A fantastic teacher, I took 4 classes last semester and out of all of them his class was the only one I could breath in. He gives you 3-4 wks to complete each essay. As long as you show up and do the work he will let you revise your essays until you get an A.

Great teacher, understanding and give enough time to get the work done.

He made sure all students had enough time to get assignments done, if you had to miss a day he would allow you to make it up.

Professor Meyers is a great instructor! He will make sure to help any student that is falling behind. You have to make sure to show up to class and do your work. 4 major essays, he gives you plenty of time to write them. Do not procrastinate! He will help you receive an A in class if you put in the effort. Definitely, recommend him for ENG101.

Mark is one of the best English teachers I have ever had. He has very high energy and keeps the class engaged. He is very big on participation and goes out of his way to make sure every student feels included. He also ensures every student learns, providing feedback on every essay and gives you the chance to correct and improve your work.

Professor Meyers is AWESOME! I missed about 3 weeks of class due to child birth, and he worked with me during the final essay and even stayed behind when I was the last one in class. His teaching style is different, he makes you KEEP your A that you start the class off with!

This class is a great reintroduction to writing and research papers, and he gives detailed individual feedback. If you get your essays in on time and do the revisions, you'll do well.

This professor was excellent. I am a returning adult, and this was my first class in 20 years. I was very nervous, but from the moment I entered the classroom all of my uncertainty went away. Professor Meyers provided a positive and upbeat environment to learn, and he raised my confidence level tenfold. I give him an A+!

I really enjoyed taking my English classes with Mr. Meyers. He's laid back and easy to approach if you have any questions. He treats you as a peer, not just one of his students. The common goal is for you to succeed in his classroom. When classes had to go online due to COVID-19, he worked with us during the transition and was accessible.

Mr. Meyers was very laid back and made me feel comfortable in class. He encourages us to get to know our classmates and work in groups on certain material. He provides clear feedback when giving back our rough drafts and made writing fun. Definitely enjoyed his class.

I am late to this cause I took his course Spring of 2020 BUT he really is a great professor. He was very understanding, helped out whenever you asked & needed it. His work was not too difficult but not easy either. He requires everyone to be there everyday but understands life happens so you must talk to him when things come up. He will try & help

I honestly was dreading having to take this class. By the end of the class I was excited to have such a fun and knowledgeable teacher! This of course was not your typical boring English class every lesson we had was fun. Mr. Meyers made sure that I obtained all the help that I needed. Mark did a great job teaching material that is difficult to teach via an online class. He stayed connected with our class the whole way through and provided support and flexibility throughout the semester.
