Professor Garrett is awesome. He's a very easy-going and understanding professor, and he's one of those instructors who is extremely knowledgeable about his subject, but doesn't expect everyone to be enthusiastic about it. He's funny, and teaches his lectures as more of a conversation with the class, instead of just lecturing at us. Real cool.
Dr. Garrett is amazing and a great guy. He is one of my favorite professors at SDSU. I highly recommend his classes and getting to know him for career advice. He will help you in any way he can. Dr. Garrett is the kind of person I went to university to learn from. If you are not a Sheeple take Dr. Garrett's classes.
No grading rubric, not clear about expectations, mandatory attendance. The professor posted an exampe of the paper to exhibit how he wanted us to use as guidance, but it did not help. Worst part of the class is that he did not prepare us for the qual exam. If you are debating between classes, take Finnegan.
Group research project was most daunting part of class. Group members were tough to get together with. Took as GE. Didnt try on project. Only test was the final. Final was online full of all true false Q's out of the back of each chapter. Go through and type out questions in MS Word and use Ctrl+F for questions. Got A- in class.
I felt sorry for the students that had no prior experience with research because he was very unclear. Grade is 55% mock thesis (25 pages) and 3 other things. No exams or structure. He is rude and condescending. Students were confused about the paper up until the day it was due. Avoid taking him if you can. Doesn't prepare you for qualifying exam.
Great professor! Highly recommended! Attendance is mandatory. 1 midterm, 1 paper, and presentation. Great subject knowledge and wants students to do their best!
Very knowledgable and passionate of lecture material. Obly 1 midterm which are exact questions from the book( literally memorize all the question) one group project which is easy but a lot work and present in front of class, attendance mandatory but easy grade booster if you attend class
Dr. Garrett is down to earth and straight-forward. He has a good sense of humor and is always available to help. He responds to emails very quickly. The course expectations are laid out clearly, without any tricks. If you do the work as described in the syllabus, you will get an A. I really enjoyed taking his class!
There are 3 tests and attendance is 15% of your grade.
Best professor I ever had
Interesting and entertaining guy, but speaks over the students heads. Sometimes people can be too smart, I think he is. The information given is important for students looking to conduct a thesis.
Very nice and cool professor! Very passionate about his subject matter and keeps it interesting! I recommend this class.
Laid back class. One paper, one presentation, and one exam. The exam is true or false and there are 90 questions but they study guides are all the quizzes at the end of the book so it's easy to study for and some questions are common sense. Professor Garret was a fantastic teacher and made the class fun to go to. I highly recommend this class.
Overall very interesting class.
I enjoyed the class
He seems to genuinely want for his students to succeed. He is very responsive in answering questions, and helping students when needed. Although I found the mock thesis to be very difficult, he really set us up to succeed and outlined exactly what we needed to do which was extremely helpful in the end.
The class itself could easily have been dry and dull, but the professor managed to keep my interest going. He did this by actively engaging us with his own points of view and allowing the students to express their own opinions, even if they go against his word. Thus, you feel that your questions have been answered and your curiosity satisfied.
The class itself and course material was hard to follow at times. But Dr. Garrett is personable and funny. I think he really tried to help us learn research but material was broad and too much. If you followed his grading rubric exactly, you will get an A. He quickly responded to emails and was available to help when needed.
Professor Garrett was humorous and approachable. Unfortunately, his instruction was broad and confusing unless you already have research experience. His lengthy mock thesis assignment was not explained clearly enough for me, and no rubric or examples were provided for it.
Dr. Garret is a research scientist who has written many papers on gerontology-related issues such as Alzheimer's and elder abuse. Although the subject Garret teaches is fairly difficult, he manages to maintain student attention by using fun and interesting examples. Also, if you know where Malta is, you should take this class!
I really enjoyed this class. I didn't expect it to be so interesting. Although i must give the credit to the professor for that. He is a great lecturer. He has a gift and is very passionate about what he does. More teachers need to be like this. I communicated my difficulty and he worked with me, no questions asked.
Professor Garrett is great. He is really passionate about the material and it shows. He is super helpful when needed and more than willing to work with students when struggling. No midterm final. Weekly quizzes directly from chapters. Quizzes are a bit tricky but if you read & go to class you'll get a good grade overall. One projectpresentation
Professor Garrett is really passionate about what he is teaching. Come to each class and hear him lecture, write a short abstract each week, and you will get an A no problem. No tests or books in this class which is a plus. Lectures can be a bit long but Garrett tries to keep it interesting. He's funny too!
