I had Dr. Billiris for college algebra and his class is really simple. As long as you dont have a macintosh, you're totally good to go. If you do, then you have to do the lessons at the college or on a friends computer. I definetly recommend dual enrolling in this class.

I would definitely recommend him. He encouraged me to ask questions and I did. lol I read comments about him being "unhelpful" and have to laugh. Very helpful and understanding. If you are hardworking and ask questions, you will do well.

I have never met a nicer teacher before. He is so nice and thoughtful. He said to me during one of our classes, "Don't expect me to not care, how could I do that?" I mean you can't get any better than that from a teacher. Take him, you will do well!

This was an easy class i had no idea how to do alot of the math before, but now its pretty easy. I took the class online and Im taking elementery algebra next semester with his class online agian.

The tests are OK. The final is really hard and was only 25 questions and some of the material we did not go over in class. The only complaint I have is the final and it is worth 50% of your grade which I don't think is fare.

Wow what a great professor! If only all math teachers were as wonderful as him! Prof. Billiris is extremely understanding and is excellent about helping you when needed. Don't get me wrong, this can be a tough course but prof billiris is such a wonderful teacher and will work with you until you get it! AAA+++ professor!

I took him for intermediate algebra online and I am HORRIBLE AT MATH, but I aced it. He works with you if something comes up or you fall behind. He is very caring and helpful. I will take him again for college algebra.

Pretty cool, worked with me on my incomplete. Course setup is cool, software (once loaded) is easy to use. 5 tests (pretty short) that open after you get a 70 or higher on the review (which you can take over and over) and a proctored final comprehensive (review tests given)

This was the best math teacher I have ever had! I am horrible at math and I got an A. He is so helpful and I would recomend this teacher to anyone, he is awsome.

Prof B was so understanding when I lost my Dad after a short illness last summer. Don't worry about math, take care of ur Dad, I'll pray 4 ur family, & u finish ur math later. He gave me an extra semester to turn in my work & take my tests after my father passed, so I did not have to worry about my GPA on top of my grief. I love Prof B for that.

I tok this class on line and couldn't have found a better Prof. Prof. Billiris is great. He responds right away to emails. Heed his warning about not falling behind, it is really hard to catch up.

Very good professor! This class was all online tests except for final proctored exam, but he is extremely helpful and understanding. You just have to follow syllabus outline.

He is a great teacher allowed my to work ahead and take the exam early. No midterm but the final exam is easy. He gives a lot of not mandatory reviews for the exam. They have different questions everytime so your not just doing the questions over again so you can get good practice. Exam is 50% of your grade but it's very easy to get a good grade.

He'll answer questions; priceless for on line learning. He is fair. Not easy, fair. So grateful he was my teacher last term, it was a tough term and I would not have made it w/out him!

awesome guy! totally understandable. I needed extra time for my test and he let me extend it for another two days. He doesnt ask for attendance, just make sure your lessons are finished on time. I hardly ever went to the class. Take him!!

I took the online class. 1/2 the class was the same as MAT 1033. After the midterm things got pretty hard. Teacher was great. If you are 2 points away from a letter he will round it off.

Even though it was a face to face class the entire class was on the computer. He didn't teach the material but was extremely helpful if you had any questions, especially about the computer program we used. I strongly recommend his class but take it online. Really laid back and lenient too.

I'm not an algebra person, but really enjoyed taking college algebra with Dr.B. He was always available to help even though the class was taught online. I am disappointed that he doesn't teach more classes because I want to take a course with him again!

I took his online class. It was challenging, but I was able to get through the class and pass. Mr. Billiris is very understanding and really tries to help you get a good grade. I missed a couple test because I did not understand the lessons. He worked with me and still allowed me to take the test later and did not cut the grade.

Clear directive. Plato is sometimes a pain but he tries to help if it acts up. Very helpful. quick response to emails.

I took mine online which I liked because I could look back over each lesson if I did not understand something without having to raise my hand in class and look silly. He will repeat things over and over and over until you get it. He also makes you feel as if your the only student he has, he wont move on until you get it! <3 him!!!

Took this class online. Did not have any interaction with the teacher. He gives you reviews to do before each test/exam. The reviews are very comprehensive and a little tough. You can do as many reviews as you need. If you do them you will score high on exams/test as they are much easier and shorter than the reviews. I got 100's on both exams.

