Very good professor! makes class interesting. Very helpful.

Most of the exams are based on lecture material, so make sure you take good notes throughout the semester. The textbook is not required, but it is good to own if you want to understand the theory behind the math. Great class!

Graham teaches while making the course fun. His exams mirror his lectures. He's also fun to look at ;)

In the summer he wears the shortest shorts I've ever seen, but he's a funny guy. His tests are completely based on the lecture; this means don't miss class. If you study you'll get an A. The final project can seem difficult because he is unclear of about all the details.

He teaches straight from text book. He looks like he doesn't care about anything, but he actually cares. Helpful. Very open minded. Exams are not easy. You have to know the concepts well to do well.

This was an easy class. Tests are based off of the lectures, so you don't even need the book unless you are weak in statistics. You can do well on the tests just by studying the lecture notes, and he does great outlines. He makes himself available to help with labs and projects, but is very political and sometimes tells random stories during class

great professor! knows his material, great lectures...if you takes great notes you'll past the class...one of the few professors that takes interest in the student well being! take him for both classes!!!

This guy is cool. He takes his time to help you with your work. He is a friendly guy and talks to you outside of class when he sees you. His short shorts are funny too. Take his class, it's not that hard.

I LOVE GRAHAM! He is so friendly and helpful...he's there for you to answer yoru questions whenever he can...you have to study to do well, but he is so enthusiastic and HILARIOUS...he's the best...my favorite teacher ever!

Great Professor. He is funny and at the same time very helpful. Mr. Graham is one of the best teacher, he is very down to earth and I learn a lot from him. He will take the time to help you and to make sure you understand his****. Trust me. He will explain things until you get it and he will make sure you understand everything.

this is one of those classes that it wont help to just attend the class, u better read the small book or else you wont understand him, he only summarizes what to do with each kind of test and how to perform and what are the rules, gives few examples but not enough tho..but he is helpful just needs to explain more and summarize instead of bein funny

He is one of the coolest teachers I’ve ever had! His class is not very easy; you must take class notes, read his book and don’t be shy to ask questions. Doing the lab assignments before the tests helps. He is always there to help.

he's the kinda professor that once you get to know you can hang out with and have a couple of beers with. Awesome freakin dude. Very easy going. Very nice. Take his class. You'll enjoy it.

He is one of the best professors at CSUN. His tests are not easy if you don't study. But, if you attend class and study for his tests you are sure to get an A or B. He's very helpful and clear. Funny Too!!

OMG, book was less than $20! lectures are clear and straight to the point! Just be in class 4 lectures, read, study, study and you'll do well! 1 flaw -Lab:Professor himself claims to be helpful,but was never in lab & when u askd him q's during lab he threw his T.A's at u and they were of no help! OVERALL: I defenitly.recomnd Graham!

I hated stat but he changes my view towards stat!His book is very clear and easy to understand.you definitely find yourself using the book for exams.Just do what you have to do on time then, you will be fine in his class!His tests are not hard!If you read his book and try to memorize some important stuffs, its gonna be an very easy A!recommended!!

You learn more of the practical application of stats & the ethics of experiments. I found this far more interesting than just memorizing formulas. He's a good professor and willing to help, you just have to keep at him as everyone wants his attention. I enjoyed his 320 class so much I took him for 321. I'm glad I did! He really makes you think.

This guy is great! Im in my 3rd year in college and he is (so far) the best professor ive had. He really makes you think. Teaches outside the box and is really understanding. Im in his class right now. A negative comment would be better reviews for his quiz but other than that...he is like Robin Williams from Dead Poets Society.

Mark Graham is a wonderful professor. His lectures are clear, he is willing to help out students and always asks for questions to make sure everyone understood him. Highly recommended. I learned so much in his class. Writes notes on board, which is very helpful. One of the best professors I have had at Csun.

Really easy class. 4 tests, 1 project, & 10 exp.credits. Last test was the final. All tests over notes you take in class. Don't need the book at all, just take notes (need to attend class for this). I wrote down what he said & wrote n got A's on all my tests. He drops worst test grade so you only get credit for your 3 best tests. TAKE HIM! EASY A!

if you pay attention and read, you will be fine

Funny guy, but cab get kinda boring, take notes and keep up with the book. There are 4 quizzes and a final paper about yourself, about 2 and a half pages long.

This guy is very funny! Lectures are boring and notes are a mess! if you dont read you'll be lost right away! not much work except for a final reflection that you talk about on the day of the final.

EASY!!! When I read his ratings before I took his class I was scared. Right away I saw most people were wrong in my opinion. The only truth is that he does tend to go off topic some. But as far as everything else goes, thumbs up. I can honestly say I never opened my book, just took his notes down...and BARELY read them. Still got an A in the class.

WOW this class is honestly a joke. I failed the first 2 exams, I did okay on my final and the experiment was a joke too. I never went to class and i pulled off an A-. I for sure didn't learn anything though.

