Dr. Stickney is kind of all over the place. Her lectures come directly from the powerpoint which she puts on blackboard so attendance is kind of pointless. I only came to class because she took attendance. Tests are straight from the study guide she gives out so do those and you should be fine.

Lectures by Stickney are quite interesting. She flies through slides, so taking notes is difficult. Her tests are also challenging. She expects students to recall specific data and facts while covering 4 to 6 chapters each test. She does post a study guide, so that helps. It's not impossible to get an A, but you have to work hard for it.

She speeds through lectures and often doesn't cover all of the material needed for the test. She has worksheets that are very helpful when studying for the test, but you have to research some of the answers. She is pretty rude when it comes to student interactions and handled the COVID situation horribly. I've heard worse about other HTH profs.

Would highly recommend taking this class for an easy gen ed. She made early morning classes easy. As long as you complete all of the assignments, and do the worksheets which directly correlate to the tests you should have no problem doing well. Very strict about phone use and will call you out if you're caught using it.

Professor Stickney is an excellent professor. Lectures can be long and boring but she tries to include jokes and memes to keep things interesting. Super easy class, and as long as you fill out the worksheets you should definitely get an A on the tests. Make sure you get your passports done as soon as possible, to save yourself stress.

This class consists of four tests, a couple of small homework assignments, and a fitness log. The homework assignments and fitness log are easy. The tests are a bit more challenging. Her lectures are pretty dry, but she posts all of the powerpoints on Canvas. If you study those before the test, you will get an A. She is the best HTH100 professor.

I loved Prof. Stickney! Her lectures are was to follow along and she makes sure not to over teach in a class period. Strays from topic a little, but in an engaging way! Few assignments and the random ones don't count for much. Really great online, she puts a lot of trust in that you will be honest about your assignments!

TAKE HER!!!! I took her my first semester of college and she showed me what a great professor looks like. Even with the insane class sizes she has, she cares about every single one of her students. Her lectures are engaging, and her tests are straight from her taught material. 10/10 for this gem of a person.

Dr. Stickney is an easy professor with some interesting stories to tell. You do not not need to buy the textbook--save your money!! All exam material is covered in lecture, so just show up to class and take decent notes and you're going to do just fine. She's not the best with technology so there will be hiccups if you're taking her online.

Margi was okay. I skipped every single class and I am still doing well on every exam (above 95 every time). A few little assignments but they're SO easy. TA grades everything but the material isn't too hard. Don't have to show up to ANY class and you can still get above a 95!

She isn't a bad professor, just not very understanding with an online class. I had a family emergency and had to miss a test, she wouldn't let me make the test up. She is kind of a tough grader, but I would recommend her.

Dr. Stickney is a great teacher and makes the lectures interesting. The course material is fairly easy and she would only assign one short assignment every other week. Keep up with passports and wellness log and you should be okay. Pay attention in class and study for tests and it will be fairly easy to get an A.

Class itself is very easy, however Margi is rude and not understanding. Think of that weird horse girl from high school, add 60 years, and that's her. Not a fan of her personally but if you're looking for easy online class then do it, but there's no way I could deal with her in person....

Literally loved coming to this class. Professor Stickney is such a sweetheart and puts a lot of effort into her lectures. One group presentation, 10 chapter quizzes, and 3 assignments throughout the semester. Final was not cumulative and our exams were online through canvas. TAKE HER! Dr. Stickney was a really good HTH100 professor. She goes fast on the slides and it's almost impossible to take hand-written notes (Advice: ask for computer use). If you skip cl you literally will not pass because she starts taking off points after a certain number of days. But overall assignments and exams aren't too bad if you know the slides.

She offers 6 free absences per semester. Every absence after is minus 10 points. One extra credit assignment. Personally, I found her annoying, passive aggressive, and rude.
