The easiest math teacher in the world, especially if you are smart or good at math. You could sleep through the semester and still get an A. Just ask the half of the class who failed the first test!!

I am not really a Math person, but he made it interesting. He was helpfule and super funny..In which made the class fun. Test were easy, because he allowed you to use notes and calculator. He was a nice also.

On a personal level I'm not sure how much I like him. But as a teacher, he's wonderful. He's humerous, and teaches it at a level anyone could understand. He's great at teaching math. One of the best I've ever had.

Awesome teacher... Does everything in the world to make sure you pass with a good grade. My only gripe is that in my ENG 93 class he teaches at a really slow rate for the really really really slow people. Some of the idiots in my class shouldnt be in college.

Mr. K is a fantastic teacher. After taking his class, I tested and went directly to intermediate algebra and didn't have to take beginning algebra. He makes learning fun and he is fun.

This teacher is so wonderful. I couldn't have asked for a better person to re-teach me the math I forgot all about. He goes very slow so you have time to ask questions and uses his own examples to help you to remember things. Can't wait to take him for Math 96!

Math has never been a good subject for me. I have taken numerous of Math classes at CSN and this Professor is by far the Best. I never expected to Recieve an A. I figured a B or C would do, however with the teaching methods that Mr. Kenwood I was able to undertand. I feel so confident with Math now. THANK YOU MR. KENDWOOD YOU ARE THE BEST. :)

He is extremely patient, will keep explaning until everyone gets it, this can be boring if there are slow learners but thats ok. I am grateful for math intructors like him, hope there are some in the higher levels bc he only teaches refreshers. He explains math in a way that makes it seem easy! I HIGHLY recommend this professor to anyone who feels intimidated by math. Mr.Kemwood obiously loves his job, and doesnt care who knows it. His way of teaching should be "The Way" for ALL professors to follow. However, you do have to show up and study. Professor Kenwood is awesome! He's funny, easy, and helpful. Took him in the summer and the class was an easy A, only advice I would give is to keep the textbook in case you have to go back and refer to something because he skips over a few important things.. other than that he's a great professor & very straight forward.

AWESOME GUY! He has his own unique teaching style that makes it fun and easy to understand. Just focus on the materials that he teaches and you'll do fine. A lot of the examples that he puts up on the board are on the test and he ALWAYS gives you heads up what exactly will be n the test. No homework. Overall, very easy class.

Mr. Kenwood makes things extremely clear to understand and gives great strategies and key words to help you remember how to do each math problem. He is very helpful with every question and takes time to go around helping each student occasionally. When I enrolled the instructor was listed as "staff" but I was lucky enough to get Mr. Kenwood!

This class is good with giving examples and the professor highly recommended his students to practice mathas your homework and ask any questions from that. For me, I had known him for 4 years since I was a high school. :D If you wanted to do good, work hard & ask questions. That's a way it is. Don't make careless mistakes by not doing it.

Excellent instructor. He teaches high school during the day and college math at night. He's very good at explaining things for us stupid types like me. He will explain in detail anything you have questions on. You can only miss 4 classes or he will give you a W if you miss more. 4 tests and a final. Also a great sense of humor.

He was a awesome prof. Wish he taught 120. He came up with mnemonics so we remember things. Attendance isnt mandatory but he will take note to keep track of whos there. If your failing & not coming to class he wont really have mercy to help you. Barely used textbook, just used for practice. No quizzes and like 45 exam 1 of take home exams

Great professor! There is no homework, so he expects a lot from his students when it comes to the exams (only 4). He breaks down the math, which makes the course a little bit easier. I highly recommend this professor if you're not so great in math.

The teacher tries to help in any way that he can to all the students. Usually gives one extra problem in his test to get bonus points. I have never been a "math person" luckily this teacher understands that and does what he can to help you succeed. I did better in this class when I attended lectures but he does not require attendance. He is funny and keeps the class interesting. He is eager to answer questions and willing to really break the problems down till you understand.

What Could i Say about Prof Kenwood. He Is Fe-nominal. One thing about him i really appreciated is that he made up his own terminology so we could remember he Would say things Like Attack the Weak. He Lets students Help Make up the test if he goes over it in class i guarantee its in the test, same question different numbers. and he Loves questions.

I honestly had an awesome time in his class. He is very thorough when it comes to his lectures, he will go step by step even in detail if anyone needs extra help. Also, he is very funny so you definitely won't get bored of the class. He gives you pages to do for hw, but its not mandatory to do. If i had to take this class again, i definitely would!

He gives partial points for work shown or a small error in your answers. He is clear on giving lectures and explaining why algebra worked certain ways. He doesn't assign homework, but expects you to work on problems on your own to practice the material taught in class. I was given 4 tests and was graded on just those. He's strict on his test dates.

The class basically consists of all tests and no homework. Show up, pay attention and do practice work and you should be golden. First of all, I despise math. (Hence why I am taking Math 95) Prof. Kenwood explains everything step by step and is always sure to answer questions. Just speak up! He's extremely funny! math 95 was a required remedial course prerequisite for math 120. Marc was very patient as he also teaches high school math, and has his own way of teaching the concepts in an easy to understand manner. he's funny and always reviews homework from previous class. take him and you won't regret it.

One of my favorite professors! I like his teaching style because he gives a few problems and is very descriptive rather than giving us a lot of problems to answer. There is no homework, but that doesn't mean you slack. This class requires a lot of time studying if you want to get an A.

Even though i had him for math 116 the class was super easy. Attendance is not mandatory. He goes over problems step by step. He is very caring. If you do bad the first two test the 3rd test is a take home test to boost your grade. Even if you get the answer wrong, if you have some of the work shown you will still get some credit. He is hilarious.

Professor Kenwood made the class less of a burden & was always super upbeat and positive. He'd go over some things that maybe we hadn't grasped in the past and did an awesome job in clarifying everything for us. He would never overload on assignments! I'd definitely take him again.

By far the best professor I've had so far at CSN. Overall amazing guy, doesn't make you feel dumb or out of place in his class, class always feels like a safe space for sure. Teaches amazingly well, always explains well, and is really good at simplifying concepts that might be too hard. Only 4 tests throughout the semester, all can be done at home.
