I heard about this professor from another student, they said she is chatty and lively......she keeps the classroom atmosphere upbeat.

She is a very informative professor we had good discussions in class...I would recommend her to any student

Good professor. Gives 5 easy quizzes. 3 tests (w/ either curves or extra credit) and a group project. It was a good semester.

I had her for consumer behavior at State university of Old Westbury. I don't know my grades, but she seems like a nice lady, she shows a lot of slides, but she does post them on the internet at least she did in my school. I just reviewed them and i hope i get a good grade.

Not sure what the last person who commented is talking about. The professor is thoughtful and very helpful and i enjoyed the class very much. Not sure is that person was in the same class with me. We had the opportunity to go on a radio program which was a good experience. She offers extra credit and is chatty on current event topics. take her

If you want an easy A take her. If you try your best and do most of her extra credit she will pass you with an A. TAKE HER!! She's excellent!! You will regret it if you don't take her.

Took Internatonal Business during the summer with her. She is very thoughtful and very helpful. She provides all of the slides presented in class online, I just printed them all out and studied them and got an A Didn't even bother using the text. Would take another class with her again.

she made the class fun and entertaining. simple quizzes, based on powerpoint lectures and exams off the textbook. also gives extra credit. Easy A if you do the work

She is clear abouts what expected. Do the homework and submit the articles and study for the exams you will do well. Do the project and dont wait till the last minute. She enjoys the subject and it shows in how she teaches. I would take other classes with her. She is very fair and its really up to you if you pass or fail.

This teacher makes International Business interesting, the inclass articles are annoying but keep us up to date. She will prepare you well for exams...do your work and get an A

Great professor. Very nice and very easy. Explains the material clearly and makes it very easy to do well in her class. Just wants everyone to do well. Easy A :)

She is very lenient with absences and late work. She reads directly off of powerpoints and takes the test questions directly from the slides. Her information is typically dated and she is incorrect about a lot of things. She will also speak over you about irrelevant information. She's very nice, but I wouldn't take her again.

She is fair and offers opportunities to increase your grade. I liked her class and would take another class with her again

I got a lot out of the article essay discussions. Overall she gives you all the tools you need to do well in her class.

Good Prof.! No too much HW. 4 Case studies (VERY EASY JUST USE THE BOOK) 3 tests (Final is NOT mandatory if you have good grades. Final project was TOO EASY but interesting. 3 article essays (EASY AS WELL).. She talks to much sometimes but I recommend to take this class.. Just do the work. I got an A

A lot of assignments in this class, follow the slides, great for studying for the exams. She is a good person and it shows!

We are doing a project that includes students from other countries. I like this, it is not easy but a good experience.

We did the X-Culture project,you are put into international teams. It was work to get on board with the team, but was a good experience. I Would take this professor again.

Her class was pretty easy but very,very,very boring. She talks all the time about the most boring topics. I did not pay attention for 1 minute & I never even bought the book required & I missed a test (she drops your lowest grade) & I still achieved that A..

This is an elective class, and I had this professor before. I knew what to expect and she didn't disappoint.

Tests are easy . All the homework is online and straightforward.

Professor Randazzo does speak a lot, but she's very knowledgeable when it comes to International Business. Expect to examine case studies, subscribe to the IB Times and prepare articles for discussion in class. 4 exams in the summer session and drops the lowest. She's very flexible and understands what it is to be a student. Ask for extra credit.

She is amazing Professor as well as human being. She treats students as her own kids, which is incredible!!. Very clear what she expects, Extremely helpful anytime you need her. She respects students and expects the same. Do what she says and you are all set for that A. Taking her again.

She is a great professor. she really tries to get the best out of you. she reminds her students about all assignments. just review over the slides, study from the book and do the case/other assignments and you will pass, no doubt.

Amazing professor. She gives you everything you need to pass the class. She lectures mainly and has group discussions but is very entertaining and interesting. She makes class fun and encourages you to learn. Tests are straight forward. The only way you won't get an A is if you don't do the work. A lot of writing assignments but grades easy.

Leadership and Ethics online course has discussion and reflection assignments that are graded fairly. Do the work and you will be happy with your grade...I was!

I took BUS109 this semester with Professor Randazzo Davis. She sets up the class so that you will be able to maintain a high grade. You get homework throughout the semester and no final paper. She lets you know that instead of writing a long paper at the end this easier for us to manage, she is right! I did well and would recommend taking her.

It's exactly what you would expect from an online class. Papers and homework assignments due every week. If you keep up with all of that as well as your due dates, you should be okay. Another great thing about her is that she is very flexible and gives you just the right amount of time to work on the paper. Won't take off many points for lateness.

Professor Randazzo-Davis is super nice and a great teacher. She cares about her students and wants to see everyone succeed. Lots of papers to write, but easy to do and she grades extremely fairly. 4 tests, drops lowest grade. Inspirational lectures! Slightly unorganized at times, but overall great professor.

