now she is a Dept. Chair on main campus - proves the theory that if you are bad, you get promoted upwards out of harm's way - I feel sorry for the profs who report to her now

has no clue how to teach. everyone i kno who's gotten her as a teacher has either tried to change profs, or has dropped the course because they would have learned nothing even if they had passed.

she only read stuff off from PP slides. i believe she has little experience working in marketing. she is not able to apply cases from the real world.

Talks way too much about her personal life...we don't care! Takes way too long to cover the material. Uses full three hours of the class, when it is not necessary. She thinks that everyone likes her and that she's everyone's best friend. She also seems to have class favourites, which is not right at all.

She does know how to teach.

I got good mark but I find her not up to date with current material. I question her Credentials. Furthermore, she is quite rude to students, although not to me because I am her favourite. She is a bad Prof. we question how she got her MBA. We need a good prof. that has real credentials with proven ability to teach. She needs a career change.

I don't think she is a qualified teacher, she is always talking about her own boring experience, and she will selectively or intentionally forget a lot of things, very funny.

Do not take her class if you don't want fail. Worse teacher ever, she didn't announcement about assignment for class on BB so you much check by-self. Grade mark very hard even group did well. Many student drop course because their grade very low in test and assignment.

Margaret needs to revise her content for MAN200. Assignments given this semester requires group work of 4-6 when its achievable in smaller groups of 2-3. Margaret claims to be overwhelmed in her announcements but it is due to the chaos of her own structuring of the course. Large groups means less grading but blends under/over achievers together.

Margret claims to be about diversity about, they way she treats people speaks otherwise. Margret needs to understand that she has students all over the world, not just Canada. Condescending tones leave students very intimidated to ask questions, email her or schedule a one on one meeting. Margret should make it a priority to be kind to her students

Pls don't take this professor this will ruin your academic record as well as she rarely talks politely and understands the student situation. I got A, A+ in all the subjects and got D in this subject due to which my whole GPA gets down.

She is the worst professor that I have seem in my whole college career. No support from her side to students, never understood the situation of students, very very disgusting, awful. gives us 10 hours to do a test and when we download the test it says 2 hours only but ok blackboard it shows 8 am - 6 pm time frame and in the power points it does not say anything about a 2 hour time frame

If you want to pass this subject, don't go with this professor. All group projects worth 25% each. I f you get a 0 in any you're done.

Gives you low marks on purpose, is strict, followed every instruction and still gets a D+. Seriously, Seneca really needs to listen to students and reconsider her position as a professor. Like there are 3 assignments and 1 test that are worth 25% each, so if you fail one of them, you're done, you're dead.

Imagine, you and your group putting all your effort and hard work into your assignment and A specific SOMEONE decides to take A huge portion of marks off just because you got the citations part wrong and late penalties applies because you then have to resubmit the citations part and have A huge chunk of marks taken off just for that little part?

Does not give clear and specific instructions, and takes marks off for something she didn't clarify. She is the type of person to make you come to school when there was a snowstorm. When this semester ends, I would NEVER EVER in MY LIFE want to see her EVER again. At the end If I could give her a 0 rating, I would.

I had a negative experience with Margaret Osborne's class. The instructions were unclear, making it challenging to succeed, and the grading was not fair. The teaching quality was disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend taking her class. Every student deserves a supportive learning environment, and this professor was not up to college standards.

He gives projects beyond the school level and her grading is not fare at all

If my review can prevent someone from enrolling in this course, then it serves its purpose. I strongly advise against choosing this professor. They provide no opportunities, grade strictly, offer no clear instructions, and lack helpful guidance.