Excellent teacher, I took his class online, anytime I needed help he explain very clearly. Test review are extremely helpful, if you practice the reviews, your will pass the test. Overall is a great course and he is a great instructor.

Very Helpful! Took this class online and most of the instruction is from Plato, but I had a really hard time with a few sections; and after I emailed him for more detailed explanations, he provided excellent examples using power point and he explained it in such a way that I understood perfectly. I'm taking him again for College Algebra.

Very clearly explains how to do problems. Usually gives you two ways of doing everything but will always tell you the easiest way. Very helpful and encourages you to stay to ask questions or get additional help. math is not my strong suit but he has made it truly interesting and a little less challenging. I would highly recommend him!

ABSOLUTELY AWESOME PROFESSOR!! I used to get D's in math, and with him, I got an A! Do the work, pay attention, and you will too! He explains in detail every problem and gives great tips on how to solve it easily. I wish so bad I would have had him in high school lol. I will take every math class I can with him and wouldn't recommend anyone else!

Professor Billiris is awesome, excellent and easy to understand. If you do all the homework, and all the labs as many times as allowed which is usually three you will do well. Math takes practice. If you don't understand something he will work with you until you do. I can't say enough good things about him. He's great! I highly recommend him! :)

Took Mr. Billiris class on line and there was no need for a book. Mymathlab was used through out the course. Mr. Billiris was very helpful and a wonderful instructor I would recommend him to anyone student. He sent reminder emails of assignments due dates weekly. Also, he at times gave extra time to finish homework and quizzes online.

Very prompt in returning emails. This is a remedial math course and uses ALEKS which includes an ebook. You must be able to self teach. I recommend taking the course in a classroom setting where a teacher is present to answer your questions right away.

I'm now taking my second math class with Dr. B. He's an awesome teacher, and will frequently email you reminders when things are due. He will also email you back quickly with any questions. He is very willing to help, and his finals aren't too hard, being he gives you a review to complete that is basically just like the final..

He is a great Math teacher. for an online one. His assignments are clear and if you do your work you will be fine...Don't MATHWAY the homework because you can pass the test with it but the midterm and Final are proctored and weighted High...if you do the reviews before the MID and Final like 5 of them. Totally worth it cause same questions on them

Dr. Billiris is an AWESOME professor. I've had him for all of my math classes. He is always willing to help student (s) in all situations, even the tests grading. I wish he could teach upper levels like Applied Cal & Statistic...etc. Definitely suggesting him to newer students.

I have struggled with this math class, but professor Billiris made it simple. I was able to follow his notes and lecture. Stay on top of all the assignments test and quizzes and you will be successful with passing this class. Thanks for a great semester.

Professor Billiris was awesome!I had family issues at the time and he was really understanding and helpful. If you keep up with the homework the test are smooth. Most of everything is multiple choice on the quizzes and the online class you take proctored exams. I highly suggest him.

Took him for Developmental 2. My problem came when I had to study for the final. ALEKS will only let you review questions after taking the assessment. When it came time to study for the final, ALEKS would not let me review until i completed the assessment(even though I already got 100% on the module). So instead, I had to find other ways to study

Professor Billiris, very down to earth instructor who push students to succeed in math.

I was a little nervous at first when signing up for this class because it was my first online class. But his videos were very instructional. The class was a breeze. I would take him again.

I took his class online. He uses My Math Lab, which allows for quizzes with every homework assignment. You can take the quizzes 3 times each, but later on he reopens them so you can re-take any you did poorly on. Each quiz is graded, along with the tests. If you need all the help you can get, he is a perfect professor.

I loved how the course was set up. Very user friendly and helps you pass! Uses MyMathLab and it is required to pass the course. A lot of homework! Since with an online math class you kind of teach your self, the math homework can take a long time to do. Tests are pretty intense and almost require the entire time.

Not very hands-on in the online courses but help is offered if you need it. He also replaces your lowest test score with your final exam grade so if you don't do so well on one test you are still likely to do well in the class.

The professor was very clear in his instructions and explanations. 10 out of 10.

He is very good at explaining the problems. I would take a class taught by him again.

Dr. B is very helpful. I took his online class and it was very clear on what we needed to do. The MyMathLab has room for improvements BUT please stay on top of your homeworkassignments. Once you fall behind it is really hard to catch up bc you are teaching yourself. This was told at the beginning and although I finish with an A I barely made it.

