Very nice and fun teacher. She is a very diciplined professor and that's what she expects from her students as well. but if you do ur work, you will get a good grade. on the negative side she can be a little stubborn and closed-minded.

You must be failin this class. Maria is really helpful and is really treats her class good.

Shes awesome ! i def love being in her class, just make sure you do ALL the assignments & and all the quizzes and do well on the exams and youll do fine. DEF pay attention to her power point slides if she has them still, and DEF read as much as possible ! im taking her again in the fall for child development ! CANT WAIT !

Very Easy going and cool professor. Took her class during the summer and it was really interesting and fun. Has 4 exams, drops one lowest grade(if you score good on first 3 - you don't even have take the 4th one).

I would highly recommend her! Love the way she makes it easier to teach and understand. Had fun activities in class and shes funny. She really does care about how her students are doing in her class.

She is really an awesome teacher. Just do your work and trust me you will be fine. Her exams are not difficult becasuse she gives you a review sheet that practically has all the answer! Dont get scared away from her, shes a fiery italian and quite entertaining

Extremely easy going and funny. She knows what she is talking about and makes it easy to understand. Grade was based on exams only and she drops the lowest one.

An overall great teacher, she is sarcastic and knows her stuff. i will tell everyone who needs this class to take her. her testS are 40 to 50 questions but they are all easy and you get a better chance to a higher grade. sometimes repeats the same question but in different words.THE BEST READ THE BOOK IS HELPFUL!!!!

She is a very easy teacher and very relaxed. Just gives 4 exams and takes the best 3, no papers, no quizzes. Teaches off of powerpoints and her tests come from that so no need for the book. Her tests are very simple if you study. She is very nice and one of the best professors out there. Make sure you get her for child psych!!

easiest teacher ever. all her work comes from powerpoint so no need to go buy the book. she gives stdy guides with all the questions that will show up on the test. takes best 3 testx out of 4. gives online quizzes. no papers. shes very funny. also tries to give extra credit when possible. i got an A

She's really nice. My class was partially online and she it was so easy. Quizzes and assignments are sooo easy. Tests are EXACTLY like the review sheet & she's funny. She makes class interesting.

Took this professor for child psychology, and it was a hybrid online class so she really didn't care about attendance. As long as you do her assignments you will pass every exam, got an a and hardly came to class when it happened. Enjoy her because she is hilarious!

Amazing prof! Her class was always amazing and a breeze to pass. The amount of help she gave to students to get better grades were jaw dropping awesome. Listen to her and do your assignments! The easiest A ever. Her study guides are the exam question.. She is very knowledgable and funny! Loved her class! There should be more of her around!

Prof.Pagano is great! Her intro class is interesting and engaging. She's smart, funny, and very supportive and respectful of her students. She's def the best professor I've had at City Tech!

Great prof!! She explains well, clearly, basically in a way that you would have to be sleeping for you not to understand. She tells you EXACTLY what might be on the test and gives the review questions at least a week away. I'd take her for any class she's teaching. Funny too. Just amazing. TAKE HER IF YOU WANT TO ENJOY THE Subject.

very funny lady.. makes everything fun to learn.. quizzes are fair and you take them online ...she gives you a study guide for the tests like a week before and it has like everything you need to know .. very cool class filled with interesting discussions. got an a in this class..its easy just study every now and then!

Love Her!! she's funny and explains everything perfectly. exams are open book and online (at home). she gives 3 major test in class which are easy due to the fact that the study guides are exactly what is n the test. Very calm and nice. I recommend her :]

i was nervous since it was my first semester in college and taking psy! was scared it was going to be hard! but this professor is the greatest made the class fun! easy! I just study and youll deff get an A! I got a B because I got low on one test (I didn't study) but if I did would deff gotten an A on that class!

She made sure her students understood a topic. But since class was only once a week, she rushed thru most topics. She had videos that went along with the presentations that came from tb shows like the big bang theory. Her class was interesting and not boring. Would take again

LOVE HER! I had her for my first semester in college during the fall. Thursdays 2:30-5. Great class. She has a sense of humor that keeps you interested and makes real life connections. Online quizzes your able to take them 3 times, drop two low grades. 4 Exams(including final) drop the lowest. 1 group assignment. Will be taking her next semester!

great class, Outstanding CUNY Blackboard useage, it's all there, assignments, weekly quizzes, grades, study guides, powerpoints, and helpful videos. Fun class, never boring and you come out learning alot. She gives extra credit if you complete your assignments. Studying a must but worth it.

