If you're one of those types who likes to laze around and get by easily, this is a good one to take -- hardly any people have dropped this class out of intimidation. If you're prone to that kind of thing, save the humiliation and take this for any needed psychology credit. However, a lot can be learned from this class considering you pay attention

I barely even have a need to use the book.All is covered in class aside from a few figures of brain structure/graphs and things like that. The consideration psychologists are meant to have really shows in her persona and it makes one feel comfortable being in her class. The tests are very easy and there is one observation analysis. Attendence=credit

Regalado is a real nice lady, she's on our side. She has a great teaching method. Goes over all the material that will be on the test, word for word, and answers any question. She explains everything very well, in a way anyone can understand. Relatively simple class, yet you can learn a lot. Definitley recomended.

She's a great teacher. She engages the class in discussions and lets them continue until they conclude (instead of cutting off the discussion so that she can lecture some more). Her group assignments are both fun and educational, and her tests are very fair (if you study, you'll do well). Attendance is somewhat mandatory, as it affects your grade.

This class is ridiculously easy. I did learn, but not really from her. Lectures come from the book's website so it's identical and continuity is there - but that's kind of boring. Tests are identical to study guides. Do the service-learning unit if it's offered. Way way easier than doing 6 critical thinking exercises. Easy final, too. She's nice.

Class was pretty easy. Only problem I had was that she fell behind on her lectures so she would take away test/homework and make up the points in the final which made the final twice as long as it should have been.

This has to be one of the easiest courses I have taken at SCC. Easy access to notes, psyc book really not required, online quizzes have infinite amount of tries, in class essays are a breeze, as long as you fully support your argument, as well as a counter argument, and exams are all based on quiz questions. Memorize and you're good to go. Easy A!

Nice teacher and helpful if you have any questions. Not very much work outside of class except service learning project which was a piece of cake. This is very nice professor, I'm very glad that I took her class. On the exams she gets everything from our quiz that we did every week. So its pretty easy to pass her class. But if planing to take her class on campus she might be little bit boring in her lectures. But over all totally recommend her. Easy to pass with a good grade.

She is very strict on rules and makes you feel like you're back in high school. If you are tardy or have to go to the bathroom she'll mark you as absent and drop you after a few "absences". Very strict on electronics and talking, and puts you on the spot during lectures. Her lectures are just a lot of her talking but the material is easy.

This is the easiest class I have ever taken. All answers to quizzes, midterm, and final are online on quizlet. Can skim through the chapters to answer discussion questions easily. If you're looking for an easy A with basically no effort at all take this class. If you are a psych major I'd recommend taking a higher level class to learn more!

Psych 300 was literally the easiest A you can receive. Submit one question, one discussion post, two response posts to the discussion posts submitted by your other peers, and take a quiz regarding weekly material. All of these are due one Sunday by 11:59. Two tests, midterm and final. Both tests based off of material from quizzes! Seems like a lot

A great professor no textbook needed as she gives you an free online link. Pretty relaxing you just need to read, listen and take notes from lectures and know what the topic is. For exams its open book which is very helpful since I sometimes get nervous and forget.

You don't have to worry about the grading int his class. She lets you RETAKE your quizzes as much as you want until their due date if it's the online class. This professor was SUPER easy. Now if you really want to learn psychology I wouldn't recommend her but if you are taking it for a prerequisite and want an easy A then do it. Awesome Professor. Once opened an entire assignment back open for me b/c I forgot to turn in. Same HW schedule every week, very open to helping students. Organized and just have to do the HW to get an A. Usually 1-2 easy assignments, 3 response discussion, and a Chp. Exam each week. A good amnt of work but its easy work. You gotta read a lot.

I really wished I took her online. She's really detailed but she takes FOREVER on one slide, 40 minutes will pass you just like that. But she's really easy and lenient. The only hw assignments you get are the 13 quizzes on canvas, and a group project that's graded individually. One midterm, and a final; she doesn't give you anything to study w/.

This class is pretty much self-taught and very straight-forward. Each week consisted of reading sections from the textbook, submitting a question about it, participating in a discussion thread, and taking a quiz (unlimited attempts). Final/midterm is based off the quizzes. Professor Regalado will answer emails quickly if you have any questions.

I took PSYCH300 online, and it was pretty easy. Just keep up with the weekly discussions, quizzes and assignments and you should get an A!