Dr. Garrett is a really awesome professor. He is entertaining and very clear cut on his expectations.
Amazing professor! long, but interesting class.
Since Professor Mario is great at what he teaches. I learned a lot on how to do real research the correct way. One day I will need the type of research he teaches. The way he teaches research is is designed to help later in our studies. Read the book then you will be able to understand his lectures. Taking another class later w him
This guy was so nice and cool. Class literally required NO effort, but was interesting. Easy homework assignment once a week. Lectures are long and attendance is mandatory, but you can sign the sheet and leave two minutes later. NO FINAL EXAM. Grade is attendance and once a week homework, nothing else. Freshman, take this first semester for EASY A
This is my 2nd class with Dr. Garrett and he's very willing to help. His class is not challenging at all and he is very passionate about the subjects he teaches, but he can be confusing sometimes because he rambles a little. His class was not too hard. Just do the project and the paper and try not to have too many unexcused absences and you'll pass
Professor Garrett made this class super interesting and it was the easiest A I've ever gotten. The entire grade consists of one 150 word abstract a week and attendance, no tests, quizzes, or anything else. You also have 3 excused absences. The lectures are long but he's really funny and it's interesting material so he makes it fun. Take this class!
This subject is difficult to understand, but Prof Garrett tries to make it as interesting as possible. I like the interactive classwork he uses to try to reinforce the material.
Great professor for a Very dry material Will do all in his power for you to pass with a high grade If you fail you ethier didn't go to his lectures or you didn't study
Quiz is based on the readings. Do not neglect this! It could hurt your chance of earning an A. Go to office hours if you need to get a quiz retaken, he is very willing to help. Lectures are amazing, don't bother taking notes. Just watch and absorb the information he throws at you. The readings will help you contribute to the class discussion.
Professor Garrett was inspirational and I loved attending his class.
One of the easiest A's you will earn in your life. You get 2pts every time you show up to class (you have to sign in) & 5pts for completing an assignment due each week. Easy 150 abstract. THATS IT. NO TEXTBOOK, NO TESTS, NO QUIZZES. Just show up, listen, complete your abstracts each week & you will get an A. He's Maltese so his accent is charming!
Garrett is one of the best professor out there because you learn from lecture and the class is really easy. Never have to take note in class because all he want from you is to listen and learn. 1 paper 3 pages single space really easy tho and a final. No midterm or anything. Final is super easy because he tells you what is going to be on it.
I have had the pleasure of taking many classes with Professor Garrett. His lectures are interesting, and he challenges your perceptions. He is more concerned with his students learning than taking notes for the test. His tests are fair; many questions from the book. Show up and participate and you will do great.
I took Garrett for a social work research class. The class could have been incredibly helpful and it is clear that Prof Garrett is very good at what he does, but he was hard to follow and was often times confusing. Overall, it's possible to get an A, but difficult to follow his lectures.
There is a quiz every week based off of the textbook only. Other than that, there is one very easy, but interesting group project on a controversy in the field of gerontology. Professor Garrett is so passionate about Gerontology and makes the class super interesting. Lucky to have him as a professor.
loved this class, great professor, and not difficult at all. your grade is only based off attendance and weekly summary of reading! his lectures are really interesting and he truly cares about teaching us all something and thats why he makes the class easy to pass and get an A. rareto find a professor who truly wants to teach and wants all to get A
Very passionate and enthusiastic about Gerontology, and rightfully so - he's worked for the United Nations on the subject. No textbook, no final - for our condensed summer course we had weekly tests based on lectures and 1 or 2 relevant research articles. Going to class and taking notes helps a lot. Tests were fair.
He is a good professor. I prefer more organized slides and lectures but he is knowledgeable and I really enjoyed many of his thought on death and aging. It is not only psychological or neurological but also philosophical to certain degree. His quizzes are not hard either. As long as you go to lectures and reviewed slides a bit before it you'll pass
Great teacher! No finals, grade based on quiz grade. Questions are fair
He is the most passionate professor I've ever met. Gerontology 322, the topic could be easily get bored but he presented in a interesting way. Recommendable! Just aware that he does not make the test, so the focus on the class and the questions on the test is not always accorded.