Simply amazing, do your homework and pay attention and you'll learn a lot, never boring and naturally funny. Best use of Blackboard I have ever seen, everything was there, homework, quizzes, textbook revisions , power points , you name it, plus videos and articles just for additional reading. I will be taking a class with her again for sure

Amazing!FUN! 3 exams, and 12 quizzes (OPEN QUIZZES) She is sarcastic, but in an educational way. Yes,she teaches from the powerpoint in depth and the best is her usage of Blackboard. You will find everything, Grades, quizzes, review sheets(which are exactly like the exams), videos, and assignments! Will definitely take her again!

Professor Pagano is the best psychology professor in city tech! I realize her rating may not be the highest but she is the best psychology professor! I took nalven and parnes in the past and they were two of the best psychology professors in the school. HOWEVER, even though their ratings where higher I still believe pagano is still the best !!!!

Best class i took in city tech! she gives you your grades right away on blackboard. Gives online quizzes three attempts each. 3 exams plus the final, one omitted and a group project the two hour class went by so fast

Professor Pagano is an easy A for those willing to put in the bare minimum. I found that she didn't demand any respect for herself and she came down to the level of the students- not something I admired. Her class was very focused on the biological aspects of psychology as well. She is a sweet woman, a clear grader, and an easy A.

She's super sweet. If you need something, just send her a quick email, unlike most professors this lady responds to student emails. She very friendly and easy to approach. If you work hard, trust me she notices and you will be awarded for you work. One thing to keep in mind, If you don't like working in groups then she isn't the professor for you.

Amazing! Really funny! Drops the lowest grade. Gives online quizzes with 3 chances. If she really likes the class, she'll give everyone 100 on any exam/quiz/assignment that you wish. Does give a lot of online work that has to be done in a group, but don't worry, if someone does not pull their weight she wont penalize you for it. 10 out of 10!

Amazing professor! Lectures are to the point and leaves plenty of time to work on group project. Always available for help and wants to see her students succeed. Everything you need is posted and available on blackboard. Great test reviews and very fair grader. Wish I could take more classes with her. I highly recommend taking this professor.

This is the 2nd time I took her. Intro & Child Psych. 10-11 online quizzes. 4 in class exams. No need to buy textbook just study from the power point slides. Class assignments are usually extra credits. She drops the 2 lowest quiz grades and one lowest exam. So fortunate of being one of her students in my last semester at City Tech.

Great Professor. She gives about 11 online quizzes which you can take a max of 3 times. She provides review sheets for the exams which is accurate with what is on the exam. She drops low grades from each. The online group assignments are easy but annoying. She's willing to help you if you ask for it. Definitely recommend taking her.

Great professor! lots of work but its doable. Class is half online- half in class, 10 assignments, 11 online quizzes and she gives extra credit through out the semester, 4 exams if you have a really high grade she will exempt you from the 4th test, adds extra credit to each exam. Drops 1 assignment and 1 exam. DO NOT TAKE IF YOU'RE LAZY! Best Prof

Her class is half in person and half online. She gives you around 10 assignments to do, some could be individual and some are with your group. She cares about her students and the subject she's teaching. Very passionate and hilarious as well, as long as you study her study guides, you're set to pass!

Professor Pagano is one of a kind. When I had her she made me laugh throughout the whole lecture. They were some days it was boring its understandable but she gives you greattttt feedback she explains it a way you can understand it. I recommend everyone takes her class

Pagano is extremely sweet. Very hard to fail her class. I took her hybrid class. There are about 10 assignments, 10 quizzes, and 4 exams. She gives an opportunity to be exempt from the final. Class does not show up everyday if its hybrid. Her exams are challenging but not bad if you study hard.

She's very nice and caring. She give lots of assignments but she let you redo it if you want a better grade. Its a lot of reading too.

Prof. Pagano was amazing! Her lectures were the best and funny. Never dull with interesting group social experiments. If you do what your supposed to do you will pass and not even have to take the final. her Blackboard is self explanatory. If you don't do well it's on you. Read the text, do the home work, take the quizzes and get your A.

Choosing to skip class will jeopardize your grade due to the assignments being a major part of your grade. Even though she is a tough grader, when you completed the assignment she will read it through and let you know of the changes she wants to see in order for you to receive a good grade. Quizzes are given every week & 2 chances per quiz.

Professor Pagano is very nice! I took her in an online class. She is very clear about her grading, and gives an assignment a week. You will have to watch the video, and answer the question she posts. She is a strict grader- pays very close attention to every detail in your answer. I promise if you show up, and do the work, you will do great! :)

Took this online and would 100% take it again. Professor Pagano is clear, responsive, and fair. Weekly assignments were content-heavy but manageable. She offers makeups, drops the lowest scores, and may boost grades for consistent effort. She truly wants students to succeed and gives them all the tools to do so.