He is super helpful and gives you one on one help whenever you need it. He gives you plenty of time on assignments and gives very clear lectures with tons of examples. He is the only math teacher I have ever been able to learn from!

I took MAT 1033 fully online with Professor Billiris. The course is mostly self taught, however if you need him, he is quick to respond. The nice thing about the online course is you can work ahead and he will allow you to take the exams early. I have signed up to take him for College Algebra, this time in lecture format.

Mrr. Billiris is a very nice instructor. His course is very clear-cut. Do the homework and quizzes and receive a good grade, chances are you will do fine on the midterm and final. He provides individual help to students more than lecture. He really wants you to get it and he makes himself available and gives feedback. Get help and not behind.

Took Professor Billiris for the 2nd time. He mostly walked around the room and helped students one on one, but did lecture for certain units. He takes his time with you and truly wants you to succeed. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a solid Math Professor.

Took Dr B in the past for INT ALG and COL ALG. Great guy, some lecture, mostly available for hands on clarification-- which you will miss in the higher level of math which are lecture dominant. Only complaint is he doesn't teach CALC 2 , because I wouldn't want to take it with anyone else. Never in my life have I learned so much from a Math PROF!

If you struggle with math like I do, I would recommend this teacher. He gives 2 weeks to complete each module (one home work assignment and one quiz) and he reopens all the assignments at the end of the semester so you can raise your grade on the stuff you didn't do so well on.

professor is great! he opens the full syllabus for the entire term early, work at your own pace. 2 tests, 2 exams the exams mirror the practice exams. not too much work. do not procrastinate on last minute quizzes or tests. I missed one test because I procrastinated and still received a B. it is an easy A however. do not rely on lectures use text

Little instructor interaction required. He did communicate with weekly emails though. Class was setup well. Not a lot of busy work if you understand the material but it's there if you need it. The whole class was opened to the midterm then to the final so you can work ahead.

I took his Quick Start Math Class to help me qualify for a credited math course for the fall instead of taking remedial. Dr. B was always helpful and happy to answer questions. You could tell he really wanted his students to succeed. Math doesn't come naturally to me and he made it much easier to understand. Highly recommend!

Prof. Billiris makes math easy! if you are someone who struggles in math TAKE HIM!! very clear direction and if you do the work you get the grade for it.. simple as that. Lots of homework but that's to be expected in any math class. All of the coursework is done online through Pearson and you have to keep up on the due dates. The final week of class he reopened a lot of the content to give the class a chance to catch up on anything we missed. Highly recommend.

I am terrible at math. Especially Algebra. However I pulled an A in Prof. Billiris' Intermediate Algebra class. If I can do it, so can you. Prof. Billiris gives you 3 weeks to complete each chapter. Which is plenty of time to learn a concept. He answers all emails (though he can take a few days to get back) and provides plenty of help.

This was the easiest class I've ever taken. Gives you chance to improve quiz grades towards end of semester. Assignments due bi-weekly, take no time to complete. Minimal work. If you don't pass this class with an A, you may not have a brain.

He is my favorite math teacher I have had yet. Math is not my strong subject but he makes it easy to understand. He also gives a lot of time to do the homework and quizzes.

Great professor, gives you weekly updates so you don't fall behind online. Opens up homeworks and quizzes to retake near the end. Exam reviews are just like the actual exam! Grade is heavily reliant on the proctored exams.

He is very nice and cares about his students. If you need help he will stay and help you understand everything. The one thing i disliked was it was basically an online class because he didn't lecture ever.

Dr. Billiris is a spectacular professor who really cares about his students. If anyone did not understand a question he would be able to explain it in 3 other ways. You do hw, quizzes and tests online. Midterm was suppose to be proctured but since we were a good class he let us take at home. The Final exam was proctured though. Exams are worth 60%

You go to class and he lectures for about 30 minutes to an hour and rest of the class period you do your homework/quizzes. Its pretty easy work. 8 homework assignments, 7 quizzes, 2 tests, 2 exams. Minus one star for telling the class the final exam would be EXACTLY the same as the review, it was not the same. I was upset about that.

