Great class for the Gordon Rule requirement. Beware of the feasibility studies!!!! don't worry its only 20 somethin pages. good instructer, she likes Ricky Martin and chocolate. Label your tables and figures accordingly!!!!!

Great teacher, very personable. The feasibility study may just be the death of you. Try to start it 2-3 semesters before you take the class. Seriously, it's that tedious.

Great teacher. Maybe tough to some but only in a good way - your writing will definitely improve. The research paper might sound tough, but she covers everything. Just follow the direction and you'll be fine.

Good Teacher, but heer grading system sucks. You start out with a 100% and as you turn in assignments points are deducted from the 100 points. She does grade on the percentage scale.Good Luck

Professor Daniels is a wonderful person who is always willing to help a student out. Professor Daniels has a great sense of humor and as long as you do the work, you will not have a problem. Trust me take her for 1101, 1102 and 2210, she is the best!

If you're looking for excitement in an English, this is it. Don't be scared by the toughness from the first couple weeks. She is just getting out the ones that are looking for a free A. If you can't understand her directions for projects, the you don't speak English. She shows many examples.

this teacher was an excellent teacher, as long as you do all of the work there-- you should beable to have a decent grade. the feasiblity study might come as hard, but its pretty easy if you dont try to do it before the day its due.

Fun teacher. Made 9 am class worth coming to. Feasibility study is the devil but it's possible to do (The body alone is min. 25 pages). LOVES Ricky Martin! She'll joke about it though.

Great teacher. Explains everything clear. Highly recommended. Just read her short stories carefully and you'll do great on her quizzes. She doesn't give any tests. Only quizzes and papers. I'm going to take her again for ENC2210!!!

This teacher makes technical writting a breez. the 25 pspe paer is not as hard as it sounds and you have more than 2 months to complete it along with other assignemnts of corse. She is very down to eart and loves to interact with her students. I would recommend that you take her.

Great Class. Ms. Daniels is a great down to earth person. No Tests!! A couple writing assignments and yes there is a 25 page research paper but it is not that bad. You have like 2 months to do it. Do not wait to the last minute! Very easy person to communicate with and will help with anything. Take during hurricane season, we did a 15 page paper :)

Nice teacher, no quiz's, test's, not much homework, if any i remember, shes's str8, actually understands how students procrastinates, n are lazy, n how we will forget so she gives extensions but only thing is your gonna have to do a 20-30page study and it took me 15 hours to do it in a day and i type 93wpm most of is time not work, don't be late!1

Prof. Daniels is a rare breed of human being. She successfully conbines youthfulness, a wicked sense of humor, and great knowledge, imparting them with tremendous ease. So much so that I found myself wondering where on earth has she been all my adult school life. I wiah I could have had her for many other courses that I've taken.

At frist she seems difficult, but she is a very nice person and as a professor she is very helpfull. Write, write a lot in her class and concentrate in the feseability study, gather all references and you will do good.

She's great as a person but I don't like her as a teacher. She's very hard when grading; I got an A on ENC1101 and now I barely gets C's. This class was suppossed to be easy but it's not. I'm doing better at math and trust me I'm not good at math.

She's a nice person. But I didn't like her as a teacher she talks a lot about stuff other than class and her grading style is really hard. I almost dropped the class and I barely made it with a C. The 20 pages paper isn't hard as long as you go to her and ask her, she's willing to help. But a 20 pages paper at the end of the semester isn't fun.

very nice lady!!..she's very humerous even though her jokes aren't always funny..she's very random and off topic but is very helpful if u have questions...she grades tough in the beginning to get many to withdrawl...she will scare you with the 25 pg report which is a pain in the ass but not impossible to do...too many group projects it get annoying

Loved this professor. She is funny, very helpful, and nice to her students. Just read the assignments and you will do well. I wish she had another class I needed. I would definetly take her again.

She's funny and honest about stuff. She doesn't really give homework only readings (almost everyday) with quizzes the following day. But if you read the story you'll be fine. Very few essays to write. But torwards the ending of the semester you really start to do essays and a research paper. Final is only on drama so really study. I recommend her!!

She is very funny and like someone else said, she does not give homework just short story reading. Most of the stories are very intersting and some of them you would have probably read before. Dont miss her class because more than likely you will have a mini quiz or two on that day and you cant make it up.

She is a great teacher. If you do what she is asking for you will be fine! There are mini quizes, 3 or 4 essays and a final exam. She is funny and helpful if you need help. You have a lots of work (reading) to do in her class, but if you like to read you will be fine. Take her, she is great. I got an A and english is not my first language. :))

I had a blast when I was in her class. She was super easy and she did not demand very much from you. Just do what she tells you and she will take care of the rest. Not to mention that her class was loads of fun.

Ms Daniels is definitely one of those teachers who you will never regret taking. Just do her work- which isn't very much and you should be perfectly fine. Not to mention that she is one heck of an entertaining lady and her class goes by so fast you wish you had spent more time with her.

