Prof. Limguangco is an excellent teacher. I immensely enjoyed her class. She's the most organized, punctual professor I ever had at BCC. She gives review sheets before each exam and literally reviews them with us. Thanks, Prof. Limguangco for making this painless for us. I learned so much in this class, you made it easy for us to understand.

this prof. is great...she can explain biology real good and takes her time explaining it so everyone could understand..she gives review questions and she does them in class wit u...word of advice..DO NOT BUY THE BOOK!!!! 99.9% of her tests are from her notes and she has test review sheets so dont waste ur money!

Took her Spring 11. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HER. Although her notes might seem a too much and at times messy, you will appreciate her for them. She gives out study guides for exams and holds weekly study sessions after class. Numerous tests and quizzes but the lowest gets dropped. Funny lady, and very considerate! Take her!

she writes alot n fast so get ready for that n very messy..the work is tough, so you can not slack in this class... the test are on the notes...even though boi is a hard class she is understanding n lots of extra credit...she wants you to pass but you must show you care n participation is a must!

Honestly, even though I'm majoring in Biology I never really ahd an interest to take Biology in college, one of the reasons why I dropped out of AP Bio in high school, but she's made it so much simpler and fun, its quite unbelievable... The only thing I'm mesmerized by is the fact that she's still teaching at Bergen. So many people in my class did badly that she throws out extra points for anything to boost up the grades. Her class is all about memorization. She throws information at you, she doesn't teach. I learned more from my high school class than I do from her.

I felt this class is overwhelming for a non BIO major, the class has too much information to cover in 6-weeks, similar to A & P but Dr. Limguangco makes it easier for her students to understand material by providing us with powerpoints, notes, review sheet, review sessions & tons of extra credits, which I am thankful, she is helpful & very smart.

It was truly a wonderful experience taking BIO 103 this summer, I've learned a lot from human body, that will be useful in the future. BIO 103- Anatomy and Physiology is challenging and I'm not a BIO major, but Dr. Limguangco helps and reaches out to us, she is available during/after class, by e-mail (responds quickly), she provides REVIEW SESSIONS AFTER CLASS. She is smart, fair and listens to her students needs, and she accomodates it in a possible way. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

BIO 103 is not an easy class, it is very challenging, too many medical terms to remember, however Dr. Limguangco makes class easier and simpler to understand, she uses basic terms, she gives accurate and precise lecture notes which she writes on board to help us understand the material better. She also gives out study guides and review sessions.

Not an easy course, her style of teaching makes the subject interesting, simpler and easier to understand. She really helps you understand the material before moving on to another topic. She gives you all the material you need to succeed in this course (all is posted on MOODLE), she is very understanding and generous in giving extra points.

Her lecture notes are much easier to understand and simpler, comparing the textbook (which is so difficult to understand). Professor Limguangco always gives very clear examples to better understand the material and gives effective ways to study and prepare for the test. She is very HELPFUL, helps her students to the utmost of her teaching ability. Loves what she does and it shows! Very Highly recommended class and professor!

Great professor! Our class size is big, however she manages to get everybody's attention. Her style of teaching is more of class participation and interaction. She is funny and very knowledgeable. I enjoy every minute of her class. She makes the class enjoyable and fun to learn. Test questions are covered in class, no surprises.

She is a wonderful prof. Extremely straightforward, she gives review sheets, sample practice exams and explains exactly what you need to know for class. She does not bore you with unnecessary information that you don't need for a medical career. Her exams are multiple choice, matching with extra credit options, easy. Learned a lot in 15-weeks.

Dr. Marilou Limguangco was the best professor I've had so far! She is extremely caring and really fights for you to get an A. The work load is definitely on the heavier side but she gives tons of extra credit opportunities. I was able to add on 20+ points to every exam. She's also hilarious. Def take her!

If you need a bio class take professor Limguangco. She is AMAZING! Took her for summer 1 and it was a great class. Very organized and always explains everything in detail. She goes over everything you need to know before the exam so make sure you take good notes. Do all the work and you'll pass!

Took her BIO103 class in the summer and she was INCREDIBLE! She ONLY gives info that she tests you on and she basically gives you the test as a study guide. If you pay attention, focus, and take good notes, you'll get an A. Plus she is hilarious, she is a fun professor and makes science fun and easy!

BEST professor at Bergen. I wish she teaches more classes. She is VERY HELPFUL, provides study guides and sample lecture exams and gives detailed reviews before each exam. She is very knowledgeable and makes every class interesting and simpler to understand. 3 lecture exams (drops the lowest grade) and 2 lab exams. Exams are fair and easy.

Love this professor and class! I wasn't good at science, until I took her class. Became interested and switched my major to Biology. She is great at explaining things and makes you want to learn more. I always look forward to coming to her class, as I will learn new things. Labs are Fun especially Dissections, she's very hands-on. I really like how prompt she is in entering our grades in Moodle. She was very passionate about the subject and she made the class engaging and super Fun esp the labs.

Tests every few chapters. The content of the class is difficult, and there's a lot of new vocabulary that she throws at you at once, so it can be really difficult. Review she gives before the tests are really helpful(esp. practice exam), and gives you the chance to write a short paper based on a medical show ep. for EC. Cancels a lot towards end.

She explains the material in a way, that is understandable to all. There's a lot of medical terms, but I find them interesting. Write everything she writes and her tests will be super easy. sit front row and make sure to always be on time and be friendly and she will make your experience in there fun. she allows you to be like 10 minutes late just don't make it a habit. I would take her again 10/10

I took Professor Limguangco this semester and she was AMAZING! It was wonderful knowing her and being in her class, tests were online and SUPER-EASY, she gives out study guides and reviews before tests. One homework each week and easy. She is smart, nice and knows Bio at the back of her hand. Class was fun, interactive & engaging. I learned a lot.
