band.
Really great professor. Marc approaches his students as adults, and is very willing to work with students. However, he is not one for silly excuses. Three papers but he only grades two of them. I would not recommend taking this course if you just graduated high school. Good guy with a realistic sense of humor and very intelligent!
You will love his style, always ready to answer any kind of questions. If you participate you will get more from the class, it's a discussion based class; we, students, create the environment. We have a lot of fun while learning so it's making the class even more interesting.
Took Prof Bobro in Ethics, logic & ancient philosophy. He is a VERY easy grader which is good & bad. Overall he's an excellent teacher who is clear speaking, funny & smart. He takes an entire lecture to explain a concept which can be aggravating but at least everyone gets it. His Logic class is harder but only due to the material.
Marc is a really cool laid-back guy. He is able to teach and help people think beyond the usual society without saying what he believes is "right." Intelligent and thought-provoking. Would take again.
Looked forward to his class every day! Lecture is guided by his powerpoints and in class discussions of the writings in the textbook. Make sure you read before class! Reading is easy and interesting. He does not let his personal conclusions influence the discussions. He is your hilarious intellectual uncle. Down to earth and kind. Much respect.
Professor Bobro is really passionate about what he does and it shows! He is meticulous in his analysis of arguments and it's obvious that he knows his stuff. Engage often, ask thoughtful questions, and keep an open mind--his class is a humble reminder that there are two (or three or four) sides to every story.
I looked forward to this class every day. So interesting and he does such a good job of fairly arguing all standpoints on controversial issues. Eye-opening class.
Good teacher, definitely an eye opening class! Would take another class with him, if your taking ethics make sure it's with him! Cool teacher btw
I was always ready to learn and absorb what Marc had to say, his class was fantastic. I would love to take it again. Not only will you learn about vital issues to our lives you will have fun in his class. If you take his class be ready to participate, its more fun for professors and students when everyone is involved.
Bobro is epic. Lectures r always interesting. Dry but great sense of humor. And is open for students to weigh in and debate the topics which is really cool. I love going to class. He puts a lot of things into perspective and has impacted my worldview profoundly. Go to class! Get into it! Quizzes are easy if you do the reading and go to class.
This class can get boring very quickly if you aren't interested in debating and discussing topics related to ethics. Bobro is funny and makes this class worth all the reading. He gives frequent quizzes but you should do fine if you do the reading. There are 4 exams which include essays. There is no homework required of the class besides readings.
Bobro is a really smart dude and knows philosophy and ethics inside and out. The class really hinges on class participation, but the material is interesting enough to where everyone can contribute to the discussion efficiently.
A huge part of your grade is just showing and completing simple quizzes (3/5 or more is 100%). The tests are terribly difficult but you have got to read all the readings, otherwise you will have no idea. Not a lot of work besides the readings unless you're in the honors section where there is a 8 page paper.
Great professor, but seems like he thinks that all his students are dumb. Maybe not the best job for him and the way he thinks, as it feels condescending, but the class was interesting.
Dr. Bobro makes an abstract topic such as symbolic logic a breeze learn and is an expert in the material he teaches. We need more teachers like this - have a look at his blog - whatleibnizneverdid dot wordpress dot com - for some more insight.
Had him in both Ethics and Philosophy. Soooo much better in ethics where I feel like philosophy is to broad for the class to be engaged by powerpoints. He needs to engage the class more than he does. Ethics is relevant enough for a student to stay focused without engagement, therefore it being easier and more fun!
Solid teacher very straightforward. The class helps you think more carefully about written and spoken statements and arguments which is useful. I didn't do most of the reading or any of the practice exercises but it would have been better if I had so I would recommend doing those
Professor Bobro is a nice guy. Read the book he assigns you because if you do not, you will be confused but you will also act as if you know what he is discussing in class when in reality, you do not. The class goes very in depth so make sure you fully understand the material at hand.
I have taken 4 of Bobro's classes, 101, 200, 201, 205. He is an amazing professor, and is an expert in the field. He has an answer for everything. I didn't do many of the readings, however I should have and they make the class much more understandable. Missing lectures hurts, both your grade directly and indirectly, tons of material in each lecture
Marc Bobro has been an awesome professor so far. I had to take Philosophy as a general ed class and I knew nothing about it! But he makes it as "easy" as he can so you can understand it. He's super clear. I really liked bobro as a professor. His class isn't that difficult, you just really have to have an open mind going into this!
Bobro's lecture is fun, clear, and easy. Definitely recommend. NO NEED TO HESITATE. TAKE HIM
Bobro is a great guy who is very laid back and funny. It is clear what he expects you to do as a student in order to succeed. make sure you do the reading so you can understand what is being discussed in class. there are no surprises on tests and he is straightforward with what he wants you to understand. 10/10 would recommend.
