She is a really good teacher. The day before the exam gives a complete summary for the test that is all you need to get an A. She seems to be in another planet, but is the best Math teacher I have ever had in my life.

I had her as a substitute for my math class and she was very nice and explained everything very well. Great teacher.

Very nice and easy-going lady. She seems to be spaced-out some of the time, but do'nt let it fool you: she is very smart.

Dr. Eisenberg is a great teacher. She explains everything clearly and more than once. If you go to class, do the assigned work, and study for like an hour before each test, it will be a breeze.

A nice, disorganized lady. Her class is easy, but she jumps around a lot. You don't have to turn in HW but you will do better if you do it. Tests/Quizzes are really easy. She might seem as if she's not all there but she is really smart. Overall: Good teacher of an easy class.

I can't believe the things people are saying. She's really nice and very smart. She just hates lazy people and people who sleep in class. Gives lots of extra credit. There were real idots in my class and i bet some of them probably left those comments. She's a great teacher overall

she is a very nice teacher. i did not like math, but got A in her class. she explains material very well in class and gives us a lot of hw, which she does not collect. if you don't understand, just ask her, she'll give you a clear answer.

In class she explains material very clearly. When you go to do your homework, any questions you may have were already gone over in class (she's been teaching this class for awhile). If you don't miss any class she will add 6points to every test grade. Good at explaining difficult material.

Not an overall BAD teacher. Class is easy if you are already pretty stable in the subject. You must be able to ignore the fact that she 1)automatically assumes that the entire class is stupid and lazy and 2)makes little coments about this all the time. She also gets confussed easily

she is obviously a good teacher since she has her doctorate in education. she will help anyone at anytime and spends alot of time giving us helpful work and she gives alot of extra credit and lets you use an index card with notes on the last 2 tests.. how good is that!!!

I don't know WHY people are complaining. The only way you can fail this class is if you are just plain lazy! She gives you MORE then enough chances for extra credit, enough that can raise you almost a letter grade on each test (just for showing up!) and almost a letter grade on the final (for doing ur quizes on time!)She lets u have cards on tests

Your tests are basically all of the worksheets and notes. She gives alot of extra credit opportunities. i thought the class was fairly easy and i would reccommend her as a teacher. you can easily get an a or b in the class.

She is an okay teacher. She gives alot of examples but the test problems are harder. A good thing she gives extra credit because it is hard to pass her class without it.

when i read the other reviews after i had already signed up fo this class, i freaked! but really i found those negative reviews completely untrue. She gives clear presentations (and they're fun too, she has good humor) plus she practically bends over backward to give people motivation to do the work and achieve higher grades.

This teacher is rather unclear in her lectures, as long as you do the homework and stay on top of things you will do fine in the class. Still got an A, just a matter of studying and going to office hours.

Professor Eisenberg is a very good teacher. She is very clear and easy to understand. The people that rated her badly must have been on crack. She knows what she is doing and will do anything to help anyone if they need it. I highly recommend her and am going to take her again for statistics.

I don't even know where to start with Prof. Eisenberg. I had already taken Mat1033 and got an F because I didn't understand the teacher. Eisenberg helped me out when I got my first test back in her class and got a 42. She said come and sit with me and I'll help. I ended up getting a A after being taught by her! F to A? Not bad! I adore her!!

Dr. Eisenberg is a great teacher. Her Doctorate is in Math Anxiety so she is exellent in helping students that are "afraid" of math. If you need extra help before a test, go to her office hours and she will go through the notes and quizzes and tell you exactly what you need to know! Amazing teacher! I'm bad at math and still did well in her class!

Dr. Eisenberg is seriously the best math teacher I have ever had in my life. She will do absolutely anything to help you up your grade. She really wants to see her students succeed and is very helpful. I wish I could have her as my professor for the rest of the math classes I have to take.

I loved her! I think she is really funny, and explains the material really well. If you actually listen to her in class and take notes she goes over everything that is on the test. I made an A on every test and didnt even go to class all the time. She is relaxed about turning in hw and lets you turn it in when you want. I would recommend her.

She teaches easy problems really well then on quizes and test gives you extreamly hard ones. She doesn't really go over anything.

Dr. Eisenberg is coo... she is cool if you just chill in class and just sleep through the lecture. I got an A in her class. Her way of teaching is good and she teaches the subject well. She is very lenient on everything and gives worksheets to help understand each chapter. I recommend her A++!

Professor Eisenberg is a wonderful teacher! She gives extra credit on each test if you show up to class. She gives you extra credit on the final for getting a 50% or higher on the online quizzes (which you can retake them as many times as you want to get a 100%). Don't expect to go in and do nothing though. I got a 100% on my last test-she's great!