Dr. Billiris provides a great information lecture every class and never turns down a chance to help a student understand. He has three different ways of explaining things to your needs. I got a B because I got lazy during the summer, got A's on everything and F on the final. But definitely was my doing. Anyone can get an A! Gets tough towards end.

Awesome professor, cares more about understanding the material than making you work for the grade. Willing to give as much time/attempts on quizzes as you need, lets you take the tests at home, willing to be flexible with schedules, attendance isn't mandatory. He uses My Math Lab, but gives lots of individual help. Definitely take his class!

Professor B has a teachers heart. It is available for explaining in detail and working one on one in class. He also will give you the time you need to be successful. Wish I had him again. Highly recommend if you are serious about learning instead of getting by.

Dr. Billiris was an amazing teacher! His lectures made it so easy to do the online work. You will need the code for his class because all homework and quizzes will be on there. If you plan to skip or leave class early then you should definitely take a different professor. He explains everything clearly and is very patient. I would definitely recommend Dr. Billiris .

i took intermediate algebra online, there was basically no interaction with the professor, since all of the work is done online through mymathlab and it grades itself. there are a couple assignments due in mycourses, but those also grade themselves. it was easy to fall behind in this class. he opens up all assignments at the end to re-do

I have taken many math classes and could never find the right teacher. Mark Billiris is definitely the right teacher. Always very understanding and understandable. lectures are simple and to the point. Will give extra time if something comes up. Honestly made math easy for me and that is not easily done. BUT DON'T SKIP!!

Math is not my best subject, Mr. Billiris made understanding the concepts easier. He is a great and very patient teacher. He really listens to your rational of how you reached your answer so he can better teach you the right way. I would be happy to take math classes with him again in the future.

Mr. Billiris is a very nice man and more than willing to help if you have questions. Despite being a face to face class, everything was done online and he rarely gives examples. He allows everyone to move throughout the course at their own pace, so if you need help you, you have to let him know. Lets you take the final early if you finish ahead.

Dr. B lets you work at your own pace if you have questions you ask. If you want to work ahead and take test and finals early. If not, you have to stay on top of things. He explains great and makes things/steps easy to understand. I never had a better grade in Math than now. :)

Great professor! Does NOT use mymathlab which is a huge plus! Math program is online for homework, easy to use and professor lets you go at your own pace.

TAKE THIS CLASS ONLINE AND YOU WON'T REGRET IT. MID TERM AND FINAL EXAM REVIEWS ARE THE SAME QUESTIONS USED ON THE ACTUAL EXAMS SO IF YOU TAKE THEM ENOUGH YOU WILL SEE EVERY QUESTION.

Definitely do not take his class if you skip class, talk and cheat. If you are a hard working ,caring student, you will do great. Attendance counts toward your grade and the final is worth 60% of your grade. The ONLY way you can go from a 93% to a 69% is if you used Mathway/Photomath. The final is identical to the homework and there is a review.

I took him over summer and has the best math teacher I ever had ! He really enjoys helping students and making sure that they achieve. The final is worth 50% of your grade but it isn't that bad because he everything he teaches you is on the final. Definitely don't take this class if you skip or cheat by using photomath or mathway .

I took Intermediate Math online and was extremely pleased with his class. His grading criteria is extremely clear. The proctored exams make up 60% of your grade but he pulls the questions from the exam review. If you complete the assignments (hw, tests, etc) and study the exam review there is no way you can fail.

There is a good amount of work in his class, but you do not feel overloaded. Definitely stay on top of your work so you dont fall behind. He is a really great professor and cares about his students.

Great teacher! Do the homework and quiz and you're guaranteed to pass! Final is worth 52% of your grade but just study and you should be fine.

Amazing and nice teacher, but really hard-grader. 60% of your score is your tests. I guess that's old-school style, but if for some reason you mess up your tests there's almost no way to recover it and then you have to pay another $400 for this class. I don't like that, but he is a great teacher.

Loved Dr. B! Math has always been a tough subject for me but he explains things in a way that is clear. He was always available when I needed help and would stick with me until I understood. During class he goes over example problems that are on the homework and quizzes and then walks around to help if you need it. Doesn't use MyMathLab. Take him!

Everything was online because of COVID-19 but he made lecture videos to every module. If you email him, he responds within hours, sometimes minutes. I dropped algebra twice and failed it once but this professor was the best math professor I ever had.

