An idiot to say the least. They hired some bag woman off the street to teach us the bare bone basics of computers... and she doesnt even know the material. VERY unprepared. I recommend taking anyone else before you have to take her.

I could have done this class by myself. All I needed was the book to do the assignments. She's a nice lady, but not a great teacher. The only thing I gained from this class was my boyfriend:)

I absolutely hate this lady. She is a horrible teacher. Oh, and if you get her, ask her personally for the sign in sheet because she'll withdraw you from the class if she feels like it.

I had this teacher and let me tell u, SHE SUX. I don't understand how this teacher is still teaching If u don't understand something she is no help at all and most of the time she says i don't know whats wrong If u don't know program don't teach the good thing is that if u want to drop the class on the last day of classes she will do it

I have a BA in journalism and I decided to go back to school this fall to learn about Web development. I had to take a programming course taught by Prof. Feroe. She wouldn't explain the homework or if we had a problem with something. She gave a surprise exam without telling anyone. No one liked her and I told people not to take her.

If you take this class you will learn nothing but get a good grade. No idea how this person is still on the payroll.

I think it may just be possible that I knew more about this subject BEFORE I took the class. Don't waste your time asking her for help. It's like talking to a wall. I can't believe she still has a job.

WARNING! She is the worst ever!! I paid $90 more to have a teacher. I should just have taken it at home for as much as she helps. If you have a question, you have to go to her and ask in the back of the room, while she plays games on her computer because she won't get up to go to you!The reason I rated this hard is because you teach yourself.

Worst teacher ever. She doesn't even know the answer to easy questions you ask her. She doesn't even care about you at all. She misses class all the time. Have no idea how she is still a professor. Don't take from her.

She's horrible. She doesn't even care about the class at all. The only reason she's still teaching is because they gave her tenure. She grades you however she feels like it. She took points off of my final paper but couldn't tell me why. If you still take her after reading these reviews, you're crazy. She's horrible.

This Professor is redic. You read straight from the book and all learning is on you. Ask her a question and dont expect a response but her to stand there and watch you as you try and figure it out on your own. She assigned seats in a class with two trouble makers and the rest were fine students. I find the tests irrelevant!

She is a terrible teacher. She is disrespectful to her students and treats us like we are stupid. I can not wait to get out of her class. She does not know what she talks about. The walking example of "Those who cannot do, teach". Marj is a terrible teacher. She does not seem to actually understand any of what she teaches, so she is very defensive when asked a question about content. Marj is also incredibly rude and condescending to her students. If at all possible avoid this class, she is a terrible.

She is the absolute WORST professor i have ever had in my life. DO NOT TAKE HER!!!!! i mean it. if you need this class find another professor because she is absolutely horrible. Very mean, avoids questioning, and has no understanding of students. DROP THIS CLASS IF YOU HAVE IT REGISTERED!!!!!!!!!!

This woman is by far the WORST teacher at DCCC. She is rude, nasty, condescending, and extremely dull. She has no idea of the subject she is supposed to be teaching, gets offended when questioned, and often time avoids questions all together. She has no respect for her students and is a shining example why some teachers do NOT deserve tenure.

Somehow manages to turn an already dull class into an even more boring one. I ended up dropping the class three weeks in because of her. Took it online instead and got an easy A (honestly the subject shouldn't be a required one, I doubt you'll learn less than you could with google and 30 minutes of your time).

Don't take DPR if you got this woman The woman is the worst piece of condescending trash I've met. Literally accused an entire class of cheating off eAch other with no viable evidence. She does not teach well and assigns quizzes without any forewarning on the weekend that they are due. Don't take this class. You'll develope suicidal tendencies.

I got my schedule for next semester and Marjorie Feroe was going to be my professor. I showed my current English professor and she told me to drop this class because it will bring my GPA down big time. She took me to her office and got me out of it. The other adviser in the office said I was making the right choice because of how bad the class is.

Worst Professor I have ever had. She is a condescending and interrogating. Don't be surprised if she tries to call you out for something that does not make any sense in front of the entire class. She does not make sense and barely teaches anything. She's rude and gets defensive when you ask certain questions. So bad.

Most pointless class you'll take in college. She rarely if ever teaches and when she does she locks your computer making you unable to follow along. Tests are difficult and barely worth any points. Only positive side is you can get away with skipping this class as all the work can be done at home.

Horrible teacher. She treated us like elementary students, would yell and complain when we talked and tried helping each other out. But when you would go ask her for help she wouldn't help. She stopped letting us take the quizzes outside of class and forced us to come to class to get the code. Class should be just an online course.

Throughout my decades of education, I have never come across an educator like Feroe. She is extremely unapproachable when her students ask for help. The first day of class she struggled to work the volume on her computer for the class and when a student offered to help her she rudely dismissed them and wasted 20+mins of class time.

In my 8 years of middle school, 4 years of high school, and two years of DCCC, I can truly, whole-heatedly say that this is the single worst teacher/professor I have ever had. Get ready to teach yourself through an over priced e book. Extremely unapproachable, and doesn't seem like she wants to be there. Please, avoid at all costs.

hands down the WORST professor I've ever had. the material was so simple I didn't even attend class and I still passed. she forgot to put grades in, is extremely unapproachable, and is just overall a terrible prof.

The class is easy if you do the work, but I'll be honest it's kind of hard to show up for. When you are in class she always starts by talking about how you need storage, and how if you don't buy the textbook it's a problem (she says this still like 8 weeks into the semester). She gets angry easily too and she gets real fresh at times for no reason

She is not the best and lacks any clear understanding of the course. She really should retire or leave the college because she doesn't do much in class with the students. Pretty much just teaches off the slides, so don't ask hard questions outside of what is in the book.

i'm sitting in the class right now if you have any knowledge of how a computer works you can tune out from anything she says; and just do your work in class. also don't take this class, take it online

Doesn't actually teach the class, she lectures for the first 5-10 minutes then gives you meaning less worksheets and busy work. If you talk during the class you are harassed for speaking, even if you are asking a peer a question. If you have to take this class i would recommend that you take the class online.

She is definitely the worst professor I've had so far. She didn't teach us anything, she just sat at her desk while we did all of the work on the computers. You're better off just taking this course online because that's basically what you're already doing. She's also very rude and treated our whole class like we were five years old.

Shes very disorganized and sloppy. If you ask her a question she wants to get smart back with you. A lot of her work isnt together and last minute. She doesnt seem to know exactly what shes doing. I had to drop because I couldnt deal with her disorganization skills.

Why is there a teacher for this class? It's so easy and self-explanatory that it's basically an online class. However, my problem with this class was the teacher Marj. She was constantly in a pissy mood and always took control of our computer screens after somebody talked for 0.5 seconds. I would definitely recommend the class but not with Marj.

This professor has a nice side but her nice side is very shallow. If you miss 3 classes she will have you withdrawed, she has a smart attitude, she monitors everything you do from her computer and if she does not like what you are doing she will control your computer from her computer. She has also graded my incomplete assignments early before.

This was the most unorganized class I have ever taken. For a class that is specifically about technology and computer usage, Professor Feroe seems to have zero idea how to use the internet. There were modules from prior semesters, everything was out of order, and all email correspondence with Professor Feror WilL LOOK Like THIS!!! It's obnoxois.

This class is so confusing in terms of organization. It's an easy A but the assignments are weird and have little to do with the subject. The class is very elementary, I wouldn't have taken it if it wasn't a requirement. Be prepared for cryptic correspondence, unclear directions, random assignments with little notice and unclear guidelines.
