Professor Marianna put so much effort to help you learn everything. All high school I was terrible at math, but I really enjoyed learning from her and I can tell that I filled up many math gaps I had. Take her if you have the chance!

Overall, she is an amazing teacher. She is very considerate and always offer helps to students. She talks in a very soft tone and I almost never seen her get mad. Lots of credit during test and homework. Review before test. I dont think I can find another math teacher that as caring as her. I can understand all of her lectures. I love her!

Do not buy any textbook because she has her own course, and she gave the students the printed course. Also, everything is posted online on BB. Give very detailed and clear lectures with multiples examples, and is grading faster. She is amazing and I strongly recommend her!

Mariana Durgheu is a great professor, only if you work with her. Don't skip class as she gives out plenty of extra credit during lectures. Although she does have a thick accent, she will sit with you during office hours to work a problem out. If you do the mock exams and make your formula sheets, you can definitely do well in this class.

She's a great asset to Lee College, highly recommend her, shes passionate about Math and really cares about her students. We have homeworks due every week, and she gives test reviews for the tests. The tests are usually about 12 questions with 2-3 bonus questions. I highly recommend her over any other math professor in this campus

I took this course for the second time to improve my grade, but this course was far superior comparing with the other, and more, more deep. Be present on the class, because calculus become so easy if you pay attention on her lectures! Good examples and good course notes provided. I took this class online and I was very afraid of taking an online course until now, but with all notes and videos provided in Black Board and the MML homework I rocked. Take this class very seriously, because is not a joke, and do the assignments on time.

It was a satisfying course. As long as you do your homework, you will pass because exam is based on the homework. If you want to get a high score, then you might need to study a little bit extra as the professor mostly focuses on problem-solving. So, if you want to know in-depth content, you need to study by yourself.

I had the pleasure of taking most of her math classes, and she is one of the very few teachers that care both about the subject and her students. Be sure to complete all assignments, every grade will help your overall average. She has very detailed lectures and notes, very responsive to any questions and has a TA available also. I took her class online and there were no surprises. Everything is listed in the syllabus. Her tests are somewhat difficult, so take the mock tests multiple times.

Very tough class, but she is informative and breaks down the questions very well. Cal 3 is not an easy class, and shouldn't be taken lightly, but this professor does give great examples. Although, some of the test questions get tough due to being different from the practice questions given.

There are extra credit opportunities for every test, which helps a lot. Also, the program where the homework is done has a built-in help system where it shows you how to work each problem. For each section, there is a lecture provided and notes; as a result, the textbook isn't really needed.

Class was good even online. She is extremely forgiving on missed test questions and makes sure to give lots of partial credit.

If you want to be challenged and learn how to solve problems multiple of ways then this class is for you. Some chapters require more homework then others. This professor was always on time, well written notes and takes the time out to go over problems. I will take her for every math class I take for now on.

Professor Durgheu is a great instructor, and perhaps one of the best at Lee. She is incredibly knowledgeable and understanding. She was also lenient with homework due dates, and gave many opportunities to ask questions. I would recommend her to anyone needing to take Calculus here at Lee. Difficult course, but she made it manageable.

She's one of the most involving professors I've ever had at Lee. Although I consider her to be a math genius, professor Durgheu is very humble and will take the time to help you understand the most foundational parts of a problem when you're struggling. Her classes are a lot of work, but she truly wants her students to succeed.

This is my second time taking Professor Durgheu. I took her for Pre-Cal and Calculus 2. You must work for your grade. What I do love about her style of teaching is that she gives students many opportunities to ask questions during lecture. She is easy to get in contact with outside of class as well. I am going to re-take her for Calculus 3.

The class is a lot of work but Professor Durgheu provides all the materials you need to succeed. She also is in constant communication with the class, and gives opportunities for extra credit.

Hands down professor Durgheu is the best Math professor I have had. She is understanding and her lectures are very easy to follow even if you are not good at math. I feel like she really cares about students and wants us to do well. The best quality a professor can have is empathy and she has in abundance. Do not give up, ask for help. She cares.

Any time I needed to contact her, she responded in time. She was always quick to help and was extremely understanding of any situation. I wish I could take differential equations and linear algebra with her, but unfortunately, the classes wont make. Im certainly going to miss her

I am an international student and a freshman. You can understand how difficult it was for me to start my first semester in college during COVID. She made everything sound easy even though I am not great at Math. Her lectures were very easy to follow and I used her notes to study for the exam. I feel way more proficient in Math now.

Ms. Durgheu is very serious about preparing course materials. Working through the assignments and exams, I got solid math training. Ms. Durgheu is reachable by email almost 24/7, I always get detailed and undertandable answers regarding my coursework questions.

This is a very challenging class if you aren't too good at math! Stay on top of your work to pass. Understanding and allowed me to complete assignments after they were due, because of my situation.

Cover all her video lectures, with NO SKIPS, and you will do very well on homework and exams. Do not skip the theory and formulas, because you need to understand how to do the problems! Be aware all exams are proctored and no cheating is possible.

As an incoming freshman student, I was terrified of Calculus due to all the things I'd heard regarding it. However, Dr. Durgheu was able to ease away my worries thanks to her amazing teaching style.