I took Dr. B over the summer so it was an express course. He's so nice + willing to work with you if you need an extension or extra help as long as you give him a heads up. The midterm and final are each 30% of your grade but DON'T BE INTIMIDATED BY THAT. I know I was. Just do the homework as well as the required reviews for each, they're similar.

YOU CANNOT FAIL THIS CLASS EVEN IF YOU TRIED. This professor gives you SO much extra credit. Do the HW's/Quizes (2 attempts/unlimited depending on what it is) due every 2 wks, no midterm, proctored final (just study the exam review). I SUCK AT MATH so if you do too this is your prof! Got a B+ :)

I love professor Billiris, hes always there to answer any questions you may have and also give a practice quiz which is pretty similar to the test so you know exactly what to expect!!! The videos lectures are made based on the homework questions so if youre confuse about something he explain everything on those videos. Make sure to watch them

I am back at college after 35 years. I needed to take algebra and I had hoped for a "C" and with much effort, I received an "A". Dr. Billiris is a very caring, calm, patient and respectful person. He has a real talent for making algebra understandable. Two tests are 50% of your grade, do the homework & quizzes multiple times, they mirror the exams.

Great professor and easy class! I had him for college alg via zoom, and all of his quizzes, tests, & hw were open except for the proctored final. Super helpful whenever you ask questions. At one point, someone asked to re-do a specific module due to personal reasons, and he re-opened the module for everyone for a period of time.

I took his class solely online, no lecture pairing. As someone who is not good at math, it wasn't as hard as I thought it was going to be. He gives pretty detailed videos on how to get the work done and categorizes them in a neat manner. However, don't wait until the last minute to do the hw because there are many videos and many hw quizzes

The only way you won't pass his class is by not trying. You can tell that he cares and wants to help students that are trying to pass. He seems like a really nice guy and I found that the lectures were really easy to understand. It made a subject that can be difficult very easy to digest and I'm really grateful for that.

I took Intermediate Algebra with Dr. Billiris over the summer and had no problems with his class. He is very kind and is more than happy to answer any questions you may have. All of the work was in MyMathLab besides the heavily weighted final exam, which is exactly like the review on MyCourses.

Dr . B is amazing, I know a C isnt the best, I was crazy to take a class of the summer if I hadnt I couldve made an A! This was the fourth time taking it the first time passing Mr. B gets all the credit for that in my book! He explains things in a remarkable way that no other professor has ever been able to with me! Dr . B is amazing, for some reason rate my professor will not allow me to say everything I want to say, So Im just gonna give You all some advice. Theres always a way to explain some thing in the way that somebody can understand you, & Dr.B has the gift to figure out the way you understand! Communicating The issues youre having goes a longways!

Hands down the best math instructor. He does not crowd your head with boring math formulas, but rather shows you how to get the answer in the easiest way. If you don't understand a certain way, he can explain it differently until you understand. I took his class LIVE online and have signed up for his College Algebra course as well. Highly recommend

I was forced by surprise to take 2 mandatory math classes out of nowhere, so the situation sucked but I am so happy to be a part of Dr. B's class!! Even online I could always tell he was caring, helpful, honest and was always sending encouragement to motivate us. The math is there but with the right support it made a huge difference! He rocks!

If you attend zoom lecture or in person lecture and ask questions you will pass !! Also email him anytime and he will email back really quick Also he cares about his students.

That's my second time with him. I can only say that he made the challenging class super easy. he would give extra time to all his students if only one student asked. he cares about his student so much.

Dr. Billiris is a great professor I met. However, I had an online live zoom course with him. he always taught me how to fix my math problems with online zoom. He always teaches an intelligent way to learn math. I want to share these experiences with people interested in college algebra.

I was a dual-enrolled when I took the online version of MAC 1105. In this class, Prof. Billiris explained all the mathematical concepts clearly. While he lectured, he demonstrate how equations would be solved by doing them himself. The class will be very easy for those who are willing to work hard.

Very much a learn yourself style class. Lecture videos are helpful. My Math Learning Lab helps a lot, and grading is straight forward with access to a lot of outside resources for help. Reached out to Professor Billiris for help with some problems with my homework and was directed to the tutors instead.

Professor B was a great math professor. He taught lessons in depth and would help when we had questions about the lessons. He also gave us plenty of time to complete homework. Professor B had ways to learn the lessons outside of the lectures. Overall, he was a great professor!