A little scatter brained. Liked to work on new stuff right before we took our quizzes which made no sense. She is really lenient on homework and quizzes. Do homework!

dr. eisenberg is a baller! first off, she's hysterical. she has this dry-wit that ALWAYS kept my laughing! she likes to call people out sometime, but it's all in good fun. she has a good heart & was always so nice/helpful towards me. she has this crazy brooklyn accent & hilarious math analogies! she dominates all math teachers! i loved that lady!

she is FANTASTIC. I don't see why everyone is complaining. she makes everything make so much sense! She's fast paced, but that's a good thing in my personal opinion. All of you saying "oh it's so hard to get an A" dude i got a 103 on the past couple tests... and on top of that she has like 3 extra credit opportunities! she's awesome.

She was a really great teacher. Prior to taking her class I didn't even really like math. Actually I really didn't like it because I've always been so horrible at all. But because she made everything so easy to learn I have began liking math and doing well in other math courses.

People listen up.. this class is a great example of an actual college level class. If you want to do well please come prepared to learn and ask questions. She will help you if you really want the help. you must be persistent. She is very lenient and gives plenty extra credit opportunities. Just try to keep up and you will do good.

This is a good class - not the easiest one, but it is statistic. Come in time, do your hw and you will be good in this class. She is a great professor and really wants everybody to get a good grade

The class is good. Professor really wants everybody to pass. Come intime, do your homewprk, pay attention in class and you will be good. It is possible to get "A" in this class - she gives alot of extracredits - its one of my favorit classes in sf (I got B+)

She is the best teacher at SF. Her lessons are very interesting. The class is difficult, but fun. I would recommend her to everybody.

Dr. Eisenberg DOES care about her students. She gives extra credit for good attendance. She is always available to help after class and during office hours. Never used the book. She is a tad scatterbrained, but funny. She teaches quickly and covers lots of material. Bottom line, come to class, take notes, do your homework, and you will do fine.

She was a good teacher. Had strange comments sometimes and joked around alot. She pushed you to complete work and passed classes an in the end was worth it. She graded kinda strange though and will mark you wrong if you did not do the problems her way but overall good teacher.

I love this class. She gives so much extra credit (just for coming to class, even!), gives a lot of homework to help pad your grade, she is REALLY funny, and goes out of her way to help students by holding review sessions before tests. She has helped me learn how to understand math and I am doing great in here. I highly recommend Eisenberg!

I love this class, and Mrs Eisenberg. She is hilarious, gives so much extra credit (even for just coming to class!), and gives lots of homework assignments to help pad your grade. Statistics can be hard, but she makes it so easy. She goes out of her way by giving review sessions before tests. Seriously, take her for statistics. You won't regret it!

Mrs Eisenbers is the best stats teacher. She teaches every lesson completely and then gives you a shortcut on the graphing calculator. She lets you use a 3x5 notecard on the 2nd and 3rd exam, then 2 on the final. There are tons of opportunities for extra credit! And you HAVE to go to class or you will be VERY lost!

She is very nice and helpful. Really loves what she does. This class is a lot of work and attendance does count. Ms. Eisenburg is more than willing to help you in anyway she can though! Would definitely recommend her :)

She is a tad scatter brained, but she isn't ridiculously awful at teaching nor is the class hard at all. If anything, it seems a bit TOO easy at times. She has a tendency to baby the kids and ask really easy questions but maybe that's just me. If you need to take stats, she's a good choice.

Very funny teacher and interacts with students. She can be a it scatter brained but not too bad. She grades work quickly and gives good feedback. No need for a textbook because she posts it online. Also attendance is not mandatory but you get 6 extra credit points on final exam and each test if you miss no more than 4 day. Highly Recommend

Ms. Eisenberg is an excellent professor. Her humor keeps the mood light, and she breaks down complex problems really simply. grading is tough, but she is more than willing to help! her worksheets really help you understand what she wants you to learn, and she gives you lots of secrets/shortcuts that are easy to remember

I loveddddd Dr. Eisenberg. Many people complained about her put I passed with an A+ and no struggle at all. Trust me, I suck at math, so I'm not the reason for the great grade. You will learn plently, and she is very funny. I strongly suggest taking her.

GREAT TEACHER. Learned a lot from this class and she was very helpful. She is a little crazy but it was fun to be in the class and she always had a weird but interesting approach to solving things. Would definitely recommend her for this class. Can't wait to take her for MAC1105 :)
