Read the book and attend lecture and you will do well on Moon's tests. Use the website companion that goes with the textbook. The quizzes on there will be very helpful for his tests.

It is difficult to sit through this class right after 331, but this one is the better of the two. Go to class. He will use examples which become really easy answers on exams. Only grades are 4 exams. Most are common sense questions. If you just read the book and go to class, you should do fine. Not much effort is needed for the class.

Def take this class if you can and go to class. He uses a lot of examples on the test of class examples and also stuff in the book. If you study a few hours before the exam you should make a B for sure

I rarely read the book, but went to every class and studied my notes and got an A. And yes, I think you could get away with not buying the book.

Moon was a GREAT teacher! Go to class to hear some of his hilarious commentary. Only drag for the class was that you couldn't use your laptop to take notes, so save for printing money. Also, do yourself and save $100+ by NOT buying the book...I wish I had.

Just print off the powerpoint slides and always go to class and you will do good.Moon said his final was hard but I thought it was easy,the other exams were.Problem is there are only 4 grading opportunities and if you miss 4 it's a B but you can drop 1 exam.If you do bad on two then you're screwed.Good luck!

Dr. Moon is a great professor! One of the few professors I've had who actually gives interesting lectures. Exams are easy if you go to class and study, although there are only 33 questions on them, so you can't miss many. The grade is based solely on exams, so, again, STUDY and you'll have an A.

Has ok lectures but not great. Very comparable to Shay Scott (BA 331 professor) as far as class structure and lectures. Only difference is Moon has more tests. He doesn't let you use your laptop, so be prepared to use a lot of printer paper. Not the best but could be better

I didn't have much interest in marketing going into this class, and coming out of it I can't say that the class really changed my mind. However, I enjoyed the class a fair bit. I found Moon to be a pretty good teacher, and his classes were rarely boring for me, even though I didn't have a lot of interest in the subject.

Just one Tip: He will want you to know on the test what examples he used in class. For example if he were to say that Company X was a great example of a company that uses viral marketing, that example would be fair game to be on the test. Be there in class to catch those references or get someone to write them down for you.

Attendance not mandatory, but there are about 10 questions on each exam from easy in-class examples, so you might want to go to class. I loved the online flexibility of this course and appreciated the ability to review lectures. If you do well on the exams, then you're mostly good to go. I admit I only woke up for maybe half the lectures, but will likely still end up with a A/A-. Otherwise, definitely attend lectures to grab the clicker points (it's 10% of your grade).

Great professor, passionate about the subject, made you want to go to class. The only issue was that there are 6 things total you are graded on, four tests, participation, and research. Participation is easy if you go to class, research was super easy, and tests aren't super hard if you go to class.

Seriously one of the best professors at this school. His in class examples are super engaging and helpful. His exams are mostly straight from the lectures so be sure to pay attention. I would definitely take his class again!

Moon is the best professor I've ever had. Class was easier than highschool classes, and moons funny and nicer than nice. take him for sure.

Moons lectures are entertaining, he's very sarcastic so he gets a lot of laughs. His texts are harder than course material though. He loves to throw in questions asking about exact things he said during a given class session, so if you have a poor memory, missed class, or zone out a lot, you're screwed. Had to study a lot harder than I thought

Wonderful guy. He loves his job and cares for his students. If you pay attention in class/take good notes youll do great. I loved him and wish him a happy retirement!

Professor Moon is a great professor! His slides were engaging and comprehensive! He didn't keep you for longer than necessary and he provided good examples to get the material locked into your mind. I wish I would have had him in person!

Moon is a great professor with lots of real experience stories that help bring the lecture to life. You have 4 test that make up most of your grade, he doesn't give a study guide but the textbook practice quizzes are good. There are lots of test questions from the lecture so go to class and get your clicker points.