All I can say is if you WANT an easy A to go for her. Her assignments every week is just participating in the discussion boards and doing the chapter quizzes. The reading isn't hard to do plus it is FREE, you have a choice to LEARN IT or BREEZE through it if you know what I mean. And also there is ONE paper due which is a Research paper.

She is one of the best professors. There is no exam in her classes, only a short final paper at the end. Each week a multiple choice quiz with 3 attempts and a discussion. Extra credit is also available. she is really good! if you want an A so she is best Professor for you.

Easy online professor, took this as an 8 week to lighten my busy schedule. Assignments are weekly discussion post, critical thinking assignment, a quiz, and 1 psychology question related to weekly reading. Word quota for a week is 600 words. Very clear grading, Regalado is very easy.

EASY A. Took her for 8 weeks in Spring '21 and was definitely glad about the decision. Short quizzes every week, discussion boards, NO TESTS, one final reflection paper, and short response assignments. It's extremely easy considering it's compacted to 8 weeks, take her if you can and get that easy A. FULLY ASYNCHRONOUS- due dates are every Sunday.

Great profressor! I would definitly take her again. Her course work is not too complicated and she cares about students education. The finals are also straight forward. The weekly quizzes are also not complicated either, it gives students a chance to really learn the content of the textbook.

I took the 8 week psyc 300 course and it was pretty straight forward. There are no lectures, you just have to read the assigned chapters which are pretty extensive and take notes if you want. The quizzes are open book/note and the discussion requires you to use material from the book to back-up your answer. Easy A.

Easy class with just a discussion and quiz each week. The midterm and final were just answering two questions each. Does not require much for discussions, and seems friendly. There are very few interactions directly with her, however. If you want an in-depth knowledge of psychology, you will want to take someone else since so little is required.

Prof. Regalado offers numerous opportunities for students to learn and succeed. While her course requires an immense amount of self-learning, the information provided is more than sufficient for one to grow their knowledge. Assignments are consistent with weekly quizzes, discussions, and writing-based midterm and final. Definitely take her class!

I honestly think that professor Regalado is a a wonderful professor she is always available and understanding if you want to improve your grade. Textbook is provided online, however there is a LOT to read. I really did enjoy some of her lessons but caught myself sleeping at the beginning of the year, topics get interesting near end of the semester.

Easy asynchronous course that requires a bit of reading. As long as you do the couple of assignments each week, this is a very easy class. The midterm and final consist of two answers to questions that are 250 words long.

This course is very manageable and took me about 2 hours every week. If you read the textbook and complete the weekly quiz, discussion, and Q&A you are very likely to get an A. Midterm and final are both 2 questions with 200 words each. I would recommend this as a great social science elective

Amazing professor, and there is no final. Summer class consisted of 2 discussions, 2 quizzes, and 2 Q&A's every week and that's it. I managed to keep an 100% the entire time I was taking the class. Very easy as long as you do the work and follow directions. 10/10 class for the summer.

Dr. Regalado was great. I had a summer semester with her. The class was a breeze. There was a lot of reading, but the quizzes were super easy.

She was an okay teacher. Her lectures were very interesting to hear. Her work is really easy; it's just quizzes every week based on the textbook we're provided by her. She does lecture for a long while.

Prof Regalado structured her psyc class very simply that you could forget you're even taking it. Read the online free ebook, complete the 5-question mult choice quiz, and two easy disc boards every week. Midterm and final were two questions with min 200 word count. Very simple and easy class. Had 100% all the sem. Would take her again if I could.

Prof. Regalado was very kind, and her workload was super easy. I took her class online during the summer, and it was very manageable. Assignments were straightforward, and she was always available if you needed help. If you want an easy psychology class, I highly recommend her!

As long as you read the textbook and take good notes, you will pass the class. Only one quiz a week and offers extra credit when she can. Super sweet and explains information well. Uses a free online textbook, which was amazing. 100% would take her again!

I really enjoyed this class. Class consist of reading a chapter a week, taking a quiz on it, dissuasion board and ask the professor a question from the chapter. This class is an easy A if you do all the reading. She also gives a midterm and final that has two critical thinking questions. Lots of extra credit.

Professor Regalado has clear grading criteria. I took the class online, and it was easy to follow, well-organized, and interesting. I definitely would take another class with her again.

Professor Regalado's class was very well-organized and informative. There is a chapter to read each week, as well as a short quiz and a discussion post. She provides an online textbook, responds to emails in a timely manner, and is very communicative. Definitely take her!