Bobro is a super chill professor. Reading is super important for the class, but going to the lectures is even more important. He covers everything and makes most of the confusing things in the reading make sense. He does not do study guides. His "study guides" are just reprinted parts of the syllabus for each chapter. So take good notes and read.
As long as you keep up with the reading and show up for class it's pretty easy to get an A. His tests/final are multiple choice with a short essay. Gives pop quizes pretty much every week so you have to show up for class. No HW besides reading and he only assigns 10pgs between lectures.
Bobro is so awesome. He prepares you so well for the exams. I walk out of class everyday with so much more knowledge. Really well rounded teacher. Made me fall in love with philosphy! I highly recomend attending the lectures, if not you will likely become lost.
Prof. Bobro is a great teacher who has a lot of passion for the material. His tests are kind of hard, so you've got to put in some work if you want a good grade. He's understandable and really reflected (which an ethics teacher should be). Very interesting class with a teacher who listens to his students. There's a quiz each class.
Great class, I learned a lot and the topics were really interesting. Bobro is a cool guy and makes the class interesting. Lots of pop quizzes (approx. one per week but he only grades the top 6 scores). Tests were not super hard but not easy - I found the first test to be the hardest. All tests have a 50% of your grade writing portion.
Bobro is the real deal. His lectures on ancient philosophy are packed with interesting ideas and stories about the philosophers presented in a clear manner. He has answers to every student question in class and always wants discussion. The text by Julia Annas is great but there are lots of short readings, so you got to be careful about keeping up.
He's super cool (all the girls love him hehe) and definitely knows what he's talking about although he does have a hard time explaining stuff to students who don't get it. He also goes on long tangents or focuses on stuff that doesn't matter and seems like a waste of time which is annoying. The class is easy if you get it and hard if you don't.
Bobro knows what hes talking about and knows how to teach complex meanings by talking slow, making visualizations, and always going over the reading in class. As far as grading goes, he gives out pop quizzes (only counts top 6!), and has 3 tests, in addition to the final. Overall, I would say you have to put in the work, but its worth it 100%!
There is a lot of reading, but you have two weeks in between each module to get assignments done, so you should be fine. He gives good and genuine feedback on reflections and discussions. Reading quizzes are a bit tough, so read. Online discussions are interesting. While the online class is good, I'm sure the on-campus experience is better.
Amazing Teacher!!! He clearing knows the subject matter and makes learning these interesting controversial topics a lot more enjoyable!!!
Really happy with the Ethics class. Make sure to keep up with the reading schedule otherwise it will be tricky. The book is difficult to understand but go to every class because Mr. Bobro will make it clear and talk about the things that will appear on the exams. No extra credit. 3 exams and 1 final. 7/10 quizzes count. Very helpful professor!
Marc Bobro is great. Expected the class to be boring but it turned out to be one of my favorite classes. Bobro's lectures are great and entertaining. Class can get difficult if you don't show up and attendance affects your grade
straight up homie, learned a lot about myself in his classes
He marks down your opinions, which makes absolutely no sense. You have a discussion post, a 20 question quiz, and a reflection due every week. It's not hard, but he marks you down for extremely confusing reasons, and it seems like he makes them up just to keep your grade around the same. Might not be true, but it happened to me.
I really liked this professor. He taught very well. Very nice. Class was enjoyable. Had some time for questions. I learned a lot. Tests were not easy, but not extremely hard. Homework was good for practicing the material from lecture.
Marc was by far the best teacher I've had this semester. He is organized, goes into depth in his lectures and always has a quick answer that is logical when people try to challenge him. He is also really funny, very laid back, and is understanding if you have confusion. He gives out study guides for tests. Only thing is pop quizzes! Go to class.
I took Bobro for deductive logic and am very happy with the outcome. He gives a few pages of homework and a few tests throughout the entire semester, so barely any work. HOWEVER, it took me 4 hours to complete each graded homework that was assigned. Logic is difficult and takes a lot of time to figure out, but Bobro explains the subject very well.
Pretty easy class. Weekly quizzes, discussions and reflections. You get two attempts at the quizzes so its pretty easy to get an A on all of them. The only hard part about this class are the reflections.
I loved this class so much! I liked to listen to the lectures while cleaning my room or something! His lectures are in podcast form so it doesn't really feel like a lecture and the topics he discusses are SUPER interesting. Also every topic is separated by two weeks instead of a new topic every week. Found the textbook online for free, TAKE HIM!!
This class separates itself from the rest of my elective courses. It challenges you to think critically in ways you've most likely never had before. The online lectures are easy to follow and coupled with helpful zoom calls make for an easy learning process. Mr. Bobro cares about his subject and goes above and beyond to help his students learn.
Professor Bobro is super knowledgeable. I learned a lot from his class, but you definitely have to put in a lot of work to get an A. There are a lot of quizzes and exams. Each class makes up of lectures, discussions, and quiz every class.
