Jenkins is a really great teacher. She loves dance and is well educated in her field. She teaches the moves so it's easy to understand, and she helps her students with any problems. Ballet is a great class. I highly recommend taking it.

She is a very rigid, by-the-book type of teacher. She is tough when it comes to grading papers, but in college it should be that way. She is very helpful if you take the time to talk with her. She has a low tolerance for BS and does not appreciate students wasting her time. I worked hard, followed her instructions, and passed with an A.

Most people in my class didn't like her at all. She does come off as very rigid, and she has a very dry, sarcastic humor. She can seem a bit tough and harsh at times, but if you honestly take the time to show her that you care about the class, she is very friendly and will help you a ton with whatever you need!!!

The articles that we read covered a variety of topics, and she has an excellent knowledge of them all. She helps all of us who come to class and try. Just stick with it. I'm getting a B and am pleased.

Ms. Jenkin's class is challenging. However, you can make it. Attend every class and put a lot of thought into your papers. Do not attempt to turn in subpar work in her class. Pay attention to what she says. She pretty much guides you towards what she is looking for in the papers.

In order to be successful in her class, students need to go to her to find out how to improve their papers. She is willing to help student create their best work. Buy the books; they are heavily used. While attendance is not mandatory, it is important. There are a lot of quizzes and important handouts given. Professor Jenkins pushes her students.

Just finished my degree at UTK and want to say that Prof Jenkins prepared me for all my classes. I was the only one in my Intermediate Marketing class who knew how to write a research paper. She's the best!