Great Prof! Having responsibility to students No midterm and final exam. Only five quizs
Great lecturer and really engages the class
His lectures are fun and he's really passionate about what he talks about. The tests are fair and as long as you go to lectures, it should be fine!
Best class and professor ever!!! I highly recommend taking his class...
This professor is passionate about Gerontology. He didnt require any tests or quizzes. He is straightforward. Without the mandatory assignment it allowed us to actually listen in his lectures. He made it easy to give us a choice to choose to learn or not. I feel like I learned more in this class than the others that stressed me out.
Awesome one-on-one helper with anything! Greatly recommended.
Amazing lectures
Show up to class do your weekly readings and you'll have an A
Awesome teacher! No tests
Only homework assignments and lectures, no midterm or final!
Awesome teacher! Very passionate about the topic and loves group discussion
Very easy class but also gives solid lessons and valuable knowledge, there is no tests, only weekly assignments and attendance is graded.
Great teacher! Professor Garrett's lectures are interesting and he really cares about his students.
Interesting lectures
The grade is based on attendance and weekly assignments. No midterms or final. He has a simple and clear grading policy. His goal is not to measure students, but to raise awareness regarding the topic of gerontology.
Funny. 1 assignment a week. Attendance counts for a good portion of the grade. Only allowed 3 excused abscences. No tests.
Easiest A you will ever get in your life.
Great teacher!
Easy class, do your homework assignments and show up and youll have an A
Dr. Garrett is very passionate about his subject. He can spend lots of time lecturing about a topic. So, be prepared for long lectures. He is very accessible outside of class so if there is anything that you don't understand he is there to help. There is a lot of reading and a quiz every week on the reading!
This class may be easy but it's nice to learn without the stress. The material is really interesting to all majors and important to bridge the generations. Yes, it's a long lecture but he is very entertaining and an expert in his field. No exams, no papers, just one assignment/week and of course you have to attend or lose points.
Would take again in a heartbeat. The quizzes are a bit tough but if you read the chapters, you will pass with an A. Show up to class and he let's you out early. Good for both sides.
Dr. Garrett explains the course material very well! He loves to talk, so be prepared to listen! If you need this class and even if you don't, I highly recommend it! Great class!
Good lecturer, do the weekly assignments and go to class and youll be fine.
Great professor who cares about students' learning outcomes and how they can apply the materials in the real world settings.
Very kind and caring and wants you to not feel discouraged, but hopeful. He gives great feedback and wants you to do the best you can. He is very knowledgable about the older population so many lectures are full of interesting facts. This class was slightly challenging but he was there to guide us step by step.
I took Professor Garrett for my social work electives and he turned to be a really great lecturer. He responds quick to emails which is really nice. Take him and you won't regret it!
Completely understands how difficult college can be. Goes out of his way to make sure students are understanding the material and are able to get it done. Great professor. Great person.
He is AWESOME and very nice. Straight to the point. We only had one paper and minor assignments. The paper was stressful but get a head start on it, its a lot of work! Replies super fast to emails. Very very helpful. See him during office hours! Overall, awesome professor. Would take again for sure!
Professor Garrett is sooooo nice. His lectures were interesting despite the boring topics! There is 1 group project, paper & midterm.
Super funny guy. The class was really easy, very minimal homework and no tests. Make sure you show up since participation is big.
You have one weekly assignment and show up to class for one hour then you can leave. Professor is nice and funny, and gets you thinking for that one hour a week. Has a cool accent.
show up and do the weekly assignment, which is reading a scientific article and making an abstract about it, mentioning the main idea, the evidence etc. and you will receive an A. great choice for an easy A !! Moreover, the prof is lovely and caring.
Only graded on weekly homework assignment and attendance. You are allowed to miss 3 classes and he only requires you stay for 1 hour rather than 2 hours 40 mins. If you do the assignments and show up for the 1 hour you are required to go, you will get an A. Also keeps his lectures interesting.
Super nice guy. Definitely one of my favorite professors so far at SDSU. Only graded on weekly abstracts you have to do on background readings and the weekly quizzes. Lectures are asynchronous, so you can watch them anytime. Just make sure to look over his Powerpoints so you know the quiz material.