This is class ENC 1102. This professor is truly amazing. In a typical class day, you have quizzes and power presentations. You will quizzes almost everyday, but they are short 5 questions on your short stories, if you read them. Next you will have power presentations, 4 essays, and a final exam only on drama. Just do the work and study. I got an A.

I LOVED her as a teacher! Assignments are not hard as longs as you read the instructions! I had her as a Prof when I was 16 and to this day we are still great friends. I loved her class and her personality.The sarcasm is great and she really is a caring, sweet and funny lady. I would take her classes al over again if I had to go back to school!

What an amazing class! She has a great personality and really made every morning fun and interesting. No tests or quizzes but does give out assignments that really aren't a big deal. Her "evil" feasibility study isn't even as bad as she makes it out to be. Great professor, great class. By far the sunshine of my semester!

She uses the book continuously through the course. Be prepared for the drama test she gives or else you wont pass it. Read the short stories and you'll pass the quizes. 3 essays 2 in class. Group project is easy. Overall a good teacher I recommend her !

I LOVED Prof. Daniels. Such a sweetheart. Group projects were very easy, and as long as you read the stories assigned and watch the two plays in class, you should have no issues. Not many essays, a good amount of quizzes, but mostly great lectures that make you think! I LOVE her and wish I could take her again!

This class was somewhat difficult but definitely not the worst. I feel like if you are fine with tons of writing then this will be good but if you dread writing papers then don't take this class. All in all, this class was somewhat useful and the professor was extremely helpful just kind of a tough grader.

She is SO funny and hilarious with a GREAT sense of humor, that she would make everyone laugh in the entire class. She would do something to cheer me up and make me laugh which made my day! Just read the book and participate in class discussions. Gives samples to show you what the assignments should look like. Three interesting projects

the teacher was rather simple and easy, just stay up-to-date with the reading schedule and your'll be fine with the pop quizzes. however, it was a bit confusing cause she didn't have a schedule in the beginning in class, when we did that when things started to move. laid back and chill and just read.

Keep up with the reading or you're going to fail the pop quizzes. You don't want that. She's hilarious and the class was always engaged with the material, and she'd let you leave a little early when it wrapped up before ending. The papers are long but she also gives ungraded feedback if you ask her before they're due - do it. It's worth it.

I loved Ms. Daniels, she's so awesome. Just read and do the assigments. She makes the class bearable. Do yourself a favor and take her class.

She is a really chill teacher she loves to connect with us and make jokes i loved her for that. Expect pop quizzes and expect some essays (interesting essay btw) she explained details. TRUST me when i saw she will correct every detail and give the best feedback that will help you for the next essay.

The class was extremely easy. But she canceled many of her classes. I always made sure to show but I really felt that this was a BS class. I learned more from the book than her personally, but she was really nice. Just make sure you turn your papers in ON TIME, show up when needed, and read the book because she WILL quiz you on it.

Listen to the lecture, take good notes, and apply to the class projects and you will pass. Cares about the success of the student and gives plenty of opportunities to succeed with extra credit.

I took her for ENC1101 and she was pretty good so I decided to take her again for ENC1102. Take advantage of the extra credit events that she recommends in class. Trust me, it will make a significant difference in your grade. She may be absent for a few classes but she makes sure to send an email early in the morning. Be sure to check your email!

She made the material easy to learn. She helped us make a smooth transition to online learning when Broward College closed and transitioned to remote learning.

I signed up for an English comp class, not literature, but lit was what we did. Three papers 75% of your grade, not tuff on grading, just proof, and you should be okay. Group projects, four powerpoints make up the other 25% of your grade. Not a lousy professor would recommend her for ENC1101, but not 1102 unless you enjoy lit, then have at it.

I would say a good professor. Lectures are interesting & discussion-provoking. Assignments are not hard, just be prepared to write a college-level essay 3-4 times throughout the class. She even gave me a chance to redo my assignment for the 3rd time. Only problem was she inconvenienced students by cancelling class sometimes without prior notice.

She only grades three assignments the whole semester. The three assignments are 3 essays that you have weeks to work on. Many times she will cancel the class. Very fun environment with few lectures but they get straight to the point. I am also taking her again next semester.

She's very sweet and will help you if you ask her! The only thing is she cancels class often and most classes consist of her just reading off of the textbook. Your grade depends on the 3 essays and you can show her your drafts to make sure the final essay is good.

Prof. Daniels is genuinely such a kind lady. I appreciate her care for her students and her frequent humor thrown into her lectures. She really knows how to brighten a morning class! She also taught us valuable information which I will be using in the future. Taking her 1102 next sem which I look forward to. She is amazing! Would recommend!

Prof. Daniels makes class enjoyable as she connects lectures to personal stories and funny jokes. Her grading consists of 3 papers, with plenty of time to complete each one. My favorite part of the class was the interesting paper prompts we were given, allowing me to actually enjoy the writing process. I look forward to taking her in the spring!!
