A good, easy class. Intimidation: non-existant!

His class in so easy just show up and take the test and youre guaranteed to pass!

He is an awesome guy. Show up to class, do the work, and you are guaranteed to get a good grade.

Neutral But Fun. Read The Chapter Books!!! If he tells you to read out of the textbook, don't waste your time unless if there is writing involved.

he is extreamly boring, but if you take this class on a one time a week basis you should make it through supper easy do your work. little to no work for this class and just finnish it!

Really easy, good class for begginers very boaring if you finished english 101,teaches very basic stuff, you dont even need to read or do anything to pass the test with an A.

Took him for fast-track and I got A's. He is easy but he may talk alot but it's a simple class all you really gotta do is group work and do Good on your tests and quizzes.

This class is for lazy people. No joke they guy talks a lot but if you want to have a class that is super chill take him

Man I loved this class lol. Gunderson was helpful and really works with you. Attendance isn't mandatory BUT don't take advantage of that or you will get kicked out/a bad grade. Although I did miss a lot I did really well on the tests and turned in most of the assignments and scored a B.

Gunderson is a good teacher to take for English courses. he always let's you turn in assignments late and gives extra credit. he talks about interesting topics while your in class and the homework is not that just as long as you study right you will ace the exams and the class in general he does like typed work but he doesn't care. Overall good!

This is the best teacher ever, I took it during the summer and he did not give out a lot of homework, Just 3 super easy essays and 1 novel to read. He gives a lot of chance for extra credits. He is a very easy teacher but he does not like people who come in late and interrupt the class. He likes to discuss news with students and everybody likes him

He really listens to the students and he is very clear on what he is lecturing. Homework is pretty easy and he helps out on anything that needs to be revised and looked over. Tests were okay, but you can pass by doing the extra credit work(s).

This Professor will make you write a good amount of papers on various topics, and there will be lots of book work! Prof. Gunderson seems like he would be better off as a history, economic, or politics professor. He is very lenient, and laid back! If you're confused, ask questions and he will help. Class was very easy, just do all your work!!

Hands down sweetest, most lenient professor I've ever had! You could skip class alot, and you'd probably still end with a good grade. Loves to interact with his students. Homework is easy. Essays are easy. Always in groups. Tests and final are so easy to bs for the most part. Basically, if you're a lazy person, take this class!

I took this english class during the winter semester. It was very easy and straight forward, one of the best teachers I've had at Citrus. So nice, and is very understanding.

Just WOW he is beyond amazing! Very understanding and leaniant with homework just don't push it! He is very helpful he will work with you as long as you do you're part in the class! I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend (: I wish he would teach other English classes as well

Prof. Gunderson was a great professor he cares about student however if you slack off you will pay for it. He accepts late work and seems to understand student struggles and that we have other classes. He is sarcastic so don't act stupid. Easy A show up do his assignments and you will pass.

Awesome teacher, lots of practice assignments but you get a large amount of time to get it done. If you keep up with your work ( which is pretty easy) you will pass. Essay topics are easy as well, 2 pages-3 essays, very understanding and accepts late work which is amazing. He is a funny guy, loves having discussions with students. Recommend !

Professor has a sense of humor and understands that things come up so won't jeopardize you for being late or not showing up a few days for class. He lets you turn in late homework and redo your essays and corrects it to turn it in for more credit. The notes are simplified. It is an easy B class if you are consistent with the work.

I took Eng. 99 with Professor Gunderson, and I enjoyed his class. You need to do a few essays but nothing out of the world, Pretty easy. If English is not your favorite subject, I encourage you to choose him. He gives a lot of good feed back. He will give extra credit.

Literally by far the most laid back and chill professor. I hate english classes so much usually but this professor changed my view on them. Easy class, show up, do the homework, and pass. Easy A. Cant stress how laid back he is, very understanding and works with you. Would take him for 101 and 103 if he taught them. 10/10 would recommend

Mr. Gunderson is an easy going instructor. He gives time in class to complete textbook assignments. He will accept assignments late without penalty. If you show up to class, do all your assignments, essays , and pass your test/quizzes you can easily pass with an A.

Professor Gunderson is a special type of teacher . If your looking for a teacher who is personal and really interesting ,he peruses a plethora of routs for you to actually learn and i'm happy i took his class .

Gunderson is a very nice and good Professor. Hes funny and jokingly. Hes always willing to help. Hes straightforward on what he asks for on assignments and allows group work during class. Theres not much homework assigned.

I love this professor! he is not a hard grader at all! So easy to pass! Honesly made live easier :) If you are not good at essays or English in general its ok because he honestly grades sooo easy! Gunderson is the man! Hes really understanding when it comes to family emergencies or random events that may come up. Ive taken him for Eng 100 and Eng 101 and I can say that you better like to read, but other than that, hes extremely laid back. Oh and make sure you take notes and study for his quizzes on the grammar material and book material

This was the most understand and educational english class ive ever been in. Gunderson is so understanding and lenient. His personality is very sarcastic and funny. His quizzes are easy if you study. I didnt know my grade until the semester was over, hes not tech friendly. The book(s) were actually interesting and mandatory!

He's a great great professor!!! This class is writing many papers, but they are extra credit. He doesn't focus on contents, so you don't need to think well. You should attend every classes because he gives us many credits. Thus, we can get A easily. Also, you should submit homework every time.

I have taken his class English 99 and English 101E. Show up to class do the work that he assigns you, go to the writing lab for extra credit and do the extra credit and you will pass his class. Don't miss class and do not procrastinate you will not pass his class. He gives clear instruction and take notes in class.

Prof. Gunderson was super cool. He sets out the class expectations since day 1 and then it's up to you to uphold those standards set before you. He likes baseball and brings it up every now and then. There's a nice balance of lecture days and work days. Some days you'll be working in your table group and others you'll have a class lecture.

Professor Gunderson has been a great teacher throughout the online transition. Easy work and an easy grader. Although he did not meet with the fall semester class on zoom, I preferred it and felt as though it made the class experience better. All in all, I definitely recommend this teacher and class. Would take again!

it was a pleasure taking professor Gundersons class, we read a great book in class, he responds to all questions you may have through email, give about a days time. I would take professor Gunderson's class again.

You wanna pass take him! Youll read a good book the HW assignments for each chapter has 8-10 questions very easy to do try your best and youll get full marks. The other book citrus guide to reading & writing try your best full marks! The essays are easy to do youll have to do everything through canvas text no need to upload a google doc or pdf.

take his online asyn. class, you won't regret it! the textbooks were free! & one of the books (memoir) was enjoyable. i would take his class again a thousands time if i could. the essay topics aren't boring and he is a fair grader. he gives you a lot of time to do work so i never felt stressed. TAKE HIS CLASS!