Professor Garret is amazing!!! This is my major, and I could not be happier to have a teacher like him! He is always available outside of class and responds very quickly! His lectures are so interesting and really makes you think about different things and learn something new!
Honestly one of the best classes Ive taken at sdsu. Weekly one page-ish abstracts on a short reading and then watch the pre recorded lecture and take a quiz. Super easy work load and interesting material. Definitely recommend !
All this class consisted of 1 abstract and 1 quiz per week. They were both always due on the on the same day every week for (Wednesday for abstract, quizzes on Thursdays) so it was very organized and easy to know what was going on.
I would 100% take this class if you want an easy A. We take a weekly quiz and we have also a weekly one paragraph about the article. Super interesting class. Would take it again!!
I loved this class!!!! Even though it was a class taken for credit, I would take it over and over again. It included amazing lectures and was such a great experience.
super kind! weekly assignments to stay on top of. He is very accessible if you ever have questions. Definitely recommend the course.
Great teacher
Dr. Garrett is passionate about gerontology and teaches it well. This class requires attendance and theres a sign in sheet. He doesnt require note taking but the information is worth taking notes. Assignments are easy as well as the midterm and final. I took this class Spring 20; unsure of virtual experience.
Garrett would have gotten a solid review from me like all the past ones were it not for his demeaning and unnecessary email to me at the end of the semester saying how I was careless and my potential doesn't matter because I guess trying doesn't count. So if you don't do better than a C in his class (not my major) prepared to get chewed out.
This class was a little harder than the others one I've taken with him because your grade is based on 4 mini quizzes that range from 10-35 Q. But focus on his PPT slides and seek help if you're struggling, he cares for his students. His other classes are worth taking because he's knowledgable in Gero and makes the class fun and easy-going.
For online, there are 10 quizzes, so the whole class is worth 100 points. The quiz questions come from the 30-50 min lectures and the links he includes on there. This class has no due dates. You are free to do them at any time before the semester, which I loved. Grab some friends to watch the lectures together and you should be good! Take this!
Just go to lecture and it's an easy A. Every week was one quiz and one reading and abstract to write about that reading. He also has the lectures posted online if you miss class. Professor is super nice and teaches such an interesting class. I loved it
This is a great class to take for Social and Behavioral GE! Lectures are so interesting and it is an easy A. 75% of your grade comes from Abstracts which are super easy so basically automatic pass. The rest comes from quizzes which he goes over in class before they are due
I took proffesor Garrett for both GERO 360 and 371. In 360, there were quizzes, an essay, and a presentation about the essay. In 371, there were quizzes, a couple article reviews, and an essay about an assigned movie. He is very caring and want you to succeed in his courses and is very knowledgeable. Overall, I recommend his courses.
My favorite class. Learned so much without being stressed out by a heavy workload. Material: meaningful, thought provoking & taught in a fun, engaging way. Dr. Garrett is funny, brilliant and caring. He gave time to help me with my outside research, teach me statistics, & give invaluable guidance and support. Take his class and get to know him!
I absolutely adored this class. Dr. Garrett is an amazing professor with an amazing personality. It is clear to see the passion and knowledge that he has for not only gerontology but also psychology. As a psych major myself it was incredibly interesting and has made me consider a minor in gerontology. Will take more classes with this professor!
Wasn't worried about my grade at all and was more focused on what was actually being taught. Garrett clearly just wants the class to share the same enthusiasm for gerontology as he does which is a breath of fresh air if you have a lot of other material heavy classes. Hands down the best class I had this semester and is not even part of my major.
Prof. Garret cares about his students and is very accessible! Easy to get good grades in this class, learning- rather than testing-experience. Some quiz-questions poorly worded, PowerPoints cover more material than he talks about. Listen to what he SAYS, take notes and you'll do great! Loved this class!
His classes were always fun and interesting to learn about. There was never a time I didn't enjoy his class.
This class was such an easy A. Honestly going to save my gpa this semester. I only went to class on syllabus day and got an A-. This class required minimal effort. Definitely recommend taking this class for a GE
Literally the best professor I've had this whole semester. The classes are entertaining while still being educational. He jokes and dances all the time during his presentations. He also genuinely cares about his students, and is very easy to talk to/reach. The classes are focused around learning, instead of memorizing for tests.
This class was designed to be really easy, and I would say that this class taught me more than any other class I have ever taken. It has given me so much insight on life and the aging process and has given me information I will use for the rest of my life. This class meant so much to me.