Mark made stats bearable! I couldn't have taken this class with anyone else. Take him if you hate math because he makes it understandable and a breeze! His book is awesome and he's one of the funniest professors I've ever met.

Mark is the most down to earth, tell it like it is professor straight up. He'll keep you in stitches all semester with his blunt but true statements. Had a great semester with this man, he throws out the entire formal professor to student relationship and just focuses on Psychology as it should be focused on. Take him, you won't regret it!

Amazing professor who knows what he's talking about. Had him for 320 and it was a breeze. I learned a lot from his class. Prof. Graham is a cool guy with an amazing sense of humor, too.

I had him in freshman year just to have a GE. He made it so interesting and so easy that I decided to change my major to Psy. The tests were straight from the book, so get it and read it! Overall, he's funny, cool, and random.

Has a lot of knowledge and interesting life lessons. Swears a lot and has a great sense of humor but don't take him if you're easily offended. Pretty easy class, two projects, three tests and he drops the lowest one. A really genuinely awesome person.

He is a great professor. I've taken a few of his psych classes at csun and I am currently taking one of his psych classes at pierce. His class is very easy; rarely use our textbook, he always ends class early and gives a helpful study guide/notes for his exams. He gives exams every week btw but are easy. Cool guy outside the classroom too!

This professor is really cool, he makes Research and Methods easy and enjoyable. I wish I had taken Psych 320 with him. He is super funny and swears a lot. He is compassionate, attentive and available ( but hates emails). He is interesting, and loves teaching. My class is on Saturday mornings and he makes it so much fun! He is a great psych teacher

Professor Graham is an interesting instructor. He is helpful to all that take time to study, shown sincere interest & want to learn. I found him helpful when I needed help. He grades fair but he is not easy. He gives study guides & likes to answer thoughtful questions. You will surely get a deeper sense of whatever he teaches if you pay attention.

Professor Graham is by far the best professor I have had at CSUN. I had the Saturday class, worst schedule with a 3 hr gap between the class and the lab, but the way he set up the class made it fun and interesting! He goes out of his way to help you and really tries to make things easier for us. His class is not hard if you attend the lectures!

Professor Graham is a nice guy and would help you only if you approach him. This class thou requires you to actually read and understand the material. Professor Graham makes his tests hard and very tricky so its best to not just learn the vocab in the book but acutally know how it fits into the lecture. Do not take this class if you dont have time

He is such a chill professor. He is really funny and easy going. He sure knows his stuff. I already took psychology in hs and was originally going to major in it so I knew things prior taking this class. READ HIS ONLINE NOTES!I would strongly recommend reading the text book as well, but the summary at the end of the chapter should be enough as well

I took his class and prof Graham is a pretty fun and chill teacher. There are 20 Qs quiz every week, 1 indiv project (very easy), semester project (going to diff. experiments and earning pts for each), 1 final (selected chapters). The quizzestests are taken from the slidesnotes he post online. The book isn't necessary unless u need clarification

Great guy. Casual teaching style. Being in his class is comfortable and rarely boring. If you do the reading and participate this class is reasonably manageable. I would highly suggest this professor compared others based on the stories I hear about some of the other Psychology professors who teach here.

Best Statistics teacher ever. I was sure I'd hate it and fail BUT NO... Prof Graham made everything clear and easy in both the lecture and the lab. I think I like statistics now! I'll take him for 321 if he teaches it.

I never thought a stats class could be interesting, but this professor somehow makes it work. The material is clearly understandable and fairly interesting, so it wasn't hard to pay attention during his lectures. I highly recommend him if you're looking for a good stats course.

He is such a cool professor. He is really laid back. The lectures can get boring at some points. His tests are simple as long as you study the lectures. He drops the lowest test score which is awesome. His final is based off a study guide he gives you and it is in the exact order of the test. It is easy to get at least a B in the class.

A truly inspireing professor! Take his class. His lectuces are great, you are able to understand the material. Test are extremely tough if you don't study his lecture along with the required reading. His ppt slides are really helpful, print them and use them! Study if you want to pass. Assigns a project (very easy). 5 quizzes drops lowest grade. His lectures are interesting if you pay attention (at least for me). Don't be afraid to ask questions, he will answer you and you will understand. Took him at Santa Monica College.

He is an amazing professor. Lectures are never boring. I truly enjoyed going to this class. If you study everything he puts on moodle you will be fine. Although the tests are semi-difficult the review sheet he gives you before the final is almost the same as the final. The book isn't necessary but helps clarify.

Prof. Graham made Social Statistics my favorite class! I was so worried about this class thinking it was going to be hard to understand, but Prof. Graham explains everything, his exams are based entirely off the lectures, and he's really funny! Totally possible to get an A in this class, he really does care about his students.

This was by far the best math class I have taken because of professor graham. He really wants his students to do well and does his best to help you pass. If you're scared of math take him. He helps so much, makes class entertaining while still remembering to teach. So happy I got the chance to be his student. Have never had a professor like him