Professor B is literally the BEST professor ever. I took all 3 of this classes, 3 semesters in a row. I went from about to flunk out of school to getting straight A's in math. His lectures could not be more perfect , and he is ALWAYS willing to work with you. Just communicate & try. If I could take him the rest of my college career I would!

Great Professor, clear instructions. Final was worth a good amount of the grade, but he has a final review that you can take as many times as you want and it really helps, no surprises on the exam. He's caring and he's responsive . If you work, you'll pass. Would take again.

Professor Billiris was a very good professor, I am about as bad as you can get with math and I ended up passing the class even with skipping a few days when I shouldn't have. I'd imagine if I put more effort into the class my grade would've been even better. Concepts I would have never understood were made simple by this professor. 100% recommend.

Mark Billiris is one of the best math professors I've ever had! At first I was concerned about taking a liveonline 8 week math class over the summer because I am NOT a math wizz but I saw he had good ratings so I took a chance. Take Him! He will go over it as many times as needed, shows he really cares about what hes teaching. Must take if possible

Very understanding professor. Having dyslexia, algebra is my kryptonite, but he was very understanding, and would take a look at my scrap paper to see how I worked through problems, or where put a wrong number or letter in somethings place because of the dyslexia and would give me credit. Very appreciative of the understanding and helpfulness

Took his class in the summer and it was fast paced like any other summer course but he would stay after class in case any students needed help. Taking him again for MAC1140, since he's super lenient and understanding!!

He is a very caring, kind, and supportive Professor, always helps you explain everything step by step when you need help. Makes learning very easy and flexible for students. Every math problem that he explains that you had no clue how to solve, you are able to solve it in the next minute. Wants you to succeed and makes achieving goals possible.

Professor B was fantastic! he truly cares about the success of the students in his class. Math is not my favorite subject however he provides tons of resources throughout the course of the semester. Would totally take any of his classes again.

All work done on MathLab and a few lecture videos. Some weeks had more work than others, ex. 150 problems in the learning plans. 8-12 problems for weekly homework, 3 attempts on quizzes, a few (2 or 3) multiple chapter tests. No midterm, honorlocked final. Dr. B opened class 2 weeks early, sent emails, and always there to help. Really nice!!

I took 3 different courses with Dr. B and I don't regret it. He is an excellent professor. The test questions are exactly how he gives them to you in the test review except different numbers. No surprises. He is down-to-earth and kind. Quizzes are similar to HW. He does HW examples in class and has prepared lect. vids for absent students.

One of the best and nicest professors i have ever taken. He cares about his students very much. Tests, homework, and quizzes are so easy and straightforward. He always has recorded videos posted for students who have missed the class. He is such an understanding and caring person so if you ever need anything just let him know.

Very caring and goes at the students pace during online lectures. Goes through all the skeletal notes and walks us through the homework. Has been very lenient through the recent two hurricanes (Helene and Milton.)

This guy is the goat. He extended the deadlines during the hurricanes and really seemed like he cared for everyone. Near the end he even gave everyone an extra week to finish up the hw. The class is pretty much self taught which is fine since its an online course. This is one of the best professors I've had. Finished with a 98

Wonderful professor! This was a hard semester, with two hurricanes just between weeks affecting our education. He was always extending dates and super understanding. I struggle with math, and this course gave me hope. Wonderful class and professor.

I loved having him! There was no final test, and because he lets you work ahead to a degree, I finished this course a month early. The textbook that is provided for free was hilarious, and I liked that multiple attempts to most things. Easy A. Please take this professor!

Overall, this is an easy class with an outstanding professor. I accidentally missed the deadline for a test, so I sent him an email about it. He extended the deadline for me with no penalty. Overall, he is an awesome professor; I would take him again in a heartbeat.

I took this class as an online class with live online lectures. I have always struggled with math and entered the first class nervous, but Dr. B. puts his class at ease on day one and encourages asking questions. If any student feels uncomfortable asking questions in class, Dr. B. will pull the student into a side room on Zoom.

Math couldn't have been taught by a better professor! Fair and just, lenient, always wants his students to succeed!! He provided many, MANY resources to use and study. Never tries to trick you with questions. Completely transparent. First live online class taken ever, and he made it a very positive experience!