Prof Garrett was amazing. He was very passionate about this topic, and made lectures interesting. He had quizzes after each class but he would give the answers at the end so all you had to do was show up, and you'd get 14/15 or 15/15 on every quiz. He rewarded students for participating.
Professor was very interesting during class and made the class engaging. The course is dependent on weekly quizzes and abstracts written.
If you have a busy schedule or a new student (transfers included), take Dr. Garrett! He's a great professor with great insight and passionate in the work he does. Expect weekly quizzes (covered in class) and brief article assignments.
He is very engaging and the class is fun. The topic is also pretty cool!
Very easy going professor. First 5 classes are in person, then the next 5 are online, then the last few are in person, but you don't really need to go. Has abstracts and quizzes as only assignments. very easy abstracts and quizzes are based on slides. (he gives the answers to the quizzes at the end of lectures). 10/10 professor!
Highly recommend taking this class and this professor! Very straight forward course, not over complicated and very easy to get an A in.
He is a great teacher and super easy class. His lectures were actually interesting and I learned a lot. Assignments are straight forward and can be done fast.
One of the best teachers I've ever had and attendance was not mandatory! Most of our classes were online, but classes in the very beginning and very end of the semester were offered in person (not mandatory). It is an easy, short paragraph and a 15 question quiz due every week and those questions come straight from his powerpoint. He's truly great!
Great proffesor take his class definetly recommend his class.
Great professor, cares about actually teaching the content and assignments are not as important. Take this class to take to learn from a professor who is passionate about his field.
TAKE HIS CLASS! I had zero interest in gerontology before I took this class. He is one of those once in a lifetime brilliant professors that you read about. Truly cares about teaching to each student and is the most engaging person I have ever interacted with. He'll reach out to make sure you're doing okay in his class and ask if he can help.
Mario is a great guy! Lectures can be long but he keeps things interesting and the subject matter is cool. Easy class to get credit from and a good professor to have at least once. Super knowledgable and very funny!
Such a great teacher and very interesting class definitely take it!
Garrett is the best prof. I had this semester. He really cares about his job teaching, he is always available over email and answers almost immediately every time, as well as grading immediately. He is so funny in his lectures and gives clear answers to all of the quizzes in class, and scores all assignments 100% if you do them.
The Prof. was absolutely awesome.
Great and knowlegable professor, makes going to class very enjoyable!
Dr. Garrett is an outstanding professor. His course is well-structured, leading to a comprehensive grant proposal. With four main assignments building up to it, his approach makes learning seamless. He's quick to respond to emails and always ready for in-person discussions.
Professor Garrett is one of the best professor's I have met at SDSU. He really means it when he says he wants you to learn. You can tell how passionate he is. Definitely recommend him. Just make sure to communicate and be honest about what you do not understand. He is always readily available!
Professor Garrett made lectures really interesting and fun. He's understanding and relatable. He's passionate about what he teaches, so you find yourself interested in what he has to say.
Great professor with interesting lectures. There's an online quiz every week but the material gets covered in the lectures. He made the topic fun to learn about.
Prof Garrett means it when he says he care about his students. Attendance wasn't required, but I always went to class because he's so engaging, lectures are easy to understand, and overall he's just a great guy. Only two easy assignments per week. Whether just for fun or as a requirement, TAKE THIS CLASS!
The workload for this class is very minimal, just weekly quizzes and abstract writing. Attendance is not mandatory, but it is worth it to go because the way he teaches makes the lecture very intersting and sometimes funny!
There are weekly quizzes and abstract writing. Although attendance is not mandatory, it is worth it because his teaching makes the lecture interesting and funny.
He is such an amazing professor. My favorite of the whole year. His lectures are so entertaining & he gives you the answers for the quizzes at the end. He is so sweet & cares about each one of his students. There is one weekly assignment other than the weekly quizzes & he makes it so clear on what to do & how to get a perfect grade. TAKE HIM!!!
I loved my class with professor Garret and I highly recommend you take his courses. His classes are easy to pass but also very informative. I learned a lot from the class that I think will be applicable to my life and also gave me a new way of looking at the aging process and the policies surrounding older adults.
The best professor super chill but still very informaitve.