Professor Randazzo-Davis does a good job engaging us in our Leadership and Ethics class. She encourages us to examine the choices we make as we become ethically minded leaders.

This class is a joke, 1 discussion per module the more you engage and comment the better grade and 1 reflection paper on 2 chapters has to be 2 pages double spaced per module. You have 15 give or take days per module for 2 assignments!! Seriously such a joke of a class. 3 essay tests with multiple questions that are easy to write about. Easy A

She is a fair grader and sets up the class to succeed. There are several writing assignments but to be expected in an online class. I would take this instructor again.

This is BUS460W its a good class to take for the W requirement. You do write but she grades fair, and I would take her again.

Have to do the work but other than that she is an easy grader and a great teacher. 2 in class tests, 2 online tests, a few case assignments and a group project.

This course meets the "W" writing requirement. You do write, but like the person who posted before me, she is a fair grader. We did a leadership simulation in this class, this was okay, I had issues with it. Overall, I would recommend this class and instructor.

Based on every paper I've handed in which is every assignment for the class, I think she doesn't even read the papers and just gives students an A. If you want to write a lot and procrastinate everything there is about different leadership styles, and also need a high lvl BUS course, then take her.

She is a great professor, and I enjoyed her so much that I signed up for another class of hers to take online over the summer. The class is very easy to pass, you just have to complete your work and participate. Tests are straight out of her notes and the book, so they are easy to study for.

Her online classes are very easy to follow, they just require a lot of reading. She is a very fair grader, and everything is outlines in the syllabus.

This class had a business plan that we did in a team of 2. It was a step-by-step process that the text book walked you through. At first it seemed difficult but when you read the material it became clearer. The professor brought in a person from the small business development center that spoke to us about the business plan and gave us a booklet

I liked this professor and found the course interesting. Everything we were graded on was writing. So that's great if you like to write. She was a fair grader though. Also the work load was rather light. I took as a summer class and wasn't overwhelmed so it's probably easy to take in Fall or Spring.

Took her for intro to management. She has fun with her lectures and will go off slides to talk with people in class over related information. This can sometimes derail a lecture for a while but it keeps things very entertaining since the content isn't all that difficult anyway. A few papers to write for homework but overall not a difficult prof.

Very great professor, and for a 400 level course not as bad as I'd expect. She gave four test in essay form so you need to have good writing skills or look for outside sources, as she gives 3 days to hand it in using TurnitIn, no more than 20% similarity. A couple reflection papers and discussions, provides good feedback. Would take again!

BUS460 on-line course, the video lectures are good she uses lots of video. The assignments are written but she grades fair, and give feedback. Overall good class.

This class is half remote and half online. We have quizzes and discussion questions, easy to manage.

I loved her as a professor, her quizzes and tests were easy if you have the textbook (you can use it for them). She is so sweet and caring and always responds! Do your work! I will be taking her again for another class:). Also- who wrote about the meetings we had to attend, they were optional lol.

I took this class on Saturdays, and it was accelerated. A fair amount of work, but she is a fair grader and allows you to make up your missed assignments. Very helpful, and I would take her again

I found this class organized and easy to follow. One day we would have lectured material and the other day we would do class activities. The tests are straightforward to the homework. She will review before midterm and final and that helps.

We did a global virtual team project in this class; I enjoyed working with people from different places. It was sometimes challenging to keep my team members on board, but it was a good experience.

Overall goof professor. I took her for a BUS390 women leadership and she was a bit of a tough grader but her work was very fair. She was big on having us participate in activities or clubs to get credit for a final reflection paper which seemed forceful especially since the course was online. She does care about her students and accepts late work.

Teaches material that is practical to use in real life. The essay that comes with the mandatory volunteer time is the hardest part of the course and its not that bad. Weekly discussion boards and responses make up the majority of the work. Very responsive and available if you have questions and very nice!

All I have to say professor Randazzo is an amazing inspirational professor. Easy class as all you do is discussion board 1 week and some book homework's the next week . You also do 2 easy papers 1 from an interview and 1 from working with a non-profit organization for 1 day. If you have the chance to take any of her classes DO IT.

This is an online course which makes it easy to fit into your schedule. This class has a service component, which you will need to make time for (reflection paper). You will have discussion questions weekly and midterm and final exam. I would take more courses with this professor, a thumbs up!

Best professor ever. She makes the class very interesting and does not assign more work than students can generally handle. Do the work required and your time in the course will be worthwhile.

I took this professor three times and she's amazing! She does not want to see her students perform bad and she gives opportunities to do well in her classes.

she was a caring professor but the assignments kept changing in our class so it seemed unorganized. if you take 409w with her she makes you use the globus simulation which was the most annoying thing i have ever experienced. work is spread out pretty well and she is understanding
