He has real experience in the industry and really wants you to know how to navigate it. Especially if you are even just a little bit interested in the creative!

In terms of the class, the sooner you take it, the better. Mark breaks everything down in acct planning and makes it applicable to the real world and other classes.

Gives good AD examples in class and you'll really be getting the most by discussing them in class so don't be shy. JOUR3241W doesn't have a lot of writing or exams, but tests your creativity and ability to create a cohesive advertising campaign. Mark was really helpful in guiding students through the basic components of a campaign and a creative brief. He picks the client for you, which saves a lot of work. But, you get no class work time and lectures are very boring. Plenty of opportunities to get points.