His classes are not mandatory attendance yet the lectures are easy to digest and entertaining so you end up wanting to go. He is a very talented speaker so and its obvious that he loves what he does. I'm not a Gero major but I'd take the class again. Just make sure to submit the abstracts every week and you'll do great.
Mr. Garrett is a wonderful professor. 10/10 recommend.
"Dr. Garrett: The Most Popular Gerontology Professor in Education! Dr. Garrett transforms every lecture into an engaging experience you won't want to miss. I can say he genuinely cares about his students' success. Attend his classes in person! He's always just an email away when you need guidance on assignments.
Dr. Garrett is an amazing professor, but he takes his class seriously. If you're taking GERO 520, be warned -- you'll have written a full grant proposal by the end of the semester. However, Dr. Garrett structures class in a way that no assignments feel misplaced, grading is very fair, and your final proposal is basically the homeworks with edits.
(Gero 101) Work is very minimal, the subject/lectures are interesting and fun if you attend class and engage with the material. Professor Garrett is very knowledgeable in his field and great at lecturing, also very funny. Highly recommend this course to satisfy GE foundation social and behavioral sciences.
Professor Garrett is very caring and wants you to learn more about gerontology. He makes that class easy to ace, and he expects you to learn—that's all! There is minimal homework, just easy weekly writing assignments due before each lecture and a quiz due after. He is a knowledgeable professor and knows what he's talking about.
Dr. Garrett was a great professor to have in my first semester as a freshman. The class only once a week and attendance is optional. Your grade was based on a 15-question quiz and little write-ups after you read an article. The quiz is really easy if you pay attention, he usually gives you all the quiz answers at the end of class anyways.
Professor Garrett is a great professor. Although attendance is not mandatory and assignments can be done 100% online, I recommend attending class because he gives an entertaining lecture and is passionate about his subject!
Dr. Garrett is amazing and gives extremely entertaining lectures. Attendance is not mandatory and there are only two assignments a week, a short abstract and a quiz that he gives the answers to at the end of class. Very easy class and way more interesting than I expected. Definitely would recommend!
Dr. Garret is a true gem to the social work and gerontology department. He has a wealth of knowledge and provides anecdotes of his triumphs and failures of his career and the aging population. He completely prepares you to complete a full grant proposal via 4 major hw assignments. Lastly, pick his brain on older adults and politics! He has insight
He is a good professor and all course material is online.
Dr. Garret is a great professor. Very kind and smart. Understanding and cares for his students. He has videos for each class you can watch if you miss class. Which helped alot.
Garrett is a fantastic professor who keeps his classes engaging and straightforward. Online assignments and quizzes make this an easy A, and Unstuck AI was a big help for exam prep.
I took Psychology of Aging class from Mr Garrett at Boğaziçi University when he was a visiting scholar. It was legit the best and the most memorable class I have taken in my life that I took it twice. He is smart, kind and amazing in each and every way. He is a real Sensei! I can't adequately express my appreciation with this worldy words. Thanks!
Professor is kind and considerate, but makes sure to give you the nudge you need to succeed. I think I could've easily gotten an A but with the class being graded by little things you need to definitely understand what it is that you ware doing and turning in.
Professor Garrett is very clear with instructions, and the only assignments you have throughout the semester are a few quizzes, essay assignments, and film reviews. He's not a difficult grader, just wants to see that you're actually learning something through the material. Fantastic professor!!
This professor is amazing and captivating in his area of expertise. He is not only very knowledgeable but also straight forward and will make you laugh and think deeply about each topic. I would definitely take another course.
The professor was direct and honest about the information and was able to provide honest feedback.
Everything was great until I experienced an attitude when it came to emailing Professor Garrett. I felt like I was being put down, and I really didn't appreciate it. I wouldn't take this class if you were thinking about it. Also, there are so few assignments (he does NOT give clear instructions) and no extra credit opportunities which bugged me.
If you have the chance please do take him, he's easygoing and makes the lectures worthwhile. He's very understanding and answers all emails and questions. He makes the class understandable and enjoyable without the heavy workload
I wish I can have him again😭
Thank you Professor, I learnt so much and I'm inspired to continue working towards community health/gerontology.
The professor is an accomplished author, having written many books about aging. His lectures are in person and basically hands-on. Teaching methods are informative and straight to the point. Like every class, it is the students that are responsible to put in the work and participate. I heavily recommend this amazing professor.