Worst professor I have ever had at Sbcc. Sucks because I was actually looking forward to taking this class but he ruined it for me. He also doesnt care about his students
I hate Philosophy of Art. The entire class is full of questions with no answers like "what is art?" etc. It's an easy A and the professor is nice but the class itself is brutal. All about the aesthetics of art and morality of different art pieces. Massive waste of my time but it's easy enough, just a headache to read philosophers' writing.
Professor Bobro has quizzes, discussions, and reflections. The quizzes aren't that bad and he is an easy grader when it comes to discussions. However, he makes you work for the reflections. When it comes to his feedbacks they can almost sound a bit rude but honestly, he is just straightforward. No finals and drops the lowest score in each section.
Professor Bobro is omniscient in his discipline. I took ethics, logic, ancient, and modern philosophy with him. All of them are superb. You will learn much more if you do all the readings and participate in class. It is fun to write reflections for the ethics class, and I think he is not a tough grader. If you like maths, logic will be easy.
Bobro definitely knows what he is talking about. This class consists of weekly discussions, quizzes, and reflections. The discussions and quizzes are easy, but he grades the reflections toughly leaving no room for error. Despite the reflections this class is pretty easy. Lots of reading, but no midterms or final.
Really wants students to succeed and get the most out of the class. No tests, drops lowest scores in each assignment section. The material/lectures are interesting and the workload is not too heavy. I wasn't interested in philosophy, just took this to fill a GE but I looked forward to every class. Cool guy and very knowledgeable.
Doctor Bobro is super cool. His online lectures are in the form of podcasts, which I genuinely enjoyed and he is super personable. He might be a little tough on grading his reflections, but the comments are critically helpful. Super engaging and all you really have to do is care and put in the work. Take his class!!
Class is very methodical, he engages in good discussions. At the end there is an Honors Project, make sure you work on it early so you don't cram on it during finals week. Overall great professor, he does grade the reflections very critically, but after all, this is an ethics class.
Philosophy is usually not a subject that I know a lot about or am interested much in, but I definitely learned something from this class! Professor Bobro is a cool dude and gives you so many opportunities to earn a good grade. This semester we had 5 quizzes + discussions and 3 papers, which were all pretty easy to do as long as you show up to class
Professor is a super cool guy with super cool opinions and he's definitely very funny and nice. Super good class environment, and asking questions definitely makes this class more entertaining, it can get a little dull at times. Make sure to do the readings and respond to the discussions but other than that there is really not much work.
Took him fall semester, phenomenal class. Very engaging lectures and well-challenged content, yet mellow/relaxed in his demeanor. Very knowledgeable in philosophy (especially in this era). So well-versed in philosophy, he even wrote a paper on RMP!
I now hate this subject. I was excited to take this class, but the grading on the reflections is too harsh. Ruined my 4.0 gpa streak by a couple points. Boring reading, easy to drift into a mental oblivion. I wish I could change the speed of the podcast he does to go faster, but that is more a me issue.
Incapable of grading fairly with his expectations. One of his assignments, the guidelines are: answer the prompt, and provide *less* than 600 words. Despite not having a word minimum, and only a word maximum (for whatever reason) you will lose points if you turn in a response that is 400-500 words, even though his prompt is only 1-2 questions.
We honestly did not have a lot of class work, class was really a large discussion on philosophy. As long as you show up and participate getting a good grade is light work. He was a really nice teacher as well.
He is such a tough grader. Would get marked down for answers being too "short" or too long. No way of winning with him. He's not understanding of students life and will get marked down on everything if not perfect. Ruined my GPA and it's hard to make up points.
Professor Bobro's course is challenging but rewarding. The workload is heavy, with quizzes, discussions, and reflections, but he wants students to succeed. unstuck ai was a lifesaver for exam prep alongside the textbook.
Overall, he is a great logic professor. The subject is not easy, but he is always willing to answer questions and has great patience. Attending class really matters because he is very lecture-heavy, grades fairly, and is clear about what's on exams.
Taking this as an online summer class, the workload is managable. 3 assignments a week, one quiz, one discussion and a 600 word reflection. a lot of reading required to fully understand the material, if you dont it will show in the reflection and he will take points off. Effort is not enough it has to be exactly what hes looking for to get an A.
Class is just very particular in your response to questions. Tough grader and must read the textbook and have a good understanding of it in order to do well on assignments
As a straight-A student, do not take him. He is probably the toughest grader I have ever had. He's nice, but unless you do it specifically how he wants it, even if it's not asked in a prompt, you won't get an A. Lots of reading, but you do get two weeks to do it.
This class was super easy! All you have to do is attend 5/6 lectures and complete a final project. The project is pretty vague but not too hard. The lectures are informational and quick. The only downside is that the class is on a Friday morning!
