Youngo doesn't prepare any material for class. She starts out on track but will always get off topic. Her class is about writing history essays. Tests are in the form of two essays, and she will throw out potential test questions during class. This is the only reason to go. Overall not good, but also not hard- the class requires independent effort.

Ms. Youngo will come off with a really strong personality at first but she's actually really funny, you just have to take what she says with a grain of salt. Her class is really easy as long as you read the text book and take notes during class. You have to be on you A game for notes in class because her lectures are 100% verbal.

Professor Youngo was an interesting instructor. I loved her lecture. Sometimes went off subject but pointed out lots of answers through out her lecture. Made everyone aware of tests. In class exams were great to do. The take home exams were harder for me because it was harder to concentrate. Overall, I liked her as a professor.

Professor Youngo is so funny and her lectures are great. She assigns exam and is an easy grader. You actually learn how to do Chicago style papers which I didn't know how to do. With her I understood how to do that style.

She is a bit old-fashioned but quite a nice professor. Her class has four in-class essays and a research essay. While the way she wants your essays to be is unique to her, she is quite clear about what she wants, and any deviation will result in your grade being crushed. She Lectures without a PowerPoint, and she gets off-topic constantly, though.

Mrs. Youngo's teaching is old school - lots of reading, in-class tests, and a final research paper. She's a great instructor and funny too.

She seems great, but relies on her memory to lecture. Her points are solely based on tests. She makes many comments about today's political environment go the point of telling students how to vote. She also goes on tons of tangents and wastes students time

The worst class I have taken. She is very unprofessional & has no idea what she is doing. She will make personal comments about you in front of the class & project her religious & political views on to you. Doesn't teach & goes on useless rants because she refuses to use notes. The way she formats things is awful. Do not take this class with her!!!

The people who gave her good reviews lied. Save yourself & your money. It's her way & her way only, if you don't follow her regulations you will fail. I genuinely think she hates higher education & will make comments that make you uncomfortable. Too many hand outs, she is just killing trees. Most of what I knew was from high school.
