I highly recommend Dr. Stewart. He is passionate about teaching the information. He tries to keep the class interesting. I really enjoyed the last lecture of the class (very profound).... He has a way of speaking and making you think about life in general.

This is the most awesome teacher at Delta. You had to write three papers (only one page each) about something you saw/read that deals with civilization/humanities. The only time I used the book was for the miterm (online, you had a week to take it, infinity # of tries). Didn't have to take final - if you had over 100%, then he didn't make you do it

He has a really fun class. He makes a lot of jokes and is really funny. We watched movies and YouTube in class and did a lot of group work. I never understood his lectures though. They never seemed to make much sense to me.

I don't look at him as a teacher because he is sincerely friendly & jovial. It all reflects in his personality- very down- to - Earth person. Mr. Stewart is a great teacher, he is always cracking jokes and getting the class laughing. although his lectures were seemingly off topic i found much truth behind them. You dont really use the text much, but evertything from the tests were taken from the book.

I love this teacher. He keeps you interested in the subject and he knows so much. His midterm was a lot harder than I expected but it was my fault for waiting to the last minute. He is hot, he is funny, and he will make you think about life and gets very serious as well sometimes.

This guy is rediculously easy. Guaranteed A for sure. You seriously have to try to fail his class. I only went to class 5 times, didnt take the finals and still got an A. Jst know when the test are due, and make sure to do the essays and that's it. And he has a kewl accent and kinda cute!!

Group notes, individual notes must all be done. Two papers a midterm and two finals. You have to turn in all the work. BIggest irritation are students talking. Great prof but he needs to get tough. Love his style and he teaches those who want to learn.

I think he must be getting harder because I don't see an easy A happening yet. Dr. Stewart really knows his stuff, specially the Christian section. I would rate him # 1 for knowledge, humor, personality and just plain niceness. Tells you the way it is.

Ridiculously funny - like a stand up comedian, but also gets very serious. Had a class of 300 wanting to take over the world, even the deadbeats in the back rows. 10 out of 10 and highly recommended to take for anything he teaches.

Cut to the chase, all that is said is true, he is funny and crazy and nice. But in spite of the fact that people think he is easy, you learn so much and he gives you all you need to know about the subject and about a good life. This is a good man.

Such a sweet guy, and very gentleman like. As he likes to say, "The big ugly," is if you actually see a big, fat "F" in his class because it's SUPER easy. Either that or your just lazily crazy not to do the work because there is hardly any work-just online tests and a paper at the end of the semester. Overall, very recommendable.

He is an awesome teacher. He designed his class to be educational not to make you cram study at 4AM before a test. He gives 2 online tests (which are stupid easy) and 1 in class final (it's 5 questions, also super easy) You have a 4 page paper to write and take notes. You turn them all in before the final and they count for about 15% of your grade

This is what student want from a teacher. There are no homework. There is only two online test, a midterm and final. You don't even have to get the book if you are smart like me and just use the internet as your book because most his two midterm are all vocabulary. Like he says "if you don't pass this class you are either lazy or mentally retarded.

Dr. Stewart is extremely funny and good looking. Attendance is not really mandatory because in class you watch a bunch of Youtube videos and he lectures about nothing. No quizzes or tests, just the mid-term and final and those are easy. Easy A class and highly recommened. Plus Dr. Stewart is a hottie.

If you don't learn from Stewart maybe you are spending too much time looking at him and not listening. I am learning so much and can't wait to take him again. He will challenge you if you let him, but won't kill you with the work.

Got an A. Missed a few classes. Class is worth 2500 points, 1000 for the notebook, 100 for 5 tests, you take 7 but he drops 2. 500 for the midterm, 500 for the final, which is two questions. No Homework, tests are online, like 10 questions. Funny, Great Teacher, he has a Ph.D, he knows what he's doing. He does alot of positive work outside school

Students who complain clearly don't understand the man. I am an African American woman who heard the humor and got the fact that the offensiveness is the opposite of who this man is. He uses humor to highlight things he wants to teach, but is so nice and the least offending person you could know. Immature students not older ones struggle.

Some students don't get it, guess you are one. Prof stewart doesnt expect antything but for students to learn. I work hard and am an A student but learned more in this class which is supposed to be easy. You will love Stewart and his class and you will learn a lot.

Dude's plain intelligent, but has these easy conversations that break the ice and you learn what you need to. Could be more strict but whatever, learned a lot and loved it, more than I can say for most classes here. A lot of work so I won't say he's easy, but he's chill so will work with you if you have problems.

Easy A. No way you can get below an A. Midterm/final are online. All tests are off of the book. Requires a portfolio. Did mines the day b4 it was due and got 200/200. Other than being too nice to rude students, Stewart is an amazing teacher. He is funny, very intelligent, and cares about everyone in class. Other than the stupid people who talk during class, this is the most amazing place to be!!!!!!!

Great class! Instructor taught with extreme clarity and sparked a new interest in Religion for me! I am looking forward to taking the second part of Religious studies with Dr. Stewart!

He is the best teacher by far that i have ever had in my whole life. i have never met such a leniant and funny professor like him. he goes with the flow and teaches very good. i am in highschool takeing his class through delta and i HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!!!

Great teacher! Teaches through funny references. Tries to make every lesson easy to understand and fun. Provides great examples. Has the ability to make you understand the materials. The class is fun. It's a class that you would actually want to stay in and pay attention. He speaks his mind and is very open minded. <3

He is very intelligent,easy grader,helpful' and funny. He knows his subject well. I got an A in his class . You just have to work on portfolio which worth 200 points.

One of the best profs I've had, and I have a PhD and have experienced a load of profs in my lifetime. Mark is thorough, fascinating, clearly instructive, and makes learning fun. Students LIKE coming to his classes. You will learn, even if you weren't planning to work in your studying for this class; Mark just knows how to make you learn and analyze

Most AMAZING teacher I've ever had. He is so funny and really makes the subjects come to life. He was always willing to take the time to help and answer ANY questions you had. He is really willing to put in the extra time for his students. I recommend him to everyone! LOVE him :)

Honestly, the best teacher ever. His class was fun and a little carefree, but the way he taught made the material interesting and we learned a lot (subconsciously). His policy on tests and quizzes was an added bonus :P

Greatest teacher Delta had. I heard he was let go. This guy was 100% broski! easy, funny, etc. great guy. ill miss him. delta screws up alot and letting him go is on the top 10 screw ups.
